Fantastic experience: I've been thinking about doing this for years and I got to the point where I could barely breathe while walking since I had to have both my knees replaced in the last year and a half. I'm glad I did it. Either way it is a little painful but nothing ever is not. Just plan on being out for a little bit if you plan to do more than two or three areas. The staff was wonderful to me, especially the doctor.

Negative experience: These people make everything sound great, but in reality, it’s a waste of money. Don’t do it! I know it works because I’ve seen people get great results, but most of them go to Florida. If you truly want good results, go to Florida or definitely look for another place. The reception staff provides excellent service, but the results are disappointing.

Positive experience: I am a mother/caregiver of one of your patient. She did a procedure last week and thanks to GOD it apparently went fine. Since we left the office the only call we received was yesterday 10min before the appointment time to remind us about the appointment. Thank Goodness we were already on the way. The nurse told us she will send us her contact information or email via text message till this morning around 11am nothing was sent. I called and was put on hold for more than 15minutes. I hangout to attend to others things expecting a call back. I called back again around 2pm and asked to speak to the office manager. Angie came on the.phone and was the must RUDE person or nurse as she said she is. Opposite of the staff in silver spring location the Tyson are not welcome at all. If the office manager can be so rude and unprofessional I imagine how she treats the staff. Till now my request are not been met still waiting for a basic or simple letter. Ouf ouf ouf honestly customer service is better than anything even if the doctors are wonderful

Fantastic experience: I am just 3 days post 360 Lipo and so far I’m pleased with the results. I know it can only get better from here. I’ve had an overall positive experience with SonoBello Tyson’s Corner, VA. The staff through all phases of this process has been great! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Dr. Allison was helpful from our first meeting through post procedure. He made sure that my expectations were realistic and deliverable. He even called personally to make sure recovery was going well. If I could offer anything constructive it would be regarding the steps in the process. I’d prefer to meet my surgeon before scheduling a procedure, maybe as part of the initial consult. The reason for this is had my expectation not been deliverable, and the ultimate investment not been worth the reward, I’d like to know that ahead of my initial investment to secure a surgery date. Additionally, I would have preferred my husband to be able to be a part of the consultation so he could address his own concerns with the surgeon. But, all things considered, a great experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for this type of Lipo.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Sono Bello from start to finish was amazing. The warm welcome from the staff made everything feel at ease. I knew from that moment I made a great decision. The day of the procedure everything went according to plan from the time of arrival. My surgeon did an absolute wonderful job. I am in love with my new body! Positive experience: On the day of my pre-op appointment, it was raining pretty heavy and a staff member met my husband and I at the side door so keep us from getting soaked and having to walk to the from top the building. I appreciated the staff giving space for my husband to sit with me as well during the consultation, so he is able to ask questions to the surgeon. Unfortunately, what prevented me giving this location a 5-star review is due to a staff members- on three accounts came and left the room while I was in pre-op attire (surgical bra and panties). My husband was not happy and had to share his irritation [in a respectful manner] the to staff. Following our visit, I share this feedback in an appointment survey. Angie, the Patient Manager called me today, asking me to recount the situation. Her concern of the matter and of my personal experience demonstrate what management and customer service should reflect in every establishment. After a pleasant 30 minute conversation- I still rest in my final decision not to proceed with the surgery, however I am grateful for Angie's concerns and follow-up.

