Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing chiropractors for years ever since I injured my upper spine while golfing, but I was starting to lose hope after making no progress. That all changed when I started working with Dr. Ruocco at Power of Life Spinal Health & Wellness Center. On my first visit, my pain was a 10/10, and within just one month, it dropped to a 0/10—an incredible turnaround I hadn’t thought possible. They also took X-rays at the beginning of my treatment and again after, so not only could I feel the difference, but I could see it too. It’s real proof that this works! Recently, I tweaked my neck and called for an adjustment. Dr. Ruocco fit me in that same day and got my pain back to zero. The office staff is amazing—always welcoming and efficient. Fantastic experience: My health and wellness has improved leaps and bounds since I met Dr. Ruocco a few months ago. I could barely move after an accident and spinal surgery. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruocco & his entire staff are ABSOLUTELY amazing. I went to see him a few weeks ago after being told I would need to have my 6th back surgery. I was in awful pain and doubting this entire Holistic thing because I knew nothing about it, but what did I have to lose right. Dr Ruocco set a plan in motion for me and off we went. I can honestly say after 7 treatments I feel like I'm on the road to recovery WITH NO SURGERY. I am more optimistic now than I have ever been that this will work for me and I'm beyond excited to have found Dr Ruocco and his amazing staff. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Rocco for approximately three months. My D.O that took care of all my chiropractic needs for 35 years had moved to Arizona a few years ago. I had been involved 36 years ago in two incidences one where I was rear ended at a stop sign,another where at work someone pushed a pallet jack behind me in the aisle and I turned and went head over heels. Needless to say is the result of those two injuries I had bulging discs in my neck and a TM J injury like I said my DO took care of those for 35 years. Prior to visiting Dr. Rocco, I had seen a few chiropractors with no relief of any of the issues I was having. Fast forward to November of this year. I couldn't turn my neck either way, or couldn't sleep because of the pain. I could barely drive because I had to turn my whole upper body in order to look left or right. I was miserable. It has been a little over two months of treatments and I am 99% pain-free Dr. Rocco does things differently than what I had been used to, but the progress has been remarkable. I cannot thank him enough for his treatments. He gave me back my mobility and my sleep. For that, I'm eternally thankful.

Fantastic experience: I've noticed a big difference in my lower back pain since working with the team at Power of Life. Dr. Ruocco listened to me and gave me different routes of treatment to choose from. Most recently, I've noticed my ability to hike with little to no back pain which I didn't think was possible! The team is pleasant and I had no issues with getting in my appointments on time. They go above and beyond. I definitely recommend!

Negative experience: BE AWARE THAT DECOMPRESSION THERAPY CAN CAUSE YOU SWALLOWING ISSUES. Also be aware even if you have a doctor's note excusing you from the Therapies due to what it can negatively do any discounts that were applied when you paid in full will not be applied when you get reimbursed you will be charged full price for all of their Therapies. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Best Chiropractor I've ever been to! I am a tall guy and was having some bad lower back pain and tightness. Dr. Ruocco assessed my situation with x-rays and we talked through the different treatments available. Dr. Ruocco is very transparent about pricing and making sure you know how much your plan will cost (no blind sided costs). If I could give Power of Life 6 stars I would, but know that you are in great hands with Dr. Ruocco. My back pain is non-existent after going through his treatment plan! You aren't just a patient here, they make you feel like family.

