Fantastic experience: I love it here! I’ve been a member since January. As a newcomer to this gym, and this style of workout, I have been made to feel welcome and a part of the community. Every coach is attentive in teaching the importance of form and the importance of listening to your body. I never feel less than the other athletes in the room because Starr Fit has created a space where everyone’s own journey is respected and celebrated!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best gym in town! Such a welcoming community no matter what your circumstances are!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym. They have coaches that basically are like personal trainers. They are constantly helping you with your form so that you don’t injure yourself, while also pushing you to challenge yourself. They give modifications for every workout if needed. They offer nutrition classes and have an in-body machine that allows you to monitor your progress each month. In one month, I have gained 2 pounds of muscle and lost visceral fat. I cannot wait to see where I am after six months and a year of attending Starr Fit. The best part of this gym is the community. It feels good after each class to have a group of accountability partners saying “See you tomorrow”.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. I was a member at this gym for 6 years. I have two torn shoulders and hurt my lower back here. Poor programming is too blame.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Starr.fit. I have a neurological condition that affects my balance and stability, and the coaches do a great job of helping me modify the exercises so that I am comfortable and safe while working the same muscles at the same intensity as everyone else. My biggest issue with working out was motivation, but now I look forward to working out. The classes are fun and structured, and the community is great. Again, I would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Starr.Fit has been a huge boost to my 53 yr old life. I showed up unable to lift anything but the weight bar. I couldn't do body weight squats, or even have the mobility for them within a month I am doing weighted squats, and lots of other things I had no idea of... The coaches are great and help you learn proper technique so you don't get hurt. The people in the classes are always encouraging and helpful as well. I was a fat guy in little workout clothes, still a fat guy, but not as much and much stronger! It has been a life changer for me!

The facility is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping each member reach their goals. They provide personalized attention during workouts, ensuring that everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels confident and challenged. The camaraderie among members is incredible; everyone cheers each other on, making even the toughest workouts are enjoyable. The variety of classes keeps things fresh, with a mix of strength training and conditioning.

Fantastic experience: First time guest with my daughter who attends several times per week. I had a great experience. I would normally feel out my element in this type of gym. Nicole however made me feel welcome and incorporated me into the class . I would definately enjoy coming again. I had fun and felt like everyone was part of a bigger family I never met until today. Nicole and Frazier are my new friends.

Fantastic experience: I have tried quite a few gyms in the last 4 years. Yet lacked the motivation to keep at it. Mainly due to a lack of results. In just 2 months, I already see visual results. The workouts at Starr.Fit are designed to target each area of the body, and modified to accommodate individual members, when needed. Starr.Fit’s coach led workouts, ensure that members are completing the workouts correctly and safely. Start.Fit even has special classes to teach correct formation to new members. Monthly nutrition classes are offered as well. If you want results, true results, Starr.Fit is your answer.

Every last one of the coaches are outstanding in their teaching and truly care. My absolute favorite part of Starr Fit is it’s more than just a gym, they are a family who care tremendously about health and well-being. So grateful to be apart of such an amazing community.

Fantastic experience: I'm very new to this type of exercise and have received personal instruction on proper form as part of my 1st month's membership. All of the instructors know that I'm new and give me modifications that help me to be successful in my workout. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. In fact the members are as welcoming as the owners and instructors. I made a good choice when I joined this club.

Fantastic experience: I personally had the experience of being part of the Starr Fit family while my time in Florida and I have to say it changed my life. I had been to other CrossFit gyms, since I wanted to make sure I found the best one to fit my needs and Starr Fit was it!!! The dynamic was completely different from all the other ones I had the chance to visit. They are like a family there! Although they work collectively, they also work with you on a individual basis and they make sure they work with your needs. I love the fact that they incorporate body health and nutrition on their programs, not a lot of gyms work with that approach and this is SUCH a big part of your progress and the path to a healthy life! Although I have moved to another state, I still use the concepts and training methods quite often in my home gym. You will gain so much more than getting healthier when you work out there. My whole family trained there for years and made lifelong friendships with the owners and other members. So much more than just going to a commercial gym, putting on your headphones and never engaging with anyone. At Starr.Fit you will share so much more going thru the workouts together and this is definitely the real No Judgment Zone.

Helpful coaches who give practical advice no matter if you're just starting or a seasoned expert. Very friendly atmosphere. Good for all ages and abilities interested in functional fitness. Lastly, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: StarFit is a place where you want positive changes. It definitely will give you confidence. Each coach gives great cues and will fix your form. I like how the classes are organize. First you stretch, then they teach you the proper move, and then it's the Amrap. Game on! It's a place where I can clear my mind and become physically and mentally strong. Tara is an amazing trainer and inspiring. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Today marks 1 month that I joined Starr Fit and I have absolutely enjoyed my experience. Previously everyone I had told I was going to sign up for cross fit legit scared me lol but I have had the best experience ever. It was easy to sign up, they communicated with me quickly, the Introduction classes were so informative and key and Coach Colin was super patient and attentive to me. Then because of my schedule I joined the 6am class with Coach Louise and it's been sooo good. She makes sure I understand what I'm suppose to do and challenges me to give my best. The other members I workout with are also so helpful and encouraging. I'm proud to say I feel healthier than ever before. I am so glad I found this community to be a part of. And on top of that, my wife recently re-enrolled there too and now we get to work out together. I HIGHLY recommend this place for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Starrfit and I’m loving it so far. They take the time to really teach you the fundamentals of the workouts but also teach you how to properly calculate your macros and really understand the fundamentals of living a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend this box! I’m so excited to keep learning.

Negative experience: Rude. Not sure if the man was a trainer or member but either way he didn't make a good impression and if his rude attitude is reflective of the rest of the gym...I wouldn't even consider or recommend them. Wish I had gotten his name or called him out on his attitude

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic facility with terrific coaching. The facility is open spaced, clean, and laid out perfectly. The coaches take more time to prime their athletes for movement than any box I've ever visited. This is a game changer for a 40yr old trying to keep up with the younger kids. I do not think I could maintain the quality of movement and speed if it were not for the amount of time we spent making sure everyone was ready to work. I highly recommend Starr.Fit to anyone who values quality coaching. As a CF L2 coach myself (with a degree in Exercise Science), I found myself taking mental notes at how well organized Starr.Fit's classes are.

Fantastic experience: I have known Scott, Marisol and Louise for years and as a former gym owner and operator I am very impressed with their operation. My girlfriend Marcia Lee has been a member for years and loves being part of the Starrfit family. I would give 10 stars if allowed=)

The coaches do a great job of helping you scale things and correcting your form to prevent injury. We love having a fresh new workout written for us each day, too.