Negative experience: Our visit to Sono Bello Tysons Corner was marred by concerning breaches of privacy, particularly during my wife’s consultation. Despite assurances of confidentiality, we were dismayed by the repeated opening of the door while my wife was in a state of undress. The constant interruption compromised her privacy and left her feeling exposed and uncomfortable. Despite voicing our concerns to the staff, the issue persisted, indicating a lack of regard for patient privacy and dignity. Moreover, the rushed nature of the consultation exacerbated the situation. My wife felt unable to fully express her concerns or ask questions due to the hurried atmosphere. Overall, our experience at Sono Bello Tysons Corner was deeply disappointing. The blatant disregard for patient privacy, coupled with the rushed consultation, raises serious concerns about the clinic’s commitment to providing a respectful and confidential environment for patients.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE*** My experience at Sono Bella today was positive. I was seen by a nurse named Christine, an exceptional person. She dedicated time to fully understand my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with how Sono Bella handled and resolved my concerns. *** THIS POST HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY THE ABOVE POST*** Using Sono Bello was an excellent choice when it came to the actual performance of the surgery. I couldn't stop singing the recommendation of how good the surgery turned out. However, that's where the joy stopped. Right after surgery, post-surgery. I was let go. The ball dropped, no more attention. On the day of the surgery, they sent me home with a temporary girdle to wear. I returned for a follow-up visit a week later; everything was going well. The Assistant told me I could start exercising, and then they scheduled me for a three-month check-up. That was all I received during my checkup. Everything looked good, but I needed advice on my next steps. There is no advice on which exercises I can do or which I cannot: nothing, nada. My sculpture started to deform, and they had mentioned at the front desk that they were sending me a new girdle. I have yet to receive it as of today, nine weeks later. I called and inquired, and they said it was coming. I finally became too exhausted to ask again. I went out and did my research and found out that there are two stages of girdles to wear. The first one is for four weeks to keep everything in place. Well, that didn't happen because I trusted they would send me the girdle and didn't research until it was too late. The second one is after four weeks; this one you wear for all your daily activities for another four weeks, depending on your doctor. Then, I received an email from Sono Bello with a YouTube video attached saying it was my six-week marker. Now I can exercise. But didn't they say it was okay to exercise during my first follow-up? Okay, so nine weeks later, my body is deformed and still hurts. I called the front office and they wanted to sell me more products. I told them I will not be using more products until what I paid for looks how it should. They scheduled me for an appointment with a nurse the following day. I had to cancel for work related issues. They said I can speak with a virtual nurse. I agreed, and they said she would contact me within a day or two. She did contact me; only she contacted me to make an appointment five days later. I was looking for an immediate appointment, not to wait to speak with someone virtually an additional five days later. For a procedure that cost me over 10K. I have been greatly disappointed in their post-surgery follow-up. Now, instead of saying how great they are, make sure you have all the instructions in place. They need to improve with follow-up. Otherwise, you will be writing a review of how unattended they are.

Negative experience: My experience was embarrassing and traumatic and I will never go there again or any Sono Bello. I started at the Baltimore location and proceeded to Tysons for the experience of one of the plastic surgeons. My pre-op... Another procedure(s) (2) that was recommended by MD was added. The MD talked to my coordinator and she said the MD said only one was necessary at this time for the results I was looking for... I arrived on time and was called back later than my expected start time 1030 for a 1230 procedure. The MD came in and asked did you add on ------ I started to laugh because I was like something was going on and the communication was off and I was thinking to myself... I was not told everything that the MD recommended so I would be satisfied. I must say it was not about the money at all for this MD. Sonobello ... Yes all about the money and commission. Anyway, I had additional financing so I attempted to use it to get the full 360 lipo. It is almost 1 pm... An unknown person I believe her name was Stephanie was coming in asking me what I wanted to do and I told her... I thought she was helping with the process ... Nope. I called the company to determine what I needed to do to get the funding... As I was almost done a nurse came into the room, "What are you going to do, we have to push your procedure back because another patient is waiting... Okay, I have been waiting too! I became so upset and defeated... The MD came into the room because I was crying and had to ask Mellanie who finally gave me her name after she tried to cover up her messy and unprofessional behavior to leave because she was trying to tell the MD another patient was waiting and she needed to push me back... Baltimore to VA with my son and mom... Nope, I canceled and requested a refund. Then Mellanie proceeded to email the Baltimore location and try to make them the problem and gave them her interpretation of what she thought I said instead of dealing with the important issue HER POOR BEDSIDE MANNER...and to top it off she kept saying that I looked good the way I was and she was wondering why I was there... Well, I was there for me and the way I feel... Maybe I was not fat enough to be treated with respect. Thanks for nothing sono bello. They stated maybe I should go to the MD personal practice and get the results I want... What did I do to Be passed around like trash !!. I truly HATE THIS PLACE. That was not the first time they attempted to persuade me to go elsewhere!! TYSONS CORNER NEVER AGAIN and I WILL NOW TAKE YOUR ADVICE AND GO ELSEWHERE!! Update: Abby never gave me a resolution I felt comfortable with and gave me 100 gift card to remove my review. Not to mention the full day of work, Lyft cost, etc. Abby, I will not remove my review.

