Fantastic experience: I came in because I was desperate for relief from elbow and wrist pain - to the point my grip was so bad I couldn’t hold a cup of coffee. Dr. Zika took the time to really listen and evaluate the whole situation. I left feeling like he took the time and tests to figure out the root of the issue and I was confident the solution would address the problem. The staff are so helpful, kind and the facilities clean and professional. It’s now 3 weeks later and I can see massive improvements when I thought it would never get better.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zika did an amazing job. I had 2 herniated discs in my back that were not healing and did not have any success with other chiropractors and physical therapy. I was not able to sit down for more than 5 minutes for a little over 9 months. I thought my only option was surgery until I was referred to Dr Zika by a colleague. The targeted approach he uses is amazing and results came after a few weeks. If it wasn't for Dr Zika I probably would have went under surgery and had part of my disc removed and wouldn't have been the same again. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for helping me.

Fantastic experience: I walked into Dr. Zika's office in early December with extreme mid back pain. Robin, the Receptionist, promptly scheduled me, and I was seen within 24 hours. Dr. Zika spent 1 hour with me, mostly listening, and then performed a thorough exam. He sent me home and the next day I came back to review my x-rays. It was clear I had a mid back disc herniation and also a cervical herniated disc. He treated me and I walked away "better". Fast forward three weeks and I am in a different place. I was literly sleepless, crying in pain, and contemplating going to get pain medication as the pain was intolerable and after just one adjustment, my pain was significantly reduced. After a few treatments and continued observation, I am thrilled to say I have been improving and am the debilitating pain has subsided, all without any pain medication! What stands out the most is how personable and truly caring the staff are. Dr. Zika never rushes, takes a conservative approach that is targeted to your issue ( he isn't just cracking your entire back, if you have pain in one area). I am now crying happy tears. I was so fearful that my pain would be relentless but I am finally on the mend. "Thank you" isn't enough. Appreciate this office so much!

Fantastic experience: Trust Dr. Zika's process and you will see life changing results! He is different from many other chiropractors in that he uses a "targeted approach" (Gonstead System). You are adjusted for your unique needs in specific areas based on measurements and x-rays. Other chiropractors may take a "shotgun approach"; they crank all over your body and hope something works. In my opinion, this risks additional injury. Furthermore, Dr. Zika is not looking to sign you up for unnecessary appointments. When things stabilized for me, he tapered down the appointments dramatically. I presented with chronic neck problems and a recent numbness in some fingers. In a relatively short period of time, I have ZERO numbness, restored range of motion and a virtual elimination of my chronic pain. I cannot thank him enough!

I drive 30 minutes to see him, from St. Paul, because he is the best. If you follow his instructions, he will get you out of pain and probably feeling better than before your accident or injury or whatever brought you in. Dr. Z practices using the Gonstead method, which is the gold standard for chiropractic care. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. He is well worth the drive!

I have been to facilities with all of the fancy machines. All they do is put you in a chair and have the chair do the work. Or their treatments are in an open area for everyone to see. I have been to a doctors off where I missed a couple of appointments and received no calls from the office to either reschedule or find out what was going on. The first email I received was a generic email 1 year after I quit using their services On my first visit Dr Zika outlined his services and did a full back x-ray. He was very thorough and explained everything. It is better to be over informed than not at all. My second visit to review the xrays was eye opening. I had been in a car accident about 5 years prior. I visited an orthopedic doctor about a pain in my arm/elbow, and he told me it was tennis elbow. He said it would take 6 months to heal.
