His concern is getting his patients answers while making them feel like all is not lost. He is now my primary and I know that myself and my family are in caring, knowledgeable hands. Fantastic experience: I have always wanted to do microneedling, being that it helps produce collagen, helps with fine lines, biggest one for me was acne scares. I went to Dr. Stephanie Nichols for my first appointment. She was so knowledgeable giving me a detailed step by step of what to expect and talked me through each process. She sat down with me before we even started addressing my concerns and answering every question I had. The process was not painful at all and to my surprise was even very relaxing! Fantastic experience: Great experience again with dr. Kasey. I had hydrogen peroxide, IV and I was concern about pocking need since I have very bad experience most of the time. But with him so easy. That IV did make me feel different in a good way. I notice it did effect on my sleep too. Smell kind of weird but that’s okay. Room was very comfy with comfy chairs and TV to watch wile my IV dripping. Definitely recommend dr. Kasey and this IV thing

Fantastic experience: Have not seen a primary care physician in several years because it was always the same thing… Dr. George was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and inquisitive of everything from my medical history, to lifestyle, to even day to day habits. Highly recommend to anyone. I have already told my friend circle about him, which will most certainly be seeing him as well.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't feeling well and called to let them know not very long before the actual appointment time. We were able to effortlessly and seamlessly switch the appointment to a telehealth one. The technology, etc. was very easy to follow, load, etc. and Dr. Hall and I had a great connection--both virtually and patient/doctor wise! I had been suffering several weeks of horrific headaches. Earlier that day I went to my primary provider (again) and told him I could not take it anymore. As the primary doctor said, he was "calling in" the big guns to the pharmacy. I took them too! I wasn't sure what to expect from a naturopathic appointment, but I thought he might "shame" me for resorting to pain meds. He did not at all! He told me he would always prioritize pain relief and that it was absolutely fine to address that acute issue. That was incredibly reassuring. His exam was so thorough. In fact, by the time the appt was complete he had identified several red flags diet wise that could cause headaches that I could implement immediately and we have a plan for several other labs, etc. to continue to follow up on to identify possible root causes. He was also very in tune with my emotional well being which I very much appreciated because I was honestly at wit's end. I am so pleased to have found him and I look forward to what my future appointments will hold!

Negative experience: Unwelcoming atmosphere. Unprofessional understaffed and uninviting. Lots of other ethical doctors more deserving of my time and money. In Response to this business's dishonest reply I am editing my original post. They really deserve zero stars after the fabricated response they made after my honest review. I was very disappointed in the way this business treated me and I don't recommend it at all and the rude request to take my business elsewhere publicly just shows how unprofessional and immature the people running this business are. Own responsibility for your mistakes its unethical to cherry pick patients/clients and tell them to come in only to tell them to reschedule if you don't like the way they look! You should not book 15 minute appointments if your understaffed and take over 10 minutes to check a patient in. The office is hidden inside a building complex with no sign outside indicating where it is located. After explaining where the office was located and telling me to come in she did not even greet me or acknowledge my presence as she was speaking with another patient over the phone. I had to listen to her discussing refilling medications for a patient breaching confidentiality of that patient's medical record. I did not storm out I told them politely when asked to reschedule that I was very disappointed and I would not be able to return as I live in another part of town and also have a busy schedule. Doctors especially "integrative holistic" need to understand that our time as patients is also important and we have jobs and busy schedules that we must carve time out of for these appointments. Unfortunately its a broken system that has made it the norm for people to wait hours on end to see a "doctor" but the doctor will cancel you if your lost and 5 minutes late. Also how the hell are you claiming to be integrative and helping people get to the root cause when your injecting people with toxins that cause inflammation/immune issues and health problems down the road?

He spent 90 minutes with me and was the first doctor to understand the entire picture, instead of pushing me out the door. Negative experience: They charged me arm and leg to schedule my appointment. On the day of my appointment one of my family member passed away .They charged me another fees just because they felt like it . That is a total RIP OFF !