Fantastic experience: Welll, wellll let me be completely honest. I was scared as fill in da blank...lol...but my Nurse Annalise and Dr. Nickodem both were patient, caring, supportive, and honest! All about team Me!! It is not completely pain free remember it is a procedure, so know your pain limit. Dr. Nicodem's final product looks amazing, and it's only the 4th day!! Whaatttt??? Magical hands Doc!!! I can't wait to see me 6 months from now... awesome!! Nurse Annalise was so attentive and responsive, the best Nurse ever!! Y'all have changed my life!! Thank you! Negative experience: This place is a RIP OFF!!! You cannot meet with your surgeon until a deposit has been made. Secondly, if you're unhappy with your results there's really nothing else that will be compensated. This place is mainly for Lipo patients only! There prices are high as if you were placed on anesthesia that's given within a hospital. Terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: Post op day 12, U/L abdomen, waist, bra roll and Abex. After seeing so much SB on TV and Social Media I did my research and decided to go for consultation. I had a great meet with Ms Lane, she answered all my questions. I decided to go for it. I eventually met with Dr Allison, (I had done my research on him prior to meet). Dr Allison was very patient, answered my questions, explained the procedure. Day of procedure, met again with Dr Allison, he mapped my body and explained procedure. I had now added inner thighs and arms,, he explained that as much as he would love to do all those body parts, best to have in 2 sessions, he explained the rationale and I so much appreciated that, any other surgeon would have just done it all. I did not feel a thing during the whole process. Woke up after the procedure dressed in my faja. I took prescribed pain meds for 3 days. Pain resolves but the discomfort of swelling and compression. I am almost 2 weeks and very happy with my results, still swollen, compressing, massage, hydrating, and walks. I am so happy I did this and thankful to the whole SB Tysons corner team. I am particularly grateful to Dr Allison for his professionalism, for the perfect Abex incision and, for the follow up phone call. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I only went in for a consult today but I have to give 5 stars already! Love the aesthetic when you go in, friendly staff, even the other patients were a joy. But I do have to give most of the credit to Lane because she was peppy, upbeat, fun, funny and made me feel comfortable immediately! I can't wait to go back and see them!

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND SONO BELLO, I paid them more than 7 thousand dollars and they have left me worse and when I made the claim they told me that they would do the liposuction again but it was not true, they were supposed to have left the appointment for Saturday the 12th of November 2022, I called them to confirm the appointment and they told me that I was not on the patient list, I missed work that day and had to cancel my son's birthday because THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO THEIR PATIENTS, please do not vote your money in SONOBELLO

Fantastic experience: Google star reviews doesn't realize that there are firms out there ( Sono Bello Tysons Corner), that should be able to receive 10 plus star reviews/ratings. What I love the most was how they treated me like a friend, like a member of their family. They truly listen. With the free consultation, which was great. Fantastic experience: Just got home from my procedure and let me tell you the staff is amazing! They're super friendly and professional, the right mix to make you feel comfortable and safe. Dr Nikodem was super professional and was very patient with me during the procedure (the meds they gave to calm you beforehand made me loopy), so I felt very at ease. Mel, the pre-op nurse, I believe Amy and Nikki were the nurses in the operating suite were incredibly kind and thurough. I cannot praise this practice enough! If you are planning on getting sculpting, go here!!!! Oh! And Lane who is was my consultant was incredible!!!

