Fantastic experience: I arrived a few minutes early and was checked right in, only having to wait maybe a minute or two until I was taken back, had my vitals checked and put right into an exam room. The doc came in, checked a few things, actually asked me some questions about how I was taking my meds and if they seemed like they were working. Since I had run out of both prescriptions a few weeks prior, he asked if I would like to get a 90 day supply instead of 30 and I said that it might be helpful with all the running I do. He then looked at the sonogram that was taken a couple days prior to me leaving and asked if I minded getting an MRI, to be able to clarity some of what he saw in the blood tests and sonogram, to which I mentioned that I didn’t know if that would affect the nerve stimulator that I had implanted in my back and hip. So then he said that maybe it would be better to just go see a GI doctor instead of the MRI and that they would set it up and let me know when and where. I was checked out and on my way. I believe that I was in and out in probably 45 minutes or so.

Everyone that works at this establishment are very thorough, kind, and caring. I can honestly say... I have been a patient their for years and I have never had a complaint. If you are looking for a doctor that truly cares about you, this is the place to go. Appointments are super easy to get, you won't have to wait long, and they offer therapy sessions free of charge! Have small children? They will have a blast with all of the toys in the kids section. I am blessed to have found this place! Great people!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Troyer a little over a year ago. He has always been very understanding and willing to take time to explain things. I had the privilege to start seeing Dr Pratt a few months after starting at this clinic. She has honestly and the best doctor I’ve ever had in my entire life she is very understanding compassionate takes time to listen to me not only acting as my general doctor but listens and acknowledges me as if she’s my therapist. I do drive a little over an hour to be seen at Troyer Medical Services but it’s well worth it to me. You don’t find many Dr offices with this type of bed side manner these days. Truly great full for everything!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Eric Troyer for Over 6 years, when I first started going there, it was for the Suboxone treatment program, and it’s still why I go, but out of all the doctors, programs, places I’ve been, Troyer Medical is the best, why do I say and believe it’s the best you May wonder? Well Dr Troyer is truly a doctor that cares about his patients and the well-being, he doesn’t ask much of people, just to be respectful, honest and upfront, not only to him and his staff, but yourself as well, he requires your group meetings, and you can do it on zoom if needed, but he doesn’t just care about my recovery from addiction, but he cares about my health overall, if your sick with the flu, a virus, etc he will take care of that as well, he’s also a very generous and caring man, his office staff and himself once helped me out with Christmas for my self and family with nice coats, toys, gift cards, etc, he also volunteers to help overseas when needed and he can help, you couldn’t ask for a better person, doctor, he is absolutely one of the greatest doctors in NC and beyond James M. “10+ years of clean time, and it’s thanks to doctors such as Troyer“ Update = 2 or 3 years later lol Still there, still going strong, 12+ years clean, Life is good, Doctor Troyer is still the best around. All he asks is follow the program and be honest with him and yourself.

Troyer medical Plaza in Landis ,NC IS ALSO A FAMILY general medicine practice, as well as a source for pain management, weight loss, and also has the ability to treat hormonal deficiencies/ disorders/imbalances in middle aged/advanced age men and women; in which many facilities do not offer these treatment, testing, and abilities to prescribe and maintain hormonal replacement therapies due to lack of qualified/certified Medical Doctors with advanced training methods and maintenance programs. Dr. Eric Troyer saved my life when I thought that death would be the only end to the suffering I had endured since being gravely wounded in the most recent Iraqi Freedom Campaign as well as Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan two decades ago..... Dr. Patricia Pratt ,after a whole succesful year of treatment, saved me from what could have easily been a deadly relapse had i not reached out when I was too ashamed to admit that I needed saving all over once again due to dire circumstances of painful loss of both family and friends to the very epidemic that once again had nearly consumed me due to attending multiple out of state/town funerals and having made the very poor decision to try and take myself off of my pharmaceutical regimen on my own when I had run out and in my grief and mourning , i thought I no longer needed the program. Things happen in recovery...some avoidable, some seemingly not.....but never be ashamed to reach back out for fear of ridicule or being chastised for a hiccup or speed bump in your treatment. I owe my very life to these Physicians, Nurses, Counselors, Lab Technicians and Receptionists at Troyer Medical.

I've heard others talk about doctor troyer in a negative way but believe me if they have anything bad to say they are not following what he expects from each and every one. He does not ask one to do anything different than anyone else. So if you need a doctor try him out I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Everyone on his staff are very professional and do a tremendous job. He has helped me and my family very mch. If you do not follow what's he and his staff expects from you he will give you a couple of chances but after that he will ask you to find another doctor. I can't say enough about his practice because they are very,very professional give him a try of your ready for a better experience when you visit your doctor,and believe me you won't be disappointed !!!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this Doctors office. Dr. Troyer takes his time with each patient and has a wonderful bedside manner. The second you walk in you are greeted by a warm welcome. From the receptionist, to the nurses, PA and lab professional you will encounter truly friendly, wonderful people. They go out of their way to chat and make you feel very comfortable. Going to the Doctors is not always fun when you are sick allot but the care and compassion here is lovely. They a quick with getting referrals and anything sorted as needed. I know there are allot more services they provide within the practice, personally I have not used them but they are a very proactive, community focused practice which is wonderful in these days.

She is a very genuine, caring and understanding nurse practitioner, with an excellent bed-side manner. The front desk lady is also very friendly and always juggles a ton of stuff without missing a beat. The girls in the lab and friendly and nice. And the nurse that brings me back and does my vitals is super kind and a natural with people. I’m happy to be a patient here.

If u think u going to get control medicine. U can. But he drug test u. Every week. He only gives u a enough for a week. Then u come back. Give him a urine test. For about about a wk. If u test ok. Then u go every two wk. Don't know yet. When he let u go longer. I don't mind it. U might have something new to tell him. Over all Dr.is great. He's staff is excellent. So if u need a good dr I go see him