I'm extremely choosy when it comes to a doctor and none have been 100% what I was looking for until now. Dr. Stephanie listens more thoroughly than anyone I've seen previously. She got to the root of my issues and addressed that, plus more. I got so much more than I expected. I was so impressed that I even took my teen son for his sleep and other issues. Three weeks later, he is now falling asleep easily and at a decent hour. We get to see his face early in the mornings! Dr. Stephanie's care has transformed our lives. Fantastic experience: I’m not sure where to begin. I have been a Mayo patient since being dx with an auto immune disease 20+ years ago. About two years ago I decided to seek out a different option and through a Google search found Dr. Kasey with Onyx. He reassured me he was up for the challenge. Fantastic experience: I was over weight, feeling blah and not myself. I had tried for a couple years to loose weight, I was eating good for you food and working out 5-6 times per week but could only ever loose 10lbs. When I starting seeing Dr. Kasey, I laid it all out on the line told him everything that was feeling wrong with me. He ordered blood work, we did a food allergy (blood) test and hormone test and he could tell me exactly what I needed. I’ve been going by all his recommendations and stopped eating the foods I react poorly too and have now lost over 50lbs. I feel so much more like my old self and my acne even settled down for the most part. Dr. Kasey has helped me get back to where I hoped I could be and where I should be! I can’t thank him enough!

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue but wanted to post anyway. I have only see Dr. Kasey but the entire office is very sweet. I was having stomach issues for years and had seen a lot of Medical Doctors. Not one time did anyone ever mention to get tested for allergies. The first appointment Dr.Kasey said we should start by testing you. That day changed my life in the best way. Found out I was allergic to cows milk and since I have eliminated it from my diet and cannot tell you how that changed my life. All because he is knowledgable and caring that this happened. If you are even thinking of making an appointment, do not hesitate. It could be life changing for you. On top of that, he is funny, sweet, nice and very smart.

I had seen several drs, received zero help and was told I seemed to be “fine.” I was hesitant to come due to my poor experiences with other drs, but took one last chance and am so grateful I did. After my first appointment with Dr Stephanie, I left feeling hopeful again, and a few months later, she truly changed my life. My anxiety has decreased, my mood has improved, my migraines have cleared, my hormones are regulated, I am sleeping through the night, my stomach rarely hurts (which it used to CONSTANTLY), I have lost quite a bit of weight that I gained dealing with the health issues I was having, I have motivation and drive to start my day again. The list is endless, and I could never say enough great things about Dr. Stephanie. I have recommended everyone in my family to see her, as well as all of my friends, and each one of them has had the same experience. It has now been a year since I started seeing Dr Stephanie, and even though we have corrected a great majority of everything I was struggling with, I will always be a patient here. I love each visit here and always leave Dr Stephanie’s office feeling light. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: My PDO Threads experience and results were better than I ever expected!! My experience with Stephanie was relaxed but professional while the results though good immediately was spectacular about 5 weeks later!!! When I returned to Canada and everyone was complimenting me how great I looked overall but really zeroed in how refreshed my face and skin looked -just glowing along with looking 20 years younger! I felt I got almost the results of a full facelift without down time and expense!! Two of my friends are going from Canada to Arizona to get the PDO Threads from Stephanie this fall. I think even if she didn't help me, which she most certainly has, I would still give her a 5 star rating simply for the care and attention she provides. As someone who spent most of my life going to a practice with a revolving door of doctors, it was such a breath of fresh air to have someone actually want to know how I'm doing, to truly listen and care. I have never once felt like a number to her or someone to just push medications or services on for money. I felt sort of like a train wreck coming to her and she has taken the time to help me with all my aches, pains and mental health. I can not recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: In August of 2019 10 days before I gave birth to my 4th child I came down with Bell's Palsy for the second time in my life. This time it was kicking my trash and no amount of modern medicine or physical therapy were cutting it. I found Dr. Stephanie and she completely changed my life. She treated me as a whole person working to find the underlying issues all while still treating the symptoms. Not once did she just put a bandaid over my problem and walk away. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Stephanie for about a year now, and she has been a big help with my skin.
