Even warmed up my lunch, chicken tacos, for me while I finished shopping. Great recommendation for the chicken tacos. I was always hesitant to try those but man, I’m sold! Thanks Patrick!

Fantastic experience: I came here for the first time because I wanted good meals for the week. Both the people working today (1/25) were super friendly and helpful ! Their customer service was unmatched . The prices are also reasonable . I drove 40 mins here and will make this part of my weekly drive!

Negative experience: They deserve no stars at all but had to put at least one to make this post and let everyone know that if your latina(o) their indifferent. They categorize, stereotype & other wise size you up as soon as you walk in the front door. That's all I have to say about that.

Fantastic experience: Reasonable priced food, healthy, and portion controlled. Excellent place for the person on the go. Tastes good. Great advice from many trainers and InBody machine to have a great baseline for tracking goals.

Negative experience: Last time I will buy anything here. Due to food fixing to expire they wanted to get rid of it at a discount. But upon getting home and opening one the smell was not very desirable. Giving the benefit of doubt I tried to eat it and had to season even more but it did not help. Took it back to the store and was told couldn't refund for cash that I paid. If card then it would be sent to IT depot to send a refund. Not being able to do either I left with nothing and let them keep their food. I did give my number but I don't believe they can resolve this. Won't ever come back to this place. I definitely will start making my own.

Fantastic experience: The meals speak for themselves so I will focus on the customer service. The staff believe in their product and give each individual who walks through the doors undivided attention to meet the goals of the customer. Simply put the product sells itself the people support the goals of the individual and that makes this a place I want to frequent regularly and send my friends and family to.

Fantastic experience: My Fit Foods has some tasty food that is great for portion control, healthy eating and a great way to help you lose weight. Go see Victoria in the Heights (North Shepherd) location. She will get you all set up!

Fantastic experience: I was successful a few years ago with My Fit Foods and need to get healthy again and lose a few pounds. I love the delicious new choices. Marcus assisted me and could not have been nicer or more helpful! I will definitely make this my go to location.

Positive experience: I enjoy the food from here when I need something easy for the week and don’t have time to cook. I also love they have an InBody machine available to use. My one and only complaint about this place is how they always want to “walk you out” to your car. I find it so annoying and dread going in there for this reason. It just feel a bit excessive on the customer service front.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my MyFit account for some time now and I usually have my meals delivered. I was on the go today and made a quick stop for 3 meals, which was also my very first time stopping in at the new location. Buying premade meals today is a commodity and to be unbiased there are so many options to pick up or have meals delivered with so many companies available today, but the most honest feedback I will give is that I will continue to choose MyFit foods due to its staff and customer service. I’m gonna butcher her name up and I apologize, but Erijah, is such a wonderful staff member. From the moment I entered and choosing my meals and checking out, the service is what’s keeps any guest coming back to an establishment and I admire the thoughtfulness and genuine interaction and conversation we had with one another. Thank you MyFit foods. Keep up the great work and maintaining a genuine team staff.

Fantastic experience: Came in and was greeted by Patrick who was super helpful. The food selection was vast and the meals were delicious. I will be returning as much as possible. I ordered the bison, breakfast burrito, and marine mash and scarfed it all down in one go because it was just that good! The best part was that I didn’t feel bloated after but was super full, but a clean full. I only wish they delivered!

Fantastic experience: One of the best places for meal preps! I wish we had one in our town but the 30 minute drive is no biggie. Shout out to Ruben and Sam for always giving great customer service. These are the only meal preps I’ve ever had that had actual taste. Makes it easy to stick to eating healthy.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the food quality is excellent! I’ve tried 6 different meals, and they’ve all been quite filling with great flavors. The really affordable meals have been a great solution for my busy lifestyle. Secondly, the service quality is nothing short of excellent! Everyone is super helpful every time I’ve visited this store. I had an issue with one of my online orders and Austin, one of the managers, quickly resolved it - no questions asked. I’ll definitely be back for more meals! I think The Beast Boujee Mac meal on its own is worth a visit to this store.

