Fantastic experience: Best place Iv ever been to! I love the staff and love how much they truly care for you. Something that stood out to me the most was the prayer box in the room. Which allowed me to know I was in the right place. Will forever go here! Haven’t been in a bit, need to make the time to make an appointment.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time, he needs to go back to the mall. Chiropractor caused nerve damage to my right hand. He didn't take any x-rays, so he didn't know what he needed to adjust. Then proceeded to tell me he didn't know he need to adjust me like a child. Permanent damage. His staff gets my 1 star for being very nice.

I was going to a different practice who made me feel like nothing but an ATM and all they cared about was money. Here the Dr cares about your health. The staff is great! I am just excited to feel heard, and comfortable!

Fantastic experience: This place has been amazing for me. I was diagnosed with Brachioradial Pruritus (which is a nerve issue in my neck) causes painful needles all down your arms and severe itching. I dealt with this for 4 weeks before I decided to go to chiropractor. I immediately felt relief and have been going for 4 weeks and it’s completely gone. I will continue to go for adjustments also cause my body feels so much better. Staff is amazing, very flexible with hours and if you don’t have insurance they will work with you. A VERY clean facility also!!! Dr Chaz is a very knowledgeable Dr and so easy to talk to about what’s going on. Highly suggest them.

Fantastic experience: Had a pinched nerve for several months but after a couple of visits the numbness and tingling is lessening.

Negative experience: Let me first say, the doctor's recommended treatments worked wonderfully and for that I would give five stars. As a doctor myself, I want to differentiate that from my complaint. BUT, for the rating of customer service, especially concerning the doctor, I give zero stars. During my first few months of weekly visits (Fall 2018), the front desk worker filed my claims to the wrong insurance company, even after I provided my current insurance card and specified that I no longer had insurance through another company they accepted. Not only was I not informed of the multiple EOB's the office received after paying out-of-pocket, but I never received an actually apology. Because these claims weren't submitted properly, my deductible was never being met, and I ended up having to pay OUT-OF-POCKET for other medical bills that, at that point, should have been covered by my insurance. I was never told by the doctor that, "We are sorry this happened, it was completely our fault, and we want to make it up to you." What I got instead was, "Your insurance company is not paying us," "You need to contact them and straighten it out," and I got the feeling that the main priority became getting paid. The entire time everyone was friendly in manner, but did not own up to what actually happened. I always had to call the office to check on any progress of resolving this issue. I never got the feeling the business went out of their way to make things right, when it was their fault to begin with. Update 2020: Didn't notice a response until now. It is illegal for an insurance company to deny claims given patient eligibility and proof of care. Being that my plan was eligible, what was lacking was proof of care due the claims being sent out improperly. Every time I spoke with my insurance company they were happy to assist but were always waiting on the "proof of timely filing" from Total Health. Obviously none of this was intentional but again, your response wasn't an apology for the upfront mistake.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing severe back, and neck pain as well as severe pressure in the back of my head for years due to a condition that I have, that even people in the medical field still know little about and how to successfully treat without going straight to surgery, and that's not even promised to help. So I was apprehensive to visit a chiropractor. But my first meeting with Dr. McCants and his staff last month put me at ease. He was knowledgeable around my condition and helped take away my concerns. After my first adjustment the pressure went away in my head(first time in at least 3 years), and my neck and back pain has been lowering tremendously. Him and his staff are super sweet and always greet you with a smile. You will not regret visiting them. They are truly the best!

Fantastic experience: I'll start out by saying that the staff is excellent at this office. I have been a chiropractor client since I was a 7 year old child. I've lived all over the place from Alabama to New York down to Texas and now back to Georgia. I've seen great chiropractorasand I've had a few I've screamed at a time or two. Dr. Chaz has been amazing. We recently moved to the Ft. Oglethorpe area and I took longer to find a chiropractor than I should have, in the midst of working on our new home. Long story short I found out I was pregnant, and about a week later I pulled a muscle in my back. They not only got me in quickly, but Dr. Chaz addressed my concerns and has me feeling much better after 3 visits. My right hip has not moved but one time for chiropractors in the last 6 years, he has successfully moved it the past 2 visits. He stared seeing my husband today who is a kidney transplant patient, and will in addition to that eventually start seeing my two teenagers, as well as my baby when it arrives next year. If you are looking for a great chiropractor in the Ft. Oglethorpe I would highly recommend, Dr. Chaz.

Fantastic experience: I have had back pain and sciatic pain for approximately 15 years. Severe pain for the last 7. I recently began seeing Dr. Chaz & the difference is amazing. I have 5 children and am pregnant with the 6th. For the first time in 7 years, I was able to dance with my youngest two last weekend with NO back pain! I haven't danced with the two youngest because it always hurt and caused me to have to sit, but after the last 2 weeks, I have been able to dance, bend at my waist without hurting, stand for longer periods of time, & my migraines have ceased. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeffrey Haynes is an excellent Chiropractor and his staff is very well educated in your health, When you first walk in you will notice you are not inundated with TV screens trying to up sell you something you don't need. Common sense and a realistic approach to your health is what he seems to be all about. I have been up and down in the Ringgold area with other Chiropractors but none are as observant and understanding to what you are going through as Dr Jeffrey Haynes. Yes its a new office for Total Health but this group seems to know and understand what it takes to help people. If you are new to Chiropractic or have been going somewhere else with little to no results you owe it to yourself to try this place out.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been going to Jeff Haynes for some time. I have had back/ neck problems from multiple car accidents in the past and he recommended that I try him. Additionally, my sweet, precious baby has had multiple ear infections the first year of his life and I am hoping to avoid tubes. Lastly, my 13 year old son has complained of frequent headaches. Therefore, I have been going along with the kids to the establishment. All of our experiences have been GREAT! The staff have been SO friendly and professional and Jeff Haynes rocks. Jordan and Shan have been the bomb! He makes the kids feel so at ease and the baby just stares at him during his treatments. He is so gentle with the kiddos and I appreciate that. Already, I have seen an improvement in my neck pain and some of my back pain. My son has already reported less headaches as well.
