Fantastic experience: I’m a 52 years old, and spent half my life running heavy equipment. With that, comes a lot of stress on my neck and back. Negative experience: Beware. They require a $59 for first visit before they tell you if he takes Medicare or not. Nonsense. Bad business sense.

Fantastic experience: I have been plagued with migraines for years. In 2014 I had brain surgery to remove a cyst from my brain. I've had major debilitating headaches and my neurologist wanted to put me on potentially life-threatening drugs to control them. In looking for an alternative "non-medicated" relief I found Dr. Jeff. I came into Dr. Jeff's office on a Thursday knowing that I had one of these major headaches coming. After my adjustment I went home and thought that I was going to be down for a week (In the past this was nothing out of the ordinary) but come Friday morning 7 AM I was not only awake but pain-free. This was nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Dr. Jeff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim has mad Chiropractic Skills!!! I resumed my care with him about 2 months ago. I was suffering from chest pain, extreme fatigue, weakness, R abdom and kidney pain post COVID. I still went to get images taken to confirm I had no blood clot, stones, or heart issues. Since test were all normal I turned to Dr. Tim since I didn't feel normal nor 100% heathy. He has truly jump started my road to full recover and I am SO greatful for that! Fantastic experience: I had pain in my chest and left arm, and sometimes it would radiate to my toes. I went to many doctors including a back and shoulder specialist and had an MRI. They thought I might of had a pinched nerve. They found nothing wrong. I had an angiogram and again, nothing wrong. I went to New Life and after one treatment I was 85% better, and within 3 more treatments I was healed. No more pain. I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Fantastic experience: I have had spinal/sacrum issues my entire life, and usually work with a chiropractor where I live in California. Two months ago, on a Sunday afternoon, I was cleaning my father's house in Naperville for his return home from hospital and tweaked my back, which has happened in the past. However this time, I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I called my chiro in CA who immediately recommended Dr. Jeff Garofalo and New Life Chiropractic. Dr. Jeff saw me first thing Monday morning and I have been seeing him ever since. Fantastic experience: I have been going to New Life for over 2 years and appreciate not having to live with pain. I went to this location because a previous employee referred me to help with my son's acid reflux. His acid reflux condition is not as volatile as it used to be and he's more regular now. Adjustments have helped our family with reducing acid reflux for my husband too, reducing my tennitus, reduce my back pain, reduce my husbands back pain, and greatly reduced carpal tunnel pain and increased movement in my right wrist. I appreciate all the help that they give us which makes enjoying life so much easier without pain. It's helpful that even after using insurance they are great with keeping a weekly payment amount to make it easier and very affordable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tim is a wonderful chiropractor. This practice was recently turned over to him, and I'll tell you - it's hard to switch chiropractors! Dr. Tim assessed my needs, told me what he thought, and then worked with me to make sure the adjustments were stabilizing my hips and back. He recommended PT exercises, which will help "set" the adjustments. I am getting more movement, less pain, and I'm also seeing less stiffness in my neck. I've recommended Dr. Tim to friends and relatives. You need to see him - his down-to-earth attitude and straight-talk about what he can do for you are very refreshing.