Fantastic experience: Forever grateful to this place. First of all let me say that the General Manager, Joe is absolutely amazing. When my husband deployed, I decided that I was going to begin my fitness journey again. The day I met him was the day that my drive came back. Their nutritionalist, Christina has been nothing short of an angel and has given me the confidence boosts I needed to be confident in myself and my fitness routine. They've been here to celebrate every single victory and lb down (currently 10lbs down in almost a month!) when my husband/best friend couldn't be here and have even kept my son occupied while I shopped (truly a life saver for a mom doing this on her own for the first time ever!). That's true care and hospital right there.. That's just the service though! They're truly a family! Let's talk about the food! The food is AMAZING! There's definitely something available for anyone and the difference size options is super convenient for anyone shorter like myself who doesn't get many calories during a deficit. I also noticed I STAY full after each meal till it's time for my next (something not everywhere can accomplish!). The options are endless with something for every cravings from sweet, to savory, and even snack options! There hasn't been a single craving I haven't been able to satisfy with my meals from My Fit Foods. I definitely suggest you give them a try and try the 21 day challenge! - Jessica Ortiz

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY Recommend! We are favorites of this place and refer our athletes to My Fit Food whenever they are asking about a meal prep company. Service is top notch. They utilize names and remember your favorite meals. They walk you to the door or your car. They are consistently asking about us personally and really try to get to know their customers. All that being said, the food is clutch. They have options so you can switch it up if you need to.

Negative experience: They do not believe in vegetarian or vegan options (even when they'd be super easy to integrate). When I asked, they were very fast to try to convince me that I should eat meat again even after I mentioned that I have been meat-free for 7 years and healthier than ever. Then they proceeded disregard and offer me a non-vegetarian meal, a bit insulting. Surprisingly closed minded for a fitness/wellness place nowadays, in which various styles of living should be widely recognized.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a great experience with Javi! He helped us pick out some great meals for our first order with MyFitFoods. We had been reticent to try out a new program for meals, but after Javi let me try a ground turkey and rice dish, I was hooked! While the meals might not look like much when they're packed, they are absolutely delicious when warmed up and I was pleasantly surprised that they had some hot sauce on hand to add to the dish! Overall, we are excited to try as many MyFitFoods meals as possible and we have Javi to thank for it! Thanks, MyFitFoods!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience every time I come here. Javier and Alivia are the best! If you are nervous going in or do not know what to expect the entire staff makes you feel right at home. I feel like the price is really fare for the portion sized and the amount of protein you get. I am never still hungry after a meal.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I came in for the first time (the heights location) and it was a wonderful experience. Gary (I think he said his name was) offered us FANTASTIC service. I've never felt more welcomed in a business before! We just tried 2 of our meals tonight, the jalapeño chicken rice and fit salmon, and DELICIOUS. We've tried premade/ delivery meals before and all were underwhelming or down right gross, but defn not the case here. We both work 10hrs 6 days a week and trying to prepare meals every night for the family is tough, so I'm excited for the extra time we'll have and HEALTHY food we get to enjoy.

