Fantastic experience: When living an extended fasting lifestyle, this man is very informative. His knowledge on Insulin Resistance is remarkable. He is my go to on refeeding, and nutrition and I've lost half my body weight. And do not plan to return to the low fat high carb diet - ever again.

Negative experience: My husband and I started the treatment after a detailed blood work with so much hope. After six months we had another blood work and many of the items got worsened . I asked for an explanation on why this happened and they didn't have any. They only wanted us to continue, we spent $6500 on the package and supplements already and hoped their treatment would help, but it made us feel worse. On their package you only see Dr Ekberg 3 times. After the results he didn't take a time to talk to us and explain as I am sure there was not one. We didn't continue and unfortunately I need to say I don't recommend this place. It is waste of money and time.

Fantastic experience: In one day my whole life changed. I woke up from a nap and thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. I was losing strength on the left side of my body and couldn’t even hold anything in my left hand. After three days in the hospital I was sent home with absolutely no answers and no better off. I went from an extremely active life, teaching dance class, doing volunteer construction work, working out daily, to a fear of being debilitated and in a wheel chair. This health crisis was shocking for me and for my entire family because I have always eaten very healthy and exercised regularly. I spent the next four years battling extreme fatigue, neuropathy, shortness of breath, heart palpitations , blood pressure issues, weakness on my left side along with a host of other symptoms. After seeing 8 different doctors and even going to prestigious hosptial in my area I had no real answers at all except my cholesterol was a little high and all they wanted to do was give me prescription medication. My chiropractor (who helped me regain a measure of health through supplementation) recommended some specific YouTube videos from Dr Ekberg After watching the videos I thought to myself “I want him as my doctor!!!” I live in another state but thankfully I was able to get an appointment with Dr Ekberg. That appointment was the beginning of the full restoration of my health. I saw results immediately. I was able to get off supplements I didn’t need to be on and get on supplements that resolved my issues. After that first appointment the weakness on the left side of my body was gone. I felt sound for the first time in four years. Each symptom, one by one, has been resolved. I just left my appointment today and every symptom I had when I came in that first day was gone. It has taken some time but I have my quality of life back. I can make plans, I can go on vacation, I can hike a trail and play with my grandkids. I am back to a active life thanks to Dr Ekberg and his amazing staff.

If you are interested in getting your health back, he's the one to watch. I follow about 10 very good health related YouTube channels to learn about how the food we eat affects our health. Dr. Ekberg is by far the number 1 guy I go to. It's amazing on how well he can explain things as complicated as the human body. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to Thank Dr Ekberg, I found him on You Tube and started his diet suggestions June 15, 2022 (5’8” 247 lbs) I now read every food label and quit all sugars, processed oils and foods (fake food). Your videos inspire me to continue take full responsibility for my health, and doing so has serve me well for years. I am certain the medical model of health has directly or indirectly injured or killed many of my relatives and friends, and i am figuratively nauseated by the pharma jab industry / medical industry as a whole. I would like to reference the videos "Forbidden Cures" and " Out of the Shaddows' as well as Event 201 has set my path away from the medical industry. The people calling out fake science the loudest are actually the purpetrators of such.

Negative experience: From my experiences with chiropractors for decades, only ones who charge an exorbitant amount of $220 for the initial visit means they don't keep most of their patients and attempt to get as much money as possible before they leave. Only justification for that is if they're taking MRI"s or XRays. They don't do either. Carnival chiropractors that do YouTube videos that think they can charge ridiculous amounts for doing nothing are worse than all the other doctors that do nothing but prescribe drugs. As far as finding root causes, doesn't take a genius to know about herniated discs unless they can all the sudden cure them. Do you have elixirs that cure all?

Fantastic experience: Hi Dr. Sten Ekberg, firstly I’d like to thank you for your Youtube videos. The clear information and suggestions provided have greatly impacted my diet and eating lifestyle. However I have a burning question regarding my health that I hope you can help clarify. Here are my health stats for your information: Fasting BG 100mg/dl, fasting insulin 3.25microU/ml, HbA1c 5.8%. And I’ve checked my postmeal BG. The results from it vary from 118 to even 144. I do not partake in a keto/lchf diet, I simply reduce consumption in carbs and sugar. With the above conditions, is it possible that I am a pre-diabetic?

