Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this practice! I finally found a doctor that listens to me, supports me, and encourages me to do what I need to do!!!! Great for the whole family!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Well Rooted Pediatrics to anyone seeking a holistic approach to their child's well-being. Victoria Schmitt provides excellent, patient-centered care during each visit. The office is welcoming, and they are great at promptly returning phone calls for any questions or concerns I have. I am grateful that my baby is in such amazing hands!

Negative experience: In December I reached out to Well Rooted for my daughter. We were working with Brooke(amazing btw) and she explained the initial consultation, labwork and review of findings were the first steps. She was the nurse practitioner assigned to us and we had email communication throughout. So far so good. After the findings, I was told I have an option to do a treatment plan for my daughter which would consist of 4 wellness calls and 4 provider calls. It was about $1700 for this treatment plan. We agreed and after we signed up for the program, they told us we would work with another provider. (Brooke was going to leave Well Rooted) This was January and I didnt find out on my own till March when an email I sent came as unsent. I wasnt told though that I would never have email access like I had initially with the new provider. To be honest, I would have never signed up if I had this information from the beginning. Ive had two strokes and communication for me is key so I feel supported. When we finally had our call with our new provider, I forgot to ask for an email. I asked the front office if I can have it and they said no basically and that we could email them to relay to the provider. Having paid this amount of money and having worked with other functional doctors, I always had email access. I didnt sign up to have to pass through loopholes I can understand that providers leave but the lack of communication is not okay. I had an appointment with the nutritionist to mention my daughters response to medication and still have not had the provider follow up with me about my daughters reactions 2 days later, and an alternative solution for her. The front manager is scheduled to call me tomorrow to possibly see if we can find a solution. I will come and update if anything changes because I believe communication is key and the plan should always be honored the way I initially signed up for or otherwise I should have been told so I can make my decision to move forward or not.

Negative experience: There are ZERO physicians involved with this practice. ZERO. EDITED because you cannot reply to the owner's comments: You all have never corrected a single review or post on your social media correcting anyone when they use "Pediatricians" or "Doctors" or "Physicians." You even deleted and turned off the comments on a post when someone called you out.

Negative experience: We adored well rooted, but it’s been made very apparent that this place is more for money than caring for children. We had to see another ped to get referrals for a specialist due to insurance & upon requesting records be sent, we were treated poorly & I had questioned whether we would be back. Well, today I called to bring my son in for a sick visit and was told he is not an active patient (because we took him elsewhere ONE time) & that we would need to pay the well visit fee, plus the sick visit fee for him to be seen for his illness. I contested saying he had just been seen, can I send the record over & they said no! I wholeheartedly placed my trust for my child’s healthcare needs in their hands and they have quite literally fed us to the wolves because we needed to see a specialist outside of their arena. I’ve never experience such an extreme act of greed before and it’s just heart wrenching when it involves your innocent child who needs medical care. I’d caution anyone considering going here, you are treated as a number and not a human being with varying needs. We will happily take our care to a practice that isn’t in it for the money and remains dedicated to our family’s care.

Negative experience: After months of dealing with my babys eczema I got desperate and booked a telehealth appointment and it’s Not worth it at all. I was told I would be given a list of the products they recommend and they never sent me anything. Appointment was less than an hour long. Super disappointed.

Negative experience: We were so excited to try Well Rooted after being dismissed by so many other doctors and struggling with my child’s health for 2.5 years. We saved to be able to pay the initial functional medicine appointment fee, which is over $300. The entire first appointment was just a history and medical review. To get any actual medical treatment or help, they want you to pay additional amounts for appointments. For us, that was going to be $1500 just for follow up (none of the lab work recommended or the $500 gut test). I really believed in their mission and was hoping to get help, but clearly you need to be wealthy to be able to get it. So heartbreaking for a family just trying to find answers. It’s hard to believe the message that they care so deeply about their patients but in the next breath wants such an astronomical amount of money for even a review of results ($449). They did seem very knowledgeable if you can afford it.

Fantastic experience: Almost two months in now with my program. With every new implementation towards my health, I am feeling incredible. Tension and anxiety have lessened greatly. I am detoxing and with the change of foods, really good supplements, infusions, strength building and the use of the sauna the process is moving so smoothly. I have also lost 18 pounds so far. Everyone one of the staff members I have worked with have been so kind helpful. I am greateful to be at Well-Rooted. I am feeling better than I have felt in years.