Fantastic experience: My husband and daughter are patients of Dr. Ruoco. They have been encouraging me to see Dr. Ruoco. I have Never been to a chiropractor beforeand was deathly afraid/ scared. All those adjectives!I think Dr. Rocco saw the fear in my eyes and took my first experience slow. Y'all Last year , I was diagnosed with a form of arthritis that made my hands tingle and numb. Honestly the doctor couldn't come up with a specific diagnosis and landed on " I think you have this form of arthritis" ok .. So I go with it. It's hereditary so no questions. Fantastic experience: Words cannot completely express how happy I am that I started seeing Dr. Ruocco. I have suffered from lower back pain for quite some time and have tried many different chiropractors trying to relieve my extreme discomfort but nothing seemed to be helping. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Ruocco for nutritional support after having my gallbladder removed. He was able to help me find a good balance of supplements, which allow me to be able to enjoy more foods. I can eat out at restaurants with less fear of digestive distress. Fantastic experience: I am 5 months post ACL replacement surgery. I was still experiencing knee pain and stiffness every day. Dr. Ruocco suggested laser therapy. I was skeptical but gave it a try. Within 3 treatments my knee pain was gone! I can tell such an improvement in my ACL recovery. I wake up with no morning knee stiffness and I can do my physical therapy without any pain! Fantastic experience: I suffered for over a year from pain in all my joints, shooting pain down my legs and muscle weakness. I was to the point that even walking was painful. I went to my Primary Care Physician, and I was sent to physical therapy. I then went to an Orthopedic Doctor who only diagnosed me with tendinitis in the rotator cuff. I saw a Rheumatologist and all my bloodwork came back acceptable. I felt like I was going in circles with my doctors. I was frustrated and had no answers as to why I felt this way. I was desperate and still feeling terrible. A friend recommended Power of Life Holistic Health Center because they recently helped her. I checked out the website, thought it’s time to try a different approach and booked an appointment. It turns out that was a great decision. As I explained my situation to Dr. Ruocco, he compassionately listened and took notes. He came up with a chiropractic plan including spinal decompression, and I started feeling better after a few weeks. Some of the tests I did were a food sensitivity test, organic acid test and stool test. By eliminating foods I was sensitive to and adding supplements, I noticed a big difference after one week. Each test brought new findings and more supplement adjustments and more improvement. We had scheduled nutrition appointments where we went over my status and made adjustments. It took time and patience, but it was worth it. I am now on a maintenance program and I just completed a 21 Day Detox that Dr. Ruocco tailored for my food sensitivities. I feel great. Fantastic experience: For over two years, I have been dealing with an elbow and joint pain. I am a cashier at a grocery store so I do a lot of repetitive movements and lifting heavy things. I worked through the pain for a while. I used to take aspirin for the pain.. When, I couldn't take the pain any longer that was when I went to my general physician. He didn't give any treatment plans for my pain. He did suggest that I see an Orthopedic doctor. Went to him, same thing. Nothing was done to relieve my pain. I would tell the doctor's that my pain level was 12 (on a scale from 1-10) and didn't seem to blink an eye. It was extremely frustrating and I would literally cry in pain. My dad was starting to go to Dr. Ruocco for his arthritis. I asked him if possible, for me to get in and see him. I was looking for some relief. It was a week night, just got off from work and went to his office. From the beginning, Dr. Ruocco and his staff have been very friendly and helpful. I love how he explained everything to me about my pain, treatment plans he wanted me to be on and how it is very holistic (which I love). Ever since I have been been getting my treatments and taking my supplements, my pain level went from 12 to a 3 and it has been only 5 1/2 weeks. Negative experience: Worked wonders for my lower back, but adjusted my neck even though he said there were no obvious issues with it on the x ray. The next day I had numbness and pain in my neck and arms. Diagnosed with a pinched nerve with my doctor. Had to go on steroids and muscle relaxers. This was over a year ago and I still have horrible nerve pain flare ups in my neck and likely always will...

