Fantastic experience: I used the Redlight therapy for about two months and noticed amazing changes. I have chronic pain in my neck from arthritis and over just a few sessions, I was able to lower how much pain medication I’d been using! Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Buesgens when I was around 12 weeks pregnant with a HORRIBLE issue with my lower back that was making my legs numb. I’ve had back pain for a very long time and was ignoring it because chiropractors scared me and it was something I could ignore. This pregnancy really aggravated the issue, however, and I couldn’t ignore it any longer. From the minute I walked into his office Dr. Buesgens made me feel super comfortable and heard. He immediately diagnosed my problem areas and gave me tools to help speed up the healing process at home as well. I’m now 20 weeks pregnant and completely pain free in my back! (Something I haven’t had since I was like 15). I would highly recommend his services and I plan to use him for the duration of this pregnancy and after!

Negative experience: My mom went in to see about the Cool Sculpting that they offer. Because she is overweight and very self conscious, my Dad waited in the car. She was talked into signing a contract and they charged her over $6000 for eight hours of same day service. She stopped services after that because it hurt her so badly. She was in the early stages of dementia and doesnt even remember going in. After three years, my Dad finally told me the story and I was irate that they would take advantage of a Senior Citizen like they did. I went in to talk to them about it and "Dr. Jim" got extremely defensive and downright rude that I would question his $125,000 machine. Shame on the owners for doing this to my Mom. I will NEVER go back and I will make a point for everyone to know the truth about this scam. After investigating more and knowing some people who worked there, I was even more appalled to hear how they conduct business. They talk smack about every client that is in the books for that day and they are told to up-sell and make sure the patient makes a follow up appointment before they leave, to assure they come back. I will be reporting them to the Chiropractic Board.

Fantastic experience: I found Triage after moving to the area from closer to the cities and decided to give them a try. I have gone to more than 6-7 different chiropractors prior to Triage, as well as an orthopedic surgeon for my back pain, all with little to no improvement. Triage knew what was causing my pain and put me on a plan to fix it. I had a few setbacks along the way from my job, and Doc addressed and handled those in stride. Now, I am feeling much better and can finally start to get back to doing things I enjoy doing. If you are willing to put them time and effort into it, Triage will get you fixed.

Fantastic experience: I started with Triage Wellness Institute about 8 years ago. I went there with some severe sciatic pain. Dr. Jim knew just what to do and started me on a treatment plan to relieve my pain. In no time, my sciatic pain was gone and has not been back since. Dr. Jim accomplished what countless others hadn’t been able to do for me in the past. I’m very grateful for the services offered at TWI. You are definitely in good hands at TWI! Fantastic experience: I’ve had some bad experiences with Chiropractors in the past. Jim is top notch actually listened to my concerns and gave me straight up answers on what needs to happen ( both from the Chiropractic side and stretching exercises on my own) to get things back on track.

Negative experience: I met with Crystal, she gave me a tour, did a scan and had a red light treatment. I was ready to buy a package but I had to call them 3 times to get my scan that I was told was emailed. Never got my scan or a call back. They also had 3 appointment times for my 1 appointment. They lost business and my respect for customer service.

Fantastic experience: My son had been vomiting for unknown reasons, for a couple years. We tried changing his diet, monitoring everything he ate, watching to see if it was behavioral. Nothing helped. I decided to bring him in to Dr. Buesgens and after the first few adjustments my son has not been randomly throwing up. This has been a very positive dramatic change and we couldn't be happier with the results! It's been months since my son has thrown up without it being a flu bug. Fantastic experience: My kids and myself have been going here for the last nine months or so and absolutely love the team. Doc has helped decrease and almost eliminate my constant headaches. My son 7yo) used to get horrible stomach aches and with consistent adjustments he no longer gets them! I have also seen Crystal for EmSculpt, EmTone and Emsella. I can’t say enough good things about these services. After two kids my loose belly skin was pretty bad (IMO) and after only three sessions of EmTone it looked like before kids! I’m now doing the Emsella for my bladder incontinence (thanks kids for that as well). I just finish my sixth session but noticed a huge difference after just four sessions when we went camping and I would “have to” hold it until we got to a flushing restroom instead of the latrine. Previously I wouldn’t have been able to hold it and walk Not only was I able to hold it but I had no leakage the whole time camping! Also, no leakage when sneezing now! I can’t wait to try all the other services they offer and continue to get!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for Ionic Foot detox for the last 6 months. I was undergoing treatment for Toxoplasmosis, inflamed liver and spleen. Along with an infection of Parasites. These treatments regularly have helped me heal by helping my body detoxify. So grateful I was recommended to try this place! The staff is great, flexible and genuinely kind. I recommend highly! He is knowledgeable and patient. The red light therapy has been a life changer for my daughter’s anxiety as well!

Fantastic experience: I bought the special on the Red Light Therapy sessions (for various reasons). Along with it came a "vibration session" that you do right after the Red Light session as well. Crystal checked me in and was so understanding, knowledgeable, professional and comforting. All I can say is, this is crazy magical stuff! I don't understand stand it, but it works! After doing ONLY one session of both, I woke up the next morning and for the first time in MANY MANY months, I noticed immediately my hands don't hurt, the backs of my calves don't feel tight and my whole body just feels better. They are very mindful of your time and make appointments easy with text reminders and communication. They offer fantastic services for whole body wellness. Fantastic experience: Dr. Buesgens and the entire Triage Wellness team are a talented group of individuals. They are very accommodating when scheduling appointments! Our family visits Triage Wellness for simple adjustments as a natural way to boost our immune system and increase our resistance to common colds. Dr. Buesgens has also helped our kids recover from various sports related injuries. After a major injury of my own he played a big part in my recovery. Fantastic experience: Today in my visit with Crystal I had shared with her how bad my hands and back have been, the pain in my hands from weather, R.A. and work have been almost unbearable. During my Redlight Therapy Crystal wrapped my hands. It was more relief than I could have every imagined! When I left I noticed I could stretch my fingers and it didn't hurt as much, I then picked up the water cup out of my cup holder and I did it without any pain! I could not believe it I usually need to lift it with 2 hands. I'm hopefully this will just be the beginning of my journey towards less or even no pain. After all I am 49 and have 3 children So when Crystal told me it helps with this along with other benefits, I had to try it . What did I have too loose besides that dreaded feeling of what would i do if that actually would happen and i did pee the thought is degrading embarrassing And i really don’t want the expense of surgery and time of work no thanks The staff is very professional and friendly I trust them fully with such matters

Fantastic experience: My husband has been going here since late December and it has helped him immensely! His backaches have gone away, he doesn't have to take pain relievers to get through the day, his limp has diminished, and he is much more limber.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to Thank Dr. Jim for helping me this last year. This last spring, I started to experience some extreme pain in my neck, back, and down my arm. Fantastic experience: Best Chiropractor in town! Dr Jimmy is the best. Years ago I limped into his office with a stabbing-pain in my lower back. I couldn’t move and barely made it into his office. He made time to see me immediately. Long story short, I was able to walk out of his office with comfort and reduced pain. I’ve been a visitor of his every 2-weeks since. Dr Jimmy also took the time to educate me on certain stretches and exercises to strengthen my core. Dr Jimmy also set me up with proper Ortho-shoe inserts. Years later from that initial visit I remain pain-free. Very professional yet personable. His staff is beyond friendly and inviting. Highly recommend.
