Negative experience: My message is for all those people who trust this place. I lost confidence in them at least a month ago after they burned my entire bikini area during a laser section with a new machine. They are one of the worst, they haven't refunded my money yet, Mariana had promise to call back and still hasn’t after 4 days. I have been very affected by how that area looks and I have lost confidence to put on a swimsuit again. Don't trust this place, they are the worst and they’ll do anything to get customers. Very careless of them to have done the laser without checking my skin type before the session. Even though I complained of the severe burning pain I was going through Sara reassured me that it was ok. I feel very disappointed and after almost two years going for under arm and upper lip, I can’t believe I’ve been treated this way.

Fantastic experience: I got laser hair removal done under my arms and had an amazing experience! It was quick and painless and after just 1 session i already noticed my hair growth slowing down!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing laser hair removal here for over 6 months now and I absolutely love this place. You have to be specific about where you do laser hair removal as a black/dark-skinned person as not all laser places have the correct laser and I have had absolutely no problems here. Sara is an absolute sweetheart Everytime I go. I’ve been getting laser on my stomach and neck/chin area and it’s definitely helping a lot with my hyperpigmentation and ingrown hairs. It does take a while to see major progress as you do have to go to repeatedly sessions but I love it so much and will continue to go here as long as I’m in Tampa.

Fantastic experience: Fusion is great and all the staff there are so sweet and accommodating. For 2 years I did the full body laser hair removal and let me tell you that it did not hurt at all! They have a machine that sends cool air out at the same time as the laser so you don't feel any pain whatsoever. The confidence I have is priceless. I also had 2 small skin tags removed on my neck area and that was super quick and easy and you can't even tell they were there. I highly recommend any treatment you choose with Fusion Medi spa!

They kindly allowed us to stay with our two kids, who were scared, and offered us towels and coffee. Their friendliness and kindness made a huge difference and helped us feel safe during the storm. It's wonderful to know that there are still people like that around. I will definitely be returning to use their spa services.

Fantastic experience: I have had extensive Laser Hair Removal from my neck to my toes. I did this at another hair treatment center and I can tell you that it was the most torturous experience anyone can endure. I likened it to being stung by bees 5000 times. Then I discovered Fusion Medispa, and when they first told me that they have invested significant money into the latest and greatest technologies, and that the hair removal was painless I was very very skeptical to say the least. However, after having my first treatment, I can tell you this is actually pain-free. This is such a game changer.if you were interested in this, don’t wait any longer. It was an incredible experience. It took way less time because they have to stop every two minutes so I could continue to endure the pain. This place is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I got my lip filler done here, it was my first time doing fillers and I was a little bit scared of the result, I live in Tampa so I was looking for a trusted place to do it and the injector from Fusion Medispa just nailed it. I’m loving it, it looks very natural, but definitely I can tell how this improved the overall look of my face features, thank you Teena for all the recommendations you did the process so much easier!!!

Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with the services and staff at Fusion Medispa. My skin feels great after laser hair removal. The laser hair removal is pain free and lasting results. I also do monthly microdermabrasions and now I can spend my days makeup free after the great results.

Negative experience: I paid 4,000 for em sculpt and was told 30 percent of change would happen …. I have about 10 percent of change to my butt … I was made deals that no one stuck to I sent before and after pics .. company did nothing . I talked and tried to show them it does not work !!! I can as saving to get surgery and really was hoping this would give me that small difference I needed and was taken for a lot of money for nothing done to what was agreed. Very sad the owner is never there and does not communicate well or do what she says ! The girl who did the work was amazing and always there to help me and care for me and my mother in law …. Brittney will do what it takes for her clients . But nothing else there gets done very sad

Fantastic experience: When it comes to treating ourselves, it’s not always a priority. Fusion Medispa, Brittney and Sara and the rest of the team has made my first time experience a great one. I suddenly remembered how important skin care the confidence within myself is. They have made me feel so comfortable with new spa treatments. I only wish I would have done some of these sooner. Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a few times always and absolutely love it!!! Highly recommend! They make you feel like family. Had the Medispa facial and I noticed a huge difference in my pores and texture of the skin after just one treatment. The Botox is so amazing- had no idea you could get it on your top lip- but I did and it was just enough without going overboard. One more thing- just had my lashes tinted and I’m hooked now.

Fantastic experience: Ingrown hairs and difficulty shaving "certain areas" has always been the bane of my existence, so I decided to come here after seeing the results my wife got from her laser hair removal. Sara (the laser tech) is very friendly & professional, and the new laser they use is very pain-free (you literally feel nothing) and works great. After only a few sessions, I don't have to worry about shaving anymore. This was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I've made in a very long time, and I'd do it all over again in a heart-beat. I HIGHLY recommend this location & staff, they are all great!

Sarah diligently made it nearly painless and even pleasant. I strongly recommend this spa for its great staff, up to date technologies and their decent prices.

Fantastic experience: I had my first facial at Fusion Medispa today and was blown away by results! I’ve had facials before and everyone has avoided the psoriasis on my face. Today I was treated by Brittney, who knew exactly how to treat my condition. I’ve never had better service. The facial was relaxing and soothing. If you use the wrong products on psoriasis it can be extremely painful, but Brittney knew exactly what to use. I am not a person who feels confident in public without makeup, but today was a different day, my face was clear and glowing! ❤️

This place absolutely knocks it out of the park. Warmly greeted when I arrived, offered refreshments (champagne included), quick treatment where I did not in any way feel pressured to do more than I felt I needed. I hope the professionalism, excitement, and passion is not only a representation of great customer service training, but genuine enjoyment of the work promoted through positive work culture. Kudos to this team! Above and beyond - including one of the lovely ladies at the front desk trying really hard to guide a guest who was lost.

