Fantastic experience: This is my first time to seek chiropractic care and I am very pleased with Complete Care Chiropractic. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door & the staff introduced themselves, which I was impressed with. After signing in I had a brief wait & Dr. Ballard came & introduced himself to me, again, impressed. Dr. Ballard & the staff, Brenda & Angelina, are so friendly, show concern & always ask if I need help with any of the exercises. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Ballard & the treatment I am getting. It truly doesn't feel like the "typical" doctors office & I would highly recommend Complete Care Chiropractic.

Negative experience: They don’t do any neuropathy treatment at their facility and waste your time trying to sell you a home care package for thousands of dollars. High four to five figure packages without ever getting to try treatment before you buy. They are only there to push a package on you. In my opinion, you should beware of this clinic. They waste about two hours over the course of 2 visits and you do not get an adjustment or any neuropathy treatment there at all. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Terrible experience. Especially if you’re driving in from distance looking for help. It seems very suspicious….

Fantastic experience: I have a neck and shoulder pain to the point where I cannot lift my hand to tied my hair and have consistent headaches especially while I was sleeping. I went in to Dr. Balllard and his team for treatments and they are so helpful and nice. After a few months in to get my adjustments, I am free off shoulder and neck pain. Thank you Dr. Ballard and his team ( Brenda and Mikalei) for your wonderful help to get me back on track and feel alive again! Now I am able to play and enjoy time with my kids because I am pain free!

Wow! What a great experience and great people to work with. Brenda and Mikeala (sp?) are the most wonderful ladies. They make sure you are taken care of. They care about your well being. They are always so cheerful and positive and always greeting you at the door. I can't say enough about those ladies. They are the best. And as for Dr. Ballard, he's the best chiropractor I've been to in a while and I love how ge operates his business. I like how he has us do our exercises, then he treats us, then we go back to the exercise regium. Dr. Ballard is very sweet, personal, always has a smile on his face, makes sure he greets in some form of either a smile or "Hey, how are you?". I love this team so much and now they are more like family to me. Keep up the great work you all!!

He has identified problems with my cervical spine and hips that have been ongoing for roughly 10 years. I have seen a handful of chiropractors, spine and sports doctors, and not one doctor has mentioned the loss of curve in my cervical spine, the tilt in my hips, or the reason for my ongoing headaches and worsening pain. Dr. Ballard identified this in one visit, goes over the x-rays with you and explains every little detail of his treatment, your cost is upfront. His whole wellness treatment betters my life and spine. I am beyond happy that I found his practice on Facebook. Best coincidence of a lifetime

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Complete Care, Chiropractic for several years. I use chiropractic treatments to lessen the amount of medications I would normally have to take to be pain-free. I have been to other chiropractors and like Complete Care Chiropractic they have done a good job of getting you pain-free. But Dr. Ballard and Natalie take it a step further and provide you with information, tips, advice, exercises and healthy supplements to complete your health care. They show you that a healthy, correctly adjusted spine is tantamount to over all health and wellbeing.

I initially came to Complete Care to see Dr. Ben about a stiff neck. I slept wrong and woke up not being able to turn my head to the left :..( After a thorough explanation of what was going on with my spine, I decided to sign up for treatment. A few weeks in I had regained almost all of my neck mobility and all the pain was gone. What I didn't understand about my spine is how it contributes to much of my pain throughout the body and that it takes consistent incremental adjustments/exercises to regain a healthy curved spine. I also had sciatic nerve damage and could barely walk. In a matter of weeks I stopped having migraines and my hands weren't tingling or number anymore and I could walk again. I wish I would have went to Dr. Ben before I had surgery and to help with my headaches. Ms. Kara is extremely helpful and has answered any question I have had. Fantastic experience: i have been seeing Dr. Ben for almost 6 months now and i have noticed many changes since the beginning of this time i was in a car wreck and had lower back pain and neck pain . when i came in i was having headaches my back was sore daily and had pains down my leg from a subloxation between my L4 and L5 , i had nowhere else to go. the doctors i was seeing prior was just giving me pain meds and i didnt feel i had any chance of recovery ..after my first adjustment i noticed the tingling and the pain in my leg was gone and i was feeling better very quickly ..i also have seen improvements in my outlook on life since i was very worried that i may not be able to work enjoy activities due to pain i was having ..i have seen so many improvements that i can list, better posture no tension headaches no acid reflux and being able to go to work and not be in pain and using ice every night on my back and neck ..i am truly grateful to have been recommended to dr ben

I can not take pain medication due to other health issues so short of having surgery I decided to see Dr. Ben and try "one more Dr." I have been seeing Dr. Ben since Oct of 2015 and i have seen a great reduction in my every day pain level. I went from a 10 down to about a 3 with occasional flare ups. I finally feel like I can concentrate on every day things other than how bad I hurt!
