He is kind and patient, and while I only see him every so often (by choice), he always talks to me as though it was just last week. He is thorough and efficient, explaining his approach - how and why he's adjusting. The walk-in availability is so convenient and one of the reasons I continue to visit. Very grateful to have a practice like this in Battle Creek! Thank you Dr. Gordon and staff.

Dr. Gordon has been my chiropractor for many years now and has always been helpful is subsiding the pain. Also, if you’re looking for a massage therapist. The one on site is very good. I really like her bedside manor and feel very comfortable with her.

Negative experience: I really don't know what I did but the vibe in that place is really bad now when I walk in. Even the doc sounded very half hearted and obligatory with his "have a good day". Front office staff went from friendly to being almost rude over time. I really don't know what I did but I wont be going back.

Fantastic experience: I have been using MCC for spinal "tune-ups" for years. Between a stenosis situation in my neck, and my piling on the years, Dr D has kept me straightened out, allowing me to stay quite active. Also, I greatly appreciate his holistic way of treating my ailments. Plus, his staff is great. And, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Joyce, MCC"s massage therapist--top shelf massages.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Doug for years for my back and headache issues. Recently, my twelve year old son was injured in a basketball game. He kept complaining about terrible back pain and we got him in to see Dr. Doug right away. Dr. Doug took the time to answer his questions and my son was surprised about how much better he felt. My son stated afterwards how Dr. Doug wasn't so bad, and for a twelve year old these days, that is saying something (side note - he was nervous). We appreciate Minges Creek Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: A couple weeks ago one of my guys injured his back on the job. He was in a lot of pain, was shaking and couldn't move right away. He was lifting debris, nothing too unusual but I know from experience that it doesn't take much and I know how painful back injuries can be. Well, the first priority for all of my guys is safety and their well being, so I told the other crew members to get ice for him right away. I then told my guy that I wanted him to see a doctor as soon as he could. I helped him make an appointment with my chiropractor, Douglas Gordon. He got a consultation, X Rays and an treatment plan. After the second day he was back to work, but just driving to different jobs sites and running supplies, without lifting anything himself! After a week he was back to manual work, but taking it easy. Today he showed me his before and after digital drawings of his back. These show pain and trouble areas that are black. And the good areas are yellow or green. He was so excited. Went from almost all black to almost no black. He is in better shape then before the injury. I am so thankful to Dr. Gordon and the staff at Minges Creek Chiropractic for their help!

Fantastic experience: I left an outstanding Chiropractor in Sandpoint Idaho, Pendorille Chiropractic, when we recently relocated from there back to Michigan- this time in Battle Creek. I needed a good Chiropractor here in Battle Creek to help keep me in good shape for work. After pouring through reviews, I decided to see Dr Gordon. I was glad I did. He conducted a comprehensive initial evaluation that included X-rays, then began to treat me for the crippling lumbar pain I was suffering from. All of my treatments so far have produced positive results and I look forward to continuing visits, which are requisite in order to stay flexible and healthy for working on the Railroad.
