Fantastic experience: I cannot sing higher praise for finding and incorporating momentum fit into my life. Serendipitously I found Loanna Diaz through a mutual friend during my early prenatal days. She has been with me throughout the highs and lows that is pregnancy. Always encouraging, knowledgeable and empowering. She had me working out, feeling strong and healthy right up until 2 days before the delivery of my baby girl. If you’re searching for a sign this is it! I cannot wait to continue my postnatal journey with Loanna.

Fantastic experience: Its a great work out with modifications as needed or pushing you to the limit. All of the instructors, I have worked with, seem very knowledgeable and are highly educated in warming up the body before a work out, as well as stretching afterwards to reduce the level of soreness. I love Momentum.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Cathy Smallwood. I started working out with Cathy in May of 2024 in preparation for knee replacement surgery. Had surgery last week and I am 5 days out no pain meds in 4 days, first PT today and I crushed it! I cannot say enough good about Cathy and Momentum! I cannot wait to get back! Fantastic experience: Melissa's phenomenal with me, very patient with my limitations. Staff always greets me when I arrive and says farewell when I leave. They pay attention to everyone!!! Melissa's patience and work with me has me doing things I thought impossible- like using my right arm heretofore I could barely raise to shoulder height, walking further distance than before and improving balance. Not walker bound anymore!

Fantastic experience: I set up an appointment to check out Momentum thinking it was another gym! I was so happy to find a place that was clean, inviting and felt genuinely happy to see me! I love walking into the gym and being greeted by smiling faces. I have never done weightlifting at a gym so I decided to take one on one classes so that I can learn how to use the machines and weights correctly. Much to my surprise, I actually enjoy going to the gym!

Fantastic experience: Large scale facility to avoid crowdedness. Wide variety of machines. Extremely clean. The PT and Massage offerings are a bonus. The most impressive business model I've ever seen for fitness. Professional trainers and really great group of clients. Plenty of parking.

I have been in the fitness industry for years and this place is the real deal when it comes to programming. I started sending my 10 year old after seeing a group of kids having a blast working out. In 3 months I have seen his confidence soar as he discovered just what he is capable of. I love that they have a kid friendly program that teaches them how to exercise, stretch & eat for a healthy and fulfilling life all while having fun. My son gets so excited to go train with Marquis! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Although i live in a different state i have been in Ponte Vedra more often for longer durations lately. Not wanting to disrupt my normal workout routine (i workout 3x a week with a trainer in my primary city) i searched for the right gym in PV. Momentum Fit is definitely the right place! Excellent trainers (Cortney and Loanna were great), really happy engaged clients (from what i could see every time i was in) and always a solid workout (the right balance of pushing hard but not getting hurt or too sore to function!). I will surely return every time I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: I started working out at Momentum Fit in Ponte Vedra Beach in September 2021, almost entirely with Loanna Diaz. I’ve never worked out on a consistent basis before, and Mayo Clinic suggested I try to add muscle to my frame as I got older. In a year, I added over 10 pounds of muscle, and after back surgery, two knee replacements, and many other arthritic surgeries, I am able to do much more than I ever could before. I do not need to have lumbar spinal ablations done anymore because Loanna has strengthened my muscles in my back and core. The pain in my back is almost entirely gone. She is an excellent personal trainer and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Had a very good experience working with Loanna. She was very professional and well prepared in advance of our sessions. I have a number of injuries and she was able to adjust workouts to assist me with strengthening the impacted areas. I have worked out with private trainers before and definitely think her education and experience are far above most.

Fantastic experience: Gyms can be intimidating and working out can seem scary. Not at Momentum. You’re in great hands with all of the trainers there who are all very friendly, supportive, and encouraging. My trainer Loanna is exceptional. She makes working out fun and has customized a plan that challenges me in a very patient way. I’m seeing results in a short time. My strength has improved, I’m feeling more confident to try challenges that my body once couldn’t endure and I feel great too. I like the sessions plan as there’s flexibility for me with a busy work / travel schedule. I can cancel and apply a session at another time too if I need to.

Fantastic experience: Some may ask why it's necessary to have a trainer when there's so many resources online, but that's exactly why you should. At momentum you have a personalized experience to your fitness goals, and more importantly- and what I believe sets momentum apart- trainers and staff who are competent and not afraid to push you to meet those goals. The facility is perfect for those looking to focus on their training rather than figuring out what floor the treadmills are on. Me personally, they got me in a healthier mindset and to 20 pull ups and 90 push ups within a month. I definitely hold massive respect for these trainers and will likely remain with them for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have paid for gym memberships and would never go. I am so grateful to Marie for helping me build my endurance and confidence in my self. I have continued working out for over two years with her. There is such a wonderful camaraderie with in the gym. Marie makes me accountable which is what I asked of her from the beginning. Fantastic experience: Great facility and incredible staff! After being away from a gym atmosphere since my college years, I was a bit reluctant to start training. Even though I play soccer and run, my upper arm strength was certainly lacking. When I first started I could barely do a push-up, and now have gained enough strength to come back from an elbow injury to play competitive tennis again! I can not say enough about the team at Momentum! I am truly thankful for their motivation and coaching to help me achieve my personal fitness goals! Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Momentum for several years. It has been a great experience taking me from over weight and out of shape to an athletic person that has ridden three thousand miles on a bike over those years. Including riding 250 miles in three days with 7,000 feet of climbing. Marie is an amazing trainer. She is knowledgeable, competent and caring. She will hug you when you need it and kick you in the butt when you need it. The rest of the staff is also competent, helpful and motivational. I moved away from the gym and still drive 40 minutes to train with Marie.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever! Great trainers and great atmosphere. I started working out at Momentum about 2 years ago. Injuries prevented me doing many things. Marie knew exactly what I needed and within no time I was stronger and injury free. I now work out in group sessions with different trainers. They are all committed, smart, fun, challenging trainers.
