Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in Fanny made me feel comfortable. Especially since I was very nervous…..LOL. Then I met Rachael who answered all of my questions and made me feel so welcomed. Thank you ladies for making an anxious visit feel like a meeting with friends.

Negative experience: Everyone is nice and tells you what you want to hear. They are there to sell you a dream. I am 1 1/2 yrs post op and still waiting for results. Would be better to go to a “real” plastic surgeon.

Negative experience: Very ghetto service. I contacted them through their internet portal on 12/27 at night. They wasted no time to call me. I got a call before I could finish typing my contact info. They quickly booked me for a consultation visit at their Roseland location which is a little over an hour drive from me. My appointment was at 11am and I got here a little before 11. The doors were locked and it's raining. I met a gentleman who apparently had the same appointment time as me. He had called and a young lady came and opened the doors. She lacked the slightest empathy. I wanted to conclude this was going to be bad but I try to give grace. Upon entering, she didn't care to ask who I was and if I needed help. After sitting for 15-20 minutes, I mustard the courage to inquire if she knew that I had an appointment. Her answer: "I thought you were with him." She assumed that I was with the guy. Her reason? We came in together. Obviously we did because you booked us for the same time slot, and you had your doors locked although you were expecting patients you have on schedule today. I honestly don't understand why these people feel they are doing you a favor. Since I'm already here and it's now 11:45, I must as well wait and here what they have to offer but I'm definitely having a second thought.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I went to Sono Bello for the consultation and the visit was amazing. The staff is kind and courteous. As soon as we arrived, tfhe woman at the front desk greeted us with a bright smile, informed us that we had paperwork to complete and offered us something to drink whle waiting. Rachael walked us through all the options, answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained what to expect.

Fantastic experience: I'm now 5 weeks post abex op....I'm definitely seeing what I wanted to see coming through! Rachael was a great help, my surgeon was great in really understanding what my goal was. after 30 years of ny weight loss journey, training, nutrition.....I was left with loose skin, mainly my love handles and lower tummy. I was an exception to their procedure without going deep into it but I go this week Oct 3, 2024 for my 5 week post op, surgey tape removal but I'm really loving the results that are now showing after all the swelling subdued. just a tip....do the work! clean up your nutrition, exercise, then look into weight loss surgery options cause without those you're wasting your time and $$$$$$ peace

Fantastic experience: I was so happy from beginning to end the staff was so helpful and helped me get the funding I needed to go through this exciting change in my life. 3 weeks after surgery I feel less swollen, less bulky. I was informed by email about the healing process and given a lot of info on what to expect. I am so happy with the results so far and am excited to work on other areas. In fact I was so pleased I referred my son who recently lost 187 lbs for an ex proceedure. Thank you for treating me like a human being and not like a reject!

She even told my husband that he didn't need any work - he could just do intensive workout and get the results he is looking for. He was happy about that. I felt like she cared and gave great advice.

Fantastic experience: On 02/18/2022 I had my First time free consultation at the Hackensack Nj office, From the moment you walk in to the location the Receptionist Rina was really nice and sweet, then I went to have my consultation with Rachael Dileila she was really sweet and helpful she answered all the questions I had she explained to me everything I needed to know about the procedure the areas that I have a lot insesurities are my lower Ab my Upper Ab and I have Extra skin hanging from my lower abdomen, the financial part etc. I was really nervous and I was undecided of whether to do it or not, i’ve wanted to do it since 7 years ago but she helped me to decide and I’m scheduled for my pre op on 02/22/22 and as well scheduled for my Surgery on 03/04/22 at the Harrison NY office with Dr. Wallach, I’m having done Upper and Lower abdomen Waist and ABx (which is excess skin Removal from my lower abdomen) I’m looking forward for that Day, I’m still nervous but I know that I’m putting my body and health on wondeful and professional board certified Hands. I will keep you posted with mt results.

Negative experience: Every time I called the Hackensack location today at 12:48pm they continue to hang up. I wouldn’t even want to spend my money this is a bad sign.