Fantastic experience: My three children come to Well Rooted. Their care is exceptional!! Everyone at Well Rooted is SO wonderful. From the front desk staff, to the triage nurses, the medical assistants, schedulers, phlebotomists, and of course the nurse practitioners. WE LOVE WELL-ROOTED!!

Fantastic experience: Love! I drive almost 2 hours from the Milwaukee area to see Victoria. She is absolutely amazing. I initially brought my son in for functional medicine to address severe skin/allergy and other issues. We saw such great improvement in him I now brought my 1 year old daughter to establish care and plan to switch my other 2 kids as well. I was so frustrated with the pediatricians and specialists we saw, only offering meds and bandaids to cover up symptoms. Victoria offers natural alternatives with meds when needed and overall is supportive and collaborative involving me in my kids healthcare. Absolutely recommend Well-Rooted!

Negative experience: Well rooted was great but it seems like their expansion etc is taking away from the original environment. Made an appt after being a patient for years and needed to cancel because we don’t need their service and they won’t refund just credit. We aren’t interested in coming back, so asked what I could purchase and the only thing they sell is their appts, so nothing I could purchase. Originally I felt like they spent a lot of time with us were knowledgeable and helpful, but now it’s just as busy and non helpful as any normal doctors office. The appointment for my child didn’t even need to include my child who is almost 18 which is why I cancelled Shouldn’t they at least talk or see her.

Fantastic experience: We have been patients with Well-Rooted for years! Can’t say enough good things. Before I came here I never felt like I was heard as a parent. I never felt like I could ask questions or that my wishes and goals for my children were taken into account. I get excited to take my kids because I learn so much and I feel like I have a partner in my kids healthcare and there’s no better feeling than that. Thank you for all you do!!

Fantastic experience: My family chose Well-Rooted 4 years ago. After being dismissed by our pediatrician time and time again. We wanted to find a provider that would partner with us to get to the root cause of the symptoms. We found that at Well-Rooted they trust my “mom-intuition.” They educate me to make the best choices for my family. And most importantly they support my choices. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Well-Rooted Pediatrics enough! We have been seeing Jacki, and she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly takes the time to listen to our concerns. While we initially went for wellness and sick visits, our experience during a functional visit was eye-opening. My son struggled with severe allergies and skin issues, and after visiting an allergy specialist with no real solutions—only a recommendation to slather him in lotion—we found ourselves feeling frustrated and hopeless. Thankfully, we discovered Well-Rooted, where they conducted extensive, in-depth testing that allowed us to identify the root causes of his skin issues. With their guidance, we modified his diet and incorporated some targeted supplements. Fast forward one year, and we are thrilled to see that the majority of his allergies have greatly decreased, and his skin looks fantastic! If you're seeking a caring and effective approach to pediatric health, Well-Rooted is the place to go!

Negative experience: I'm not a big reviewer, but would like to share some info with other parents that are looking into functional medicine for their children. I called the office because my daughter has the MHTFR gene and also has ADHD. Because she is only 6, I wanted to make sure I had an appropriate supplement plan for her because her pediatrician does not believe in testing for this mutation and would not advise me on it. I called the office and asked if someone could advise me on dosage and was told that someone could. In order to secure your appointment, you have to pay close to $300 out of pocket which does not get billed to your insurance because it is functional medicine. The provider did a telehealth visit and there were more than 5 major interruptions in our conversation due to her connection, and we didn't even end up finishing with the video portal they use, she had to call me. At the end of the visit she told me someone would call me soon to review the treatment plan etc. She said she couldn't advise me on a supplement for MTHFR without labs. That was on a Monday. I called on Friday to follow up because I didn't hear anything and the person I spoke with seemed to have no idea what was going on. Someone returned my call Friday after 5. I finally spoke with them this am, and in order to get the treatment details, including the labs she recommended, I had to pay an additional $2200 for follow up appointments. They would not provide me with the labs orders without paying or with the specific recommendations for ADHD. I am a Nurse Practitioner myself and this has been a terrible experience. I did not get my initial question answered. I've had more luck finding the right supplement for my daughter on Amazon. Save your money.

