Fantastic experience: Dr. Jim gave me a much needed thorough and gentle adjustment, taking time to really listen and figure out my problem (skate skiing overuse/imbalance...) then get me feeling so much better. I came there in pain, limping, and left euphoric, feeling several inches taller, like walking on air.

Fantastic experience: I booked an infrared sauna session while my husband had a massage at the Wellness Doctor. I expected to feel a bit dehydrated and lethargic after my session, but this was not the case. I felt relaxed yet invigorated . The sauna was actually uplifting and this was quite different from my experiences with regular sauna sessions. Another plus is that they have a shower to use after the sauna. After a quick rinse off, I was energized for the rest of my day! I highly recommend the infrared sauna.

Fantastic experience: At the time, my insurance covered this clinic. I was a little disappointed that it changed. However, after spending time with Jeffrey Cobbs and Cassie Kremer, I am happy to pay out of pocket. Jeffrey, the chiropractor, explains his process in great depth, but easy to understand. I enjoy all the similes he uses. He was able to help with my immediate back issues within a couple sessions. He also provided some easy at home exercises to help me avoid any further curvature of my spine. Cassie Kremer, the nutritionist and lifestyle educator, goes above and beyond. On top of offering a different perspective/process concerning my GI issues, she provides solutions that are not intimidating. I appreciated her phrase, "As close to nature as possible" when it came to looking for dietary options. Cassie truly listens; in fact she reached out and found a fridge for me. Lastly, but certain not least, Arianne. She is their front desk receptionist, and is always a delight. She greets with a smile, knows everyone by name, provides all information up front, and is one of the friendliest receptionists I have encountered in a long time. If you're looking for excellent service with people who care, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of doctors and people in the health industry in the last few years for some challenging issues. I’ve seen both Cassie and Dr. Kremer and they both genuinely want to help, take the time to listen and are experts at what they do as well as guiding you on a whole body wellness plan specific to your challenges or needs. They are friendly and committed and I can’t say enough good things about them and their practice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has health issues they can’t solve.

Fantastic experience: There is a reason that Dr Kremer gets so many five star reviews. He is thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to check on how he can help and what progress his treatment is having. The in depth ’at home’ information gives clear instructions on what I can do to improve my recovery. And it helps that he a really nice guy!

Negative experience: I’d never recommend this office. I’ve had 2 great massage therapists. They both quit, feeling comfortable to tell me that they were paid next to nothing. I moved away for less than a year. Dr. Armington, obviously couldn’t help because she isn’t skilled enough to even get an adjustment. Dr. Kramer, I saw for over a year and a half. He couldn’t adjust me. He just tried harder and harder and ultimately hurt me very badly. He is a very small man, however, I’m 5” and 110 lbs. I felt it was an ego thing,thus his inability to help me just a determination to adjust. If you can’t help,it’s a shame, this office only could hurt. Also, in a funeral home, lol, yep wish I had been dead here.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Dr Kremer and Cassie about 9 months ago on trying to solve some of my GI issues. If you have GI issues you know how hard that can be. I was not happy with or impressed with the standard MD approach to sorting out GI issues - I was not getting answers or results with this approach. The functional medicine approach really targets the root of the issue and addresses that specific "why", instead of just treating the symptom. After working with Dr Kremer and Cassie, I feel better in my body and I am so much more knowledgable about how to live with my GI issues. I am grateful for their practice at the Wellness Doctor and for the level of care they provide.

Fantastic experience: Wellness Doctor Clinic had very kind people working there the last time I went there back in 2021. I did the sauna and the magnetic therapy at this clinic, the sauna was calming. Also the magnetic therapy helped heal my mild case of Gastroparesis, which is awesome. I could not eat grains and sugar without gaining a lot of fat quickly because of my mild case of Gastroparesis. It is very awesome that this clinic has magnetic therapy!

