Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming for about 3 months so far. I’ve had the best experience so far with every workout with all the coaches there. Very helpful and attentive to every workout. It’s a great group setting workout too. I would highly recommend checking this place out and making it your go to workout spot.

Fantastic experience: Supportive environment, professional training instructions. I’m coming to train a few times a week and I feel the increase of my energy. The gym is located in downtown Santa Ana and has various weightlifting and fitness equipments, and you will learn from the best trainer.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the gym for over a year now, this is my longest commitment to a gym I've held. It's a wonderful gym that actually cares about you (they all say that but this one really does). The staff are so supportive no matter where you are in your exercise journey and they specialize a plan for you. They want the best for you and you can see that in how they interact with you. Even though the staff is mostly men, I've never felt uncomfortable in any way, they are amazing and become your friend! Additionally they plan community outings (i.e hikes, beer tasting, etc.) and have exercise challenges that really motivate you to improve! The gym feels like a small community and I love how they bring people together from all walks of life! The gym is a little on the expensive side but it is honestly SOOOO worth it, and this is coming from someone who is financially limited. Before Elite, going to the gym used to feel like a punishment but now it's something I actively look forward to and it makes me feel better! I've definitely felt an improvement during my time here and no longer try to go to the gym for aesthetic purposes but to feel healthy! 20/10!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Elite Fitness since April. They have helped me to get in excellent shape. I went skiing for the first time this season and was excited and surprised to feel so awesome all day skiing, and the next day my quads were not sore at all. All the squats and lunges I have been doing really helped. Thanks Elite Fitness!!! This gym is a special place with a wonderful owner and coaches who push me to reach my potential.

There's even a difference in training treatment, depending on your preference. If you prefer more of a lightweight training to ease yourself into your fitness journey, Felix is your man. If you prefer more heavyweight, boot-camp like training to push yourself past your limits, Gustavo is your man. Joaquin, the owner, offers genuine sincerity in getting to know you and finding out ways to support you towards your fitness goal. They offer ways to check-in on you throughout your journey, even outside the gym, providing an open communication system for any concerns or questions you may have. Plus they even offer resources for health advice on nutrition. You'll really feel like part of the team once you join here.

Fantastic experience: TLDR: Great coaches, welcoming atmosphere. Varied exercises to engage all muscle groups, tailored to each members ability. Would recommend to friends & family. I started at Elite Fitness 2 months ago after YEARS of not exercising. I'd get winded going up more than a flight of stairs & struggled carrying 30lbs. I now feel better than I have in years. My first session I felt like I was going to die (or at least vomit) but by the second week I felt like I could get through the sessions and was getting a great workout. Coaches vary the exercises to work all different muscle groups, make sure my form is good. They can modify the exercises to any ability but still challenge me to push myself when I'd probably slack off. I know if I was working out at home I'd be repeating the same 4 exercises, not using enough weight, and probably quitting half way through. Both the coaches and the other members are great - it's a very welcoming, fun, and positive atmosphere. That definitely makes it easier to get there on those days I want to skip working out. I'd recommend Elite Fitness to people of any skill level. I never thought of myself as a "gym person," but I never thought a gym could actually be fun while still being effective. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Elite Fitness was exactly what I was looking for, I joined 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. Joaquin, Felix and Gus are fantastic and the other people there are very friendly and helpful which creates a very positive, uplifting environment. I am 69 and healthy, but i want to optimize my overall health, physical conditioning, mental sharpness and well-being. After my short time at Elite I already feel some results, first of all, I go three mornings a week and I feel absolutely high when I leave. My mood is better overall and i'm sleeping much sounder now. I feel stronger and notice little things like standing from sitting on the ground or getting up out of a lounge chair are now much simpler and effortless. Best thing I've done in a while, can't wait to see more results!

After the hour session, you feel accomplished and effective, or at least exhausted . Fantastic experience: The best decision I made when I retired was to join Elite Fitness. I retired as a union meat cutter, I worked for 40 years but the reason I retired was that I am a stage four cancer survivor. The treatments saved my life but left me disabled. Working out at Elite has helped me with walking, with my flexibility and I've become stronger through weight training. All this under the watchful eye of owner Joaquin Martinez and the trainers at Elite. Because of all the chemotherapy I had I have neuorapathy in both feet and I have a tendency to trip and fall. But at Elite I practice getting up off the floor and it has really come in handy. If you're older like me or younger and just want to get fit I recommend Elite Fitness.

For awhile I'd been experiencing a number of unpleasant and hard-to-diagnose health issues, such as migraines, low energy, brain fog, and high blood pressure. Since joining Elite Fitness a few months ago, all of those issues have drastically improved. I've noticed improvements in my sleep quality, a significant boost in energy levels, and even a reduction in those migraines that used to plague me regularly. Not long ago, waking up early was a near-impossible struggle. This morning I woke up before my alarm, ready to tackle the day. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the small group training format, but I've found that it truly does provide a perfect balance of personalized attention and a supportive community atmosphere. I really like the trainers Gus and Felix. They are both not only extremely warm and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They constantly have me trying new workouts I've never done before. I have scoliosis, and they are always very cognizant of tailoring my workouts to avoid discomfort or injury. One fun aspect of Elite is their innovative use of technology. The heart rate monitoring system adds a fun and competitive element to the workouts, providing real-time feedback on effort and progress. It's a gamified approach that really works to keep me motivated and confident about the effectiveness of each session. They offer monthly tracking of body fat and muscle composition using their special scanner which is a great way to quantify progress. But again, my biggest improvements have largely been intangible. The whole experience is top notch. They are very flexible with scheduling, which I greatly appreciate as my work schedule is unpredictable and varies every week. I've never had an issue finding an appointment time that works just by shooting them a text. If you're looking for a gym that not only works with you achieve your fitness goals but also takes your individual needs into account, Elite Fitness is the place to be. The trainers, the atmosphere, the technology - it all comes together to create a truly transformative fitness experience. 100% worth it.

