Fantastic experience: It’s a great environment whether you’re training with someone or working out by yourself, everyone’s in there to get better. The relationships built in there also have been awesome, especially coming from a place where there was a lot of negative energy all the time. You can tell Scotty and his staff are extremely passionate about what they do. Fantastic experience: I really love Synergy and recommend it to people who want to get stronger in general, for a sport, or are recovering from injuries. I found myself going twice a day because the atmosphere is great and they have so much equipment to use and the trainers are such great people. I first started to go for my ACL recovery and I was getting my strength back so quickly with the help of Nate. He made me stronger than I was before my injury. Nate and the other trainers set me up for success right up to the day that I left to play college volleyball. They pushed me, gave me workouts personalized not only for my recovery but for volleyball too and they helped me with my mindset and made me want to work. When I go home for breaks off of school/volleyball I make sure to go back to synergy not only to workout but to see all the trainers there because I formed close connections with all of them.

They don't have a trainer/client relationship with the athletes that train there, they make you family. It's not just physical development (which they are the best at), but becoming mentally stronger, recovering properly, encouraging proper nutrition, with nutrition experts available on site. Synergy helps build a better athlete, and a better person.

Fantastic experience: There are several activities with separate groups ongoing but it never appears overcrowded. The activities seem well supervised and for a gym, the place looks pretty clean with non of that gym smell. The young man at the front desk is courteous and helpful. My daughter with some of her HS girls tennis teammates do fitness activities especially geared towards the sport with the goal of preparing them for tennis season in the fall. So far, so good. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and experience.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son loves coming to his private training sessions here with Natalie. She works with him on agility skills and also basketball skills. He works so hard each session and feels proud of himself afterwards. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: We have invested a ton of time and money in different travel teams for our sons and have had great experiences, but the investment we made in time to Synergy has been one of the biggest pieces in their development. The staff is incredible, caring and pushes them to reach their potential. I also can not say how critical the training has been to their physical progression and injury prevention as they are going constantly. First class staff and facility in small town Green Bay.

Fantastic experience: In her first coaching session my daughter received feedback that she hasn't heard from any of her coaches before. She's been playing for 10 years, so that says a lot. She was told she could adjust the mechanics of her basketball shot and her mind was blown. She’s excited to begin work on this!! The positive feedback along with a plan for future success was just was she needed. She walked out of her session smiling and looking forward to her sessions alternating Saturday mornings. Fantastic experience: Synergy Sports changed my life as an athlete and as a person. The support I received from the staff was much more than I ever thought it would be. I have been going there for over 5 years now and they changed my life. The love and passion the staff puts into their work made me believe in myself and showed me that it’s possible to achieve your dreams. My whole goal was to be a collegiate athlete and I became one from the work that they did with me. Scotty gave me the resources I needed to succeed and gave me support that I never thought a trainer would do. He invested a lot of time into me and was always supportive. Additionally, Natalie showed me skills and techniques for basketball that I never knew of and came to my games to support me and give me feedback on how I played. Dan was one of the people that got me through my high school sports careers by helping me fix my body. The small things that he made me do realize that working on your smaller muscle groups is just as if not more important than the large ones. Brittany was my nutritionist. She helped me with a meal plan to help me gain weight and reach the goal I wanted to achieve. By following her program I was able to gain more weight in half the time. In addition, Nate was my personal trainer. He changed my life and truly cared about me. We grew such a great bond and friendship through everything. He was almost like a big brother to me. We stayed in contact all the time by my games, workouts, life, everything. He was there for me when I needed him most and he never turned his back on me. Even though he might be hard on me, he is always there to support me. I had torn my patella tendon the year before I came there and developed osgood-schlatters in my knees along with severe shin splints. Over the course of time Nate helped me fix my knees and make them feel stronger than ever. I never thought that he would take so much time and effort with his athletes. The people that work here are life changers and they care about every single athlete that trains there. The entire staff does their research and studies new methods and gives informations to its athletes. I never dread having to workout and they always boost my confidence everytime I work out there. I love these people with all my heart and I am so glad I got the chance to workout here. They truly changed my life forever and I will never be able to repay them. I still to this day stay in contact with every one of them. I hope that everyone that has the opportunity to come and workout do so because it is like a second home. I recommend this place for everyone!