I started seeing her in the beginning of my pregnancy and continued care throughout; her hands are literal magic and it was/is the highlight of my week when I see her. Dr. Armington is super in tune with your needs; her adjustments vary depending on what your body is saying (unlike other chiros I’ve been to, where the adjustments are quick and one note every visit) and she gives great attention to detail. My whole family now sees her, including our newborn , whom is never more relaxed than after seeing her. We could not recommend Dr. A highly enough, but the whole staff at Wellness Doctor are professional, kind, and very attentive. Go here if you can, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: My three experiences with the infrared sauna room at Wellness Doctor for detox and muscle relaxation have been great. I've checked out several other options for infrared saunas in Bend, and they all use the same sauna model, but Wellness Doctor has the best pricing options and the best private room with a clean shower and a charming and spacious area to dress. Not every business includes a private shower in the same space as the sauna itself and this is a must for me. Everyone I've interacted with has always been cordial, calm, and happy to listen and help. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I can always believe Dr. Kramer will listen to me. Since his move his staff has increased 3 fold. He has a patient's best interest in mind for the long haul. Fantastic experience: In the past I've been to a couple other chiropractors and massage therapists. I never felt like they were truly listening to me about the issues that I had with my body. Eventually I just stopped going to get treatments because they were not effective for me. I recently wanted to give massage and chiro. another try. After researching about the Doctors and therapists at The Wellness Doctor, I decided to give them a call and schedule an appointment. The person at the front desk was very helpful over the phone. I explained the issues I was having, what activities I do and the kind of work I do. She suggested Dr. Kremer would be a good fit for me. Boy was she right! After some deep tissue massage from Justin, one of the massage therapists, I saw Dr. Kremer. Dr. Kremer was very easy to talk to and I really felt like he listened to me. He isn't one of those chiropractors that give you a crack and pop and send you off. Instead, on the first appointment he tested range of motion, did some soft tissue and myfacial massage, tested flexability, and of course some minor spinal adjustment. He is very knoweldgeable in not only spinal adjustments but also sports medicine, physical therapy, and nutrition. I never felt rushed during my appointment and have been back multiple times now. Rather than insisting I see him often, Dr. Kremer has provided me with the tools I need to be able to treat myself so I am not totally reliable on him. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: With the Covid pandemic going on I was a reluctant to go in to get some help with my painful back. Last week I pushed thru this an went in to the Wellness Doctor. I found the office to meticulously sterilized, the chiropractor wore gloves and a mask as did I, his table was sterilized as I watched, and an air purifier was running. I’ve been seeing the chiropractor Jason for two years now, and he’s helped me tackle the tension in my neck and upper back. Fantastic experience: I came to The Wellness Doctor at a co-workers recommendation after incurring a repetitive use injury at work. My pain was very intense, low back strain and a bulging disc which was pressing on 3 nerves. It has been a very long process of recovery, a year in April. I’ve received chiropractic, acupuncture and deep tissue massage from 4 different therapists regularly. Not only have these holistic professionals been the singular source of relief and healing for me, they have supported me on all levels a person could possibly need, especially when an unexpected tragedy struck in my personal life. Fantastic experience: The Bend Wellness Clinic is one of the best chiropractic and integrative medicine facilities I've been to. Dr. Kremer and his wife, Cassi, are very well versed in gut healing and nutrition through years of first hand experience. I came to them with a few hints as to what might be ailing me, but they were able to educate me and lead in the right direction to get started on my healing journey, which has been life changing for me! Dr. Kremer is also an excellent chiropractor. His adjustments and therapies have helped me tremendously with neck and back pain. My son, who's only 3, loves coming to see Dr. Kremer and volunteers to jump up on the table, he loves his adjustments so much. Their detox set up is spa like also. The infrared sauna is my favorite treat to myself. The staff is very friendly and detailed and really go out of their way to be accommodating and welcoming. Fantastic experience: First time getting acupuncture so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr Matt Truhan was exceptional to say the least. From the moment I walked through the doors, to the moment I left, I was well taken care of and my issues were addressed with great passion. I cannot recommend this practice or Dr Truhan enough! Fantastic experience: The Wellness Doctor is an awesome place to get treatment in a very professional setting. Dr Cobbs is my chiropractor, he is the best! If my body doesn't want to be adjusted or isn't ready,Dr Cobbs adjusts his way of treating me to where he gets what is needed done and I always feel so much better at the end of my appointments. I get acupuncture done by Matthew Truhan,he is very talented and knows what he is doing. He is kind and very attentive to my needs as his patient. He has been treating me for many things, one of which is my anxiety disorder, his