I am honestly shocked every time I see the delivery arrive with how fast it is lol. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate being able to text a refill in and speak to an actual person. As a former pharmacy tech, I know how stressful automated text systems are for both the patients and providers- Mark Drugs completely avoids any issues this way. I highly recommend Mark Drugs!

Negative experience: Would never go here unless you want them to allegedly unalive your animals! My friend was given medication for her cat 100x the dosage they were supposed to receive. She also said her vet personally called to fix the dosage and they STILL messed up. They were also supposed to pick it up multiple times but it was never ready on time. My friend also had to pay for this medication that she CANT EVEN USE on her cat. How horrible. Now their cat has to live a whole other week with their complications until they can get the correct dosage…

Negative experience: This pharmacy totally screwed me over with medication prescribed for my cat. My veterinarian called them directly to put in the prescription dosage amount, corrected the pharmacist on the phone when they repeatedly said the wrong dosage amount, and STILL gave me the wrong dosage for my cat. 100x the dosage amount prescribed! Then they claim that it’s MY fault and only want to give me a partial refund for THEIR mistake on a very expensive medication that I am not even able to use. Not to mention I was supposed to be able to pick it up Friday, when I called them to check if it was ready (when I was TOLD it would be ready) they claim they were “JUST about to call me” and tell me that the medication was having trouble dissolving correctly and they needed to make it into capsules which would be even MORE expensive. Then I had to wait DAYS to pick up the capsules only to find out they’re not even the correct dosage! Absolutely ridiculous that this pharmacy won’t take accountability or accept responsibility for THEIR mistake, and I still have to pay the price for medication I CAN’T GIVE MY CAT. And, now my cat has to have a urinary catheter in for a whole extra week since I had to wait a whole week for the medication because of Marks Drugs. Never will I use this pharmacy and I recommended that my veterinary hospital uses a different pharmacy as well. So unprofessional and again, absolutely ridiculous.

Positive experience: Dropped off Rx for my cat five days ago. I was told (methimazole topical) it would be ready for pick up in one to two days. I’ve been calling them but nobody can give me definitive answer. My cat is now out of his medicine. Disappointing experience thus far. On a positive note, staff are kind and polite.

Yomna helped me get my prescription to be mailed to me and was extremely helpful and kind during our entire interaction. She had no problem answering all my questions! I also spoke with Jeff one of the pharmacists and he was great too. I'm definitely recommending them to others!

Negative experience: The person at the counter Khayle sorry if I spelled wrong was very not helpful I had to buy prescription stockings and need prescription from my doctor and when from my doctor’s office they faxed the prescription to mark drug but when I asked she said she didn’t receive it and I had called to check my doctor office and they said that they already faxed it two hours ago they had to fax the second time and now she called me and said she got the fax but can’t take my measurements because tech is all booked I should come at 4:00 pm my whole day gone. I insisted her so much that I am traveling tomorrow but she didn’t go operate she showed how busy they are. Very bad customer service.

Positive experience: They’re a specialty pharmacy. Their service is great but it takes over a week to get a prescription filled. They’re also very expensive when compared to other compound pharmacies.

Fantastic experience: Mark's is the best to get specialty items, although I do miss Fran, she worked there for many years. She always took really good care of me, I recently was at Mark's and I was told she no longer works there. Kind of a bummer Fran was so sweet.

Negative experience: If I could I would give them zero stars. This is the only pharmacy near me that compounds my meds. Not only does it take over a week to get them made (used to be a few days), now they close at 5pm, and arrive at 5pm and no go they are all locked up. Service has been going down hill and it’s time to discuss with my doc a different option because this pharmacy adds way too much stress to my life when I work 8-4:30 and can’t get there before they lock it up. And cost has doubled in the past few years. Zero stars for me

Negative experience: Don't shop here. Went yesterday about 10:45 am . The lady behind the counter ringing out the customer ahead of me was saying how she doesn't like Mark Drugs new hours and only three people work in there now. Can't get any one to work there. They come in for interviews but don't come back for the job and so on. Now it's my turn. Hand the lady my prescription for knee high compression socks. Oh you need a fitting . I'm to busy today to do a fitting. You will have to make a appointment. Really!! No other customers in the store. Let's face it they come in small to xxxl size. Not custom made. How long could it take to take measurements for knee high socks. I tore up the script in front of her. Thanks for all your help. Bought mine on eBay.

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed crutches & knowing that the cost would be less out of pocket by purchasing directly at DME supply instead of Dr's office, I contacted Mark Drugs. Karen B. was amazing! When she was unable to find my daughter's crutch size in the store, she went out of her way going through boxes &inventory in the back until she found her size. Karen is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated. I am so grateful for her. She was our angel that day.

