Fantastic experience: My experience with TRUE Health Family Medicine has been over 5 stars. I love that they work collaboratively, as a variety of highly knowledgable medical specialists, to take a holistic and internal approach to improving and maintaining my health. I am especially thankful for their outside-the-box thinking when it came to specific issues I was experiencing, because they were able to pinpoint the cause and provide effective treatment. Every time I meet with the team, I feel welcomed and cared for. It's relieving to know they are on top of everything. Two of the most impactful services I've received here were a blood test to determine exactly what caused my inflammatory responses, and hormone replacement therapy to treat low levels of specific hormones. This was not something I had been tested for before I came to TRUE Health, and the team was able to not only identify the cause of my symptoms, but treat them effectively. After only one month receiving hormone replacement therapy, I feel better than I have in years, both physically (in terms of energy levels & faster recovery from sickness) and mentally/emotionally. I also see the professionals at TRUE Health for chiropractic, massage, IV, & naturopathic treatments. This was especially helpful for me to prepare and recover from my first half marathon, on top of everything else. Highly recommend coming here for any of the many services they offer, and the friendly team that takes care of business.

There is no single individual that will not make sure you are cared for while you are there. All of them work together. They provide a game plan to make sure your goals are met all while maintaining communication so you understand the process the whole way through. Fantastic experience: I found true health at the beginning of the year and am glad I did. Initially came in looking for some regenerative medicine (stem cells and PRP) for back and neck pain, and to improve my overall health. After initial success, I also decided to get my hormones balanced so that I could optimize my body as much as possible. It's been about three months and I've had fantastic results. My pain has decreased and I have more energy and drive than I have had in years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to getting you on the right path. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I first came to True Health seeking for answers about my brain fog, anxiety, and fatigue issues. To say that those issues have been resolved would be an understatement. This whole team is absolutely dedicated to giving you the help you need. Dr. Bianca Despotides has been a great help with my neurofeedback treatment. She's always extremely kind and is very informational when it comes to explaining results from tests and offering solutions to those results. Jenna Eckland has been nothing but kind and helpful during my neurofeedback sessions and I can't express how grateful I am for that. Dr. Holloway gave me an AMAZING chiropractic adjustment for FREE because of temporary issues with the neurofeedback system. This team has showed me that they will go above and beyond to satisfy those who are seeking treatment. Neurofeedback has helped me solve my brain fog, anxiety, and fatigue issues which I am deeply grateful for. With consistency and dedication to neurofeedback treatment, I can comfortably say that these issues are no longer affecting me. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend True Health to anyone as they have helped me with my personal issues and I can nearly guarantee they would be able to help you with yours. Fantastic experience: My husband was in a downhill mountain bike accident where he ended up getting a hole in his knee all the way to the bone and a dislocated patella. We didn't know who to see for this injury because we knew multiple things were wrong. When reaching out to friends and family for reccomendations, we felt so lost because none of them were consistent with another. We ended up going to True Health where every single one of the employees were solid freaking Rockstars. Each and everyone of the providers that worked on my husband's knee did an outstanding job. After a long 3 weeks, he was given the ok to walk again. Our experience with the employees at THM was beyond what I expected. I truly feel so fortunate that they were and are a group of extremely talented and fun individuals.

Fantastic experience: The staff at True Health Medical is like nothing you've ever experienced before. It's rare to find a team of professionals who truly care about finding the root cause for your problem and then treat it from there. I've been suffering with severe constipation - after just one Acupuncture treatment with Dr. Lams, as well as Gut work with Lucio and adjustments with Dr. Holloway I finally had a bowel movement after 3 weeks. I am so grateful for True Health and their amazing team.

Fantastic experience: I'm seeing Dr Brett Brimhall, he has been very easy to work with. He listens to what I say. He answers my question. He has worked on me opening my lungs making it easier to breath. He prescribed supplements to help my body heal itself by balancing out my systems that are not functioning properly! I would highly recommend him and his practice!

Fantastic experience: my mom and I love Dr brimhall and his assistant, Christine! They are both so sweet and make sure we're always relaxed. Christine ran a stress test for me because of a small skin breakout that I thought was ringworm at first but then it went numb. The test showed high levels of "brown recluse &/or black widow"..I later found out that it was a brown recluse bite. I would have never figured it out! I highly recommend:)

Fantastic experience: When I came to True Health I had constant pain in my right hip. Within three months I had no pain in my right hip. There team work has made this possible for me and I’m grateful for all they have done.

Fantastic experience: I have had my lower back, allergies and digestive system healed through the True Health team and practice. My daughters have received true health care for their injuries and I am currently receiving intensive care for hips and knees. The doctors and team actually listen, treat and physically work on you. Your care and recovery or healing is constantly number one and consistently communicated about and checked on. The team becomes more like family. I have never been so delighted to have medical treatment because I know I will not leave with a diagnosis, I will receive treatment and care with a plan and end with recovery and improvement of areas that once seemed unfixable. Fantastic experience: Am 54 years old suffering from knee pain due to arthritis, I went to seminar hosted by Dr Mulder in January 2020 about stem cell , I start therapy at true health medical and first thing you see is Tanya at the front desk with big smile on her face then you meet dr Holloway to give you adjustment, I had my stem cell injection in the end of March and after 9 month the results was amazing. I can remember my first day without pain. I almost cried it had been many years. Since then I have continued with my programs & treatment & have seen the results of it in my xrays. Fantastic experience: My dad and I have been going here for over 10 years. Doc Johnson is the only chiropractor I trust. He's very gentle and calculated. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I always leave feeling better.

