Fantastic experience: I joined Results Personal Training Gym and Fitness June 10 of this year because my intuition told me to join that particular gym. I’m so happy I did. I’ve lost 13 pounds and I’m feeling great. My pains have also gone away. The trainers and the owner are amazing. I’m so happy. Even the members make you feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: So I’ve known and heard great things about Results but I finally decided it was time for a change. I spoke with Sam about my issues with forward head posture some depression and so fourth, he recommended some Neurosomatic sessions and holistic coaching since my first two sessions I already feel less pain free and more clear headed. Sam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may still have. We still have more work to do but I’m excited to see my future results with Personal Results Training!

Fantastic experience: Walked into Results Personal Training around two weeks ago a little unsure about some health issues. Sam and his staff immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. They worked up a plan for my specific issues and we got to work. I have more energy, less pain and my mental state is in a much better place than when I walked in. Fantastic experience: recently visited Results Personal Training Gym and Fitness and was impressed with their services. After speaking with Sam, we began with Neurosomatic Therapy, focusing on my hip flexors, which have long caused me mobility issues and pain. Sam’s expertise was evident as he worked on both sides, explaining each step and helping me feel the improvements. Thanks to his guidance, I can now stand up straight comfortably without rounding my back. We are continuing to work on correcting my posture, breathing, and overall body. Investing in your health is crucial, and this gym truly delivers. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined results back in November 2023. I am not good about committing to exercising and figured I might make it to six months and stop exercising. I am in my fifth month and wish I had found a place like this in my past. With each class you feel like you’re getting individual attention from the trainer. They make sure you are lifting your weights correctly, you are standing correctly so you do not harm yourself. They are very friendly and committed to making this experience what you want out of it I highly recommend results and I plan to continue my workouts there .

Fantastic experience: This isn’t your average gym. They always took the time to make me healthier, not just physically stronger (although they did that too). The workouts were always fun and never got boring. And I loved how they wove in stretching and breathing into the workouts. I moved from corpus, but would definitely join again if I moved back.

Fantastic experience: The reason I go to Results five times a week is simple. The training staff care about you. If a exercise needs to be modified for you, they always have a solution! They challenge you at your level. From beginner to seasoned veteran. I have gone to other places. They don't compare to Results!

Fantastic experience: I came to Sam at Results Personal Training with neck and back problems (spasms) and he was quickly able to nail down my issue. I was gluten intolerant and we talked diet changes and within a week I felt 10-20 years younger. Inflammation was basically gone and my body moved a ton better. Sam is a great person with expansive knowledge of the body and diet. Everyone I’ve sent his way has called me to say the same.

This is not the case here. They have become my gym family. This place is so much more than a typical gym. They have helped me manage my stress (which is huge), helped with my diet and really taught me how to just love myself. They have even helped me set goals for my life. Fantastic experience: I had been a member of a large athletic club but once I started at Results I knew that I would never go back. I love the small group personal training classes. They even offer 1 on 1 personal training. Everyday you work a different set of muscles. The trainers are all so friendly and demonstrate and guide you through the exercises and even offer a modified version. They correct your form, answer your questions, motivate and challenge you. They always have a warm up and cool down too. The people you meet there are amazing! Your work out buddies encourage you and always keep you laughing. At Results, I always leave with a smile on my face knowing that I had a quality workout with quality people. You must give it a try!

I know I’m gonna get a good work out and if I need a modification on one of the exercises it’s given to me right then and there so I don’t miss out on any of my work out, the gym really is a gold mine. Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing for so many reasons. It is more than a gym you truly get a comprehensive service: nutrition, education and guidance. The small group work out and check ins truly help me get the individualize treatment I was searching for in order to reach my goals.

Negative experience: Their website advertises 3 Free Workouts. This is --- False Advertising ---- ! You will not have any free workouts. You will not lift a single weight. What will happen is that you will be subjected to a sales pitch. In this sales pitch they will talk about their holisitc approach to fitness, which requires you to fill out a very personal 500 question survey and you must agree to a kind of emotional coaching as well as diet and fitness training. Never have I ever been so uncomfortable in a gym in my life. The manager was completely unwilling to offer fitness services without the emotional services. It was all-or-nothing and if you didn't like that, then you will not get the free fitness sessions as advertised. The one and only positive thing I can say is that the gym was decently busy so it seems they are helping some people in the local community which is great. However, they really need to be honest with their online ads.

Negative experience: Original Review posted on 2/1/22 - Excellent theory but my own experience at this fitness community was not great. The person I met with for my consultation described a holistic functional fitness program that blew my mind with how amazing it sounded. I would definitely say it's worth considering as a gym of choice. It's clean and plenty of parking is available. I showed up for my intro session and the trainer was disinterested in dealing with a new person. I was told to grab the necessary equipment but not given any information about where to grab it from. When I asked where do I find that? The trainer appeared annoyed with my question and merely pointed in the direction of the item I needed to grab. When she described the exercises to do for the day, I was a little lost because I wasn't familiar with them. Requests for clarification were met with "just watch someone" while she worked with another client. Halfway through the session they switched to the other side of the gym and the trainer actually said "you can go now, your free session is over." After that, I never went back for my other two sessions. Obviously not a good fit for me. When I reached out to say I did not have a good session, I received no response. It was clear I was not welcome there. Edit on 2/2/22 - My original experience with this facility was in September of 2021. I reached out to the facility (via the messaging I had been communicating with them the entire time) as soon as I was done with the session to share that it was not a good experience and received zero response. To their credit, within minutes of this public review being posted, the facility reached out to me via phone - and left a voicemail offering me a free month and requesting the opportunity to make it right. That is a good attempt at resolution, however it would have been nice to have a response 4 months ago when I had the bad experience. Perhaps I should have publicly blasted the experience that day. I declined the offer because I have no interest in entering a gym I felt so unwelcome at. I am sure it is a great fit for some, just not for me. The concept is solid and I'm sure if you're the right 'type' of person it's a great community. Again, the place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Just not for me. I stand by my 2-star review because I should not have had to go public to get a customer service response.

Fantastic experience: So thankful I stumbled across Results personal training! Everyone is SO friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I really enjoy the small group work outs, they are all planned out for you and all you have to do is show up and do the workout for the day! Each exercise is demonstrated before and the trainer is readily available to help or correct form if needed! Each session begins and ends with stretching which I also enjoy and feel is necessary.
