Fantastic experience: I have visited many places for Aesthetic services. Never have I been to a place like Shadow Medical. Michelle is absolutely amazingly wonderful!! She listens to you and custom designs what you need. She cares about your service. She follows up to ask how your feeling and all types of questions to make sure she is meeting the needs you want. She cares!! I love people who love the business that they do! When you love what you do you treat people well!! Cindy is amazing! She gets me in for my visits within 15 minutes and is always so sweet. I cannot say enough of how great Shadow is. All that I can say is go and give it a try for yourself you will not be disappointed! They care about the customers you are not just a number!

Fantastic experience: LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE this place! I did the semaglutide program and I’ve lost about 30lbs. The customer service is always so warm welcoming and i feel so supported and at home. It smells lovely too! The music is so beautiful and calming. Styku machine is also amazing. They made me get on it when i first signed up and i was able to see my progress throughout my journey! I tell ALLLLL of my friends about this place and here i am telling you! Totally worth it all.

Negative experience: I scheduled a phone consultation for 1:30 and by 1:45, no call or communication. I called the office to make sure I wasn't supposed to call. I had another appointment at 2, so I rescheduled for the next day. Another 130 appointment and by 2:05 no call. I called the office and let them know i would find another provider. So disappointed. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the shadow spa. For hanging in there with me through all my trials and tribulations on my weight journey. I start it out at 230 pounds. Now at 175. Without their help l don't know where I would be. And with all the hard times I have given them. They never gave up on me. Thanks again to my shadow family.

With their weekly semaglutide injections, I’ve lost 35 pounds and haven’t had any negative side effects. They always have specials which makes the medicine affordable and your dream body achievable. Fantastic experience: I love Shadow Medical! They always offer great customer service and make you feel like you're a family member. I'm currently getting the Semeglutide injections. I received my 4th injection today. I've lost 13lbs in 3 weeks. I get full very quickly and stay full longer. It suppresses my appetite. The only side effect I've dealt with was constipation that is taken care of with liquid Magnesium. I can't wait to see my results when I'm done with month 6.

Negative experience: I love the staff, they are very kind and helpful. However I did not get any results. I spent about 2000 dollars in about 4 months and didn’t lose a pound. I don’t know what happened. I tried another place and tried the same medication and dosage. The second week I’m down 7 pounds. No dis credit to the practice, however service did not work for me.

Negative experience: I’ve called, left messages and even emailed this place to make an appointment and not once received any responses or any courtesy call back. I don’t know if this place is opened or not but I’ve seen reviews up to a month. Can you either update the website or have staff at least return calls if it is not going answer. How does anyone get appointments with this place?
