Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of REAL for a while. I have done several weight management programs, hormone replacement, O-shots and IVtherapy. Dr. Jada and her team take the best care of me!! Hands down one of the best. When I fall off program, they motivate and lift me up. Fantastic experience: Great staff and a Doctor that care for everyone that enter her DOOR!

Negative experience: The beginning of my treatment was good- Dr Jada was thorough on the calls and listened to my concerns. Towards the end of the treatment it was harder to reach her and her staff. Messages I sent would go unanswered for weeks. Travis talked me out of extending the hcg shots to get only the Lipo which was a waste of money and did not help at all with weight loss.

Negative experience: Dr. Jada is an absolute joy! She has a wonderful bedside manner & truly cares about the well being of her patient and their success in the program. This has given me the tools needed to conquer my weight loss first hand. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend this program! **Update** I'm sorry I have to do this but it is my truth. I decided to come back to REAL after a 3 year hiatus. My $50 paid consult with Dr. Jada went well so I thought. I did however notice she geared me towards a program that was 4 to 5 times the cost of the first one I did. Even if I have almost $8,000 to spare for a 10 month weight loss program, I do feel its a bit steep. Thats said, we discussed a few options that she didn't have readidly availble on paper to show me....We agreed that Travis (office staff) would provide me the program options with pricing, via the patient portal to assist in making my decision. After not hearing anything for almost 2 days and sending him a message, I again reached out to Travis and asked when could I expect to receive the program options on paper? I then received a curt response from him stating; "they hadn't discussed it yet and when he had an answer he would get back to me".....Theres alot to unpack here but my main concern is the fact that I was geared towards a very pricey program and denied the option to choose a program I'd be more comfortable with. Perhaps this was an oversight but either way, highly dissapointing-