treatments have been working and now I'm much more relaxed. As they say things happen in 3s! To wrap up my treatment I use Julia to help massage and ease my stress, she is fabulous! It doesn't matter what mood or shape I am in, after seeing Julia anywhere from 60-90 mins, I feel awesome! Her treatment is spot on and her deep tissue is just right, for me! All I can say is this group of professionals are the best in Bend, try then out of you haven't yet! By the way, I went in with a fractured back at T8 and after a few visits I wad feeling better and could function, after a few months, I'm doing much better and range of motion is way better. I've come to him with a few different types of injuries over the years and he always takes his time to really make sure you heal well. He also gives me great advice on preventative tips which has helped me not have to return to him over and over for the same issues! He always has great exercise and nutrition advice as well! Fantastic experience: I have come to Dr. Kremer for five years, and always been very impressed with his skill, thoroughness, and compassion. He delivers a thorough evaluation and treatment on every visit. I've been to him for wellness maintenance as well as for acute issues, such as waking up with the worst neck pain in the world. He's great for discerning the exact issue causing the pain, and using multiple modalities for treatment, including electrical muscle stimulation, massage, heat, and adjustment. When I leave, I feel hopeful, comforted, and new. Dr. Kremer's staff is great--friendly and quick to address all of the needs I have. Dr. Kremer has an amazing knowledge of body wellness facts--he's great for learning the latest in nutrition and wellness practices. Also, I can't say enough about doing a grocery store tour with Cassie Kremer. She has a vast field of information in nutrition, choosing foods, and food prep. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kremer spent time today working on Toni's hand and shoulder with some very good results for a first visit. She has had issues with this for years, finally making some progress. Great office and staff, they have chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, health counseling and they take our group health insurance!! Highly recommend! Since writing this first review for my wife, I have been going to Dr. Kremer for foot pain. Standing on concrete day after day has taken its toll and Dr. Kremer in a short 3 weeks has reduced the pain by over 50% I am confident that within a very short period of time, it will all be gone. I am thrilled!!!! Can't say enough about this mans office, staff, and work!! Highly, highly recommend!!!! Update: 1-31-14 Since my last review, I have had shoulder surgery and the pre-surgery therapy Becky at Wellness Doctor provide made the difference between one of the most painful surgeries and one that was in full recovery in a matter of weeks. This group of professionals are my families ONLY source for Chiropractic, nutrition and massage in Central Oregon. I start food sensitivity testing today so will update again after those results come in. My recommendation? To anyone in Central Oregon, if you want to feel better or you are just tired of being sick and tired and in pain, you NEED to start here. These people are incredible!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kremer is the best they come in chiropractors! He is very genuine and professional in his work and truly cares about the progression of his patients health. After getting into a pretty tremendous rock climbing accident involving breaking my back, Dr. K assisted me in a multitude of different techniques including manual adjustments, traction work, electrical stem, KT tape, deep tissue work AND he even very kindly met with me to set me up with some PT exercises to strengthen my back, help me get into alignment, and alleviate pain. Other chiropractors have made me feel like I need to be in and out the door in a few minutes but every time I visit I feel as though he has spent a generous amount of time with me and makes sure I'm already feeling relief before I leave the office. He is also very knowledgeable in many different health fields, including nutrition and always has helpful suggestions for overall health. Dr. Kremer has magic hands and I would recommend him to all and any!

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a chiropractor before I met Dr. Kremer. I never knew how helpful adjustments could be! He spends so much time with me showing me exercises and working with me on how I can help take care of myself on my own. He truly wants me to get better!

Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder throwing a football and proceeded with my workouts for a year or so while the injury got progressively worse. I lost 50% of the strength and had trouble putting on my own seat belt in the car. Dr. Kremer didn't just treat the shoulder but corrected imbalances throughout the body including with the diet. I am back to 95% already and couldn't be happier. Dr. Kremer is one Bend's best citizens and an outstanding resource for those who are active in fitness.

Fantastic experience: Jason Kremer and his staff have been taking care of me and my various ailments accrued from training and competing at a very competitive level. I send all of my athletes to him to consult about their bumps and bruises, and any other biomechanical dysfunction that we cannot address in the gym. I have been to many many chiropractors in my time; most of which book 6-8 patients in 15 minute blocks. Jason will spend as much time as your body needs to treat you condition. I have never been functioning at a higher level then during my time with Wellness Doctor. They have top notch massage therapists as well that truly take the time to understand your body and its specific stresses and issues.