Fantastic experience: We’re so grateful to the providers at Well-Rooted for both regular pediatric care and pediatric functional medicine. They take the time to answer all of your questions and make sure you are comfortable with their recommendations. If you’re looking for a collaborative approach to your child’s care where you feel heard and understood, this is it! Bonus points for my child not being afraid of going to the doctor anymore after a previous traumatic ER experience.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing pediatric clinic (we have been to both Crystal Lake and Oakbrook locations and equally are great). When I couldn't find answers for why my daughter was in pain - I am so thankful I found well rooted. My daughter had undiagnosed Lymes Disease for years which our former pediatric clinic never found. Well Rooted Pediatrics & Functional Medicine has changed our families life. Because of this we all were tested and my husband they found has it as well and we are waiting for myself and our other daughters results to come back. No matter the outcome we are in great hands and being treated for the root cause of whats really going on in our bodies. Thank you Jessica and staff. I can't wait for the Womens Health Clinic that is opening in St. Charles next week. Forever grateful!

Fantastic experience: We don't go to the Crystal Lake Well Rooted anymore since we moved going over to OakBrook. We saw Victoria was absolutely fantastic. She saw my son for the first 9 months of his life, and she not only provided phenomenal care for him, but also for myself as a newly postpartum mom. They are very respectful of your decisions as a parent at Well Rooted, and it's nice to not feel like you're being gaslit by medical professionals. I like how they have holistic remedies available for purchase as well. They also provided me references to lactation consultants, chiropractors, etc as well. My son is now almost 2 and thankfully very healthy. We love Well Rooted!

Negative experience: Well Rooted destroyed our entire families lives.. They claim to be all natural and not to give antibiotics, and that they’re so bad for you. Well they gave our 6yr old son 4 schedules of antibiotics in less than two months back to back. Didn’t test if bacterial or viral either. All of a sudden we watched our two sport healthy son wether away, he was pooing dust and blood 20+ times a day. Couldn’t sleep because of urgency.. Spent a week in the hospital in which they told us he has UC and possibly Crohns. They say Tylenol is so bad for you but push Motrin/NSAIDs which are now known to trigger UC and gut issues. Our son lost so much blood he is anemic, and the trauma from the hospital has made him refuse all help from doctors now. He was put on steroids and awful prescription drugs to try and stop what he was going through.. Our son missed 40 days of school, his graduation from kindergarten, a season of hockey and he now lives in constant pain. Begging to go in the bath 10 times a day or walking around constantly with a heating pad on his stomach to help with pain and cramps.. We constantly look for bathrooms when driving places just in case, and praying if we have to go that no one’s in the stalls.. It even hurts to look at old pictures because it reminds us of what our son was just a short time ago.. It’s now “before he was sick” and “after he was sick.” We feel absolutely helpless. It hangs over us like a nightmare and it won’t ever end.. Anytime my wife calls me it fills me with anxiety and questions on if something bad happened.. Our whole life now revolves around taking care of our son. Are his dreams to play high level sports gone? Will he be able to ever go to school again..?? We have to home school for now because this is a lifelong disease. Is our 6yr olds colon going to have to be removed..? Will he develop cancer..? We’re up all night reading and researching ANYTHING that can help stop this… We’ve spent thousands on specialists and testing already. I have no more joy in life.. Do your family a favor and go to a real Doctor to be treated correctly. Don’t take a chance with your family’s health and well being.. AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GIVE US A CEASE AND DESIST..

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this center clearly uses medicine for business. To make an appointment , you MUST pay for two appointments in advance??? The total Coast of the 2 appointments about 550$ , they not shy to collect the total over the phone immediately . The funny part is they don’t have available appointments until tow months …… it would be more logical if they schedule you within 10 business days. Here’s the JOKE : The cancellation Politics conflicts with the nursing profession, general ethics , human medicine and humanity, without a doubt. I hope they reconsider this and make the patient pay 25% or 50% of the price, immediately and collected over the phone, if the appointment is cancelled, you lose that money, Just a suggestion that I thought it would help our sick children’s .

After visiting multiple Drs and not receiving a clear answer, I was at a complete loss on how to help my son. After our initial meeting with Valerie, I immediately knew we were at the right place! Not only did she take the time to listen but reassured both my son and I that we would get to the root cause of the issue. It hasn’t been a quick fix, however, after 6 months my son was feeling better and back to himself and I couldn’t be happier! Valerie didn’t just put a bandaid on the situation, but truly got to the root cause. I’m hopeful for my sons future and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of Val and the entire staff at well rooted. I feel truly blessed to have found them and highly recommend them to any parent who has been let down by the traditional health care system.

