The staff was incredibly supportive, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Negative experience: I would give a zero star if I could. I had a terrible first visit experience. Had a 3 pm appointment, showed up at 2:40, the office was empty. Turns out, I wasn’t even in the scheduling system. The guy who helped me out was very rude and unprofessional and he was the only person in the office. I even showed him the text messages and email with the appointment confirmation. He told me to sit down and fill out some paper and I asked him will I been seen today? Is the doctor even here? No response from him about those questions, so I walked out. So I called the number that they called me the day before to confirm the appointment and told the guy who picked up the phone what happened and he said that I had an appt at 3 pm and apologize. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I am very surprise that they even have a 4.8 stars.

Negative experience: Sono Bello Woodbridge was a waste of time. Woman who saw me yesterday had no clue that skin tightening is listed and advertised by Sono Bello providers. She gave me referral to a plastic surgeon for something that is performed at her own office. In addition to her sheer ignorance she was rude and very loud. All together, my experience was a waste of time.

Even tho I did not get anything done from this office, I loved Courtney's honesty right from the start. She listened to all my needs and guided me accordingly. I could tell that she really cared and that I just wasn't another number for her. I just wish they offered the service I was looking for, but if they decide to do it in the future, I would get it from them in a heartbeat. Thank you Courtney for everything.

She tells you one thing, but when you get to the surgery center in Tyson, its all whole different story. When we tried reaching her, all of a sudden she wasn't available. Please be careful if you go to the Woodbridge location for anything. the whole procedure is not all worth it. I regret choosing these people. Credit source(Alphaeon) they recommended is a joke. They have the worse customer service. Scam!! Think twice going to Woodbridge Sonobelo

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I'm excited about my journey! I went to Lexington Plastic Surgery in Oxon Hill Maryland and didn't receive any information that made me feel comfortable about their services. I decided to research other options and came across Sonobello. I watched before and after videos, I read reviews of different locations and Woodbridge Va stood out with 5 stars. I looked deeper and found 3 doctors that were mentioned a few times by multiple people so I jotted them down. I knew I was going to meet Kayla and Courtney because they were highly mentioned as well. I was supposed to be there 15 minutes before my appointment time and didn't get there until my scheduled appointment. I quickly apologized and Kayla said no worries you're right on time. Off the break, I was feeling comfortable. I loved her energy and did as she asked me to do. Next after completing my paperwork, she guided me to Courtney's office. Baby when I tell you Courtney is the best and knows what she's talking about. All of my questions were answered, weight taken, and looked over my problem areas I wanted to cry because I didn't get any of this at Lexington. Courtney told me what services I can receive, the doctor that was best for me ( I had him on my list) I was definitely happy about that, and the price I will be paying. Courtney did everything she could to give me discounts towards my fees and made sure I was able to afford it. We set a date and now I'm on count down until my Pre Op appointment. Courtney and Kayla are two beautiful women inside and out. When they put them two together it was the best decision ever. I felt at ease, positive, and excited that I found what I was looking for at Sonobello. Thank you ladies I appreciate you both.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for a consult in Woodbrigde, VA. We received a confirmation email for the Woodbridge, VA location. The website showed it was closed. We called to confirm and were told we didnt even have an appointment. The excuse was that the call center in Seattle, WA makes the appointments and must not have told them. We have a confirmation email with the SONOBELLO logo and should have fit us in. Instead our $8k will go elsewhere. If they can't even stand by an appt they set, sure am not going to trust them to a medical procedure!

Fantastic experience: I just recently had my upper, lower, and waist done by Sono Bello. I had my consultation with Courtney in Woodbridge and it was like talking to a friend you have known for years. She understood my frustrations and kept the focus on me and that we were in this together. Kayla the receptionist gave me advice on clothing and things to wear doing my recovery and her personality kept a smile on my face the whole visit. Dr. Dawson's communication is clear and straight forward. His markings of the areas were clear on my body the day of pre op. He even played my favorite music while was in the procedure room. The pain during process was not bad at all. The numbing process is just like getting a sharp pinch. After the magic start and the pain was not bad all. I even took a nap. My nurse Dez has a gift for nursing. She kept me calm and relaxed during the whole process. She was smiling through her mask & her vibe and energy was amazing. Dr. Dawson and Des were so in sync. This place runs so smoothly. I definitely recommend this extraordinary team to anyone. Thank you all!! Note: I’m 3 day post op and is moving around and no pain just sore!!
