Negative experience: Beware!!! I had over 10 credit on my account from being a member. My husband cancelled so that I could catch up using my services. Not knowing that when you cancel your monthly service you forfeit any unused credits. Over $1000 In services that I now can’t use. What a shady way of doing business. Will not return and will not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My A1C is 6.9 from 7.0. My blood sugar is 90 today. The Lowest Ever!! I have dropped 6 pounds. I sleep better and wake up early. ( I’m not an early day person) lol. I feel so much better. I am not eating as much. I have been eating until I’m full and leaving food on my plate. It’s been great!

Negative experience: I made an appointment over a week ago and had to reschedule due to a personal issue. When I called to reschedule, I rescheduled for today. I got to the appointment 15 minutes early and was told My appointment was booked at another location over 30 minutes away. Even though I have a confirmation email and text showing Beach Boulevard. They could not do anything to help me and can’t even get me rescheduled for over a month even though this was their mistake that they admitted to. I was told “I’m sorry that sucks” and was left at that.

Fantastic experience: I want to give 5 stars to 2 of the therapists. Aiza and Alexis are both amazing! I have had MANY massages with both of them and they have never disappointed me! I would give less than 5 stars to the establishment overall. The staff is super nice so no problem there. What is annoying is that these therapists work there butts off and, if they are booked for most of the day, they seem to never get a break. In between clients they have to clean the room…change the sheets, use the restroom, etc. What this means to their clients, is less time than what you’ve actually booked for. I understand 5 min on the front and back end for the client to undress and dress, but I have been given as much as 15 min. for each. Meaning, a 90 min. massage is really only 60 min. Alexis and Aiza have never done that, but other therapists have. It’s frustrating because it is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I understand times are tough and businesses need to make money…but I feel like they could hire one person to take care of all of this for the therapists (except using the restroom ) If they staggered appts. one person could accomplish this for the therapists so they could have a minute to breath in between clients. This is just my opinion…and everyone has one, right? I want to say once again, Aiza and Alexis are the best!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I am disappointed in my experience today. I saw Walter who is totally awesome. I go to checkout and was informed my old massage credits are not good enough to cover my massage. I have 8 of the old credits and then 3 of the higher priced credits as they started charging me 20 dollars more per month on my membership. I’m a little annoyed the price went up, but more peeved that the old credits that I was being charged didn’t truly roll over as a massage credit. This seems like an unfair practice to loyal customers. I do love my massage experience, but the management didn’t consider the loyalty of their long time customers. They could honor these old credits as full payment for a massage and then once those old credits run out, it won’t be a problem anymore. Seems simple to me. That experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Considering parting ways once I use up my credits. I just had to let these feelings out. I’m sure lots of members are feeling the same way.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is great! But Walter is a miracle worker! During my facial appt my back went out. The pain was unbelievable and I could barely walk. I used the time between my facial and massage appt to go see my chiro. When I returned I was still in a lot of pain. Walter massaged and stretched me so well. He showed great technique while all the while being concerned for my comfort and pain level. By rhe time my appt was over I could walk upright and I felt 95% better and was 100% by next day! He is absolutely the BEST!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful massage for lymphedema

Negative experience: I am a customer of more than 5 years. Have had several appointments cancelled or or not properly booked. Just cannot depend on them anymore.

Negative experience: I booked a couple’s massage for Dec 11 at 12 pm. I informed the front desk I need deep tissue massages so I requested my usual guy and asked her opinion on who else there offers deep tissue. The front desk said she would put me with someone else who does more deep tissue than who I had in the past so I trusted her guidance. On the day of my appointment we walked in and the woman at the front desk had many people waiting for her. We were not greeted and sat and waited a good while for her to be available to check us in. We got into the massage room at 12:10pm and it was over at 12:50 pm. To make things worse my massage was not deep tissue whatsoever and was primarily a moisturizing massage with the excessive amount of lotion used. At checkout I was informed that my contracted rate which I pre paid for was not enough money to cover my 40 min massages and had to come out of pocket with an additional $10 per person. I was told the manager/ owner would call me but it’s been 24 hrs and no word. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this business for all your medspa needs! The staff is friendly and professional. I went in for the Myofascial Acoustic Compression Therapy and it cured my tendinitis is a few sessions. A lot of professional sports teams are using this same technology.

Top notch job today ladies! Antoinette~from check in to check out she always is on it, super friendly and the best customer service I have had when dealing with all three things here! She will take care of you for sure!!!

