Negative experience: I recently visited this establishment with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I used a coupon for the back decompression treatment and ended up waiting for over an hour. While the staff was friendly, the lack of privacy was concerning as they discussed my personal information in front of others, which is unacceptable. Additionally, it was disheartening to hear staff struggle to pronounce my name correctly. A simple inquiry could have easily resolved this. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting without being seen, I decided to leave in frustration. It became clear that they were overbooked and unable to accommodate me in a timely manner. I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. I hope they can address these issues for future clients.

Negative experience: I have been there for full back spinal decompression after their ad. It is just waste of time.. Replying your comment, no you do not appreciate my review. I can do as many reviews as I like. I visited you based in 350$ valued full back spinal decompression is only 49$ ads. And it was just 2-3 minutes massage on my back, not like the fancy photos on the ad.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Durrett and her entire staff are absolutely phenomenal and have taken excellent care of me from the first time I stepped into their office almost two years ago. They’re very knowledgeable about chiropractic care on all levels and very thorough in their assessment of each individual patient. They take the time to get to know you, remember your name and always genuinely glad to see each person. My overall physical care has improved tremendously since I’ve been under Dr. Durrett’s care and I refuse to go anywhere else! I’m also a veteran whose care is covered by the VA and all I had to do was initiate the process and the staff took it from there. Love them all and sing their praises enough…go, I promise, you won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appointment for my mom due to the neck, back, and leg pain, along with the numbness, she had been experiencing for over a year. After her first visit, she no longer feels pain in these areas! Hallelujah Everyone was welcoming, thorough with their examinations, and, most importantly, the treatments were effective! Don’t hesitate—schedule your visit TODAY!!!

Negative experience: Was emailed & txt’d countless reminders everyday after making appointment only to be asked to reschedule due to ‘scheduling conflicts’ the day before my appointment. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. Too bad zero stars wasn’t an option.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely, the best treatment of any Dr visit I have experienced! From the welcoming, all the way to the leaving. They close at 5 pm and I wasn't done until after 6 pm. These wonderful ladies do a fantastic job, I felt better my 1st visit, by feeling a little bit less pain, and what was crazy was my breathing felt slightly more, "effortless." Also, you couldn't beat the special price they had, including x-rays, but when you match what difference I felt, priceless. I am looking forward to my next visit and so on. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a couple chiropractors and none of them go more in depth than Durrett Chiro. They do a full analysis and use very unique techniques that I was newly introduced to. I have a way to go with treatment but the staff are the sweetest human beings on the planet, always have a smile to light up your day, and really engage in what you need. They do a variety of therapies to assist with the adjustments. All in all this establishment is absolutely worth it!

I have only been going for a few days, but my evaluation plan has already been put in place and I received my 1st adjustment and left feeling good. Dr. Durrett is very personal and humble, straight talk you can understand, firm with her evaluation and she does her adjustment herself as well as her staff does. I enjoy the setting of the office It's beautiful and relaxing! My husband is also a client and I am glad he convinced me to go see her without regrets.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Durrett and her staff are wonderful. I started going to her mainly because of a nonstop headache and she came highly recommended by a family member. She set me up on a treatment plan and within a few months I was headache free. Plus my back and overall health improved immensely. Now I go back as needed for what I call a tuneup. By the way, I live 3 1/2 hours away from Dr. Durrett’s practice, and I still feel like she is my go-to person. I get treatments whenever I am in town. Happy Birthday Dr. D- you are one in a million!

Who can be that fantastic?? Then I got injured and I hate to admit it, but they were right. I had immediate results and even with other issues I had suffered with for years. Fantastic experience: Dr. Durrett is hands down the best chiropractor in the greater Houston area. Her entire staff is knowledgeable and welcoming making your entire experience as satisfying as possible. Dr. Durretts office is staffed with absolute professionals who ensure your physical ailments are addressed and alleviated. From first hand experience I went in unable to even lift my dinner plate with my left arm because my shoulder would hurt beyond tolerance. One adjustment and several spinal cracks later and I can easily lift at least 3 dinner plates with Mt left after and hold my 4 year old son. Thank you Dr. Durrett!!

Fantastic experience: Durrett Chirpractic saved my life. Many years ago I fractured my back and the cure all from Hospital was pain killers. Pain killers did not fix my issue it created one. I called and spoke with Tammy who set me up. (I miss her everyday) from the moment I stepped into the praxtice, I felt like family. They genuinely cared about me and worked together to help me. To this day I go to get adjusted. I should be going every month but life gets in the way. When I call and come in, they do not say anything about what I should be doing they are thankful I made it in for care. I love this practice and love all those that work there!

Fantastic experience: Sherry Durrett is the best most effective chiropractor I have ever been to. I have been adjusted by at least 50 chiropractors since my teens and Sherry is by far the best and most effective at getting me adjusted properly with all my muscles firing which is absolutely necessary as a power lifter. I never do a competition without visiting her before to make sure all my muscles are firing properly and we have minimized the impingements.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Durrett knows how to get her patients comfortable. She knows what she is doing. There’s always a relief after my alignments. She got magic in her hands. Her employees are all warm and nice.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Durrett and all her staff and have been treated by her for more than a year before we unfortunately had to move. Dr. Durrett and Dr. Jameson are different from other chiropracters. For one, after every 12 visits, Dr. Durrett makes sure to check her patients (like a point-base test) to make sure they are on the path to recovery. Most chiropracters I've met just crack their patients and never really do a follow up to make sure they are healing and not just perform a temporary recovery. It takes a while and Dr. Durrett always make sure that we are recovering from test to test. When we had our baby, Dr. Durrett was more than happy to come to the the hospital to check our little one and also check on mom. We appreciate her dedication to her patients and pride in what she does. Her staff are always so friendly as well. If we ever come back to TX, you know we are coming to you right away, Dr. Durrett!