Fantastic experience: I had an accident about 5 years ago and tore my ACL, MCL and fractured my tibia. Even after surgery and physical therapy, I never regained 100% strength or agility. In the last year, I ended up back at the Ortho because I could barely walk. I'm happy to say that my knee has not felt this GREAT since BEFORE the accident happened! Overall, I feel my body getting more flexible after each visit! I'm addicted! Dr. Jeff is absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Years of back pain, I was told by differnent doctors their opinion from flat feet and postur to my being over weight. I was ordered to two rounds of physical therapy. The end of last year of last year I was given pain relievers and muscle relaxers, and told exercise, get through the pain, loose weight. I lost 15lbs and needed refills, grocery shopping was still agonizing pain, much less going to the gym. I came to a cross road: call my doctor or try a new approach, so I called Dr. Jeff. Within the week I had x-rays, treatment plan, and hope. The staff is super friendly, its a family atmosphere, but what I appreciate the most 15-20 minutes I'm in and out. It's been a few months I've become accustomed to slight pain only the night before my next appoitment when there is a four day stretch between them. Then last weekend happened! There was so much going on from birthday's to celebrating the 4th. I never imagined meeting the demands of the house work, hosting a party, serving my guest and on and on. Much less playing with all the kids and their friends and swimming. It was the fourth night and I realized what my back endured, how happy my kids were from the days events, and no pain! Fantastic experience: I've been going to NLC for about 3 months now and my back, along with my neck feel so much better than when I first arrived. Two years ago I blew out my back at work and chose to see a chiropractor rather than a regular doctor and it turned out to be the right choice because he really did help me. Lets fast forward; I had pinched my siatic nerve in my back and it had been bothering me and was very close to being thrown out again. I talked to a few people from my church and they referred me to Dr. Jeff. I set up an appointment and went in. After exams and x-rays, Doc recommended a frequency of 3 times a week for 3-6 months and boy have I seen improvement. I can move my neck more, my back no longer bothers me and the biggest difference I notice is my posture! I sit straighter, stand straighter and I don't slouch as much. I believe that Dr. Jeff does more than move the bones in your body, I believe he helps encourage you to live a better life all around. His staff is great! Amanda and Cess are very engaging, helpful, polite an courteous. And the office has so much positive and happy energy that you wish you could stay longer than the 15 minutes you are there for! Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeff is very easy going and cares about his clients. He does whatever he can to help each one to stay with their Chiropractic schedule of number of times a week they need adjusted. He even cares about whole body. He has supplements to help health issue you have or to help prevent health issue. If their is health issue that needs supplement or vitamin if you ask he will freely tell you what will be best for it. He doesn't carry a lot of different one at this time. But I'm sure if you need something he does not carry he will tell you where to look or possibly get it in for you. Dr. Jeff even treats newborns even with in hours or less from delivery if you want him too. Fantastic experience: I arrived to New Life Chiropractic on recommendation from my Chiropractor in Minnesota. My first impressions of New Life Chiropractic were positive. Dr. Jeff and his staff welcomed me, listened to my specific issues, and worked to devise a plan to alleviate my pain. What separates Dr. Jeff's practice from all of the other practices is his staff. His staff is well trained, compassionate, and personable. Every visit they know me and others by name. They interact and take an interest in your life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeff is, simply put, amazing! I've had a constant headache - 24/7/365 - for sixteen years. Pain that literally cripples me. I've had brain surgery, and seen *scores* of doctors; pain specialists, physical therapists, neurologists, and several other chiropractors. *Nothing* helped. Even heavy pain meds and 30+ botox injections every three months only takes the edge off the pain. It's not enough to allow me to have a "normal" life. After two weeks of seeing Dr. Jeff, the pain, while still constant, had noticeably dropped in intensity. I was frankly amazed, and felt better than I had since the headache began in mid-September of 1999. It's now been three months, and the improvement has slowed a bit, but is still happening. Now the pain meds actually relieve the pain most days, allowing me to not only live my life but enjoy it, rather than merely existing. Even when the pain flares up, it's not *nearly* as bad. I said in the first weeks that, "As an atheist, I don't believe in miracles, but if this carries on, I might start using that word to describe what happens in that office!" At this point, I'm not sure what else to call what Dr. Jeff has done for me except a miracle. His staff are all really great, too; friendly and capable, just like the hero of this story.

You always hear everyone calling you by your name from day one. No matter how many people you see in there, they know everyone of them by name. I'm always in and out and am free to ask any questions, he never rushes you. He values your time and opinions. I came from Florida and after I went to a doctor down there for physical therapy after a bad car accident I never thought I would be the same. Being 21 years old and so limited felt unfair. Carlos, who sets you up on the back end is such a down to earth guy with an amazing testimony to what the office has done for his personal health. Dr. Jeff, the Chiropractor is a master at his craft. You can tell just by how he moves and the confidence he exudes that he gets REAL results with patients. Fantastic experience: My experience going to new life chiropractic, it's been great I came in like a month ago having this neck and lower back pain n since I been going to Dr.Jeff office I been feeling better with every adjustment. It's still more to do but I really recommend it to go see Dr. Jeff if u have any type of neck, lower, upper back problems, he will help u. So I really recommend to go see dr. Jeff if u want to really change ur life.

Fantastic experience: I have had chronic, neck and back pain for some time. Was told by orthopedic as well as neuro surgeons I would eventually need surgery on my neck to correct the problem with vertebrae fusion. Needless to say that sort of procedure did not sound like something I would want to go thru. Upon starting to see Dr Jeff, thru continual adjustments my chronic neck pain has all but subsided. My back is still a work in progress but has greatly improved. I firmly believe that chiropractic care by Dr Jeff in the past, and in the future will keep my condition continually improving.

Fantastic experience: Seeing other chiropractors to just fix the symptoms was working fine but it still didn't remedy the issue at hand. Going to visit the fine Doctor Jeff, and his counterpart, at New Life Chiropractic has helped to actually tackle the problem and the cause. I can say I've felt a noticed improvement in overall health and comfort while still being very active. There is less pain, more mobility and flexibility in my back and hips than before. I work on the tradeshow circuit and so I'm on me feet extensively, as well as playing hockey 2-3 times a week. I have noticed less fatigue and soreness during my trips. Though I'm only a few months into my treatment regimen, I see a definitive improvement in overall health and wellness. I have not been very ill at all this winter...coincidence? As for the staff...what can I say. They are a fantastic group of individuals that are courteous, outgoing and there's never a dull moment. Nice people to want to know. Thanks and continued success!

