Fantastic experience: 10 stars! Dr. Zimmer is amazing! He's by far the best chiropractor in the area. I made the mistake of going to one that messed up my upper back. I initially went into the other chiropractor for lower back pain which I think he may have helped with the decompression table. I went back in for the followup and he put an impulse IQ device on my back and now my upper back hurts and it never hurt before that treatment. WHY do some chiropractors insist on messing with parts of our body that we are not having issues with? Dr. Zimmer does NOT do this. He asks good questions, he's not aggressive with his treatment and he doesn't try to get patients to keep coming back to him with "scare" tactics which is what so many chirporactors do. I had been to Dr. Zimmer once before, and I honestly just made an error and forgot to contact him about the lower back problem. Well, once I figured out what an "idiot" I was, he got me in as soon as he was back in the office. He's working towards resolving the upper back issue that the other Northside chiropractor did! I will NEVER go to any other chiropractor in my life. I learned a valuable lesson from all of this. Even though I didn't purposely choose someone else, I wasn't thinking clearly and now I will be more clear in my thinking and go to the best. Dr. Zimmer doesn't rush me out of his office either. He answers questions, and one can tell he's very intelligent and has common sense. So many chiropractors do NOT have common sense. I am slender and my body can't take harsh adjustments and treatments. Dr. Zimmer is excellent at his profession, he does teaching and knows how far to push the human body and knows not to harm. I now do think most chiropractors can be quacks, but Dr. Zimmer is as good as any medical dr. He adjusts what NEEDS to be adjusted and leaves alone what is not broken. As he said "if it's not broken, don't try to fix it". How true is that! SMART and WISE MAN. His staff is very kind as well and I can't thank Dr. Zimmer enough for taking the time to try to fix the problem that I never had before and now do by previously going to a different chiropractor. I do trust Dr. Zimmer. He knows his stuff and how's how to treat patients in a competent, kind and respectful way. TEN STARS for Dr. Zimmer and his staff. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Reid today on a very short notice appointment. I woke up with a serious kink in my neck and called Zimmer when I saw it was in the building next to my work. Not only did they fit me in within 10 minutes, the out of pocket cost was extremely reasonable, and the best part is my pain has been reduced by at least 80%. I’m very impressed and plan to continue to go after having such a great first experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to zimmer chiropractic semi- regularly about 26 years. I’ve always been treated with respect, I’ve been listened to and have been adjusted accordingly. Dr Zimmer and staff don’t have me sign contracts, I see them as needed, which I like; they even have two massage therapists that I’ve seen and both are excellent.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Zimmer Chiropractic for years. First, therapeutic massage with Amy; then, the spinal adjustment with Doc or one of the other practitioners. It is the highlight of our month. As a woman leaving her seventies, I so appreciate the skillful work and the warmth of the entire staff. Once you finish an appointment, book the next 2-3 to ensure you can get in.

There is a variety of nutrition products available in the office but they never try to push them on you. Also, they do not try to sign you up for unnecessary chiropractic treatments, which is very important to us! Plus, we can always count on a corny joke from Dr Zimmer!

Fantastic experience: I went in today with low back pain at 9/10 and walked out pain free after an adjustment with Dr Z and massage from Amanda. I recommend them without any reservations and I am super detailed with extremely high expectations!

Negative experience: Their Facebook page is littered with advertisements to buy their detox programs. They are also posting false claims about the covid-19 vaccine. It's evident they need better education on science and nutrition. Amazing what you can learn before signing up with a business from their Facebook page!

I have gone for chiropractic care and am sold on the first visit, but can easily tell the value and experience carries to all aspects of their business. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Zimmer Chiropractic enough for helping me with my lower back pain. After my last pregnancy my lower back was in so much pain I couldn’t stand up straight when I would get out of bed. I’m 33 so this should not be happening! Dr. Burke was able to help get my back adjusted to how it should be and I can finally get out of bed normally and workout with out pain. So very happy with my progress and the kind staff upon welcome! Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: Prior to becoming a patient with Dr Zimmer, I was not a believer in chiropractic treatment. When the lower back pain became too much to bear, my doctor referred me. Now, I'm a believer! Dr. Zimmer got me completely out of pain with adjustments and at-home physical therapy exercises, and I've been pain free for longer than a year!

Fantastic experience: I had chiropractic care years ago and hadn't been in a long time. I was experiencing numbness in my legs and something strange going on with my left foot. I was referred to Zimmer Chiropractic by a co-worker. There I met with Dr. Burke. He determined I was experiencing foot drop which could be very serious. Luckily with enough visits, Dr. Burke was able to help me regain muscle movement in my foot and have the leg numbness subside. Which is wonderful as it helped me avoid a potential surgery! I think all the staff members are super friendly and really great! I will continue getting routine adjustments with Dr Burke in the future.

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled for surgery on my lower back. I went in to see my neurologist three days before surgery and discussed with her my reluctance to do the surgery at this time. I told her that in my head I did not feel it was the right time and I was scared. I expressed my desire to try a more conservative treatment. She ask what I wanted to try and I said Chiropractic . She ask who I wanted to see and I told her Dr. Zimmer. She knew him and approved of his Chiropractic care. She said we can always do surgery. I saw Dr. Zimmer and took my MRI with me for his review. He told me up front he could not cure my arthritis but thought he could help me with better function. I followed this treatment plan and today my pain is gone and I'm symptom free. I still have arthritis but I'm pain free. Dr. Zimmer's skill, care, and judgement is remarkable. His staff is very attentive and cordial. I love Zimmer Chiropractic.