Negative experience: As soon as you walk in the lady ask you to wear a mask and she’s not even wearing one… they take forever to help you. Wait time just for a consultation was 45 minutes and at the end they told me I had to wait 10 more minutes, ridiculous. Nope, I don’t recommend you even considering doing anything with them.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved away from the area. I returned for my nine month follow-up, and it was determined I needed a revision. Today, Maria called to assist me in scheduling my revision. When we started talking about the schedule and available dates, she let me know that they have a location closer to where I moved. Even though I would not be returning to her location, She assisted me in getting an appointment at a location closer to me. Top customer service! Instead of me trying to find a flight to Tysons Corner and back to Cincinnati, Maria reached out to the Cincinnati location to make sure I would be taken care of. I truly appreciate the information and willingness to make it convenient for me.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Sonbello McLean staff and Dr. Nickodem has been absolutely amazing! My expectations were not only met, but were far exceeded what I could've imagined. I had my upper and lower abs, my back and skin removal done and OMG!! My only regret is not having it done sooner. I'm almost 49yrs old and you will never know it. Negative experience: I had the MOST TRAUMATIC experience at this sono bello. Dr. Konrad Dawson was my surgeon whom I highly do NOT recommend. From the very first day I met him his bedside manner was just terrible. My surgery was rescheduled 3 times. Which was an incredible inconvenience. Day of surgery Dr. Dawson spoke ill of another surgeon in front of me and then asked why I wasn't asleep yet from the meds they gave 20 minutes prior. Xanax doesn't make me sleepy. So I was awake for the entire surgery. I felt every inch of my procedure. When said it was painful I was told to be quiet. He was so cold and mean he scared me. I was visibly shaking and the nurse wiped the tears I cried. I was sobbing the entire time. He does not care about his patients. I was able to speak to someone about him and she ensured me that wasnt normal. But if you google his name his reviews are TERRIBLE. I should have done more research before I chose this place. Be careful with this place and make sure you have the right surgeon. I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did!!!!

Positive experience: Sooo I had a great experience at Sonobello overall, I was not so happy with my results and the doctor (I won’t mention his name) refused to do my revision BUT MARIA the nurse manager was AMAZING she helped me get with another doctor who agreed to do my revision. I’m so happy and can’t wait for my new surgery date. Maria was so nice, understanding, and sweet. Don’t get me wrong everyone was nice but Maria went above and beyond and I really appreciate that. I only gave 4 stars because of me needing a revision. I can’t wait to see my results after my revision. And I definitely recommend Sonobello to anyone because they stand by their policies as far as customer satisfaction

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors at Sono Bello, Tysons Corner, were THE BEST! I honestly was very nervous and anxious about making this decision in my life, but the staff were so supportive and patient in answering every single question I had. The recovery was long, but honestly I have never regretted any part of this procedure. I am so happy with my results and for the caring checkins by staff. If you're feeling anxious or nervous about going forth, come talk to them. There is no pressure and they are very very understanding. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience, from start to finish, at SonoBello Tysons. To start, I was treated very kindly as I entered the front office. Very little wait time sitting and filling out some straight forward paperwork. The in-person consultation with Lane V. made me feel very comfortable and welcome, giving me great confidence and reassurance about getting the surgery. The Pre-op was very informative and soothing, also allowing me to get to know my surgeon and nurses, Jenny Ali and Dez . And finally the surgery was the smoothest procedure I have ever been apart of. There was music to relax me, there was a nurse there asking me if I needed anything at each step, and there was a very professional and talented surgeon, Dr. Dawson, doing the finest work I’ve seen. Every step of the way, Dr. Dawson had my back. He is caring during the procedure and had my best interest in mind as he carries on with his great work. I was truly grateful, and lucky, to have had the chance to get my procedure done at SonoBello Tysons. The product looks so great and it’s only getting better. 10 out of 10 recommend this procedure, but more importantly this staff at Tysons Corner!

