Negative experience: Horrible experience with this place . They are very unprofessional and don’t do what they’re supposed to do in terms of billing and client care. The acupuncture “treatment” messed up my right thumb and it’s always in pain now . I do not recommend it . Try it at your own risk !

Fantastic experience: This Place has changed my life in such a short amount of time! I struggled with Hashimoto’s for the last three years after my pregnancy. I just so happened to find this place on Google referencing their ad of a 600 marker blood-work exam. I have seen six endocrinologist and never could get the correct dosing of medication or further treatment. I thought I would never be able to feel like myself again. The time they took to explain my blood work and made sure I knew exactly what it all meant, and I truly felt they were genuinely hands-on ready to help me with my journey. The staff is amazing. The office seams like an oasis! The products and supplements have been life-changing. I cannot stress to you enough that if you struggle with auto immune diseases or hormone imbalances, I highly recommend that you make an appointment. They take insurance and they have membership plans that will help you with the costs. I was desperately looking for a better healthier lifestyle change and this has been the pinnacle. I am so glad I put my faith in Nava Health. If you’re ready for healing make the call.

Fantastic experience: Erin was SUPER sweet to me! She was patient and kind for my blood exam. I usually always have a bad experience because of my phobia of needles or the nurses NEVER listen to me and end up hurting me, which caused me to not want to get any blood work done. But she was sooo great 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: Waste of money and not transparent! I confirmed before paying for my appt that the doctor I’d be seeing was qualified to rx an ultrasound. Of course the minute I meet with the dr, she states she is in fact NOT QUALIFIED to rx one. Many issues when at the lab because the order that was sent by Nava was not in correct format. Labs came back and nava calls to schedule my follow up to “discuss” I asked the receptionist what are we discussing because the doctor is not even qualified to prescribe some medications I was told. Waste of time, and money!

Fantastic experience: Cindy is an excellent massage therapist. I had severe shoulder pain at scale of 10. At the end of the massage the pain scale was a 2. She executed great technique to relieve my pain and discomfort realtime. I am very satisfied and impressed her skills.

Fantastic experience: Love everything NAVA has to offer. Signed up the whole family. I get blood work done and meet with a nutritionist regularly. I also just had my first acupuncture treatment and feel really great. I initially went to visit them to get treatment for menopause symptoms. Everybody was kind and listened to my explanations of my symptoms, and educated me on the various treatments. At my regular family practitioner doctor I felt ignored. I am now on bio ident Arman replacement therapy and I am feeling back to my old self. It’s an amazing feeling. I recommend NAVA to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Really happy with nava health center so far! The boca location is great. The girls working there are so sweet and accommodating. Every time I go in everything is quick and efficient when doing my blood work and B12 shot. I never have to wait long when I go in for my appointment. I also have been doing acupuncture there. My first time in the woman made sure to ask detailed questions about me and my symptoms, and explained to me what to expect with the process of acupuncture. All in all great experience so far.

Negative experience: Not true functional medicine. There’s no set price for anything (where as an actual functional medicine facility like Kale diagnostics will give you one set price TOTAL for alll your labs and everything you need.) They didn’t do the necessary labs functional medicine should be doing. Ex: oat test, Dutch test, etc. They also up charge RIDICULOUSLY for the tests they offer. Mold test was $800, where another functional provider will only charge $300. Why the crazy price gouge? They only want $. They were no help at all with my symptoms or hoshimotos, in fact the medicine prescribed made me feel worse and when I spoke to a different functional provider they were confused as to why I was given that medication since I have hoshimotos. Anything they recommended to “help” me, they said I couldn’t do cause I was breastfeeding but then they gave no other alternatives. Just “go get some massages and use your credits so we can continue to take your money.” Billing is a joke and no help at all, and nobody has any real answers when you have an issue. They send you around in circles. If you have to pay cash for something they’re quick to just charge your card instead of calling and asking if you would like to use your credits. I wonder why that is??? $$$. This place was a complete joke when it comes to functional medicine and they need a LOT of work to do in order to even be considered true functional medicine. It felt like I was talking to a western medicine PCP who didn’t take any of my symptoms serious or give me solutions or try to find ROOT CAUSE . Look into KALE DIAGNOSTICS instead and you won’t be disappointed. You’ll actually get the help you need through them. Since all their other reviews are only 5 stars I’m SURE this will get removed as they likely pay to have bad reviews removed.

The practitioners have really helped me address the root of my health concerns, which traditional doctors hadn’t been able to do. I’ve been to both the Plantation and Boca locations, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Kevin introduced acupressure into his massages, and it’s been incredibly helpful for my overall well-being. Definitely worth it

After years of going in circles at the doctor’s office I got good insight into some internal issues I’ve been having. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today with the help of Reaf, Cindy, and Erin! I started off with one of the best massages I’ve ever had, thanks to Cindy. You can really tell that Cindy has technical skills and does everything in her power to make sure the experience is comfortable and thorough. Erin assisted with my IV and was great at finding my vein and making sure I was comfortable and that everything was painless. Reaf tied everything together by making sure everything was timely and efficient. I’m very impressed with this superstar team!