Fantastic experience: After 6 kids and a sedentary lifestyle, my body was telling me that I needed to change how I was treating it and to lose some weight. I've been going to True Health Medical for almost two months now, and have seen a lot of progress. 30 lbs down and greater flexibility, as well as less back and foot pain. The fact that I can get a truly holistic approach to healing is a plus, and I am feeling so much better now.

Fantastic experience: The treatment has helped immensely with the shoulder pain I was experiencing. The combination of diet, exercise, injections, adjustments and massage have increased my range of painless motion. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. Even though my insurance didn't cover the coat, I consider it money well spent if I can avoid shoulder surgery or replacement down the road.

Fantastic experience: I started feeling extreme pain due to what was diagnosed as a bulging disc. I was recommended to True Health by a friend. After the initial diagnosis and a treatment plan was agreed upon, that started with a combination of physical therapy and injections , I was able to feel significant release in 3 to 4 weeks and almost a complete elimination of the effects of the bulging discs at 6 weeks. I have continued on with the maintenance portion of the therapy and have now lost over 40 lb through the diet recommendations and feeling significantly better. Many thanks to all of the staff at True Health Medical.

Fantastic experience: I was overwhelmed with how well I was treated and respected. Every staff member I dealt with treated me as if I was an old friend. They took a genuine interest in helping me fix what was broken and did it all in the most genuine and professional manner. I felt better leaving that place then I did going in and it was only a consult.... Highly recommend that anyone looking to avoid a costly surgery and lengthy rehab go here first. Even if you can't start a program it's always nice to go somewhere and be treated with kindness and respect.

Fantastic experience: It’s truly wonderful seeing the difference of quality in care at True Health rather than another Chiropractor office or really in general healthcare these days. They take the time to find the root of the problem and focus on that (or those) problem(s). At my old chiropractic office they had their Physicians Assistant doing trigger point therapy and I never even had an X-ray to see where any problem was. At True Health they found problems in my spine up to 10-15 years old! I’m so happy that Dr. Holloway (chiropractor) moved to this new office! He’s really the best!!

Fantastic experience: So far so good. The chiropractor did the intake and history followed by an exam. I’ve read some reviews where people got charged $75..? I was asked through questions and before proceeding to an exam my copay to see a specialist was determined and I agreed to proceed. Had I not proceeded, they didn’t say I would still be charged. I think what you pay is solely based on your copay and mine was not nearly $75 bc I pay for good insurance. Anyway, the exam was done based on my problems and I was actually surprised by how observant he was. The doctor’s name escapes me at the moment, but I was impressed by the office and staff. I’ll be doing a follow up and will see how it goes from here.

Negative experience: Scam, was told BP was crazy high...not true...glad I got out quick. They also requested I bring my husband to make "financial decisions" as if was not capable of making these myself. I will never go back nor will I refer anyone there. I found another doctor, I do not have high BP and I am healing very well.

Negative experience: Do NOT waste your money. The "free" consultation is not "free". Found out they submitted a claim to my insurance after I refused to proceed with this experimental procedure. Still in deductible phase I owe them 220 bucks? For what to have them take my shoes off and weigh me?What a waste of my time and money. I'm telling you if you have severe knee problems this is not the place to go to get them treated. Scam.

Negative experience: Do NOT waste your money. The staff are pleasant, but they promote a scam. The consultation is not free as claimed (it is $75), and they offer a one-size fits all program of three (3) months, three (3) times a week, for $7,500. This place is an example of how commercialized and “profitable” holistic health can be. I went to have a “free consultation,” it is not a consultation. Damon (someone with no medical training), the “care manager” meets with you and tries to ascertain as many problems as possible. I went for RIGHT knee pain, but he kept asking me, “what else?” I finally mentioned some other miscellaneous issues to go to the next step, which was simply the care manager stating “we can help you.” To go to the next step, I had to pay $75 - yes, your “free consult” costs $75. I met with the Nurse Practitioner, Anthony, who did a basic exam and requested I do blood work and X-rays (I gave my MRI report and disc to Damon. I declined and stated that I could go get them from my primary doc. After providing x-rays and blood work from my primary doc, they set another appointment to review the results. Prior to the review, Damon handed me my Xrays and I asked about MRI disc I had previously provided, and his response was, “you gave us your MRI?” – Not a good sign. Damon tracked down my MRI. Then, I was told that Anthony (the Nurse Practitioner) was finishing up. Ten minutes later, Damon (no medical training) decided to go ahead and start the exam review. Shortly after he started, Dr. Ricks (a chiropractor), came in and gave a presentation about degeneration and told me it was clear that my LEFT knee had problems and was causing me pain. I stopped him and asked did he see the MRI, and he told me I only gave an x-ray. At that point, Damon told him I gave both. Then, he fumbled around and said, “…oh, well we talk about the cases, so we know what’s going on.” So I asked, “is there a plan for my RIGHT knee?” and he told me it would be the same plan, and that it was nice meeting me and that Damon would go over the pricing. After he left, I told Damon how disappointed I was with the deception of a free consult, followed by it being evident that the doctors did not look at my MRI, as they were unaware of the correct knee. Damon simply said, “well our program is the same regardless.” Then he asked if I had anymore questions. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