Fantastic experience: My Sonobello experience at Tysons with Dr. David Allison was exceptionally great. His bedside manners are great. Experienced, Knowledgeable and provided best in class service. He did an amazing job with my EX and my lipo. He was extremely patient with me during the pre-op meeting. I asked a ton of questions. I even asked about his experience with keloids and women of color. He answered every question I had. I am 6 months post-op and I can 100% see the difference. I also had an outstanding experience with my nurse Abby. I wish I had her from the very beginning. Abby gave me great encouragement and insight on the healing process. I have to be honest and say yes, this was painful and the results greatly rely on you. You have to put the work in after the procedure. If you make no change to your lifestyle don't expect amazing results. The doctors work is only 50% the other 50% comes from you. In addition wearing the proper garment is extremely important. This is the one part I feel Sonobello as a company can improve on is the total transparency of the after care and there is cost in the after care as well. Overall good experience and you absolutely must do your research to decide what is best for you. Be realistic.

Positive experience: I don't have numbers but I have a testimony. I did have a complication (cellulitis), but that is possible with any procedure that opens the skin, so...I can't even be upset. Affordable is key! Minimum pain afterwards (maybe at most 5/10). Abby (nurse) brought me down to earth today...kinda shut down the thought of doing it again. After I did it, not 1, but 2 (revision) times. They say, once you nip, it's hard to stop... "Behind my skin, is organ." So, unless I desire to kill myself (which I don't), I have to stop somewhere, preferably now. So, I'm good "enough."

Negative experience: I had an appointment today March 18 at Tysons corner I went to my pre-surgery appointment yesterday March 17 and was informed that I wasn’t able I wasn’t going to be able to have the surgery today March 18 because the surgeon wasn’t able to perform the surgery correct he said I will be left with a sack on my chest or like an empty bag I had a consultation on 15 March I was told that I was a perfect candidate so I paid $5200 right then and there and I took off work for seven days just for the healing process just to find out that I’m not having the surgery the day befor and that I will have to have a refund this is the most inconvenience/heartbreaking thing I’ve ever experience I really wanted to surgery and I wish when I went to my consultation that I was told the correct thing now they’re saying and I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refundAnd I’m not happy at all I was told that someone was going to give me a call back from corporate office within the hour yesterday March 17 and no one contacted me I wish my time wasn’t wasted but it was and now what was suppose to be the happiest day of my life is turning into hell, what I wished happens is that When you have a consultation that there should be a doctor present my time was truly wasted and now I have seven days off of work for nothing and I can’t go back to work so I’m losing money all around I would never go back here for anything

Positive experience: I wanted to wait until I had gone through the complete process before I gave a review. I am one week post-out and now I can post my reviews. The consultation with Courtney and Kayla were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable. I was able to get all my questions answered. The pre-opt at Tysons corner went very good also. The doctor (Saeed Marefat) came in and explain the procedure also gave recommendations on what I needed to have done if I wanted certain results. I ended up adding another area to my procedures based on the doctors recommendation. Very glad I did. The day of surgery was a little unexpected. I wasn’t aware of the level of pain I would feel while going through the procedure. Maybe I have a low tolerance for pain. After the surgery, I am sore. I am able to resume my normal activity with limitation. The staff at both locations were excellent!