Positive experience: Hello. had a great experience at sonó bello Hackensack. NJ Were there staff are so welcoming friendly And professional where me and my husband’s my other half got there. Rina is the front lady. She offered us some water and ask us if anything she can help she be right there. In like 15 minutes we when to the consultation room and meat up with Rachel. Very professional explain everything right to the point I was asking so much questions but she answer all with so much patience and very professional. Will recommend it to friend and family. Just wish. They won’t keep making that commercial. About one day things is more involved then that’s. Is not just that one day miracle maybe they want to work on that’s. Just saying safe money and safe some of sometime .. thank you.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed March 10 I had liposuction of my arms almost 6 months later my arms still looks the same. I believe my arms was to big for only lipo. I spend 6k for nothing. I wish I can get back my money Smh.

Negative experience: I am so disappointed in SonoBello Hackensack. A representative by the name Cindy schedule me for virtual consultation at 1030am. She didn’t call till 1045am and send a text that she is going to be about 30 minutes late so I ask her if she can reschedule my appointment since I have to be at work. She ask me morning or afternoon via Text and I said afternoon. That was 24 hours ago. She completely forgot about my existence. So unprofessional! I guess I have to find another place. I had so much faith in you looking forward for a life change experience but you don’t care about your clients.

Fantastic experience: I had my procedure in Sono Bello for about 3 weeks ago and I feel great. They are all pleasant, the nurses and the girls from the front desk. Dr. Chmielewski is excellent, very professional and clear, the medical assistant was a sweetie. I definitely recommend it

Fantastic experience: This is something I have always wanted to do that I’ve worked hard and saved up a lot of money to do. Rachael from the Sono Bella Hackensack, New Jersey office made this experience that much more easier for me. Going into this was a lot of mental prep and patience and a very well thought out process just to even walk in the door to have the consultation. Like I said, Rachel made it so easy to discuss all the options, she laid out all the different packages available and literally made it such an easier process to sit down and go over in detail and really just made me feel that much more confident in accepting myself to do this. If anyone is out there that is curious if this kind of treatment could potentially help you, gain confidence and get you back on track from a diet and exercise standpoint and help you get past some insecurities this is the place to go. Fantastic experience: I had my consultation at the Hackensack office and I must tell you Rachel Dilella was my consultant and she is the best at what she does. I mean really I'm truly grateful to have met with Rachel that day she has become a friend. Happily my consult resulted in me having my procedure done in the Harrison, New York office by Dr Al-Husaini aka Dr Honesty that's my new name for her sheis the best. If your thinking about getting a procedure you want to get a Dr thats going to be honest as hect irh you about what may or may not be. Also I then met a great team of nurses and staff like Nurse Rebecca, Nurse Sue, Nurse Rachel, Nurse Ode he's the best in giving the IV I had ever met and so many more. All the nurses was very concerning and patient just love that staff. Last but not least the Office Manager Daniel she's very good at her job she's just a gem. She was very patient with me and I appreciate her for that. I just want to say Thank You to the SONOBELLO staff for everything. I will posting about my recovery and results next time.

Fantastic experience: I had my initial consultation at Sono Bello in Hackensack. I rescheduled a few times due to my work schedule and I never felt pressured to reschedule. I finally met with Rachel she was awesome she explained the procedures and the financing. There is no sales pitch there is no pressure to have the procedure. We talked about my body goals and we connected. I left a deposit and scheduled my surgery in the Lake Success office. I met with the surgeon 2 weeks later for my preop, once again the staff was warm and kind. They make you feel very comfortable. I am having the TrisculptEX in a few days and I am very excited. I researched the procedure prior to committing to the surgery and the local anesthesia is for me one of the deciding factors and the overall experience to date.

Fantastic experience: April 15, 2019. My experience in the Hackensack office was excellent. Rachel the consultant is the right person to consult with. She made everything possible for me. April 16, 2019. Harrison, NY office for my post-op visit went well with Dr.Gary Berger and Nurse Raquel. The both of them explained everything that needed to be explained and what to expect after surgery. April 30, 2019 is when the procedure will be done. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Sono Bello Hackensack. Upon my arrival, the girls at the desk were warm and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. My consultant was Rachel, and she was the best!! From the get-go she was sweet and extremely comforting, I felt at ease with her. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure I could make the procedure happen and I am eternally grateful. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family!!

Positive experience: I went here for a free consultation and had a great experience. Rachel provided me with all the information in a folder, including the price of the service. Unfortunately, this office is only for consultations. Their surgery locations are limited to Westchester and Long Island. If they had a location in New Jersey for lipo surgeries, I’d definitely book with them.
