Fantastic experience: We decide to put our son Zinedine to Vision Martial Art in TEN TEN (CARY) to learn how to defend himself and the main point to get discipline. They give us a job list to complete at home each week to get each week a start as a reward since Sunday my son is very excited to complete each one of them. Still need to improve his discipline and concentration but I know that he is going to learn to be more responsible here. The staff is really professional and knowledge. Totally recommended

Fantastic experience: The experience at Vision Martial arts is second to none! The staff is great at creating a positive and constructive environment. Most of our family members are part of the Leadership Program with amazing opportunities for personal growth, physical fitness, and mental stretching. There are often workshops with guest teachers from around the country that help solidify the basics and introduce more advanced techniques. Now onto the staff. All of the instructors create a positive environment for learning, use positive reinforcement, and on the occasion it is needed, discipline techniques that are relevant to the situation, focused on creating positive behavior, and always lifts the child up to the expectation. It is easy to see the staff loves what they do.

Fantastic experience: Going to Vision Martial Arts has truly been an awesome experience! The staff is amazing and supportive, always guiding and helping you improve. Along with learning taekwondo, I’ve had a life-changing experience by learning respect, discipline, and gaining confidence. I love going here and would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Our son has been doing martial arts for a year now and we see progress in his skills. He really enjoys training and is looking forward to tournaments to show what he has learned. The trainers are very attentive and will always help/prompt if there are difficulties. I recommend them!

Instructors are, fun , engaging and professional. They meet the kids at their level while pushing them to be the best they can be. I highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: Vision Martial Arts has been a fundamental and critical part of both of my kids’ lives from elementary school through high school and beyond. What I love about it is that our daughter does not only learns Taekwondo, self defense and others but also the disciplines, being kind and caring for others which the instructors pay much attention to as well. Fantastic experience: Vision has been a great experience for my children. The instructors really focus on great values, discipline and the kids have a ton of fun. My kids have found a lot of self confidence from taking martial arts and has helped with discipline and responsibility. The quick progression of the belts for younger kids keeps them enthused. It is also a much more structured extracurricular compared to some of the other options for younger kids.

And encourages growth with TKD. I've been doing tkd for 30+ years and vision ATA TKD has been a very accommodating facility.

Fantastic experience: Vision Martial Arts in Cary is a phenomenal school. Not only is it an environment where kids and adults learn Taekwondo, but they also learn skills that they can apply to any aspect of life. The instructors are personable, patient and extremely professional. They provide students any and every opportunity to succeed. This an environment our family has been extremely pleased with and look forward to what the future will bring.

Negative experience: 30 to 40 students in a class; students dressing outside ; no break between classes to even allow transitions; no real personalized attention; can't even see your child in class. So overcrowded they should be ashamed

Fantastic experience: We have great experience with Vision Martial Arts especially with my son who improved a lot when it comes to being disciplined and more conscious with his behavior towards other children. He always apply the motto of ATA Tigers which appreciate in him. Thankful for them for teaching our children wholistically.

Fantastic experience: I have two daughters that currently attend this school. Over the past year while they’ve been enrolled, I’ve seen huge improvements in their self-esteem and confidence. We initially signed them up as a way for them to gain some safety and self-defense training. However, the benefits we see from their lessons are beneficial in many other ways than just basic safety training including confidence, discipline and teamwork. Highly recommend this studio!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has attended Taekwondo classes at Vision Martial Arts for a year now. She absolutely loves the classes and has learned so much. Master Beddow, Mrs. Beddow and their team are incredible. They care about your child both in the class and out of it. Each cycle of classes centers around a key character area. As an example, this cycle's topic is Respect. Master Beddow and the team talk with the class about what it means to demonstrate respect. As a parent I can talk about respect till I'm blue in the face, but having another adult, or black belt instructor, teach them about respect can truly make a difference. Listening while the class is occurring provides me with the ability to reinforce what the instructors have shared so we're all teaching and saying the same things. I wholeheartedly recommend Vision Martial Arts of Cary!

Fantastic experience: I took Taekwondo with Vision Martial Arts from 2013-2023 with my son. There are many reasons we started with Vision, but mainly it was for my son to gain confidence and they have certainly succeeded in growing his confidence in himself! The reason I started was just for general fitness and to spend time with my son and to that, they have also succeeded! My son achieved his 3rd Degree Black Belt achieved my 4th Degree Black Belt and became a Level 2 certified instructor. Vision is a fantastic environment to have fun and learn martial arts, but also to learn life skills such as Belief, Communication, Respect, Honesty, Self-esteem, and Discipline. These lessons are incorporated into the curriculum and training in such a way that they relate to everyday life to make it fun to learn them with the martial arts and make them great habits to live by. Training is not just for kids. Adults and Kids can be in the same classes and the lessons are tailored to both groups. The staff at Vision also does a great job of keeping the group engaged throughout the entire class. Parents are also encouraged during certain parts of the class to help as the instructor requests, so you are not just sitting there watching, you are also part of the class which is very fun, especially with the younger children. The Vision team of instructors are very professional and respectful in all communications and are also able to accommodate students of all ages and abilities. It is never too late to start your training!