Positive experience: I like this salon, but I'm from Europe I'm used to a higher quality. Prices are above average.

Negative experience: We paid approx $1,500 for laser hair removal that did not work and told will have to pay for additional treatments. We heard others had same problem. We lost our debit card so they stated the autopay did not go through due to different number. We paid cash after the massage to get it current and stated we would bring the new card in on next visit to update file as we weren't comfortable giving over the phone. A month later we try to call for a massage and they state the membership is canceled because card wasn't on file and we lose the 8 credits that were remaining. Ask for a owner to call me and nothing.

Fantastic experience: Great little spa. They offer a lot of services, but there is a big price difference if you dont become a member. I got a massage by Unique and she was great.

Negative experience: Worst place ever to get a laser hair removal!!! I paid $4000 to get a full body hair removal and nothing changed I still have hair as if i never got it done! If you want to get scammed then please go there! Other than that go to ideal image

Negative experience: I enjoyed the experience and massages but I would never sign up for another membership. I am active duty military and was told when I signed up that it would not be a problem to cancel. They refused to wave $99 cancellation despite the fact that I intend on returning and finishing my membership agreement upon my return. I was activated to go to the desert for our country. I find it very unfair to be charged a fee for serving our country. It was beyond my control and their company is the one that can't pause the membership for longer than 3 months. Shame on the owners! I will never return to this place of business.

Positive experience: I go here for the chiropractor Dr.Holmes. He’s amazing and he’s pretty chill and easy to talk to . I have neck issues and every time I go in he makes the experience comfortable,quick and easy. I definitely recommend him because he clearly explains to you what he’s doing , why he’s doing it , how he’s doing it and the benefits of him doing it. Definitely check him out if you’re in need of a chiropractor. .The prices are great too!

Fantastic experience: Just got done with my second laser hair treatment. I am getting some pretty sensitive areas done and I have a very low tolerance for pain but Courtni always tries to make me as comfortable as possible and will take a break if I need one. The staff is so wonderful and the prices are great! I'm scheduling a massage soon and will update after that.

Negative experience: I got the 8sections package laser hair removal and i paid a lot of money for it. They said ill have 2 years guarantee But i didnt get a good result, and when I called them back the receptionist said the best thing is to have another 8 sections package and i have to pay for it again. How can i trust that if i didnt even get any good results from the first one i had. I tried to talk to the manager but they said they’ll call me back but they didn’t. I can’t believe I paid all that money and now Im still looking for another way to remove hair,please don’t do it it’s waste of money and time.

Negative experience: After having a substandard, cheap, lazy, ineffective facial, I decided to cancel the membership. I was verbally told when I signed up, that you are not charged any fees to do so. When I cancelled, they hit me up with almost $200 dollars of cancellation fees. Total scam. Keep away!

Negative experience: I wasn't too impressed. I'm very observant and some of the things I saw and heard were not my standard of professionalism. I came ready to spend my money there but after my experience I just did not feel comfortable. I did not receive a proper consultation. No questions about my skin or my skin type etc. I pretty much listened to her tell me everything I already knew about the treatment vs how she could help "me" and MY skin. I left feeling like my time was wasted. This was "my" experience though.

Fantastic experience: After my doctor suggested I do more 'self care' I decided to get a massage to ease my tension and knotted muscles - but being new-ish to the area, I took a chance with The Elements of Therapy because it was close to home and I saw some good reviews. I am SO glad I went. My massage therapist Alexis did a wonderful job in a very relaxing, clean, comfortable environment. I loved that I was able to select a scent for my massage oil/lotion. Overall very nice and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for almost a year. I absolutely love their service and for the price and quality of the treatments it’s worth it. Laser hair removal is the best decision And worth every penny. Their message and facial services are awesome. I’m in my early 30’s and still have issues with acne. The facials, microdermabrasion and chemical peels have worked wonders on my face. You will not be disappointed .

The staff is not only friendly but very knowledgeable about the services. Mallory at the front desk was very helpful explaining all the products and services. She took her time and went over the pricing options and recommended additional services that I’m looking forward to. She answered all the questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable. I’m already seeing amazing results from the treatment, and their prices are also very reasonable. I also love the environment here, it is so peaceful and relaxing. I will continue to keep coming back.