I had experienced pain over the past several years in my shoulder and shoulder blade area which I suspected was due to 30+ years of athletic activity. Fantastic experience: When I came to see Dr. Ruocco about a year ago, I had some serious issues with my stomach and my back. Today, as I write this, I am happy to state that I’m a 100% better and feeling healthier and more energetic. I feel positive about my health and motivated to do better. During my visits, Dr. Ruocco always listens closely to my thoughts and takes the time to ask questions to make sure he understands my concerns and how I feel. He always explains the reasoning behind the recommended treatments for my benefit. This is very different than past experiences I’ve had with other “conventional” health care providers. On my first visit, Dr. Ruocco started by explaining the bases of chiropractic services and the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It was very enlightening and an insight to his treatment approach, which is to treat the cause and not just the symptom. Dr. Ruocco then proceeded by ordering an x-ray, a comprehensive food sensitivity test, and a GI-Map test to decipher the cause behind my symptoms and to address both my stomach and back issues. The tests helped in identifying where the problems laid and Dr. Ruocco came up with an effective treatment plan to heal both my stomach and back. Today I feel terrific! Prior to seeing Dr. Ruocco, I was under the care of a GI specialist and all that was performed was a colonoscopy to cross out the possibility of cancer. Thankfully the results were negative. However, I was left with more questions than answers with no further actions put in place. I was advised to just give it time. I was outraged and determined to find another solution. Luckily, a friend recommended Dr. Ruocco. I am so thankful for Dr. Ruocco, for his dedication and care to his patients’ health. Fantastic experience: I was purchased a Groupon for services here as a gift by a family member, due to a recent fall that was causing some neck/shoulder problems. My first impression was pleasant. The staff was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The value of the Groupon was unbeatable. I ended up continuing services, even self paid for a 10 visit treatment plan. I walked in with extreme muscle tension and discomfort in my neck and left shoulder accompanied with nerve pain that ER drs could not explain and we’re quick to write prescriptions of pain pills for. My PCP took X-rays, all coming back normal. Referred me to physical therapy. All of these things were ineffective. I was desperate. After Dr Ruocco looked at my X-rays (included in the Groupon) he showed me exactly where the issues lie and educated me on chiropractic medicine. I’ve already passed out my referral cards. I’m in week 8 of treatment and my pain is virtually gone. I’m at a level of comfort where I don’t need to take prescription pain medication at all and everyday I’m taking less and less Tylenol and ibuprofen. I rave about this place any chance I get!

He helped my back after having a very long labor and delivery with my first child. I have learned so much about health and wellness since seeing him and while I’m still a working progress in that area, he has helped me make some big changes. Lastly, I was told my 3rd child was breech and I told Dr R and he was able to get him to flip and be head down by 36 weeks and for that I am so very thankful!! Negative experience: Came to this place through a Groupon that offered a chiropractic review, X-rays and a massage. They do not allow you to book it all at one time making you go through the review x-rays first and then after you seen the doctor can book the massage. I came from my first appointment at 10:00 a.m. was there for 45 minutes giving all of my information. Then the doctor comes in and says unless I'm willing to commit to a chiropractic schedule he will not deliver the chiropractic review or x-rays. Here's what I don't like I might commit to and was strongly considering it. It seemed that they offered some good things and I was actually considering bringing my mother too. However no one is going to force me to commit to something before I've even determined what they can do. They shouldn't even offer the special if they have no intention on delivering. This is a bait and switch place just to get you through the door. Clearly he no longer needs to be on Groupon. Very shady

Fantastic experience: I was gifted a few sessions with a Groupon. It was well worth it. First I had my exam and consultation. The Doctor is not just about fixing your bones but is holistically concerned about you. I went back for my adjustment and decompression it was different and awesome. They have everything to cater to your needs. My next appointment was a massage let me tell you in 5 minutes I was sleep. 60 minutes of peace and with Covid relaxation is just what I needed. Fantastic experience: My fiancé recommended me to come here. I wasn’t getting much sleep and my posture was horrible. I’ve been coming to Power of Life for a year now and I feel great and I’m finally sleeping through the night. Dr. Ruocco is super nice and his staff is amazing! They greet you as soon as you walk in and are very professional. Jen the masseuse will put you to sleep. Best massage I have ever had. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruocco is a life saver (literally). I have been seeing him for several years. He has helped me with low back pain, knee swelling and immobility and most recently pretty debilitating digestive issues. I went to my MD with my symptoms---belly pain, extreme fatigue, constipation and she was unable to help. It was pretty depressing. Dr. Ruocco ordered a couple of tests and got to the root of the problem. Turns out in addition to a gut imbalance I had a parasite. Within a few days I was feeling much better. He's amazing. He has my full trust and respect. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I never really gave much thought to the idea of seeing a chiropractor until I had back pain I couldn't take any longer. I started out by using a groupon to see if it could help and was the best decision I ever made. I went from being unable to stand up and in immense pain to living a normal life again. I am not even done with the treatment plan and have nothing but high praises about Dr. Ruocco. He is very professional yet you can tell he cares about your well being. The staff are all great and very friendly and make you feel welcome. I have seen many doctors over my lifetime for various reason and none have made me feel as comfortable as this place does. I usually never leave a review because its not my style but for this I wanted to go out of the way and make sure everyone finds out about Dr. Ruocco.