Fantastic experience: My children have attending VMA for 3 years. I am impressed with the Beddow's ability to teach at all levels - kids to adults - and make leaders out of their students. They are firm and kind, help rejoice in accomplishments, and are always available for feedback and guidance. UPDATE: We have now been with Vision for over 7 years and our review still holds up!

To our pleasant surprise everything in Cary Ten-Ten location turned out great and my son enjoyed going to the school. Master Beddow and Mr. Favazza were not only great teachers at martial arts but they provide great inspiration & motivation and create a positive environment. Fantastic experience: We have been attending Vision Martial Arts Ten Ten for 5.5 years now, they provide an amazing atmosphere for learning and development. Currently all 3 of my kids attend, my oldest just recieved her 1st degree black belt, middle is in the advanced class and youngest is in tigers. It has been something special to see them all grow into the respectful children they are with the guidance from great instructors. We highly recommend and will be continuing for years to come.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going here on and off for the last 2 years and recently committed to their leadership program so I signed up with him. I'm a big fan of good coaches and love to see the instructors here use good martial arts instruction to teach life skills like respect, honesty, etc. We both love the classes and go as often as we can. As an example of how they hold to belief and perseverance, I was in a class with my son as the only adult. We were working self defense. The instructor grabbed my uniform and refused to take a light grip because he believed I could break his hold even though it took several attempts to do it. They believe you can do it and encourage you to get there no matter your skill or age.

Fantastic experience: My child first started Vision Martial Arts 2 years ago and has continuing to have a strong interest. During the past 2 years, she gained a higher level of confidence and leadership. Senior Master Beddow and Mrs. Beddow show dedication to the program, children and families. This program teaches overall personal development and we are overly thankful to have our child in this program.

The leadership, the compassion, the knowledge, the community, all reasons we've never left. They make you want to learn and be a better version of yourself. You'd be hard pressed to find a better taekwondo school.

Not only does Vision provide great martial arts training, they also offer family-friendly events like Trunk or Treating, Summer and Winter break camps, Parents Night Out and more. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: There may be a lot of positive reviews but it didn't work out for me . I have had ten times better Martial arts classes for my toddlers. I just wasn't feeling it . The energy wasn't there. The lack of welcome from the actual teachers wasn't energetic. They barely had a response when I entered. The teaching was okay and that's about it . I will give credit to the actual teacher that signed us up . I personally do not recommend or like this center . If you miss your day for any reason , you can't make it up. Pay and go to every class or pay and miss your classes (no refund or make up class).

Fantastic experience: Signing our children up with Vision Martial Arts in Cary has been one of the best decisions!! The staff is exceptional and vested in helping every student! All of my children started in their Tigers program (ages 3-5) and I absolutely loved the fact that the kids started learning taekwondo and self-defense moves right away; along with being taught about positive mental attitudes and positive self-image. The training my kids have received over the years has improved their athleticism in regard to taekwondo and in other sports. The concepts of personal responsibility, self-esteem, trying your best, perseverance, discipline, and honesty are part of every student’s training; and the students are encouraged and recognized when they use them at home, school, etc. Learning the different forms helped my kids develop an appreciation for the learning process (aka you don’t always do it correct the first time; it takes time and effort to learn something). Master Beddow and his staff are truly skilled at working with all different types of children; helping them work through tough moments and celebrate each student’s victories. Additionally, as a mom, I was impressed that the instructors knew my kids’ names from day one (even made sure they could tell my twins apart). We had the twin’s birthday at the academy and Master Beddow knew the name of every child within the first 5 minutes of the party! It is clear that Master Beddow and his staff at VMA Cary (Ten Ten) view this as more than a job; it is their passion.

Fantastic experience: Vision Martial Arts is a wonderful place for anyone to learn TaeKwonDo. The staff and teachers are wonderful people who have helped to teach my child skills in TaeKwonDo and lessons in leadership that will help her throughout her life. I would recommend Vision Martial Arts Cary to all that want to learn. They are truly wonderful.

Our daughter has been with vision martial arts for 3 years now and this program has instilled confidence and integrity. Her leadership skills have vastly improved and she is thriving in social settings. Having moved here from Florida in June, we found Vision Martial Arts and signed my 10-year-old up to start. Since then, we have not only enjoyed every class of every week, but my son has absolutely thrived in class and at home from the teachings offered there! The staff is absolutely phenomenal in every way and treat you like part of their caring family right from the start! If you're looking for an amazing facility, teaching methods and approaches that are above and beyond expectations, and a staff that guides you right through every process from signup to fun events and competitions, Vision Martial Arts is for you and your family, too! :)
