I don't remember names, but whoever was at the desk at 4:45 pm on 4/8/24, whoever gave me my injection, and the provider who examined me and sent in my prescription were fantastic.

Negative experience: Not satisfied with the work I was there to do the full-blood work after 5 days with no results and called them and they told me the blood they had taken for testing had been contaminated I have to do it again I think they should call me and let me know because I'm not feeling well and waiting for the results

Fantastic experience: From the time I enter the lobby each personal is helpful and friendly. As a patient I feel it is important that the FNP truly listens to the patient. Ruth(FNP) AND Jessica are just the best in all the urgent clinics I have visited over the years This is my preferred clinic which I have been going to for years. It's the people that work at the clinic that makes the atmosphere feel so welcoming and they truly engage with you. I will continue to go to this clinic as long as Ruth(FNP) and Jessica are working there.

Fantastic experience: I was so tired of going to a facility where I basically NEVER saw the same physician twice!!! These P.A.’s are above all thorough, and take the time to go over blood work numbers, medication options and have been nothing short of “SPOT ON” every time I have gone in!!! They are now my GP and I couldn’t be happier with the service by them and their assistants, or my results!!! After going over vitamin deficiencies, addressing my borderline diabetes, prescribing a medication that helped get my sugar levels down, I am losing weight and feel so much better. Not only do I look better, but it has markedly improved my health AND OVERALL THE WAY I FEEL!!! These ladies have CHANGED MY LIFE, and this facility is the ONLY option for me and my health!!! And why even bother mentioning how conveniently located they are, THAT’S OBVIOUS❣️ My sincere thanks to the staff of Only Choice Urgent Care in Huffman❣️❣️❣️

Fantastic experience: The older lady and the nurse on staff Tuesday March 5 at around 5 pm. She is the only lady that I can come too and will actually listen to me. Even the nurse listened to me with her body and soul. They make you feel like an actual person not a bill. I love the staff here. An I don't ever have to wait long even if there seems to be a line. I have even partaken in beauty side there. They are super knowledgeable and will work with you and plan with you budget wise. That place is an experience. They have great communication with each other, a functional system to how they run things and are not afraid to listen to your hypothesis on what could be wrong with you. Last year I went in a there was a male staff and he was just like them. It's great service, great treatments, and amazing staff! Keep it up LOVE YOU!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here!! usually nobody listens to me I'm just a number but Stephanie took the time to listen to me and make me feel truly heard what a sweetheart!! And miss Ruth was very sympathetic and truly cared after wasting many years with other doctors I'm finally on the right track thanks to these two amazing ladies even though there an hour away this is the only place I will go!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nurse Practioner Ruth was friendly and personable AND knew what she was doing, promptly identified my problem and prescribed medication. I'm feeling better already! Negative experience: I can't say that I had a positive experience. They took forever on my initial visit. I called to ask for an eta on my shipment and was hung up on. They have blocked me from making calls. Sent me the vile without syringes. Is this how you treat a paying customer, honestly? Terrible business practices.

Negative experience: Called multiple times about charge against HCSA that did not come with statement of services. Always directed at Billing manager never returns calls.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have to rewrite my review! There is a SCAM going on there! They are charging you for example a steroid shot 50.00 that your co-pay covers, as per phone calls I made to other Urgent Care facilities! The office manager a real piece of work, who had the audacity to be upset with husband because he raised his voice, from presumably charges all of a sudden, who wouldn’t be upset!!!! (We Always pay our bill in full) She was wrong, not one apology!!! This person has a narcissistic personality who has made customers and employees there very uncomfortable, I just couldn’t pin it until now as to why the employees have been edgy for quite some time! I have been going there sense it’s inception with Jackie Wurtz! She was awesome, and the new owners since then does not return calls!!! The employees are excellent the management is not!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This Urgent Care is not only an Urgent Care it's family care. It's a place to bring your family for everything from football and dance camp physicals to sore throats and weight loss injections. They also have a full service Med Spa where I can get a facial and filler for my birthday and touch up my xeomin to freshen up my look. This place really is my all in one go to for everything my family needs.

Negative experience: I don’t understand the great reputation. Others report a good experience but on a Saturday in July of 2022 when they were not busy I was dismissed, my health concerns ignored, and I left having wasted time and money for nothing. It was with out a doubt the worst medical visit of my life and I was shocked at being dismissed with not even an exam of any kind. The physician did not care at all about my concerns and treated me like I was worthless. It was humiliating and I cried in the car after leaving the office.

Negative experience: First, it took them forever to input my son's information. They finally checked me and my son out, but still did not have us in the system. I was told that they would call me when everything was straightened out to get our copayment. So they called about an hour later take all of the information. I call my pharmacy and they have no prescriptions. I call back to find out what happened and they said something was wrong with the payment so I I give them the exact same information and it miraculously goes through. I was then informed that my prescription wasn't sent because of payment. 4hrs later and my prescription still hasn't been sent. Never again Only Choice!!!

Negative experience: Called a week ago to setup an appointment to come in. Was told since I was coming from out of state and it had been within the year, I did not have to repeat the blood work. I came in for my appointment just to be told that they didn't have their stuff together. I left and came back later to be told that I needed to repeat the blood work. I had been going here for the last couple of years but I will be damned if after driving 8 hours to come back down here that I will ever come back nor would I ever recommend anyone going here. They can't seem to get it together.

Fantastic experience: I've been over here a few times to do chiropractic treatment on their patients. The staff is always very pleasant. Especially Stefanie, she has been SUPER helpful with figuring out billing and letting the rest of the staff know what to do with my patients.
