Fantastic experience: Was looking for an oxygen hose for my ailing mother.Didnt want to wait for Amazon. They had exactly what I needed. BRAVO!!

Negative experience: Asked for help with the product. They recommended it. Removed plastic from the product while in the store, but the product clearly was wrong size. No return, even though I specifically asked for help with the product and it was recommended by the pharmacist.

Negative experience: The communication and lack there of when I had an issue and was trying to navigate it was disappointing. Also changes to my meds without letting me know first was a red flag FOR ME. Numerous emails went unanswered and I was constantly having to call and follow up. It started to feel like a chore, so I gave up. Sometimes when talking on the phone, I wouldn’t get accurate information. The most helpful person here was the lady pharmacist. I don’t feel comfortable getting compounded meds from a place that can’t answer my questions or simply call me to address my questions and/or concerns. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this place unless you had no other option for a compounded medication.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best! I used to have such a hard time finding my prescriptions every month, but since discovering My Dr's I have had zero issues getting me medication every month. Hands down the best pharmacy in the area. Go, go, trust me!

Fantastic experience: High performance professionals who also deliver (figuratively and literally!). It’s true one or two of the pharmacists can be a little direct on the phone but they run a tight ship and the proof is in their performance. They’re highly efficient and organized, excellent record keepers, and they are rarely out of stock of anything. They are also super dependable and kind delivering prescriptions. The store is clean, orderly, and they have lots of useful medical products and supplies. A really valuable resource for the community, especially those with limited mobility.

I have used their services for years, and now that my family is serving outside of the U.S., they continue to try to meet our needs while we are abroad. Negative experience: Medication can not be returned for any reason once it leaves the pharmacy. Prescribed and over-the-counter items, once sold, cannot be returned. It was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. Use only if you do not have any other choice. Called to ask about a medication. The pharmacist was extremely rude.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. I was out of my job with my husband only one working with a household of 6 people. I would use their website to renew meds, but also would call to get the prices as sometimes we didn't have enough for all meds(5-10) at times. The head pharmacist told me I was calling to much to receive the total. I had all scrips moved to another pharmacy where on their website I can receive what all my meds would cost. I also may mention when I was working I never called to ask for a total. You never know what a person is under and how hard it is to deal with such a drastic change in your life within a few weeks. I am now totally disabled and things have improved greatly for me, I will not use this local pharmacy anymore but will seek a smaller pharmacy in the future that will not mind if a client calls to receive information. Also their website needs to be updated with prices of prescription cost for each client.

Negative experience: I was started on a new medication and wanted to try this pharmacy as it was 2 miles from my house. I had the worst experience ever! I have never been discriminated against and outright denied having my medication refilled and told I need to go to another pharmacy. When I asked the reason why I had to have my prescription filled elsewhere the pharmacist Mr. Manna told me it was because I didn't get other medications filled there. I am fortunate that I don't take any other prescription medications but this one. I told the pharmacist this and he simply discriminated me and told me he would not refill my medication in the future. This is completely unacceptable!

Fantastic experience: My Dr's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the Herndon area. They have a ton of prescriptions available for pick-up the same day. They are incredibly fast at filling prescriptions. And the best of all, they fill your prescriptions right when they get them. Unlike other pharmacy's where you have to call them and remind them that you need your prescription and have to keep bothering them to finally fill your prescription, My Dr's Pharmacy is really fast and fills your prescriptions as soon as they get them. The BEST pharmacy in the Herndon area.

Fantastic experience: I am a 47 year old business professional who due to multiple medical conditions requires medication as part of my treatment. Therefore I use My Dr.'s Pharmacy and I have never received the excellent level of care that I have here at My Dr.'s Pharmacy. Simply put, the staff is: Professional, Educated, Experts in their field, Kind, Courtesy, Well Mannered, Seeks for ways to reduce my cost and has, ALWAYS has my prescription ready and on time, treats everyone the same with respect and most importantly compassion. The pharmacy always educates me on the medication and any and all guidelines surrounding it and they treat me like they would their own family in the process. This is a business, which is successful today and will continue to be successful as a result of their: expertise, education and experience! The rest is attributed to simply how kind they treat their patients, which is with the utmost level of care and compassion. If you are unhappy for any reason with your current pharmacy like I was, especially with the larger pharmacies, My Dr.'s Pharmacy is your solution and you too will find the time to write a review like myself out of pure gratification for their help. Negative experience: I came in to get a Covid-19 booster shot and I handed the lady at the front desk my paperwork I filled out. She directed me to sit down at the waiting room, so I did. After that a nurse showed up shortly after and asked me if I had my covid shot already, I was taken aback because she said that it wasn't registered in the computer system. I told her in a polite tone that I didn't have the shot yet, she told me I had gotten it last month. I had gotten it on October 7th 2023, but I told her that last month I had only my flu shot, not my covid shot yet, and I asked her why there was a problem in the system, she replied with "I don't know, humans make mistakes." I told asked her how there could be a problem in the system, I wanted stuff to be accurate, especially in the medical world, because if something is recorded incorrectly, bad things could happen, maybe even death. She started to raise her voice a little, and she continued to say that humans make mistakes, so I just handed her my paperwork for the covid shot, and proceeded to get my shot administered by a student nurse named Baffour Afriyie. I then waited in the waiting room for 3 minutes because they had to watch me if anything bad happened from the shot. I got up and went to ask a question and get a receipt made online for me. I then went to ask a guy if I could get paperwork for the covid shot so if anything bad happened I could prove I got my shot from My Doctor's Pharmacy. He told me all he could give me was his signature, the time, date, and watch shot I got on a paper. I asked him why I couldn't have it, and he told me to leave the pharmacy. I politely left the pharmacy, complying to the proprietor. I told him I would call the cops, and he said "Go ahead, call the cops." I went to wait outside and called the cops. I told them my situation and the dispatcher sent an officer. The police officer's name was I. Navuaez from the Herndon Police Department. The officer went inside and came out shortly after with a piece of paper, saying that this was all they would give him. I already had that piece of paper, but I took it anyway. That is the extent of all they would do for me. I am never going to this pharmacy again.