Fantastic experience: My experience was Fantastic-You just have to have the courage to come to Sonobello and admit that you need help.. Their staff was fantastic. They even helped arranged transportation to and from the procedure (My wife had to attend her favorite uncle’s funeral in Ohio)—-Thank you Carson ( the receptionists). My surgeon Dr Ann Nicodem assured me that I would have an excellent outcome and she was correct. I am delighted— no more love handles. If you follow the directions that you are given—pre -op and post -op , that coupled with their 24/7 customer support—- you will have “MINIMAL DISCOMFORT”. Your faith must be stronger than your fear. The Nurse (Amanda) who was assigned to my case , did thorough examinations periodically checking my incisions for signs of healing and possible infections. The videos on YouTube were also a great help to understand what to expect at each interval of healing. Thank YOU SONOBELLO

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anne Nickodem is #AwesomeSauce! She and nurse Des at the McClean, VA location were amazing. At just 5am they both were there, made me feel comfortable even in the pre-op and all along the way. Des made it her mission to remain the nurse for me and took extra precaution but I think that is just the way she is-you know-due diligence and all just like Dr. Anne Nickodem leads in that manner. I have come to think of Dr. Anne Nickodem as basically one of the top pioneers of this specialized area of making women feel their best selves and actually helps in some other avenues as well as self confidence. Such a trailblazer and to the point firm as a doctor but as warm and gentle and any nurturer and even have me her direct contact to be able to reach in any case. Dr. Anne Nickodem has a soul that you can see and has been dedicated and kind in this somewhat grim time for most she and Nurse Des put me as a patient above anything at that time and space which is exactly what is needed by all of us humans in our most vulnerable state. Fantastic experience: Sonobello is amazing. I had the laser lipo procedure on Friday. I saw instant results. I was able to remove the bandages after 3 days. Each day I see great results! Dr. Nikodem is the best. She called to check on me to make sure everything was good. Also to remind me to stay hydrated. It made me feel good knowing she cared about how I was recovering. The pain I've experienced is not bad at all. I took the pain meds prescribed to me the second day after the procedure. I haven't taken any pain meds not even over the counter. Dr. Nikodem from sonobello is hands down the best.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Sono Bello in Tysons Corner and the staff there. Kendra and Amy at the front desk were so helpful with scheduling challenges due to the pandemic. The whole process was thoroughly and clearly explained by Erin. The nurses - fantastic! Angie, Cynthia, Amanda, Des made me feel very comfortable and safe and when I had some concerns on a holiday weekend, Harley immediately responded and took care of me. Dr. Dawson was also very good - I am 3 weeks post op and so far, pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: Hello world! I went for my consultation for trisculpt upper, lower abdomen with trisculpt E/X. Erin was my navigator, she consulted me, explained and showed everything the procedure entails. Once given my quote, I was floored at the price, it was bomb! So I got the financing, and scheduled my procedure, unfortunately, the paperwork did not include what I thought I paid for, and came out to be super expensive (I'm a teacher) lol. She was like a superhero, not only did she call me after hours (night), she was able to ge me everything I wanted, and only a few dollars more than the original quote! So, if the results of my procedure go the way my consultation did, I will be such a Baddie!! Thank you Erin!!!!!

My RN Angie L. & Nurse Amanda were pros at educating me on the procedures and assuring my comfort pre and post surgery. Patient care consultants Erin H. & Courtney W.’s Professionalism and transparency made the financial aspect of the process stress free. Dr. Dawson’s warm bedside manner and expert skill reminded me why I chose SonoBello Tysons Corner for my procedures. To my surprise my results were as advertised and immediate. I returned to work 2 days after lipo ( torso & back ) with minimal pain.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the McLean location has been absolutely spot on. From the Dr. to the staffs I have been totally satisfied and expectations met. Everyone is caring and very knowledgeable with regard to my procedure and have followed up by email and phone accordingly. I'm only in my third week post op and healing well. I can already see incredible results and expecting even better results as time passes. I am very pleased and grateful for this facility. Looking forward to enjoying my new and improved body transformation!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. I had questions about my procedure done and the doctor completely blew me off and literally said, “I have nothing to offer you.” So don’t waste your time.