Fantastic experience: My Fit Foods have saved me a lot of troubles, headaches, time, and money (yes, even money)... I can't express how happy I am that they decided to go into business again. I have been a customer of MFF Heights location since day one when they opened up. Since then, they have only gotten better, and I have no doubt that they would only continue to progress. About 6 months into me being a regular here, I started working with Eriah, and I must say that was a huge game changer! Not only was she so welcoming, but she helped me dial in on my macros, and that's when the real results kicked in. Eriah is great at what she does, and I have seen her evolve into a phenomenal nutritional coach over the last couple of months, and I'm proud to be working with her. If she doesn't have the answers, I promise you she'll go out of her way to find them and help you on your Fitness journey anyway she can. So I recommend anyone who's looking to start to go to My Fit Foods and ask for Eriah because she's ready to tackle that journey with you every step of the way! Fantastic experience: Eriah was great! I've been in the fitness game for a while and have tried different meal prep services (and have done it myself). Eriah's knowledge and genuinely helpful guidance makes the My Fit Foods experience stand out. Tasty meals and good macros for the price.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin. The service is not matched. Someone to greet me at the door every single time, someone to walk me through the best way to hit my goals with the meals and the meals are AMAZING. Pop them in the microwave for 2 mins depending on the meal and you're good to go! The amount of time and money I've saved is crazy. Eriah has been a huge help as well! Her knowledge is next level. On top of all of that, they have an INBODY to help me keep track of my weight, muscle mass, etc. and she's always there to help! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I stopped in last week for an InBody Test, and to buy/try a few meals for the week. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, as each employees on the floor said hello. I was assisted by Agustin, and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained each result from the scan, and after a few additional questions, he was able to recommend calorie and protein targets for me. I tried a meal while in store, and brought several more home. The meals have been very flavorful, and the included macros take away the guess work. I will continue visiting My Fit Foods and look forward to reaching my goals.

He was the epitome of professionalism, kindness and knowledge of his store. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, create a comfortable atmosphere & provide exceptional customer service. My fit foods is so very lucky to have a representative like Austin. 10/10 this experience cleared my skin, watered my crops and added a pep to my step.

Fantastic experience: Literally the Apple Store of meal prep places. The staff is friendly, the food is GREAT and the cost of subscription to savings is out of this world. $10/month to save on average $2 a meal? Absolutely! Would gladly recommend to anyone questioning this place. Keep it up!

Positive experience: Staff is great, friendly and helpful. The food is okay. There are times when my pasta is still raw or rice is hard. Also, why is everything so spicy, I can’t eat spicy food, and even though Eriah helped me pick out non spicy food, my options are limited and I’m getting tired of the same meals. There has to be a way to add flavor without all the spice.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience visiting this location for the first time, yesterday. I was nervous about going and asking questions/purchasing. Ms. Eriah was so patient, knowledge and amazing. She took her time explaining helpful information and gave some great tips. She also arranged my meals by day(B,L,D) and made necessary changes and/or gave suggestions for daily calories/protein intake. Started with my meals today & they have been delicious and filling. Location out of my way, but hope to be able to stop by for my meals weekly. Happy customer here!

Fantastic experience: My fit foods has ALWAYS been a positive experience every time I walk in. I would say both locations have people with the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Everyone is always eager to help you and lift your mood, which isn’t something I can say about most food establishments in Houston. The girl who checked me out today was also the biggest sweetheart (sorry I already forgot your name ) Today when I came in, a homeless man was trying to talk to me. Thankfully the owner was there and dissolved the situation quickly. He went very far to make me feel comfortable, and even walked me to my car to make sure I got out safe. I usually go to the location on 59, but I will now be regularly returning to this location! Thank you to everyone who works here!

She took some time to explain how the store worked, and the most popular selections. She listened to me and my goals, and gave some great recommendations. I know it can be intimidating to go inside a meal prep store, but I feel everyone there was super helpful and friendly. Gary was also really helpful. 5 star experience overall, will come back for sure. As an added bonus, the barcodes scan straight into my food tracking app (lose it).

Fantastic experience: I can't explain how good these meals are! You'll just have to go try it out for yourself. Don't walk RUN! I have meals to last me a whole 2 weeks at the same price I've been paying to eat for about 3-4 days. I don't have to cook or prep anything and everything is super fresh!! I have way more time now for studying, workouts and misc. activity!

Negative experience: I came in to this location for the 1st time and there were 2 poeple working here and not once did anyone ask if I needed help or had questions. I was looking at the food and as soon as I turned around they were just staring at me. The guy was not friendly at all when I checked out and when I left no one said anything to me. And no they were not busy at all just one other person there that was leaving as i came in. They were very friendly to her. All I could think of was racism so just wanted ppl to be aware