The entire staff is a delight to work with - from calling to schedule appointments, being greeted when we arrive, nurse taking vitals- start to finish is always a great experience. Fantastic experience: I cannot stress enough how wonderful this practice is. We see Valerie in Oak brook and she has been absolutely amazing. In our first appointment she ordered testing that previous providers had not recommended (and we have seen other quality providers in the same type of practice) based on our concerns and got us some concrete answers and a solid plan of action. She also referred us out to a specialist in relation to some of his test results and although some people may find that frustrating, I genuinely appreciate when providers are upfront about their limits within their practice and keep what’s best for the patient at the forefront. She has been a blessing to our family and especially our son’s health. She has provided us with clarity and answers for issues our son has struggled with for years. If you are interested in really looking at root cause and are looking for a provider who is attentive, invested and really listens I highly recommend Valerie at Well Rooted.

It began with Danielle calling me and taking detailed notes prior to our visit, which led us to being greeted by a welcoming staff and then, Victoria, the provider, who is simply amazing. Positive experience: We came to well rooted because we were looking for a more natural health approach. We drive over 1.5 hours to go there. I’ve had a good experience for the most part with the NP we see however what I wanted to share with people who are interested in coming here is that even at a “regular” doctors office if I have gone in the past for a well check and we have a sick situation going on, we are only charged for the well visit. At well rooted… if you are seen at a well visit and they address a sick issue… I was charged for a well visit AND a sick visit. They gave me a “discount” but I was charged around $238.05 for ONE appointment after being an established patient. I am torn because on one hand it is worth it for me to make the drive there and have more natural care but on the other hand it is important to me to have accessible healthcare that I don’t feel I can’t go to the doctor because of the financial barrier. I think well rooted has very fair pricing considering they don’t accept health insurance… but $238.05 for one visit which I was blindsided by felt scammy and I think others should know about it ahead of time to be able to make the decision about the appointment if it is affordable for you. Edited the price, thank you for resending the receipt well-rooted. I was seen by a provider who was not our normal provider and who I felt rushed through our appointment as far as the “well” side of it and did not really go through all well visit points. It hasn’t been stated to me but it seems like your policy is that if a well visit appointment is missed you drop your patients? It just felt to me that it was handled as a sick visit yet I had to pay for a sick visit and a well visit for one appt.. my daughter had a ear infection it wasn’t a complicated diagnosis so it did not take extra time.

I've never had a doctor spend as much time with us, explaining everything we have had questions/concerns about, as thoroughly and with no feeling of being rushed, as Jackie did today. I love the personalized care and how personable all of the office staff was, as well. We are so excited to move our other, older child to the practice. First impressions were wonderful!

Above all, they support parents choice and our desire to approach our children’s healthcare holistically. They are willing to dig deeper to find the root cause of ailments, rather than prescribe a medication as a “band-aid” for the symptoms. Well worth the 45 min drive from the tri-city area!

Although I have only been there twice(in one week), it's the most genuine communication I've had from a doctor's office. The follow-up phone calls and the extra check-up were instrumental in demonstrating their practice's excellent understanding of bedside manners and true thoughtfulness that his sickness matters.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I took my daughter for her 4 year well visit and preschool physical. I had a great experience. I saw Valerie at the Oak Brook office. She answered all of my questions and did a through physical. In addition, recommend some things to incorporate to better my daughters digestion.

Fantastic experience: I drive an hour just to come to this office. Been coming since my daughter was 3, now she’s 5. It’s clean, professional, quick, friendly, reasonably priced and Jessica is a TOTAL PRO who is the main reason for our visits. Can’t recommend her and Well Rooted enough!

