Negative experience: Services are great but make sure you use them! Paid $$$$ for services they’re now saying expire. Lasers need to be done in winter and 6 weeks apart plus there’s down time so scheduling is tricky and took me time to get to. Didn’t know I’d lose my money if I waited! Be careful!
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We wanted to clarify that the services you purchased were originally with Ascent Aesthetics, which is no longer providing services. Timeless did not receive any compensation for those services, and while we understand your frustration, asking our business to cover services we were never paid for is quite a significant request.
That said, when Ascent closed, we voluntarily stepped in and offered to honor services for their clients for almost a full year — not because we had to, but because we wanted to support the community and help ease the transition for Ascent’s former clients.
We always encourage clients to schedule treatments promptly, especially with services like laser treatments that require timing and consistency. If there’s anything we can do moving forward, we’re happy to help however we can within reason.

Fantastic experience: I bought a gift certificate for my Mother’s birthday at Timeless Med Spa in North Logan. I had heard great things about them and they exceeded my expectations. Michael was so helpful and put some little gifts with the certificate. He was helpful explaining all of the services. The day of the facial Michael introduced us to the nurse and esthetician. They were very thorough and helpful. They gave us a drink and answered any questions and made us feel very welcomed. My mom is excited because they let her add on derma planing to her facial. They are very accommodating and do a great service. Their facials and services are wonderful. I would definitely recommend coming in. You will look and feel better. You are worth it come treat yourself!

Positive experience: I had a facial with Chloe today and it was amazing! She was so nice and my skin feels so glowy! I’m very impressed with their professionalism here. Only downside is the services and products are quite expensive. That might be every med spa though.

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled with my first treatment I received from Timeless Med Spa! I have gone to quite a few spas and this by far was the best! I am seeing results with my first treatment and I’m going to continue with another treatment! My appointment is already on their schedule! I’m super excited to do some of the other facial treatments! The people there are awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different procedures you can undergo.That is so important! The spas are all very modern and updated! Very clean as well. Fantastic experience: I had an great experience at Timeless! I was able to schedule a free consultation within a few days. Kassie and Michael at the front desk made me feel very welcome. I met with Chloe, we discussed my goals, she explained the laser hair removal process, answered all of my questions, and set me up with the package pricing, which was surprisingly less than other quotes I have received. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, I can't wait to get started!