Negative experience: Do not trust this place I called ahead of the had a time and was told that they closed at 6 o'clock 6. They close at 5 o'clock. My friend went in the next day to try and get some supplies that they said they had on the phone. They did not have them. It is a waste of time and gas to go to this place.

Positive experience: Their Cuban sandwich was ok. About as good as Little Lazo's on Western and Armitage. My complaint is that it was virtually tasteless. I couldn't tell there was any mustard & pickles were tasteless. The roast pork was good quality, but had no seasoning. Maybe I am expecting too much? After trying to find a good Cuban sandwich, I will simply make my own. Sadly, most of the restaurants I have gone to leave me with the same realization. Why overpay, get inconvenienced and be disappointed getting food from a restaurant? The whole "show us your papers" bs with the vaccine is the last straw. Their menu is extremely limited. They were highly recommended by someone that lived in Cuba. If it were closer to home I would go back, but for me, not worth the drive, and "no papers."

Fantastic experience: Good drugs delivery on the friendly staff!

Positive experience: This is a great place to find medical equipment you won't find elsewhere, especially after a big hospital stay. They also make prescription meds for your pets and can flavor kids meds. The people that work here are genuinely nice and really try to help you. They go out of their way to get you what you need.

Negative experience: So glad I was quoted one amount then charged nine plus... dollars more. Then given info on a medicatiom as if I have never ordered at this location* at leadt 5th time same medication same animal....get you stuff together. When a concern is brought to attention of the staff handle it, instead of responding because you feel you need to. Give the correct info from the calls. Or better yet train people correctly. Will be taking business elsewhere. SUPPORT LOCAL...NOT THIS PLACE. I know many people in Roselle just dont take the time to say the same things.

Negative experience: Beware—this establishment preys on those going through tough times. Very shady billing practices that you would expect from a nationwide chain. Of course, when you call to reconcile an invoice, you are met with an automated system and of course, nobody to return your call.

Fantastic experience: Recently I purchased a power recliner at Roselle and the staff was very helpful, kind and patient as we made a decision. Joshua set the order up for us and saw to the details of the delivery and came with on delivery day. It was all a good experience and I would certainly buy there again and recommend others check them out for a recliner as I had been looking for over a year and this was the best.

Negative experience: I walked in and wasn't greeted. I waited while a few workers stared at me and just talked amongst themselves. When I was finally helped, I asked how I go about acquiring the equipment, but the man just took a quick look at my form and told another person to 'take care of it'. They shouted at each other across the room, right in front of me, because one person couldn't understand what the other was saying. I'm glad nobody else was on that side because it was really embarrassing that they were openly shouting about the private equiment I was trying to get. This second person took me form, didn't answer my questions or explain what they were doing, and went back to shouting at the initial worker asking if he took my ID yet. I'm not sure why they didn't just simply ask me if I had provided my identification or not yet, especially since we were physically super close. After asking for my IDs, and without saying anything else at all or answering any of my questions, the worker walked away with my paperwork and IDs. They came pack complaining and rolling their eyes about my surgeon's form because they felt it wasn't legitimate. I thanked them for trying, but I would go back to my doctor and just try again another day. What really made me write this review and what made me give it a low rating is the comments and way the worker spoke to me. The worker insulted me and spoke to me like a little kid getting a timeout. I was so embarrassed and insulted, and I will not be returning. On top of not feeling comfortable with my information remaining private, I was very upset with the way I was treated by this second worker. I was shocked with the way the worker spoke to me and treated me based on the reviews, but I will not be returning based on my personal experience.

Different meds' prices vary, I am sure but my savings are tremendous. Very satisfied customer! The owner - Dr. Mark Mandel was highly recommended by the physician I had an appointment with. If possible I will always use Mark's Drug Pharmacy as opposed to the big corporate chains.

Negative experience: Went for compression socks 20-30 mmhg, just one pair. Staff friendly-sales person a bit of a con artist, since I'm in sales also. Sign in fitting room $25 for sizing. "We haven't charged this for years, there just in case someone gets fitted and takes sizes and buys elsewhere." Cost $89 Plus tax for a single pair of compression socks. Check the net 90% of compression socks are $12-45. I think I know how they tucked that $25 in the retail pricing-I took them out of frustration and a blood clot mostly out of need. Pricing it totally out of line. My best guess, and opinion only, the socks I have likely didn't retail for more then $30 at most.

Positive experience: I was in a bind and needed compound prescription meds for a cat. I called and dealt with Mark, he saved my bacon and the cat's (he gets 5 stars). I was so happy I tried to work with them for the next two months, but I had to work with other pharmacists and the medicine was never what it was supposed to be, a couple of the techs told me it wasn't even possible to make the medicine according to the prescription. So IF YOU ARE BUYING PRESCRIPTION PET MEDICINES ONLY DEAL WITH MARK, the others do NOT know what they are doing (they get zero stars).