Fantastic experience: I’m just now finding the time and words to articulate how blessed I feel to have found Jess, Victoria, Melanie (my OGs), but also everyone else at this practice! I’ve been bringing my kids (now all three) to Well Rooted for almost three years after a horrible, impersonal experience with a “traditional” pediatrician. You have all become family to us. Recently, as in seven weeks ago, I gave birth to my son. I had his one month appointment on August 17th which happened to be one week exactly after my father died completely unexpectedly. Honestly, I was dreading leaving my house but once I got to Well Rooted I was greeted by Melanie’s sweet words, “How can I help you? Do you want me to take a baby?” followed by, “You’re doing great, momma!” Tears welled in my eyes thinking of how much that truly meant in that moment. During the appointment I was juggling all three munchkins (three kids three and a half and under, who do I think I am?!) and even with the help of my mom, I was paged into a call for my job (yes, I know I’m on maternity leave but as you know medical facilities don’t discriminate when there is a need). This left me struggling to keep up with what was going on in the appointment and having to step out multiple times. Victoria, picking up on my noticeably frazzled demeanor, remained incredibly calm and patient, even writing down stats from my son’s appointment for me. She went as far as calling me following the appointment to make sure I didn’t have any remaining questions. It’s experiences like this one that honestly make me cry from gratitude. I’m still grieving and haven’t yet made the time to call her back but I wanted to write this for everyone to know how much you all mean to me and my family and how indebted I feel to you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: This place has been a blessing to my family. We come from Aurora and don’t mind the drive. The whole staff and the DR are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is our first baby and in great hands.

Negative experience: I'll start off by saying I've never had an appointment here. Was really excited to bring my child in given the rave reviews I keep hearing about the place. I made an appointment in January of 2022 at the height of the Omicron virus. I called in and asks if masks were mandated to make sure. They replied that it was option to which I asked if staff wore masks. The person replied with a very cavalier attitude "nope, we do not". It was a state mandate at that time and I was shocked at them being a health clinic not following the state guidelines. I did not feel safe so canceled my appointment as not mandating masks was very irresponsible on their part then. Disappointed as you can see from other reviews they are otherwise a very great practice!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved here from out of state and have been having a very hard time finding providers in the area for my kids. After a long search, I found Well Rooted and am so happy I did. Excellent providers who truly care, who listen to the parents and child and are very knowledgeable. It is worth the drive and the cost.

Fantastic experience: They healed my daughter’s eczema in 2 weeks (by finding the root cause, her leaky gut!) which regular doctors haven’t been able to do for 5 years! We love well-rooted!!

Fantastic experience: Take both of our kids here and love everyone! When my daughter had the stomach flu we got a call back from one of the nurse practitioners within 30 minutes on a Sunday morning! Anytime we need to bring someone in due to sickness they’re able to get us in that same day! The clean diapers and wipes in the rooms are a great perk also!

Negative experience: these are NOT doctors. they are also NOT pediatricians (only physicians can be that). they try to obfuscate that fact, and based on how many of the reviews think these people are physicians, it is working.

Fantastic experience: If your reading this and thinking it’s too far maybe? We drive over an hour and would drive several hours if we had too. Cost? Their goal is not to keep you as a patient or your child but to get to your root cause and healing sometimes in as little as two visits. After many many drs before we finally made the drive to Well Rooted that changed our lives!!! We finally got answers and healing!!!

We really enjoy how this practice doesn't force vaccine propaganda down your throats, and they specialize in so much holistic healing rather than letting big pharma poison your children with pills and needles. We worked with Victoria for our first ever appointment and she was the best nurse I've ever seen and experienced. My wife was so upset that she was having such a hard time breastfeeding, and Victoria comforted her, helped her, encouraged her, and our baby started sucking right away and my wife produced a ton of milk for our newborn. My wife was crying because she was in so much shock that the baby finally started breastfeeding, and Victoria literally comforted her every step of the way, even saying that it's okay to be upset, but she will be a good mom. My wife and I are NEVER going to any other pediatrician. This place is a bit of a drive from where we live, but it's 1000000% worth the drive to be around such wonderful people. Bravo to the staff and doctors, you all are truly a blessing.

Fantastic experience: We have only had awesome experiences with all of the medical professionals and office staff. They are extremely well trained and know how to communicate that knowledge well - this is a gift. They partner WITH you in order to get to root causes of issues so that long-lasting solutions can be found. My son had been to three previous pediatricians before seeing Jessica, who finally correctly diagnosed his tongue and lip ties that three other "experienced" doctors had missed because they did not have the training, which is odd because they are so common in babies. We are so happy to be a part of this practice and look forward to many positive years together in the future.

