Fantastic experience: This program is EVERYTHING the people at My Pure Health said it would do! I followed the weight loss program without cheating. I went from a size 10 to a 4! I was stunned! I didn't recognize myself in the mirror. People are constantly asking me what I did to lose weight so quickly. They say I look 55 instead of 70. I have much more energy, and my exercise workouts are much easier! I feel lighter and taller, and my disposition is always joyful. I'm shocked how the reset really "resets." Fantastic experience: The program is strick, but the results are amazing. I went down from a size 10 to a size 6 in 40 days which is amazing due to my sugar cravings I have always had. If I go off track and gain back some weight, I can do a 20 day program and take it off again. I have been a client for a number of years and at 70 years old, I have the energy of a 55 year old. The Zyto scan is so informative in telling you what your body needs and foods beneficial for you to eat both in weightloss and in maintenance. The staff at Pure Health are supportive, accommodating, and helpful with any of your needs. It's a great place to go to for weight management!

Fantastic experience: I am not sure why this posted under my husband but I just want to say that my name is Tracy and this program is not easy especially in fat burn but I lost 35 lbs and many inches in 50 days and all of the staff was great to work with. This is the first program in a decade that I have lost any significant amount of weight on and I am thankful that my husband told me about this program!!

Negative experience: Back on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023 I started the My Pure Health Solutions program.  I am only giving this a 2 star instead of 1 star because there were lessons learned from going through this expensive investment in my health.  Even if I'd have really paid attention to the ingredients on the products sent to me by My Pure Health Solutions, I still would not have been able to get my money back, as I had already done the scan. Avoiding all oils (with the exception of 1 TBSP of coconut oil in the morning) and sugars are stated from the beginning.  There is even a list of artificial/added sugars in the book provided, which I found to be extremely helpful. Pros: - I have developed a habit of weighing food a lot more after discontinuing the program - Learned to be a lot more mindful of the different ingredients in food - Am able to identify a lot more artificial/added sugars after reviewing the list quite a few times - Lost a little over 20 inches in the first 20 days - Lost a little over 10 lbs in the first 20 days Cons: - It is extremely dangerous to consume 800-1000 calories per day (ask your doctor or nutritionist) - Shampoo that was sent by My Pure Health Solutions has Sorbitol in it - this is an added sugar!  When this was called out to the company, this was stated to be an approved product still since it allowed people to still burn fat.  I was willing to let this go, even though this was found 10 years ago and I know that ingredients can change. - I started having an allergic reaction shortly after starting the program, which was similar to the type of reaction I have with gelatin - Weight loss drops sent by My Pure Health Solutions have Xylitol (an added sugar) as an ingredient, as well as natural flavors.  These drops smell a lot like what a vape smells like, with who knows what type of chemicals in those natural flavors, which as soon as I stopped taking these, the reaction went away. - Did not have an increase of energy as it was claimed that I would. Two days after I found sorbitol in the shampoo, I found the weight loss drops had an added sugar in them, which was day 18 and the final day of the fat burn stage for me. I sent a message to My Pure Health Solutions stating that I am terminating my participation with the program and to not schedule any other weekly calls with me or send me the hand scanner to do another scan.  I shared that the weight loss drops had an added sugar in them and there was not one response back about this. I stuck with the 3 day reset phase, but after that, there was no transition phase for me.  I still stayed mindful of what I was eating, and then started following a holistic nutritionist where I learned A LOT more from.  In order to burn body fat, you have to consume healthy fats with each meal.  Your body still needs sugar and yes, you can get that from eating fruits on the My Pure Health Solutions program, but is it enough?  Consult with your doctor or nutritionist.  I know this is stated on the documents you sign prior to beginning, which I really wish I would have because I know my doctor would have told me to absolutely not move forward with this.  My nutritionist did, but that was after the fact and that was a hard lesson learned. Without further taking any of the supplements that My Pure Health Solutions provided and eating a LOT more healthier, I am taking a much more sustainable approach with losing weight.  I also have a lot more energy and have that feeling of really being happy, which is something I lacked while on the My Pure Health Solutions program.  I feel as if I am getting the nutrients I have been lacking and that makes such a big difference. I had already made a lot of healthier changes over the past year prior to My Pure Health Solutions and was looking to do something different to make the scale go back down again, as I was at a standstill.  If I knew what I know now, would I do this all over again?  Absolutely not.  I would have done a lot more research.

Fantastic experience: My Pure Health Solutions has been very important to my weight loss journey and success. I was a little skeptical of the body scan, Bach flowers, affirmation statements and overall cost of the program, but the results have proven to me that everything worked together in my body's favor. I lost weight, eliminated the need for BP and cholesterol medicine, began to acknowledge true statements about my body's needs and my frame of mind, and shocked my doctor with what I was able to accomplish in a 3-month period. The daily weigh in with body fat and hydration levels and weekly calls from Charity kept me on track, empowered me to go the distance and keeps me accountable. I never want to go back. Some days can be a struggle because bad habits never really go away, but the longer I am at this, the greater I distance myself from old and self destructive desires. This was worth every penny and cost a lot less than paying for poor health/medical intervention, prescription drugs and stuffing my feelings with junk foods! Carpe Diem people! Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today! Once you commit (totally) and embrace the plan, your plan will not fail you.

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of issues loosing weight. Stress and family demands were wearing me down but I didn't realize how bad it was getting until we went on a family vacation and I looked at myself. Then Covid hit and we did homeschool on zoom and I had to look at myself ALL THE TIME. Yikes. I started with Pure Health to kick off the New Year. My main worry was getting hangry - homeschooling twin boys with ADHD requires maximum patience so I really couldn't afford the aggressive hunger pangs or dizziness I usually got when I tried to loose weight with diet (adding additional excerise is a joke - we have a farm, I am on my feet, on the go, from 5am to 9pm). I had one week of hunger pangs/ grumpiness but then the supplements kicked in. I lost 30 pounds and have managed to keep it off - hanging around 135. I would like to drop so that my norm weight is 130, but holding off till after the summer to do another booster round. I FEEL great. look YOUNGER and I am off all medications. I could not be happier!

Fantastic experience: This is for the person on the fence. (Warning it may be a little lengthy). I consider my self to be active. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I'm 6'2'' 38 years old and hovered between 235lbs to 249lbs. I've tried all the fad diets. I would have some success but would always gain the weight back and then some. I'm at that age where I can sniff a carb and gain a pound. I've lost weight before but I've never lost fat the way that I did on this program. I did the 40 day program and was amazed on how fast I started losing weight. Not just weight but fat. The best thing about it is they tell you NOT to do cardio (which I hate). By the time I was done I weighed 206lbs. I haven't weighed that since I was in high school. Not only did I look better, but I felt a hundred times better. The inflammation from bad eating habits that caused joint and shoulder pain shortly disappeared after this diet (Which I had a Dr. tell me I would need surgery on my shoulder due to arthritis). This is a partnership, and you do have to do your part. You have nothing to lose and only gaining your life back. If we can keep a mindset of I only have to do this diet for today, it makes it a lot more manageable for long term. You partner up with a great team of coaches that will help you meet your goals.
