Fantastic experience: OMG! What a great Med Spa. I have been going to my surgeon for my lip fillers injections but actually ran across Magnolia MedSpa & Wellness Instagram and WOW! I went in on Friday (during this crazy world and COVID). The nurse was so sweet, informative, patient and such a professional. I love my lips amazing job. I am so thankful I decided to come and visit Magnolias MedSpa & Wellness. I will certainly be back. The office was super clean and the aesthetic were super cute. Friendly staff! Can't say enough

Negative experience: I hate that I'm writing this review because I wanted to love this place. I followed Meagan and that is how I found Magnolia. I booked a consult time with Rebekah for my first appt. I was very clear that I would like to discuss several different options during this appt. Emily was extremely friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The wait was minimal, so far so good......Rebekah came in and was friendly but from the beginning I felt rushed. She was ready to do botox on me and there was little to zero time for questions regarding other services. Rebekah stated that she would make sure that Emily booked more time for a consult in 2 weeks for my follow up. My request was for the treated areas to be completely frozen and after 2 weeks there was still movement so I returned a little annoyed because of the amount of units that were already used. Additionally, I went to get a second opinion from a very established NP/injector and he said it looked like there was no botox results in that area. When I arrived, Rebekah immediately agreed that there was still movement and offered to add more units "at no cost" So great, I appreciated that and she did an amazing job....but .....I could completely feel a shift in her attitude towards me and she then started backing off with her comments. She said she needed to take pictures so that she could explain the free units to the owner and stating that she injects "conservatively" and that she thought I had good results. There was also NO time for a consult for any other treatments. I started to feel like now I had done something wrong and felt very uncomfortable. I asked to consult with Meagan but was told she would be in her current appt. for a long time....2 minutes later Meagan came out/was finished and took me back to tell me about a new laser. Second issue...... I spoke to Meagan about a laser procedure that was new and they were offering a "special" for. I haven't had laser and was very nervous with a lot of questions but I made an appt. and was excited/nervous to get some great results!! My appt. was for 4/9. On Monday the 8th late afternoon, Emily left me a message stating Meagan was no longer there and I would have to reschedule my laser treatment with Hannah who I have never met. After prepping for the laser treatment and requesting time off of work, the soonest available appt. they could offer me was April 30th. today. On the 9th requested a call from Hannah so I could ask her a couple of question BEFORE having the treatment and she did call me ONE time/left a vm. I tried calling her back and was told she was with someone and they would have her reach out again. 2 weeks later and my treatment appt. is today and haven't heard back from her. Summary.. I realize that there are very wealthy folks out there especially in Southlake and perhaps to them, a few hundred dollars here and there is nothing but. I'm a working single mom....No one is paying for me to take care of myself so when I spend hundreds of dollars and contemplate spending hundreds more, this isn't how I want to be treated.

Fantastic experience: First time giving Magnolia & Meagan a try. I have been many places and this was by far the best experience and customer service I’ve ever received. Meagan went above and beyond and has followed up diligently with me post treatment. Don’t hesitate and get on her books!

I recently started receiving laser hair removal treatments from her as well. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she has a tremendous passion for providing amazing results. I was hesitant about laser thinking it would hurt, but it doesn’t.

Fantastic experience: Meagan Rodriguez has been my esti bestie for a few years now and she is my best kept secret. I love my monthly dermaplane and Hydrafacial’s. I love her custom facials and chemical peels but I really love the laser treatments. From hair removal to resurfacing my texture to zapping my veins or treating my scars she is highly skilled and extremely thorough. She also knows just which products I need to maintain the results at home! Go see her!

I’m glad I signed up for the weight loss program because it’s helped get me back to my healthy weight. My cholesterol is also back to normal and I’m off my statin. Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Magnolia MedSpa and I will definitely be returning! Emily was very welcoming, offered me a beverage and answered all of my questions before and after checkout. Meagan knows her stuff, we talked about all things skincare while I was getting my first laser hair removal treatment. I was very nervous but Meagan assured me that I would be fine and explained how everything worked. Let me say this, I would never in a million years think that a laser would be comfortable! Also, did I mention the office was very, very clean and smelled amazing!