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with this practice! My daughter had some hormonal issues and pain issues as well as some other issues after Covid. Her pediatrician was not helpful so we tried Well Rooted. They ran some thorough blood tests and were able to resolve most of her symptoms naturally. It’s great that we could resolve these issues without medication. I would definitely recommend this pediatrician to everyone. They are great at finding the cause of the issue and treating naturally rather than more medications.

Negative experience: When the covid virus was high our pediatrician wasn’t seeing kids in person that had any respiratory symptoms, and we wanted them to be looked at in person. We let well rooted know we were seeing them because we couldn’t get them San in person appointment at their pediatricians. I also had an my own appointment later with the owner and she told me mold was making me sick and I needed to be seen at her adult clinic. When my childrens bloodwork came back a few days later I asked that it be sent to their regular pediatrician and in a very unfriendly voice I was told the kids could never be seen there again if I chose to have the records sent to their regular pediatrician. We were shocked! Completely unprofessional. They also called me later and cancelled the appointment She told me to make at her other clinic. I have never had a doctors office call and cancel an appointment and say you can’t be seen there. This was very odd. I asked why and they didn’t have a reason at first then they said it had something to do with the situation with the kids. This was so unprofessional and unethical. They did not treat our family with respect or kindness. I have also talked to other families that have had similar experiences there. We are not the only ones.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first wellness visit at well rooted and my little ones were actually asking to go back again later in the day! Very happy to see the staff were all mask free so my young children could see their smiling friendly faces. My babies are no longer afraid to go to the doctor as they were previously. So glad we made the switch.

Fantastic experience: canNOT say enough good about well rooted! i was seen by jessica. she analyzed my blood results and suggested B12 and vitamin D. she didn’t want time to buy any other supplements until i’d tried only those first and had seen if they were effective. her words “i’m not all about taking your money unless i have to.” wow. not an upsell. here today for my follow-up blood work and for an infusion. so SO thankful to have found well rooted!

Fantastic experience: Do yourself and your children a big favor and go to this office. My husband and I met with Victoria for a parent consult as we have our first baby on the way and I left feeling more informed and confident about our decisions as parents! Victoria was so kind and answered all of our questions without telling us what was "right or wrong" but instead making sure we were informed and then allowing us to make the decisions on our own as parents. Sadly most pediatric offices take parental choice away from you and tell you only one way is "right" without giving any evidence or reason. This office was a HUGE breath of fresh air and I felt empowered as a new mom to be about making decisions for my child in the future. I also love that I felt absolutely zero judgement from this staff and everyone who works there was super kind and helpful! Fantastic experience: Wow! Jacki (and the whole practice) is amazing. She spent so much time with us and addressed every single concern, in addition to making excellent suggestions. We drove over an hour and it was well worth it for that kind of care. Jacki is very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. We already have test results back and have individual treatment plans. I couldn’t recommend this pediatric office more and I’m SO very grateful we found Well Rooted.

Fantastic experience: We love this office! Jessica was the first practitioner to tell me about sublingual therapy allergy drops for environmental allergies. I had 3 out of 4 of my kids suffer from extreme eczema. Daily itching, bleeding, open wounds. Other doctors and allergist just told me to keep putting lotion on because it was due to dry skin. Believe me when I say I lathered my kids multiple times a day and tried every natural product out there and it didn’t help! Steroid cream was the only thing that was able to calm it down but it would come right back once we stopped using it. Well, a year into the allergy drops and my kids have beautiful eczema free skin! No more tears, no more fear of swimming pools and fear of infections. All thanks to the wonderful providers at Well-Rooted Pediatrics!! They truly care and think outside the box to get to the root of the problem. I am forever grateful for them!

Fantastic experience: Jessica and her staff are amazing! Our kids have been seeing her for a couple years now and we have been very impressed with the personal care and attention to detail. It is extremely difficult to find a provider who respects patient choices and who will allow patients to take control of their own healthcare. This includes freedom of choice and informed consent, which is a must in all situations. We are very blessed to have found Jessica and recommend her to everyone we come across. Fantastic experience: As an overwhelmed expecting mother, I was becoming extremely defeated as I interviewed pediatricians to help me care for my son when he arrived. As a nurse, I was searching for someone collaborative, respectful, patient, and would be able to provide insight and guidance with more depth than what I could quickly access on a Google search. Jessica and the staff of Well Rooted is a God-send, exceeding my expectations every visit! Jessica is extremely present during very visits, despite whatever is happening outside the exam room door.