Negative experience: I HATE Walgreens and I really can't stand CVS so I thought I would give My Dr's Pharmacy a try. For the most part, the staff is really nice but the head pharmacist, Jimmy, can be very rude and short at times. This morning, he literally said to me he did not have time for my questions and hung up. Guess what? I called CVS and had all my scripts transferred back. One would think the non-corporate pharmacy would be more chill and more amicable than a CVS but I found this not to be accurate. Jimmy could have said, hey let me get your phone number and I'll call you back or hey next time you come in for a refill, let's talk about your questions. Nope, just a I don't have time for you and a hang up.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received here. Joel was patient and thorough as he helped me select a medical transport chair. I had no idea what I needed and he explained everything carefully to me. I asked for a sturdy, lightweight chair so that I could easily lift it into the trunk. The price was perfect for my budget, and the support was great. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is personable, remember me, and have a good focus on their clients. With the new move they're expanding to encompass more whole health services and practitioners. I was flabbergasted to see the expansion. They were also our go-to during COVID for testing, vaccines and boosters. Easy ways to sign up and pay. When I've picked up prescriptions and needed documentation they're always happy to see their backlog and send everything. Will make an effort as long as I am living here to use them.

Negative experience: Wish I could give negative reviews. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. The pedestrian sent the prescription here for the first time and as it was shortage in my local pharmacy. I went there on the same day it was prescribed. They said they are moving from one building to another and they can't fulfill it. I asked them to transfer to another pharmacy as pedestrian office was already closed to ask them transfer They said they can't do since the system is not working. It was an emergency prescription and they can't understand customers pain but just care about their business. They asked me to come next day. I went there on time and they said they can't find the prescription sent to them. I called pediatrician who Said they already sent over there but also called these pharmacy. Then this pharmacy said don't leave the VM and just speak to us. One stupid Guy was yelling at me saying they are running crazy bla bla. After hearing all this drama, I asked the pedestrian to send the prescription to another pharmacy. I would never visit again and would never recommend who doesn't treat customers as customer.

Negative experience: I called this pharmacy to get information on the available vaccines and their rates of it. During the first call, he was very quick and pushy in answering the questions and didn't give me the rates stating that he will get back with the rates as he is busy. Late afternoon a different person called back and she was very nice providing the rates as requested. Also, I was going to reconfirm with her regarding the PPD vaccine as he was very pushy in the morning. She transferred the call back to him and he said I answered the questions to you this morning and why are you keep repeating the same questions he was being very rude. I asked his name and he kept shouting and never gave me a chance to speak or explain. Till last, he never provided his name and information on how to place a formal complaint and disconnected the call. Poor service in the healthcare industry. If you are so busy why would you pick up the call, you can ask someone else to pick up who can talk and provide information. If there is a corporate kindly look into to this issue, thank you.

Only been here a couple of times and can already tell the staff is as knowledgable as they are friendly. They care for their patients, and have great customer service. Negative experience: Got a question not covered in their website? Go somewhere else. I called in and got berated for asking "the same old questions as everyone else" before I even got my first sentence out. I just wanted to know if my I would be able to get my booster while my young daughter gets her shot since she's scared of needles. I'll admit that I lost my cool after a minute of being talked over and never being able to get my question out. So much for trying to use local business when able.

Fantastic experience: I spent two and a half hours of my life trying to get a prescription for my dog filled at my normal pharmacy. Despite a personal phone call with my veterinarian they refused to fill the medication. They insisted (erroneously) to my VET that this medication was not used in animals. I called My Dr's Pharmacy asking if there was any way they could fill this prescription for my dog. They said of course and to come on in. Everyone was lovely and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. They helped my dog and saved my sanity. Thank you! 11/10!

Negative experience: pharmacist was supposed to call me back. He never did. I had to call him back several times to get an answer & then he hung up on me.

Positive experience: Great customer service, knowledgeable pharmacists, and when one of my medications was back-ordered he resolved the problem and was able to get me the pills in a timely manner. The shop has some great products, a little expensive, but I've found some amazing smelling soaps, bath bombs, and lotions. They carry this goat's milk hand lotion which I practically use every day.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended to go here due to a medication that wasn't covered by insurance. The price wasn't jacked up over a hundred extra dollars like it was in the big chain pharmacies. We fell in love with the staff and service and have continued coming here for everything since. They do their best to accommodate your needs and are happy to explain and discuss things with you. We haven't used their delivery service, but just knowing they have it provides a peace of mind.

After years of using "big brand" pharmacies, I decided to stop in and give a smaller pharmacy a try... this was a decision I'm so grateful to have made! The staff all know me by name, they provide deep knowledge on medications and OTC supplements, and they treat me with great warmth and hospitality. They also provide a variety of conveniences and benefits (such as an on-staff nutritionist and daily prescription "packs") which the larger pharmacies simply cannot compete with. I could not be more impressed and happy with this business, and I will NEVER use another pharmacy besides My Dr.s' Pharmacy again.