Fantastic experience: When looking for a facility that will help you or your child grow physically and mentally stronger, Synergy is the place for you! Our son had an opportunity to work with many trainers at Synergy during his high school career. He trusted every single trainer wholeheartedly. Soon after his training had started, you could see the physical changes in him. He was able to strengthen his physical movements while in practice and games, along with learning proper balance. Throughout this process, his recovery time after practices and games had shortened. Due to this type of strength and conditioning, he also became emotionally stronger. What a difference it made for him throughout his high school career! Our son would say that this was the best thing he ever did – dedicating himself to extra training at Synergy to become a confident and solid athlete. Along with physical and emotional strength, he was able to gain friendships with adults that cared about him not only as an athlete, but also as a person. He respects all the trainers he worked with and is still in communication with them to this day. We were very blessed to have him in such good hands.

Fantastic experience: There is not enough space in this review for me to be able to explain how much the Synergy family has impacted me as a person and as an athlete. The way they care for each and every one of their athletes is unmatched. Personally, I have gone to Synergy for about 2 years now and am a Division 1 college athlete. I don’t know if I could perform at the level I am at without the guidance of Synergy. Wether it was focusing on my weaknesses, perfecting my strengths, or talking about nutrition, Synergy does it all. I cannot say enough about this program Scotty has built and the forever impact it has on my life.

Fantastic experience: State of the art facility with very knowledgeable trainers. Nate has been training our son Isaac for over 4 years and our daughter Kati for over 2 years. Both of our children are more advanced in their strength and agility because of the training they do at Synergy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Synergy since June of this year. The strength and speed I’ve built here in just 3 months is unreal. My school lifting program doesn’t even compare to the results I’ve gotten here. The training area and the recovery area have such great equipment at my disposal. The staff is always super friendly and caring. All of my lifts and training sessions are catered toward my goals that I’ve discussed with the trainers. It truly is a family that I am so proud to be apart of.

Fantastic experience: Nate is a phenomenal personal trainer and motivator. He really helped me elevate my speed, strength, and agility in just three short months. Not only does he care about his athletes’ athletic growth, he also gets to know them on a personal level as well. He has shouted out my brother on his Instagram multiple times along with other athletes he trains. This shows his unwavering commitment and love of what he does. He doesn’t just show up and take you through a program like some strength coaches do. Nate does whatever it takes to help you be your best even if it means putting in extra time on his end. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Synergy for about 1 and 1/2 years and training with Brittany and Nate. I have also done the track academy this past winter. Since going here I have increased overall as an athlete, especially in speed and strength. Fantastic experience: My two sons have been training with Nate at Synergy for the past year and I am very pleased with their progress. I asked him to work on their jumping ability. Synergy has not only improved their vertical, but they are teaching them the correct way to jump and land so they prevent injury. A very good investment.

On a daily basis, you see athletes ranging from elementary/middle school kids to professional. They will always have room for you and will not only help you achieve your goals but ensure that you will. The staff is what makes Synergy so special. The Synergy staff pushes every client to be their absolute best and treats their clients like family. When their clients achieve success, the Synergy staff are just as happy for their client if not more. With the combination of the top notch facility and their wonderful staff, Synergy is a place where everyone WANTS to get better. I’ve been around athletics my whole life and there aren’t many places like that. It is truly a gem for athletes of all levels in Green Bay and is a phenomal place to be apart of.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Nate with the intent to increase vertical jump, speed, and even some mass. With some consistency, I soon saw results. My body felt better than ever before. What stood out to me was their ability to recognize my flaws athletically, and then showing me what I can do to improve it. Their passion and personabilty made it easy to visit, even after spring practices and a long school day. Ive learned a ton of different exercises from their staff, and I know based on what I've seen that I have not even scratched the surface. I will continue to train at synergy as long as my athletic career continues.

If you have not experience what Synergy has to offer ( which is pretty much everything) not only are you missing out but you are holding yourself back. Literally from the recovery lounge, to weights, to the indoor track/basketball court/ and turf field, to health plans and top notch trainers, they have it all. I've been lucky enough to call this my home and the family atmosphere the trainers have and willing to help you achieve whatever athletic goals you have far exceeds any other facility. In the past year I had torn my ACL and needed surgery. Working with the staff and using all they have to offer for recovery I was able to make a full recovery. I can't preach enough how great this place is and how they cater to every athletes needs. You are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't checked them out. Will definitely be a lifer here!

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked out at Synergy for almost 5 years now. I’ve worked with a handful of the trainers and staff and they are all incredible. They are able to create individualized workout plans depending on the goals of each client. I currently train with Nate and look forward to my workouts each week!

