Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Rick with sever back pain. I had been losing sleep and waking up stiff and unable to move for a month. In one visit Dr. Rick realigned my ribcage, spine, and neck, ridding me if my sleep pain. He diagnosed and explained everything in a manner that was understandable and recommended stretches and exercises that would prevent the issue from happening again in the future. Yesterday marked one week of no back pain and being able to sleep through the night! I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with muscle and joint pains! Let him help you like he helped me!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Folten as my Chiropractor for several years. He helped me with a bulging disc in my lower back a few years ago and was the only Chiropractor to actually fix the problem and not just "Pop My Back" and send me on my way after 10 minutes. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I was in an auto accident and tore my rotator cuff pretty badly. Dr. Rick helped me with my pre-surgery PT and has been providing treatment with my post-surgery PT. It is a long road to recovery, and I am very confident that he will not disappoint with my treatment. Thank you for all your help.

Having been to many chiropractors Dr. Rick sets himself apart with his knowledge of the body and finding root causes to issues. His approach is thorough he does more than just cracking the back. He explained everything he was doing so I could understand what was going on making me feel more comfortable. On top of that he gave me a few good exercises to work on to help strengthen my hip issues as well as, custom cutting a shoe insert that has helped realign my hips in just a short few days since coming into his office. Fantastic experience: Seriously life-changing! I have been to 6 different specialists, and $50k later, none of them could figure out what was wrong with me. One so-called doctor even gave me a possible terminal diagnosis! However, 20 minutes with Rick, and he showed me a neck injury I didn’t know was there, and how it was causing pain in my head and ears. Fantastic experience: After meeting and having a couple of very productive treatments from Dr. Rick a year or so ago, he was the first person I called when I found myself in the middle of a 3-car accident. I knew the potential for long term damage that would set in if I wasn’t proactive, and the treatments I received honestly have me feeling and moving better than before the accident. He is also very knowledgeable in the areas of nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyles, and I enjoy his monthly lecture series.

Fantastic experience: Didn’t know I needed Dr. Rick’s expertise until I stumbled into his office on a whim. I’ve been dealing with some discomfort and tension since after having kids. Dr. Rick was so kind to make time for me, teach me about his treatment approach, preform initial visit X-rays and an alignment on me. I couldn’t believe how well I felt after. The stiffness was gone and and my body felt incredibly light and flexible allowing for comfortable movement chasing my toddler! I have an extreme case and he's one of the only doctors I've ever met who is knowledgable enough to get results. He has helped his own family out with these issues and is passionate about them. Fantastic experience: Well, where to start?? Dr. Folten is revolutionizing chiropractic medicine. He doesn't just "treat" your issue. His goal is to "fix" the problem. Yes, he is a traditional chiropractor in the sense that he can get you back into alignment. Where he is different is he will explain to you the "WHY" you have the issue you are wanting to be treated for. In the end, the issue that you came to see him about may not be the underlying problem. It could be just a symptom of something else. I found this out firsthand and was truly astounded by his knowledge of the body and how to "fix" it. He truly wants to better your quality of life. His attentiveness and attention to detail are unmatched. I truly felt like I was his only patient. This review still doesn't do any justice. I walked into Dr. Foltens office today 10/12/2022 not being able to hardly bend over. Now, 5 hours later I can touch my toes with no backpain what-so-ever. I'm not saying that those results are typical but I won't be going to anyone else. The 45 minute drive is worth it!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Rick at Full spectrum back and body from a friend. I have been needing to get into a chiropractor for years and kept putting it off. I finally went and after one session I could feel some relief. I know that it will take Multiple visits and of course my own work at home to get back to a point where I am not in pain. Fantastic experience: From the first day of meeting with Dr. Rick, he has went above and beyond in prioritizing the health of my husband and myself. I honestly feel as though he is more thorough than any doctor I’ve seen in the last 5 years. I just love his philosophy to total body care and his natural approach. Additionally, he takes the time to show us ways in which to strengthen and nourish our bodies so that we can heal. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Rick for over two months now; the difference we both feel is amazing. Yes, it’s a lifestyle change but so worth it!! At this point, I believe it’s safe to say, that we have not only gained an incredible chiropractor but also an amazing friend! Thanks Dr. Rick for everything!!! :)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! So many different devices and machines to help with what hurts. And very educational too. Dr Folken explained so much and gave me some exercises to do on my own to help with posture and diastasis recti. If you’re actually looking for what you can do and eat to help the future you, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I met Dr Rick at a wellness event. I had never had an adjustment before & have always been a little fearful. Dr Rick took the time to understand & address my hesitations without making me feel pressured at all. Fantastic experience: Dr Rick is a fantastic chiropractor. I have seen a lot of chiropractors through the years and I've never had one take the time that Dr Rick does to explain what needs to be done and what he is doing to help me feel better. And, once he is done adjusting me he provides various exercises to help strengthen my body in order to help prevent the same issues from returning. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rick Folten is amazing! He adjusted one of my hips a few months back, and I felt amazing afterwards.My lower back pain was gone. I couldn't wait to go back. I went in today, and he adjusted my hips, neck, and spine, and I haven't felt this good in years. If you are looking for a well educated Dr, that is not only brilliant, but genuine, and trustworthy... Dr. Folten is the one! You will leave there, not only feeling amazing but with a smile on your face, because he's also pretty funny. The entire experience was absolutely worth it, and I'm already wanting to sign up for more sessions.10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rick is so amazing! Originally I came there to get help with conceiving, as I had a miscarriage last October. I also began chiropractic care with him. He is so amazing and knowledgeable. He got me on all the right supplements and taught me how to eat clean. My body feels amazing and two months later, I AM PREGNANT!! I am so thankful for Dr. Rick and would recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment with Dr Rick because my low back seized up and was in spasms. His treatments have given me relief and also the therapy, exercises and other recommendations he is giving me are helping me recover and get in better shape than I was before, so this will not happen again. Dr. Rick listens to me and is kind, compassionate, and it’s apparent that knows what he’s doing. With each visit, he assesses what is happening with my body and formulates the best possible next steps/treatments/therapies toward improvement, pain relief, healing, and recovery.

I have seen several chiropractors throughout my life because of issues caused by injuries and a car wreck, and I can honestly say he is the best chiropractor I have been to. He is personable, knowledgeable, gentle with adjustments/treatment, and very professional in all he does. He adjusted me throughout my pregnancy and I truly believe that it was a huge factor in my smooth delivery and now recovery. Every time I come in for a session, he is attentive to what I need and goes above and beyond by offering me recommendations and advice for a wholistic approach to my health and well being. After I had my first baby, he offered to come for a home visit after her birth to adjust her, and he not only adjusted her but our whole family- it was such a blessing to us! Fantastic experience: I appreciated how Dr. Rick took the time to not only work on my physical needs, but also explain how my body works and what it needed. He was very specific and detailed in describing what was best for me, and what would benefit my health and fitness. Both of my parents appreciate him as well and have been going frequently.