Fantastic experience: I was a fan of Dr Ekberg's YouTube channel for quite a while before learning that he had a practice in the Atlanta area, not far from where I lived. I was so excited. Fantastic experience: No more snoring and my blood pressure is great! I started working with Dr. Ekberg and his team in October on the Nutrition Response Program. Within a couple weeks my blood elevated blood pressure returned to normal. And around four to fives weeks into the plan my wife said my snoring was gone. Negative experience: Initial visit was long-winded, but okay considering the adjustment. Not worth the unexpected $180.00 initial fee, but I was told all future visits would be $50.00 due to the investment. Traveling for work I'm quite busy, and called today about getting an adjustment tomorrow. Glad I asked about charges, because they would charge another $180.00 due to my time between visits. In other words, they did not honor their word and are vastly over-charging for a simple, needed adjustment.

Gaining knowledge of how the pieces fit together gives us strength and empowerment to conquer what we think is impossible. If you have any anxieties about doctors, both Dr. Ekberg and Dr. Smith will put your mind at ease. They are gentle, conversational, and eager to serve and help. They even teach about EMF impact, and after I took action on that, within two weeks my family had beautiful health changes. Something SO simple made a huge difference! I was battling repetitious ovarian cysts that resulted in me being restricted to bed for weeks at a time (7 years of torment), requiring me to schedule around it all, and I had my first experience of NO cysts or pain. I was shocked! Never did I think the two were related. All I dud was put an EMF shield on my phone!!!! Ironically, the home I used to live in was located in a neighborhood with large electrical lines running through a valley. That is where my issue started. I never mentioned this health issue to either doctor. I had seen a specialist for it and healing myself seemed daunting. What a blessing to change one simple thing and have such powerful results. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my hands, 9 years ago. It also developed in my feet about 4 years ago. The only cause determined was my autoimmune disease, Hashimotos. Six years ago, I was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It has been blamed for my peripheral neuropathy, pain, and fatigue. I have seen quite a few doctors and have tried several medications, but have received very little relief. Thankfully, since I started with “Wellness for Life”, I have been relieved of my fatigue and much of my pain and neuropathy ...probably 80-90%!!! I could not be happier with my results!!!

As a past bodybuilder, I really enjoy a therapists ability to really get in there with the muscles and relieve the tensions. I work my muscles hard and I need a hard working therapist. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing chronic pain in my body and within a few weeks, I had relief after attending appointments at Wellness for Life. I am learning so much about health from my appointments and classes.

Fantastic experience: I have benefited in many ways from the nutritional support program offered by Dr. Ekberg's practice. The most significant one for me is the resolution of an acute eczema outbreak on my lower extremities and the ongoing control of the disease. For those who have experienced eczema you know the persistent agony of the pain, itching, irritation, ugly lesions, sensitivity to soaps- water- clothing - clothing detergent. I tried many creams, topical prescriptions and pain meds with minimal relief. The adoption of the adjustment of my nutritional intake (decreased intake of carbohydrates - sugar - wheat) along with the support of nutritional supplements brought the eczema under control. The lesions resolved, the discomfort resolved. Truly amazing and I am most thankful.

Fantastic experience: I am currently a patient of Dr Ekberg and Dr Smith at Wellness for Life in Cumming, GA for 4-5 months now. I am being treated with monthly spinal and hip adjustments as well as nutritional supplements to bring cleansing and healing to my 61 year old body. I know that the body will heal itself if given the proper nutrition and adjustment, and this is the place to come for just that! Fantastic experience: I have been aware that I needed to make changes in order to improve my health. However, I have been hesitant to start anything new with all the dietary options out there. I am familiar with the programs offered by Dr. Ekberg so I decided to visit his office. Dr. Smith and Dr. Ekberg were able to identify areas of my health and diet that I need to focus on and begain a treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I started going to Wellness For Life for chiropractic care for my neck pain. I learned that they have a nutrition program that could help with my immunity challenge. I have a toddler that goes to daycare and he has been sick every other week and I have been getting sick with him every other week, my cold would drag on to infections where I need antibiotics. After starting the nutrition program I saw dramatic difference within 2 months. I stopped getting sick. Since then I have gotten pregnant and the nutrition program definitely helped me with my pregnancy as well. My first pregnancy I had many issues… I had a low lying placenta which puts me in a high risk category for my pregnancy, I was also having leg cramps that would keep me up at night, and I had severe back pain which I cannot walk without a pregnancy belt. Fantastic experience: I started coming to Dr.Ekberg when I was acutely ill with a horrible, never-ending cough. After weeks of coughing and trying various medicines, nothing helped! On day one of Dr.Ekberg's treatment my cough subsided significantly and by day two it was 90% resolved. I've been coming to him regularly since then. I also brought my child to him who suffered from anxiety and years of nail biting. After a few short weeks I'm happy to say my child's nail biting stopped entirely. Dr Ekberg is passionate, has a thirst for knowledge, and advocates for his patients. He has been a great asset to our short and long-term health!

