Fantastic experience: I greatly recommend Inspire Weight Loss. I felt like I hit a wall and couldn’t lose weight on my own anymore. I went to them and followed their program which helped me loose 38 pounds in a timely manner (4 months). I’m very happy to finally be back on a healthy weight. To be very honest I felt their program is very easy to follow, their staff was amazing, and supportive at all times. Thank you all for your help in this journey!!! Fantastic experience: Inspire Lake Nona is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and well organized business. The staff gets an A+ rating for their customer service and accommodating manner. At the beginning of my services, I was apprehensive about the machine which works with accelerating lymphatic drainage due to my having a small lumbar strain. They were so understanding, there was no pressure, they gave me additional info about the machine , and also alternatives to help with lymphatic drainage. Once I was more confident, I used the lymphatic drainage machine and it was great. I highly recommend Inspire Lake Nona!

Positive experience: At inspire weight loss, they are very welcoming and friendly. The ladies make you feel very welcomed. The session are very relaxing and so is the environment. As for my treatments, I personally haven’t seen a major difference. However, that's probably because i choose a smaller package. I did enjoy the experience.

I’ve been doing the red light therapy sessions only and I enjoy coming in for this relaxing session and at the same time melting some fat. Fantastic experience: I started my journey at Inspire on the 1st of June and by the last week of September I had lost over 60 pounds of fat. After trying different strategies for weight loss (Cool Sculpting, HCG Diet, Paleo Diet, Cross Fit, etc), I was unhappy with the results. I read the reviews for Inspired Weight Loss and decided to give it a try. I originally signed up for the Nutrition Plan and after easily dropping a few pounds in the first week I decided to try the Contouring Light Therapy. Wow, I was surprised. The combination is great. I reached my weight loss goal, my stomach flattened out and the definition in my arms that I lost is back. You know it works when people at work and the gym are asking what my secret is (I'm doing differently). P.S. When I speak to other customers in passing, they are very excited and pleased with their results as well. GIVE IT A TRY...YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

I did the diet plan and the lights and I lost almost 17 pounds, this was by far the easiest diet I have ever tried because it is easy to follow and the things you can eat you have many options, and also includes fruits. Totally recommend, it's definitely worth it! And I will do a second round for sure.

Negative experience: Classic bait and switch tactics to draw you in for the "red lights" to really sell you a $2500 package to create a meal plan. I could see myself doing the lights again, but not the package. The staff had poor attitudes and were discouraging to my belief that I am perfectly capable of eating healthy on my own. As soon as I said I was only interested in the lights, I got attitude and rude looks. Definitely not people I feel comfortable around and I will NOT be back! Don't fall for the bait if you don't want to spend a fortune for someone to tell you what to eat! Edited to add that the owner is lying in her response. They DID try to sell me just the lights but I am the one who declined after the way I was treated. As I said, if your thing is to pay for people to create a meal plan for you, go for it. But don't come here from the bait without planning on spending a fortune for it! And you can tell by her response how rude she is! "Bless your heart"... RUDE!

I love that the plan is centered on balanced meals, allowing me to eat fruit as well as vegetables and proteins. The list of allowed foods is so long I never felt deprived of eating foods I enjoy. The staff is the best, always encouraging, helping me adjust meals to find what works for me, available to answer my many questions, including cooking advice! I have lost about 30 pounds in 4 months, and I truly feel I was given the tools to continue to maintain healthy eating and continue on my weight loss journey!

Iused the vibrating machine, that was actually cool, and even sat in the Half-sauna box for 30 minutes, wow! Fantastic experience: Wow. So surprised at my own results! Seeing the side by side pictures really helped me see the change in my cellulite and inches lost. I did 3 sessions a week for one month and the results show! It is very strict dieting with no cheat days, but with will power and determination this is such a great way to lose weight.

Fantastic experience: Update: I’m done with my six weeks program and I love the result! The coaches and staffs are very knowledgeable and welcoming. - the results: I was down 11lbs and 13.75 inches. Happy with this result. - about food craving: the diet program was not difficult to follow. I did have a couple days of sweet craving but Coach Ashley gave me very helpful tips and it works. If you have a question do talk to the coaches at the weekly check-in so THEY CAN HELP YOU. - tips: I recommend wearing a compression garment for two days after each light session. Drink a lot of water and drink electrolyte! - workouts: I didn’t have enough muscle so I was recommended to lift weight - which I am comfortable with and enjoying a lot nowadays. Usually workout is not needed for the program. Older comments: I’m half way done with my program and I’m loving it! The staff is very patient and understanding and the coaches are very knowledgeable. I’ve been losing since day one and can’t wait to see my final result!

I’ve lost 22lbs but most importantly I’ve learned how to eat and keep the weight off! I discovered a food allergy in the process and feel SO much better!