Aside from the expertise within fitness - Scotty truly cares about your health and will go out of his way to help point you in the right direction if he personally does not have experience with something. A year after having my first child, I was still struggling with an abdomen separation. (Diastasis Recti) I had reached out to Scotty with my concerns. Scotty did his own research on his end and helped connect me to a professional that specializes with the abdominal wall separation/pelvic floor. It was the best decision to seek Scotty's help! I connected with the professional he referred me to and am finally healing my body. Gratitude is an understatement. We are lucky to have such a caring, passionate soul in the Green Bay Area. Fantastic experience: My 13 year old son has been taking private training lessons at Synergy twice a week for the last 2 years. Our initial expectations were to mainly improve his strength and endurance. The progress he has made has been phenomenal and well beyond our initial expectations. His commitment to training has been equally matched by the commitment of his trainers. He's had the privilege of training with Dan, Alex, Andre and Nate and words cannot express how much they have collectively done for my son. He returned to tackle football this season, after a year of it being canceled due to the pandemic, and he was much more prepared for the season than the majority of his teammates. He is athletically stronger, but more importantly he is mentally stronger and exudes confidence in his abilities. His coaches and teammates have noticed it but even more importantly my son has noticed the difference in his own performance. Synergy trainers have challenged, motivated and stretched my son outside of his comfort zone with the focus always being on what is best for him at his age. Fantastic experience: February 2021, my freshman year of college, first year playing college basketball….and COVID. The University I was attending had to cancel most of the basketball season, practices canceled, quarantined in dorm rooms, gym was closed, workout and gym facilities were closed, no sprinting, no squatting, no lifting and classes were moved to an online platform. For a college athlete, this is the worst scenario. With classes moving to online, I decided to move back home and finish my second semester at home. In this process, I also ended up transferring to a different college, still playing college basketball. With facilities being closed and not able to get the workouts that would meet college expectations and proper lift I need to stay competitive in college basketball, I had to find a place that I could depend on to get me where I needed to be and wanted to be. In March, my family and I were searching for a gym and trainer that could first get me back in the shape I need to be as a college athlete, secondly develop a workout/training program specific to the college sport I am doing (basketball) and thirdly work with the same personal trainer, making the program more personable to you and your sport, ultimately making it a better outcome. I couldn’t find the knowledge needed for college athletics and the personal attention given at any facility but Synergy! When I got to Synergy I was paired with Alex Wendorf, who has helped me tremendously! When I first started with Alex I was the most out of shape and the weakest I’ve ever been, due to not practicing and facilities being closed. I was committed not to let Covid ruin this for me and was committed to attend Synergy 4 days every week for 5 months, and Alex was committed along with me, every step of the way. Thanks to Alex, Synergy and hard work I am in the best shape I have ever been in! I am now stronger and faster than I have ever been and I am now beyond ready for my basketball season at Ripon College! My speed and velocity is at the best it’s ever been, weightlifting is at the max and I’m squatting 185 and deadlifting 240! This was put to the test at my first college tournament this summer and I played the best I’ve ever played, offensively and defensively. I was strong enough to defend post players larger than me, stronger to box out for rebounding consistently, quick and stronger to drive and finish at the basket!! Synergy is a great facility and has options that will fit what you are looking for in a workout program! The people are amazing, the environment is spectacular and the facility is beyond stunning!

Fantastic experience: Synergy Sports Performance has made me a better athlete mentally and physically. I have been with Synergy for the past 5 years. During those 5 years, I have come to know the amazing staff and trainers. My trainer Brittany motivates and pushes me to things I never thought I could do. Synergy isn’t just a gym. It is filled with hard working, amazing trainers who care about your mental and physical health. Couldn’t be more thankful to the Synergy family!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a place in the area that could help our son train for an upcoming football combine. The combine was the start of his junior summer recruiting process and it was important that he tested well. I contacted Synergy and they wanted us to come in for some baseline testing to start. Nate at Synergy ran the test and we could see immediately that he was the person that our son needed to work with. In the next 6 weeks, Nate not only worked on combine testing but also other speed and explosion work that helped our son go on to have a great summer of football camps where he ended up with 6 scholarship offers and possibly more to come. Nate also helped our son on some of the mental challenges with sports and has become a true mentor and friend to us and our son. We couldn’t be more happy or recommend Nate and the Synergy team more. Fantastic experience: I have been going to synergy since I was 12 years old and they have been a tremendous help in building me as and athlete and as a person! Without them, I wouldn’t have been able to reach my goal of becoming a division 1 volleyball player. They offer so much to help make sure you are performing at your best, from physical training to recovery sessions to nutrition specialists.
