Brought my young son in because he struggles with ear infections and I was tired of always treating them with antibiotics. Positive experience: Google Maps did not take me to the building. It took me to the light outside the plaza On 17 and I had to find my way from there. Fantastic experience: I was greeted by a very kind and friendly assistant when I arrived. The office was nice and relaxing. My son loved the fish tank! I had an emergency need for a adjustment. I'm here visiting family and didn't wanna be in pain the whole week. I'm so grateful he could get me in immediately! My pain was extreme and I needed someone who knew more than the typical chiropractor. Dr Barnes took his time, used multiple different techniques to adjust without causing pain. I highly recommend and will return at least 1 or 2 more times before flying back to AZ. Definitely will be visiting here everytime I'm in the area!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Barnes for almost 11 years now. I first met him in 2012, when I could barely walk, from the pain in my back and legs, and he has kept me going as well as I possibly can be, with his knowledge and expertise in all things chiropractic. The spinal decompression machine has made a huge difference in my life, now able to walk well, despite everything that's wrong with my back. He is a kind, Christian man who truly cares about his patients and is passionate about always learning new ways to help us. I am so grateful always that I was led to him that day when I was in constant pain and ready to give up hope in ever getting better. He truly has been a huge blessing in my life!

I was given a few at home exercises to do between now & my next adjustment so I am feeling confident in the results with the continuity. I also really enjoyed the traction table prior to my adjustment. I’ve been to multiple chiropractors in the past & this was by far my best first visit!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr Barnes three times. I went to him about two years ago or more for the first time and then got sucked into going to a chiropractor who claimed he knew more than he really did about my conditions. After about two years of treatment with that chiropractor and making very little progress, my wife talked me into going back to Dr. Barnes who she had by then grown very fond of. After just two appointments with Dr. Barnes again, I am actually starting to enjoy life more again. He has given me something that few medical professionals have given me: hope! He seems to genuinely care about his patients and gives me the time I need to learn from him and take tools to help myself with my pain. I truly cannot say enough about how grateful I am to Dr. Barnes and about how regretful I am that I didn’t continue seeing him the first time. I would recommend avoiding the same mistakes I made and spending literally thousands of dollars on a chiropractor who ultimately did not help me at all. I would definitely recommend Dr Barnes to anyone with pain. Don’t waste anymore money on chiropractors who care more about money than helping you heal!

I had so much back pain (i sit all day) and siatic pain i could hardly move! By the second session i was moving more and without pain!! Fantastic experience: An absolutely amazing experience. I tried two other Chiropractor’s for over a month until a close friend referred me to Dr. Barnes. My disk was pushing against my sciatic nerve for the last two months causing me to walk sideways, in pain and sleepless nights. Needles to say I was pretty desperate. Dr. Barnes was recommended that we do this together to get the disk back in place (with the other chiro’s, they were forcing everything causing a lot of pain during and after a session with them). Dr. Barnes said that I needed to listen to my body, take some of the responsibility on my own by doing exercises that would help get the disk back to where it belongs and then he would help with putting scar tissue in between the disk and nerve that was causing me so much pain. Two weeks later, the plan is working. I’m in far less pain. I threw the football with the kids last night and I’m almost upright. It feels amazing to be amping the living again.

Dr. Barnes adjusted them both, was very informative on their situations and recommended a probiotic for them. I seen improvements with both kids in a couple days.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you my story. I went into his office hoping he could adjust my shoulder. I had issues years after my shoulder surgery. My pec, pec minor, and arm muscles were very tight and sometimes painful. I was hoping he could adjust my shoulder and/or scapula. I just wanted to see if that would help. After hearing my story and an examination, he said an adjustment would probably not help. He said the root cause of my issue was weak muscles around the shoulder causing instability. My tight muscles were trying to compensate for the weak shoulder. Well it took awhile but I worked to restore strength of the shoulder and it helped a lot! I am not 100 percent but getting better. Dr Barnes also adjusted my spine during my visits and did a wonderful job. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Great support staff as well. I would definitely recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I was first examined by Dr. Barnes in the beginning of April. I had the worst back pain I ever had experienced. He told me he was certain it was a torn disc but recommended getting a MRI. I did that and the results came back that I did have two discs that had exploded. He has given me some simple exercises to help strengthen my back and help with pain. I am also seeing him weekly for adjustments. I had pain all the way down my left leg and after one week of me doing what he instructed, I no longer have that pain. He is amazing and I am grateful for all of the help he has provided me!

Fantastic experience: After 42 years of an old horse injury to the back and 2 recent "flip-over" falls I knew I was in trouble. Pain and limited range of motion motivated me to finally see this Dr. Barnes a fellow musician was encouraging me to see. When I saw his specialty was in Sports Medicine, I felt hope, but not near as much as after the initial 5 minutes of our visit. As a registered nurse, I knew conventional medicine at best would recommend "Fixating" my spine and that would be permanent with long lasting future problems and costly, so submitted to his carefully thought out treatment plans, which, btw, were evaluated at each appointment, not surmised by a 2 min x-ray review then rigidly plagued through. We discovered my spinal cord was only 1mm from being completely clamped off by the vertebrae and as a whole, the spine twisted as a wrung out wash rag. For treatment, he wouldn't even allow me on the decompression machine until he knew I could tolerate it and the after effects. Yes, I could hardly walk, but in a relatively short period of time, and following his great teaching exhortations to cut out sugar, I woke one morning with no pain at all! There is so much more good to say about Dr. Barnes' Clinic, but suffice it to say he does more than SAFE and Chiropractic manipulations. He's aware of all the options of laser and other interventions AND he cares more about working with a person to get the best work done than time and money. He can advise on weight loss and exercises and when you visit you can fill up on really good ALKALINE purified water and believe me, he doesn't offer it to make a dime. He cares so much about everybody's health. I must say also, that his receptionists McKenzie and Kenzie, are of great speedy help, and very organized. I rarely wait over 5 minutes to see him or receive treatment because of their careful consideration re: scheduling patients. Don't delay in seeing Dr. Barnes, even if you are healthy. It will make you better!

Fantastic experience: I am expecting my first child and 3 weeks ago I pulled something in my back. I contacted Dr. Barnes and he got me in that day! I have since been going to him once a week and at 38 weeks pregnant I truly have 0 back pain. I have also expressed the ligament pain I was getting and that pain has gone away significantly.
