I didn't expect the level of support or fun that came with it! The coaches have been so helpful in helping me learn techniques that keep me safe in an environment that allows me to ask beginner questions without fear of being judged. When I can't do something like a pull-up, I'm immediately supported with options to build my strength so that hopefully one day I can. There's so many options for class times that it's sure to fit any schedule! One of my favorite classes is the Mobility class on Saturday mornings, it's never a chore to go to the gym even on a weekend! I can't imagine going anywhere else!

We have desk jobs and have led a sedentary lifestyle, and we want to get active and get in better shape as we get older. Our personal trainer has been wonderful, and now after a few months we are doing group fitness classes. I appreciate how much knowledge and expertise our personal trainer has, which helps as it relates to things like making adjustments and working around past injuries. Everyone is really nice, and the vibes in the classes are great. The instructors and others who attend the gym create a friendly and encouraging environment. The workouts are designed allowing for modifications that make them accessible to beginners like myself.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined a Senior Fit class. Our trainer provides a different workout each session. No monotony. She helps us maintain proper form and keeps track of repetitions. It’s a safe and effective workout and a better value for us than a personal trainer or a walk-in gym.

Fantastic experience: I attend the Elevate Sculpt classes and have made great progress due to the knowledgeable trainers and doing the work! The owners really do care about our fitness! They are at the gym a lot, but more importantly are constantly checking on us individually to see how we are doing. Lifting weights used to be one of my least favorite exercise to do, but now it's my favorite. Classes are fun and the members make it even better!

His wife, Kai is a certified L1 trainer and the team is dreamy. You feel safe exercising there. It's a relaxed atmosphere, a fun and great community. They do activities together, participate in fund raisers, and hang out with pot lucks. The coaches will help you meet your goals. The nutrition coaches are amazing! I've lost 30 pounds so far and feel much better! I'm glad they are in Leander.

Fantastic experience: Elevate Fitness is amazing! I found this place through google search, looking to just sign my husband up, but he loved it so much, that he wanted me to try it to! I was super nervous because I had rarely worked out before, and had always felt lost in a gym. But even though I was a beginner, it didn’t matter. Carolyn and Cody and their training staff are all so kind, and meet you where you are! I love that you just show up ready to work out, and a trainer presents the workout plan for the day, and takes the class through everything step by step as everyone works out at their own intensity at the same time! It makes me feel like even though I am a beginner and using the lightest weights possible, it’s totally fine! We’re all there to improve! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging of each other, and I love that. Would 100% recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I joined Elevate a few months ago because it was the closest gym to my house and I thought maybe that would keep me from quitting a couple months in, like I usually do. However it’s the coaches and camaraderie that keep me going, not just the location. I never expected to make friends at the gym, I always saw it as a place to get my workout done and go home, but I feel so comfortable with this gym and I enjoy going, and seeing the same people every day, and it feels good to see that they enjoy seeing me too. I also recently started the nutrition coaching, and it has completely changed the way I think about food, in a good way. I thought I was generally making healthy choices, but I am learning that I didn’t really understand macros and what my body needs. I’m already feeling stronger than I ever have, and now with this nutrition coaching, I’m excited to see the results in my body composition. This is already the longest I’ve ever consecutively worked out and I’m still excited to go back each week.

Fantastic experience: Such a great place to get a workout in and build connections! The encouragement and energy in fun regardless of it being a class of 3 or 15. It’s a great mixture of cardio and weight training without the overwhelming “box” feel you get from most CrossFit locations. Haven’t seen a tractor tire yet lol! Great encouragement and no intimidation ever!

Carolyn and Cody are amazing individuals, they always greet the customers with a heartful smile and they always keep checking on you during the workout sessions and will give constructive feedback to improve body posture and form. The community itself is very motivating and helps you to stay motivated and maintain that consistency which is very key in achieving any fitness goals. They also provide nutritional coaching which is also very crucial in in the fitness journey. IMO it is equally important as the workouts itself. I would recommend Elevate to anyone no matter the age and you will for sure become healthy and fit, the right way.

Cody and Carolyn have build a real Community here, which is like an extended family, they all help you stay motivated and keep showing up by making it fun . I never imagined I would ever look forward to going to a Gym or associate it with the word "fun". The owners, Carolyn and Cody are salt of the earth. The programming is challenging, but doable. The movements are well suited for scalable, or Rx. They have several trainers that are great in classes, or one-on-one. I recommend Elevate Fitness to anyone from beginner to advanced. We certainly have that spectrum already represented at Elevate.

Fantastic experience: Elevate is a great place for all ages and skill levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and know when to push and when to relax. The community is casual, friendly, and stoked to be there. I need a class in order to be motivated to workout and I always look forward to going to class. Even if I don't feel like working out that day, I still go because I like to be around the other people in the classes, and then I end up with a workout in the books for day! Oh, and the place is clean. It's not some dirty, danky, stanky gym with meat sweats and selfie sticks everywhere.

Fantastic experience: As a senior citizen, I was concerned I could not find an appropriate place to exercise. But I found it at Elevate Fitness Leander. They have the expertise and patience to guide me so I don't incur an injury on my journey. They are able to encourage the younger students to push hard and encourage me to keep going. I noticed in three months I have been there, I am stronger, more flexible, have better balance, sleep better and mentally I am sharper. I strongly encourage older people to give it try. Staff is kind, smart and supportive. The hour is over before I know it and I look forward to every class.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Elevate for a few months now and I love it. I’m a busy mom of two and the schedule, environment and support I receive at the gym is what keeps me going. I’ve had other gym memberships in the past but have never been able to be consistent because I had no idea what I was doing. I love Elevate because they figure it all out for you; all you have to do is show up and give your all. As a mom, it’s so refreshing to have something organized and figured out for me for once! The coaches are amazing. They are knowledgeable, funny, supportive and they make the workouts fun and achievable for any level. It’s also a family friendly environment. I bring my daughters occasionally and my 3 year old now asks to do the exercises she sees me do at the gym, with me at home. I not only feel good about the changes I’m seeing in my body and the benefits to my personal health that the gym gives me, but I also feel great about the example it is enabling me to be for my girls. I could not recommend Elevate more! It’s simply the BEST!

From the coaches to the members everyone is positive and motivating. Each coach is constantly learning, educating themselves, and checking on our technique to prevent injuries. Coaches are mindful of injuries and help modify the workouts. As someone with a laundry list of dance injuries it's super helpful. Yes, it's more expensive than other gyms but here you get what you pay for and then some. I love that Dr. Cody lets me pick his brain for whatever injury is bothering me that day. Caroline's awesome and always available to answer my questions. Coach Mighty and Coach Ryan are both incredible coaches, always there to push and motivate you. I also like that they keep me accountable with check in's. If you're looking for a positive workout environment this is your place! Definitely check it out!

Fantastic experience: Its been over 2 months for me and my wife. Coach Cody and his team are very friendly and passionate about fitness. Activity for every class is designed to be unique with different strength and cardio movements ensuring full body workout. I didn't do much of upper body training with my home workouts earlier and now I can see the difference after joining elevate fitness. If you are not able to do a particular movement, they always suggest modification to suit your skill level. Members in the class encourage and motivate each other. Highly recommend elevate fitness to all.

I found it to be a very supportive community, especially as a beginner. Coaches Mighty, Cody, Ryan and Kai are all amazing. Extremely grateful for Elevate Fitness Leander. Fantastic experience: Family oriented. All ages, fitness levels, all are welcome at Elevate fitness. Their coaches are top notch! Encouraging, supportive, down to earth, and very knowledgeable.
