Negative experience: Clearly your program works for some people, as evident by the reviews. However, taking a program fee, so a total of $700, the first month is a terrible way to do business. I got an ekg from the office, that was it. The company is ripping people off that the medication doesn’t work for, right in the first 30 days. I did what I was supposed to but didn't feel the medication at all. I gave it a month and when I continued to say that I didn’t feel any different, Olga said “no one ever says that”. I was told there haven't been any clients that didn't feel the dose I was on, which completely pissed me off because my own PCP gave me a printout with the interval increases and I was on the lowest prescribed dose. I completely lost any faith I had in this place after that. I sent my cancellation via email and no confirmation or anything from them. If you run a weight loss clinic for people, you work for your people in the program. If they struggle or aren’t on a medication working for them, you help them find the medication, dose, plan, etc. that works for them. You definitely don’t tell a customer a .25 dose works for everyone, because that is false. Do better Nuviva and maybe you will be able to retain more clients. The receptionists were always very sweet.

Fantastic experience: Updating my review, Be careful when canceling appointments, make sure it is cancelled so that they do not charge you, as happened to me. I asked to have a week's worth of medication cancelled so I could rest from the medication because I had a strange pain in my abdominal area and I was charged anyway. In the end, supposedly due to poor communication, they neither gave me the dose nor reimbursed me. I have managed to lose a lot of weight and the staff that works here is very good and pleasant.