Fantastic experience: Much more than what I was expecting from Chiropractic Care. Went to them to relieve the pain of a pinched nerve, which they did; now i'm learning how the body heals itself when it’s out of balance. Dr. Ekberg and Dr. Smith are very knowledgeable at listening to what ails the body. It seems hokey at first but the proof is in the pudding. And can’t forget about the support staff, they are like family.

Fantastic experience: Best Chiropractor! Dr. Ekberg explains health in a way that makes sense and is very effective. If you are tired of doctors not listening or just giving out meds like candy then you have to see Dr. Ekberg. Dr. Ekberg has a holistic approach in everything he does. Dr. Ekberg is like a holistic doctor, naturopathic doctor, functional medicine doctor, chinese doctor, sports medicine doctor, and chiropractor doctor all rolled into one with more knowledge than a medical doctor. I have learned so much at Dr Ekberg's chiropractor's office ! I don't understand why medical doctors don't explain health so simply. Dr Ekberg really understands health and explains it in a way that anyone can comprehend. Getting healthy is no longer a mystery. It is nice to know that someone actually cares and knows what they are talking about.

Fantastic experience: It started for me with my wife dragging me to this chiropractic place few miles of North to where we live. I attended a Wednesday free lecture session that Dr. Ekberg's office conducts almost every week. So, it was totally what I did not expect from a chiropractic place. Dr. Ekberg and Dr. Smith talked about health with a whole new perspective. That concept of brain holding the key to most of our ailments or body's ineffectiveness made me curious. The session helped the skeptic in me to give this a shot. And thus began my journey with neurologically based chiropractic. I started on their Nutrition Response Testing after a series of tests (completely invasion free, and you will enjoy it for you will discover some secrets that you might have no idea about how your body functions). It has been almost a month since I've started and I cautiously say I love it so far. Note: it's not your regular chiropractic with sudden twists of body and cracking sounds. If that is what you are looking for, wellness for life is not the place.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ekberg is amazing. I have several complicated issues he is working with. One being Atrial Fibrilation and the other severe scoliosis. He keeps me mobile so I can function normally every day. Not only that the Nutrional Response testing has been a God send. I have not had an episode with A-Fib now since October, 2017. I was having A-Fib so often my Cardiologist wanting me to go thru surgery. Dr Ekberg reminded me that you cannot reverse surgery and to give him 6 months to reverse the symptoms. It was well worth the time.

Fantastic experience: It's been one month since I have started the chiropractic care at Wellness for life. I am very much amused by the methods Doctors use here (holistic approach to treat the cause rather than the symptoms) and it makes perfect sense.I am surprised that not may doctor's treat their patients the same way. Fantastic experience: Dr Ekberg and staff are awesome. They not only deal with spinal issues but all areas of your body. I recently had foot surgery and my foot was weak. Dr Ekberg was able to re-awaken my muscles and strengthen my foot. I could feel the energy flowing to my foot as he worked on me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ekberg and Dr. Smith are by far the best around! They are very very thorough with their patients. They listen intently on what your problems/needs are. They aren't just "back crackers". The doctors and staff care about your well being and LONG TERM health. Not just fixing your pain temporarily. Fantastic experience: I ended up having to locate a chiropractor office that was close to my job so that I would be able to attend at my lunch hours.. which showed up as being about 2 miles away.. Come to find out that their office moved further out. Me being new to chiropractic services I was like I have to go somewhere. On my first visit I didn't know what to think but after about my third visit I loved this place. My doctor was doctor Smith she was awesome. I love the fact they don't try to kill you with all the back cracking and you end up hopping out the front door. They actually specialize in health even when it comes to changing your diet. Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Ekberg's for several years and invited me to a wellness seminar one evening. I was hooked after that and signed up for the Nutrition Response Testing Program on March 6, 2017 after receiving a discount for prepayment of the Program. I have lost 26 lbs and 24% of my body fat after following the Program and have deleted all sugar and wheat from my diet. I can't wait to see my clinical doctor at the end of July for my annual physical so I can blow her mind. Over the past few years, she has tried to put me on prescription meds to lower my stats which I refused to do and I was able to lower all my stats with a change of diet alone with the help of Dr. Ekberg and his wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: I am superbly impressed with my experience at Total Wellness for Life. I was a bit skeptical at first and feeling overwhelmed, since they do things a little different from other offices. However, in less than a month, the doctors got me not only able to walk without pain, but feeling better than I have in over a decade! I am on my way to total wellness and could not be happier. The problems I came in with were constant neck and shoulder pain as well as low back compressed nerves which would radiate down my left leg, causing a limp while walking. I also suffered from my back "going out" about once a month. I would suggest this practice to anyone!