Fantastic experience: Came in with bad mid backpain. From first adjustment, I felt immediately better. Doctor Jeff worked an entire top-down program and while I wasn't back to 100% overnight, I definitely feel 150% now. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone remembers you and knows your name like it's "Cheers" (not an exaggeration). To this day I still go and still injure myself overdoing the gym and New Life Chiropractic adjustments efficiently get me right again. Do try them out.

Fantastic experience: In 2008 while playing soccer, I had the misfortune of tearing my ACL and needed to have knee surgery. I was non weight bearing for six weeks, so that caused me to compensate everything on my right side. I was never in pain until I started doing crossfit years later. After doing a few overhead lifts and squats, I threw my back out so badly that I couldn't walk for days. I knew something wasn't right. I was an athlete! I thought rest was all I needed, but the pain would mildly come and go over time. I went to physical therapy and they thought it was just a bulged disc in my back that could strengthen with different exercises. It got better for a few months but then the pain came back. My last straw was when I decided to go for a short run, my back started to spasm and yet again I couldn't walk or sit up straight without pain. After doing my research online, I decided to try New Life Chiropractic and see if Dr. Jeff could figure out what is going on with me. After my consultation and X-ray, it turns out that my hips are twisted. I walked out that first day feeling much better. Every adjustment since I have started seeing Dr. Jeff feels like an improvement. Though I am not 100% pain free just yet, I feel that Dr. Jeff has definitely helped increase my mobility and I look forward to continuing to strengthen and realign my body at New Life Chiropractic. Fantastic experience: Let me first start by saying that I've had a bulging disc for the past 6 years and was in constant pain. I've been to back specialist's, physical therapist's, other chiropractor's and even went as far as getting acupuncture to try and relieve my pain. Nothing worked. It got to the point where one of my back specialists even recommended having back surgery to which I said no. I was referred to Dr. Jeff about a month and a half ago and after the first adjustment, felt better than I've ever felt in the past 6 years. I now go to bed with no pain, wake up with no pain, and can get in and out of my car with no pain all thanks to Dr. Jeff. I have found permanent relief with the help of Dr. Jeff's treatments and look forward to being able to play with my son pain free in the future.

Fantastic experience: I started going to the chiropractor because I had bad headaches. Since going to the chiropractor, my head aches have gone away, I feel more energized and have lost weight. The staff is great. They are so nice and friendly. When you arrive, you sign in and don't have to wait hours to be seen like other doctors' offices. It's quick, so if you have a busy schedule it's easy to squeeze a visit in.

Fantastic experience: At the recommendation of a friend, I came in to see Dr. Jeff about a month ago. After an initial consult with Carlos (awesome, very friendly guy), I had X-Rays done and talked about the practice, the methods and what they could offer. My first appointment, Dr. Jeff showed me my X-rays and explained very clearly and concisely to me what his plan for me was. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything and he answered all my questions in a very straightforward manner. Since I have been having these adjustments, I have felt better and sleep more soundly than I have in years. My friends say I seem like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I seem like a more positive, relaxed person. The atmosphere in the office is always friendly and encouraging. The front desk people, Jen and Yvette, always have a smile on the their face and greet every client by name without having to look it up. Fantastic experience: I had been in so much pain for too long and I was tired of taking medicine! Fantastic experience: I will admit I was a skeptic seeing a chiropractor. My sister highly recommended Dr. Jeff. Being an RN it was hard to fathom "cracking" your neck as being therapeutic. Nothing I had studied in school. I am a believer now. Having adjustments 2-3 times a week has made such a difference. Fantastic experience: I found this place a few months ago. I woke up with a stiff neck. I called another chiropractor who gave me the run around.then I googled chiropractic nearby and saw the reviews to new life and called immediately! It was late already cause I was just getting off work but the lovely staff spoke with the doc and they took me in last min which I was so greatful for. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. Everyone is so polite and on point. I got X-rays done and a exam. Dr Jeff gave me an adjustment that night with after care instructions along with a follow up appointment. I came back to get my X-ray results and was given a schedule with simple effective exercises. I feel great. I got all my boys set up for their sessions After reading some articles about the benefits for chiropractic care on children. We love the services and the staff. They are all amazing. Oh and their flexible with the scheduling which is important.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr.Jeff because my sister recommend him after starting to see great results on her and her daughter's treatments, I was experiencing severe headaches and back pain I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and getting treated by Dr.Jeff my headaches have disappeared and my back pain is gone as well. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Jeff back in August, I went there out of desperation, my neck and back were in so much pain and I felt lots of tension. His office staff perform some x-rays and Dr. Jeff gave me my first adjustment. That same day I felt the difference. He is a great doctor he cares about your health and your family's health. My older daughter 7 years old started having migraine headaches and she was under a lot of stress not able to sleep at night and losing her hair(I mean lots of hair even as she was sleeping waking up leaving chunks of hair on her pillow).