Fantastic experience: Elite is great private gym in Santa Ana! All of the members are very welcoming and supportive to one another. The owner, Joaquin will host fun events with food and games every few months that really brings a sense of community. The trainers, Gus and Felix are great and will personalize workouts to your needs and your availability. The gym uses MyZone which is a great way to stay connected and motivated to keep working out. They also have an InScan Body machine which is worth the membership in of itself because it will give you a detail assessment of your body fat, muscle mass, body water analysis, etc so you can really track your progress. After my first month I loss 3 lbs of body fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle and my percentage body fat went from 18.4% to 15.8%. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a gym close to my house for a year. I hit the jackpot when I found Elite Fitness Downtown!! My Dr told me I need a knee replacement, and I refuse to have that surgery any time soon. I joined Elite in June 2023. Since joining my knee has improved by leaps and bounds!!! I was able to attend a concert recently where I stood for 6 hrs with absolutely NO KNEE PAIN. Fantastic experience: I have been training at Elite for about a month now and I can not believe the results I am now seeing. The Elite team has taken into account my goals and each of the trainers are with me every step of the way ensuring that my form is okay and I am not too fatigued. I especially like the use of the MyZone belts which allow for me to see the calories I’m burning, my heart rate, and the amount of effort I am putting into my workout. Elite Fitness Downtown provides exactly what I needed. It is a gym that has all the fitness equipment and tools that I could possibly want, yet the gym is small enough that you get the individualized attention of the staff. The trainers are always happy to see me, and have a genuine interest in helping everyone achieve their personal fitness goals. As a busy person, it was previously a challenge to keep fitness as a regular part of my life. But it has been great to join a gym that has trainers that are highly educated. Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I came across Elite Fitness Downtown. I was searching for a gym where I could get some coaching and personal training and this is the perfect place for me. Joaquin welcomed me and made me feel like family right from the get go. Felix and Gus are amazingly good at what they do. They always push me and cheer me on. It’s been a couple of weeks since I joined the gym and I already feel stronger.The atmosphere is fun and inviting. I joined their hiking group as well. Overall the best Gym I’ve been to. In order to get a full sense of the vibe? Elite Fitness Downtown is in The Historic District of Downtown Santa Ana, Ca. The original capital of California. Buildings that used to be hotels that American Presidents stayed at. Magnificent architecture from the turn of the 19th to the 20th century, 30’s High Art Deco fixtures…it’s like waking through a museum. The whole neighborhood. To top all of this is Elite Fitness Downtown’s commitment to art, music, artists, and the monthly Art Walk in Downtown Santa Ana, Ca. One of the oldest and most established art centers in the US. And to finish? Joaquin Martinez is a classically trained musician whose music heals and enriches the lives of the people that hear it. You can see him playing Saxophone in the pictures. From playing and helping support Art Walk Santa Ana to playing events for local businesses, events, and even DJ’ing events for gym members. Elite Fitness Downtown is more like a community and a lifestyle than what is traditionally thought of as a gym; it is a hub of mental, spiritual, & physical health.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Elite Fitness highly enough. I started going here about a month ago, and I’m already noticing results in terms of my fitness level, weight loss, and endurance. The trainers are awesome and super flexible, and it really feels like a family there. You typically work out in private or semi-private sessions with the trainers. I wasn’t sure what to expect with semi-private sessions, but I actually prefer it. Everyone at the gym is really friendly and cool, so it’s great to have a more social workout too. Elite also tracks all sorts of data about your training sessions, which they use to improve and motivate you. This is a way better experience than going to the large corporate gyms!

Fantastic experience: I’ve known one of the owners of Elite Fitness Downtown, Joaquin Martinez, for years starting as my personal trainer at a local big-box gym. When I learned that he had opened up a small gym himself, I started training with him there. I’ve weight trained, been instructed in yoga, and when I’ve had trouble with my back, supported with rehabilitation therapy. Joaquin and his team are so knowledgeable about the body and have helped this 68 year old female to increase her strength and get her confidence back. I recommend this gym to women and men of any age who want to live a strong and healthy life as long as possible.

Fantastic experience: I am a very busy Entrepeneur and Commercial Real Estate Professional and I love Elite Fitness. I injured my knee and elbow, re-tear in ACL and dislocated my elbow. I could not lift anything over two pounds and walked with a limp. After physical therapy, I joined Elite Fitness to rehabilitate and strengthen. They did not disappoint, I can hike again and actually get up off the ground using my arm. My initial goals were to strengthen, now they are sculpting and shaping. Elite Fitness is where it is at.