Negative experience: THIS FACILITY DOES NOT SUPPORT MILITARY FAMILIES! Me and my husband are sharing a vehicle as mine was totaled in a not at fault accident. I had a facial on Christmas Eve. My husband was called in for cover duty @2:00am. When I woke up @6am, I saw the message on my phone that he got called into work and called to leave a message to inform them that I could not make it and it explained the situation. I later got a call 15mins after my appointment (12:15) basically asking where I was. I called back once I got the message. She said they would still need to charge me the fee for missing my appointment since it couldn't be booked out for someone else and then she later told me no one else that day or the day before tried to book a facial, but it's as a "just in case." I asked her to have the manager give me a call as I felt this was extremely unreasonable. I've been going there over a year. I've recently cancelled my membership as I was severely injured in my car accident and my husband has PCS orders for March. I used to get massages twice a month, regularly before that. The manager gave me a call a couple days later in regards to the situation. She said as a "courtesy" She would only charge me one credit instead of $70 and apparently there was "no voice message." Just my caller ID on the call log. To me, sounds like someone didn't do their job and check voice messages when they came in the morning of the 24th. Veronica (manager) told me I was the only facial client for the day, so she came in specially for me. Excuse me?! You mean she had a set schedule and had to be there regardless of me showing up or not? She then said "Well.. you didn't confirm your appointment." Okay, If I "didn't" confirm my appointment, What's the issue? All of her counter responses were laughable. When I asked to speak with someone higher than her, her answer was "they don't like to talk to people." THEY DON'T LIKE TO TALK TO PEOPLE!? WHAT!!!??? If you have a contract with this company and you cancel and don't use all your "credits" off your account, they keep it. I thought having a membership is supposed to be a benefit, but if you cancel, you're punished and they keep your unused money. I've been told at this location that if you can't make your appointment or if something comes up, let us know asap as we know sometime things come up and I've been told that more than once by different people. I've been called less an hour before my appointment from them having to reschedule due to uncontrollable events which I completely understood, guess I should of expected a $50 credit instead.

Used a discount to try laser hair removal on my old man ears...Daisy checked me out and did my first treatment saame day and time, in and out within 45 min. Results are very ggood so far, 2nd treatment this week was quick. They communicate well, reminders etc. Easy to set appts. Seem professional and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: An out of towner's oasis - I visit the Jax Beach area for business several times a year and I love the convenience of The Element's locations and services. The locations are clean, functional and spa like - and yet showing up in sweats or yoga pants feels ok. My last visit included a facial from Miranda in the evening. Kudos to The Elements for having a wide range of hours and keeping a certain amount of flexibility in their therapist for short notice appointments like me. Miranda was great giving me solid skin advice which wasn't all products but practical lifestyle information as well as therapy advice. I'll be back.

Positive experience: I booked the couples massage as part of a gift to my husband. Not knowing what he i planned i was unsure of how to plan myself. The staff was great in answering all my questions and getting me booked after me calling about 3×. We ended up with Cynthia and Walter they were very friendly and warming. Walter was great at keeping me covered and not exposing more then needed. I felt comfortable the entire time. The only downfall is i paid for the aroma enhancement i only smelled peppermint in the beginning and it kinda faded out however my husband said he smelled it the entire time. Ill have to say i give them a visit soon!!

Positive experience: The Elements is super clean and very professional. I went for a massage there and I was expecting an hour long massage, but it was only 45 minutes, since they count getting ready before and after as part of the hour. That was a little misleading, but the massage and the sound effects they played were great. I was very relaxed and my tensed muscles were feeling much better. I would go again.

Fantastic experience: My experiences over the past two months with multiple front desk staff and massage therapists have been great. I have received massages from Victoria, Nicole and Christina as well as a facial from Christina (all from the Mandarin location). Each therapist has their own style, pressure and approach to therapy, stretching and wellness. I would recommend any of these three therapists and definitely go for 90 minutes. My first visit was for 60 minutes. After discovering the impact and relief of 90 minutes, I will not go back to 60. Also, if you go frequently, become a member to receive the discounted rates on all services. I appreciate the membership (compared to points or credits) because of the lower cost, flexibility to open/close the membership and discount on all services. I initially chose Elements because of its location and have since chosen to return because staff are professional, responsive and consistently provide great service.

Fantastic experience: I have never went to sleep during a massage in my years of going to different spas. I must say when my wife and I attended a couples massage, my therapist put me too sleep. Not because it was boring or she didn't do well. It's because I was so relaxed and taken care of. Hands of magic!. I felt wonderful after leaving. Stresses and muscles had been rewarded. Thanks!!!!