Fantastic experience: Lovely office and staff. From the front desk staff to checking out, it was a seamless experience. I went in for a consultation with Meagan for potential laser work to remove past acne scaring and work through the frustrations of hormonal acne. She really really knew her stuff. I was impressed! I shared a complete rundown of products, medications and supplements I am on and she gave me such thorough guidance on what to proceed with and do away with. She also made fantastic recommendations for things I can do outside of treatments in the office. I never once felt pressured to buy anything on the spot. I am really looking forward to working with her to help me reach my skin goals. I also saw Rebekah for a couple of injections. She fit me in when I was there in the office which was really thoughtful. I am a newbie and she made me feel so at ease and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this place!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Hair removal has been the bane of my existence. I’ve tried laser hair removal before and it was painful at the previous place that I went to and so even though I paid for a whole package I ended up quitting after the 2nd treatment. My skin is brown, so apparently hair removal is tough. Meagan told me they had some great new laser device and I gave it a shot. I’m SO glad I did because it was phenomenal and I barely felt anything….I can’t wait to be done with razors!

Very few places in North Texas can treat dark skin competently but Magnolia does it well! I also appreciate that fact that this Med Spa caters to the male population as well!

Fantastic experience: I’m going to try and explain my whole experience. Emily the manager was very kind and helpful. She set me up with a free Visia skin analysis with Meagan. Meagan is so knowledgeable and real. She had me bring in all my skincare. She took a sharpie and literally numbered my current products in the proper order of application and which was day time and which was night time. I was missing several key ingredients and she made recommendations to fill in the gaps making my regimen complete and customized to what my skin needs. A few of my products were absolute garbage and she let me know in a professional way. She never made me feel bad or stupid for all the mistakes I was making. We started with a deep pore hydrafacial. We’ve done a series of IPL’s for my sun damage. We have done two skin pens so far for my acne scars and fine lines. I’m seeing Rebekah the Nurse Practitioner for baby Botox and a little filler for my asymmetry. I even met Hannah the other esthetician and she is also super sweet. You can tell how much everyone of the staff members absolutely loves their jobs. The passion and professionalism is unmatched. I’ve been to other places for facials but never left with the knowledge I have now. You’ve got me as a customer for life. Next week I’m meeting with Dr. Abdullah to get started on the semaglutide and I couldn’t be happier to have found the spa. 2024 is all about self care and the team has made it so easy and fun! Fantastic experience: I had a Hydrafacial with Hannah today. I was scheduled for a custom but after accessing my skin, she thought a H/F was a better option for me. I'm very particular about touch/massage and she exceeded my expectations. I have a new skin care regime to follow and a new aesthetician. Highly recommend Magnolia and Hannah!

She explained each step and was so caring and very thoughtful to make sure I was not uncomfortable as she applied the product before the procedure. I experienced excellent customer service. I found them through social media, and was hesitant about trying Botox and facials for I had recently completed cancer treatment and surgery. After my first facial and the noticeable difference in my skin, I signed up for the monthly membership! What a blessing that has been to get my skin and face looking fresh and not my age. Courtney , besides being super sweet, explains the process and recommends the best products for after care. Jordan is injector artist. Fantastic experience: My husband and I really enjoyed coming to this spa. All the staff was very nice and accommodating. They answered all of my questions regarding paperwork. I had the laser hair removal treatment completed. Courtney helped my service be very easy while providing me with education as well. I was worried what laser treatment would be like but she was so professional and helped the process be efficient that I feel fine about returning to continue my treatments. My husband received a hydro facial and since his service took a little longer than mine I was offered to go relax in a waiting area where I could lay down while watching tv instead of going back to the front waiting area. I thought that was really neat. Overall I enjoyed my experience from the environment and service itself. I can’t wait to go back and receive other treatments.

Fantastic experience: After much wait and patient enthusiasm, my wife and I got to attend a well received invitation to Magnolia. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed in with smiles and happy employees and, excitedly filled out our forms. I myself got the Hydrafacial and jelly mask and my wife got the laser hair removal treatment. As we are greeted by name and called back into our rooms, Courtney the laser tech called my wife and Amanda the medical aesthetician called me. We were both not only professionally taken care of, we were educated and learned what other options and services can help us and give us better results. We both had an amazing time, Amanda was professional and educational and after a short while I was already thinking of returning for my next treatment. As for my wife she couldn't wait to book her next treatment's. To end such a great spa treatment and review I just wanna thank Melody for letting us experience such and amazing venue and spa treatment and we look forward to returning very soon!!!
