Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for almost one year and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is very professional, kind and caring. Fantastic experience: We have been at Complete Wellness for a few of years. We have been happy with how they feel like family! This truly was the case after Dr. Josh and Stephanie supported my wellness after a miscarriage. Dr. Josh’s expertise and care helped my recovery and even more so spared discomfort in my second pregnancy!!! Those adjustments were key to my functioning. Towards the end of my pregnancy-dry needling would expedite labor! The team and I would laugh every day I came in and was still pregnant!! Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Josh and Dr. Mike in my second trimester and have continued seeing them a year postpartum to help with the aches and pains that come with all things having, and then caring for, a baby. I now take my baby there as well, it's helped him crawl and walk ahead of milestones. Going to Complete Wellness is really helping me feel so much better physically, which of course then helps mentally as well, which is huge, especially as a first time postpartum mom. Fantastic experience: We started treatment at Complete Wellness for our youngest son who was diagnosed with scoliosis. His diagnosis has been reversed after treatment at Complete Wellness. 2 years later I, personally, was diagnosed with herniated discs in my neck that would require surgery. The doctors at Complete Wellness and the treatment at Complete Wellness have mitigated me having to have surgery and fusing of vertebra. Positive experience: I started going to Complete Wellness in 2022 when I was about 5 months pregnant and experiencing hip discomfort when I walked or stood for a long time. Dr. Mike and Dr. Josh were able to help alleviate the pain and even helped me stand up taller! I consistently got comments from co-workers and clients that I looked taller close after my adjustment days. Fast forward, I continued going through my second pregnancy and did not have any hip pain and what little discomfort I did have Dr. Mike or Dr. Josh were able to address. Lastly, I love the dry needling and have had it done to address shoulder pain. I also had dry needling done to help elicit spontaneous labor and guess what?! 12 hours later my water broke! The spine and neck curvature issues I had when I first started going have completely been corrected and definitely have no more lower back pain. I also notice a positive difference in other areas of my health by staying on top of my maintenance appointments. I like that they take a more holistic approach to health which truly is better for anyone. On top of all this, everyone in the office is very friendly and have a wonderful relationship with them all. Fantastic experience: I went to Complete Wellness Center over 5 years ago I had stenosis so bad I could hardly stand up without severe pain. I also had frozen shoulders in both arms. Dr Mike was fantastic. I no longer have any problem with the stenosis and no frozen shoulders. During that time, I developed pain in my right knee. It was so bad I couldn’t go up or down stairs, it woke me up at night when I tried to turn over and I couldn’t even step over a curb without pain. At that time Dr Mike brought Knee-On-Trac into his office. I tried it and what a difference. I now can walk without pain. Dr Mike and his staff are the best. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Truly a great practice focusing on making sure your whole body is working with itself in the way it should. Wonderful care!! I have seen another chiropractor before but changed to this one for several reasons but mostly because they were very close to where I live. Even if I lived farther away I would make the drive over. I can't express how wonderful they have been from my first interaction on the phone with them. Everyone is so welcoming and both Dr. Mike and Dr. Josh really take the time to do a detailed look at your individual case before working on you. They answer and and all questions and really check in with you and how you're doing at each appointment. I never feel rushed. Also I really appreciate the integration of at home exercises and other types of treatment like dry needling and supplements. They really make sure they look at the whole body. Some issues I've been strugfling with my whole life have improved drastically in just a few visits, and its definitely a more permanent fix. Whats also great is I know my kids will be welcome if I need to bring them and not treated as an annoyance or inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in the past. But when I hurt my back in November, steroids and muscle relaxers did not help. The pain was debilitating; never had I hurt that badly. Dr. Mike reassessed me. My spine at L4 was crooked ! He gave me 13 weeks of 3x/week adjustment and decompression with supplements. Week 6 and all is well. The pain waxed and waned for the first 3 weeks, but now I can’t remember the last time I hurt. I’m glad to avoid surgery in the future w exercises and treatments instead!