She and I met for a consultation prior to that and she really listened to my concerns and presented the plan that would work best for my personal goals. Fantastic experience: Fusion Medspa is awesome. Everyone is very friendly. Scheduling is a breeze. Today, I saw Maku for an amazing Massage! She listened to me list off my aches & pains I have. Spent extra time on my problem areas. Maku also has done 2 microdermabrasion on me. My skin is looking better, brighter & age spots are less noticeable. Maku is very knowledgeable & detailed aesthetician. I highly recommend Maku.

Positive experience: I would definitely not recommend this place. They scheduled my appointment for 3 pm and I was there on time, then they said my appointment was at 2 pm. Such a pathetic service they offer. Edit: Owner of the Spa called me later and apologized. Changing the rating to 3 because I like the way she took ownership of things that went wrong.

Fantastic experience: Fusion MediSpa is a great local spa with a smaller staff that care for you and want to get to know you so your needs can be met! Courtney is fantastic! She is very dedicated to helping her clients meet their skin care needs and has done ample research on multiple conditions so she can better treat you. Fantastic experience: I've been for laser, botox and facials and I love these beautiful ladies! The staff is friendly, I love Macu and Kate is always attentive. Tina works wonders with botox! I wanted enough to ease lines without freezing my face like an awkward statue and she knew exactly what to do! The first time I came here was for laser and I was nervous because I have darker skin (being from India) so I wanted to be veeeerrryyy careful. I had another consult at a different place first and they explained that the laser targets pigment so us darker ladies can sometimes get burned. I wanted a second opinion and the staff walked me through everything, explaining the pros, cons and risks. The pricing was better and they made me feel comfortable so I started off with a small area to make sure my skin wouldn't overly react to the laser (which is a possibility). Needless to say I'm now silky smooth from head to toe. Thank you, Fusion! <3

IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!! I was so nervous going in, but immediately those nerves went away as soon as I met some of the staff and my technician. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Macu does my facials and knows everything there is to know about skin care. I started laser hair removal on my full body and can’t believe it has taken me this long ! It’s a game changer and all the laser techs are fast and so knowledgeable, I am on my 5th treatment and my hair is almost non existent! Fantastic experience: I’m a fan. I started coming when I was a kid because I had terrible acne (i.e pizza face name calling bad). Mom literally had to drag me at first. Now as an adult I have zero acne scars and skin nice enough to get complimented on (I’ll take it now that I’m in my 30s, lol!). I also wisened up and lasered the front and back of my neck so I can let my hair grow while still keeping clean lines. It’s definitely a big brain move, gents. Learn to take care of yourselves so we can age like a nice bourbon. The ladies at fusion make it easy and will spoil you. Love you girls and thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with Rosacea for the last 10 years, every treatment I’ve tried failed, every moisturizer, remedy or recommendation never made any difference, always red and becoming purple was my color.. always people could see my feelings like when I was angry, happy or frustrated it would be reflected in the redness and for years it’s been bothering me and make me feel uncomfortable. Thanks to Fusion medispa and their láser I’m not red and before!! Only one session and the day after I was so happy looking the change!! I can’t wait for my second session!! Fantastic experience: Fusion Medispa is the best medical spa with SO many spa services! I was absolutely terrified of getting laser hair removal but Mariana made me feel so at ease and walked me through the entire process. I am now almost hair free and it is the BEST decision I have ever made! I now visit Macu for routine facials when my face is looking a little dull and Nushin when my brows and lips need a touch up. With their extensive and educated staff they even helped me create a skin care plan, laser/Botox plan, paired it with the products that will set me up for success during each treatment.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS PLACE! They staff are all so welcoming and they're also really honest and take the time to explain everything you need to know about what you're doing. My favorite (and who I go to see most) is Kate. She has been administering the TORC sessions for me. I initially didn't want to write a review because I didn't want anybody knowing about my secret workout/weight loss weapon (I wanted them to think it was all me LOL), but Kate's guidance coupled with the TORC program has helped me lose 20 pounds in 2.5 months. The TORC machine is like a crazy insane workout for your muscles that you could never get at the gym. It allows you to ramp up your fitness level with just one or two thirty minute sessions each week, and the best part is YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! The machine does the working out FOR YOU! I could feel it working during the sessions but the real testament to its success is that before this I could barely lift 5 pound dumbbells, and now I am doing consistent work outs with 8 pound dumbbells in only a couple of weeks. I get the treatment on my arms and abs, and when I do it on the abs consistently I can definitely tell that my waist is getting trimmer - plus I can do more crunches, sit ups, etc than before. This salon offers a bunch of great other services, but I primarily go there for the TORC (and I don't think anywhere else offers it for as affordably as Fusion Medispa), and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Kate is great at explaining it all and really pushes you to achieve your goals with it, so if you have more questions about it give her a call and she will for sure help you out. She is the sweetest and so motivational, and is always giving me extra tips for how to continue my weight loss goals outside the salon (so I know she really cares about me succeeding). I know this is a long review already so I will wrap up, but I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you need any of the services they offer as you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with the whole crew all are amazing and professional people!! Kate put me onto amazing supplements that are helping with my weight loss. She also has me on the torque machine to tighten up my skin before my complete Weight loss so I don’t have all that extra saggy skin.