Fantastic experience: I thank God for Dr. Ruocco and his team! For 20 years I have lived with dizzy spells and was diagnosed with vertigo by several ENT's. After several failed treatments from the ENT's and by the recommendation of my mom and sister, I went to see Dr. Ruocco a little over a year ago. I have not experienced "vertigo" or any type of dissiness since. If you are experiencing "vertigo" or looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend Power of Life Chiropractic! The atmosphere is peaceful and everyone is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruocco changed my life! I was diagnosed with 2 herniated discs and sciatic nerve issues. I couldn't stand for more than 5 mins or walk longer than a block without serious pain. My doctor prescribed 2 different pain meds and physical therapy. No change. Then he referred me to a neurologist who said it was just something I would be able to manage with an epidural shot, but it would be a issue for the rest of my life. Reluctantly, I had the epidural done and still no change. I skeptically, came to Dr. Ruocco due to doctors always telling me that chiropractors didn't work. Well, after about 3 months of visits with Dr. Rocco, the pain went away. Within a year I gain back my movements and ability to not only walk but I am able to run and workout again. All of this without any prescribed medications. Dr. Ruocco is the truth!! He is personable and his staff is A1. I now refer all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient with Dr. Ruocco. Since about January been experiencing muscular pain upper back and shoulders, intense pain lower back radiating down my leg and numbness and tingling in both wrist and hands. Dr. Ruocco has Excellent Bedside Manner, very pleasant, professional, great listener, great problem solver and He Gets Results. Treatment plan was twice a week visits for four weeks and natural supplements. I am experiencing decrease in pain, improved movement in neck and decrease in frequency of numbness and tingling.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Ruocco when needed since 2015. He was able to resolve my “frozen shoulder” in two months, after I had put up with it for two years! And when a pain that radiated down my arm (only when I sat in a car!) cropped up, he resolved that too. I make sure I go back for what I call “a tune up” when I am in town, as his skills are just THE BEST! All of the staff is helpful and the office is well set up making for a very pleasant experience. Jen, the massage therapist, was also quite helpful in resolving my “frozen shoulder.” Although I do not live near his office, his skills are worth the trip for me. If anyone tells me about something they are struggling with, I say give Dr. Ruocco a try.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Dr. Ruocco at Power of Life Chiropractic for at least 3 years. I had originally decided to visit because I was a passenger a car accident in which the vehicle was hit from behind. I had experienced neck and back pain and frequent sinus infections as a result of the accident. I no longer experience neck or back pain or frequent sinus infections as a result of the wonderful care of Dr. Ruocco and his staff and also I have increased my flexibility as an athlete and I have won athletic competitions and have been asked to perform at large venues. I would never be at the athletic level that I am today if not for the excellent care of Dr. Ruocco and his staff. I look forward to my bi-weekly maintenance visits at the office. Fantastic experience: Dr. Rocco is a rock star. I suffered from muscular neck pain for several month. I tried massage and muscle relaxers, but 9 consecutive appointments with Dr. Rocco cured my pain.

Positive experience: The entire staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rucco has been especially helpful in my weight loss journey, and in just generally improving my health and wellness. The environment is peaceful. The only complaint I have is that the team is usually behind about half and hour, so I end up having to wait 30-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen, which can impact my schedule depending on the day.

Fantastic experience: I was at my last straw with my back pain radiating down my leg. I could find no relief for the pain and thought that my only option was surgery ...again. After seeking treatment from Dr Ruocco for a month, I am now completely out of pain. I walk normally..I no longer "wobble' as my friends and family said. I now have my life back..and I'm pain free. I will continue to follow up with Dr Ruocco just to stay on top of my progress. The office staff is wonderful to say the least. I originally got started with them because of their groupon deal, and ever since then I feel like I've become family. Everyone is so caring and personable. Not to mention the treatments itself are truly helping me. When I started getting adjustments, I had so much stiffness and compression in my lower back, but now that I'm 10 weeks in with my treatment, the stiffness is almost non existent. Even as I've been working in the yard, which is usually a literal pain in my back, I BARELY feel any stiffness, if at all. He's the best. I think I had 24 or so needles and none hurt going in. He used cupping also, which was cool. I'm excited to continue.... give him a try!!!