Fantastic experience: I came to Complete Wellness at the suggestion of one of their clients. I had been dealing with a lower back issue for well over 10 years. Within a short month of twice weekly visits, my lower back was 100% cleared up. That said...... the staff is amazing: professional, very kind, courteous, receptive to last minute appointment changes, and regularly giving additional suggestions on stretching exercises to be done at home. To let you know just how pleasant their customer service policies are, they have one employee who is their in-house "barrister" providing wonderful coffee, cortadotos, lattes, espressos, etc. And yet, he is critical in his other responsibilities, like all the other staff members at this chiropractic facility. Thus I have to add, simply, that Complete Wellness is clearly VERY well named.

Fantastic experience: After thinking a shoulder injury was going to end my archery, Dr Mike and the staff at Apex quickly got me in, evaluated, and got my immediate pain under control. Then started a treatment plan that has gotten me back to archery slowly but surely and avoiding surgery and pain meds.

The entire staff is kind and knowledgeable. I came to Complete Wellness in 2020 after the steroid injections I was receiving for my degenerative disc disease were no longer working to manage my pain. I was told surgery was the next course of action. After just a few decompression treatments and adjustments at Complete Wellness I was feeling better than I had in years. With occasional decompression treatments and adjustments I am having less flair ups than I ever have and am still surgery free.

Fantastic experience: Great family friendly team that truly cares about your overall health and well being, not just making sure your spine is aligned. When you first get evaluated, they take the time to look over the extensive questionnaire, take X-rays to fully understand, and talk with you to explain what personalized plan they can implement. Any health goals that you have, they can help to guide you there, as well. They take the time to reevaluate to see where you are after certain periods of time and see what they might need to adjust in your program to be most efficient to help you. There’s been several times they’ve taken the time to see how I’m doing, listen to what my concerns are, and easily addressed minor (and major) issues I’ve had along the way. Dry needing, Graston, massages, and supplements are great here, too - I've used them all! I have come here for about three years now and they helped me tremendously in my healthy lifestyle journey. When I first came to see them, I had sprained my ankle and they adjusted it only a few days later and it made it feel 1,000 times better to comfortably walk on a trip overseas I was going on a couple days later. I also have less headaches, sleep better, and have better gut function than before. I also like the fun and informational (and entertaining) videos I get to watch while you are doing your "warm-up" exercises. Fantastic experience: I recommend this place if you are seriously needing back improvement. First of all, they take x-rays so they can understand your issue better. You can also measure your improvement over time. The staff is very friendly and knows your name when you walk in. When they have events, you are welcome to attend like family.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never been to a chiropractor before, but I was very pleased with the thorough patient onboarding process and how Dr. Mike took time to explain to me what my issues were and how they would work to correct them. Fantastic experience: The team at Complete Wellness has been extremely supportive and helpful towards me throughout my wellness journey. I first started adjustments at the Brier Creek location with Dr. Josh over a year ago for scoliosis. They also educated me on different exercises I could do at home. They gave me reassurance that scoliosis wasn’t just something I had to live with, but with dedication it could improve. Later I got nowhere after seeing general healthcare doctors trying to figure out what was causing my of fatigue, weight loss, etc and having my thyroid tested I decided to reach out to Dr. Josh for help. With his functional wellness expertise he was able to educate me on a condition I have called SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). He suggested a number of supplements I should take to feel better and to follow the FODMAP diet. I finally feel more like myself than I have in years. I’m very grateful for everything this team has done to help me get to this point.

Fantastic experience: Went in originally due to wrenching my back. Ended up correcting my neck curvature and the migraines I had been suffering for 15+ years went away. I had been on migraine preventative meds daily and emergency pills as needed. I have been migraine free for 3 years now and no longer take medication. The staff and doctors are very caring and have created a personal atmosphere there. There is no clinical feel as in other offices.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike and Dr. Josh are amazing and they have a friendliest staff! I got relief from my back pain at my first spine adjustment! I was a bit nervous at first but they were great at helping me relax. I’m so glad I did! Fantastic experience: The office is set up so you can walk right in, loosen your muscles, and move on to the adjustment area without waiting to be called back. They take x-rays at regular intervals to track your progress and develop care plans. When I first came here, I was in so much pain I couldn't garden, drive, or stand for very long without pain or muscle spasms. A year later and I can do all of these things and more. Chiropractic care has done more for me than years of massage and yoga combined, because it addressed the underlying cause of my pain rather than just the symptoms. I chose Complete Wellness because of the friendly staff, quality care, and quick visits. They make getting healthier an enjoyable experience.
