Fantastic experience: Great experience! Lisa is the perfect woman to have while doing a colonic. She makes me feel very comfortable through a bit of a strange experience. I’ve had 4 colonics so far and each one I’ve released more and felt better after. I stared with chronic constipation and I’ve been using the open system. This had lasting effects even if you can only afford one. I did one last year and saved up for the 6 pack to get deeper healing. It is nice because you have control of the water valve and you can watch what comes out through the tube shown in the photos I added. Lisa gave me electrolytes after the first one because I felt nauseous. Then we would do 2 tank fill ups because I stopped releasing and now I’m able to do a full session. Cheers to healing! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: I found Lisa through google. She is the only person in Denver who does closed sessions. Within a few minutes of being there it felt very natural and non forceful. The colonics went great and felt some improvement. I came back the next day for a 2hr session with her new Bio Charger (Tesla coil). To my amazement my bowels finally started moving on there own again and I felt remarkably better. It’s a magnificent machine that produces results. I spent another almost 2hrs on the Bio charger and can already (it’s been 3hrs since) tell my bowels are stabilizing even more and I feel Great now that my 3rd session with Lisa has ended. She’s absolutely wonderful and I Am so glad I went and will be going back!

Fantastic experience: I went there to do a foot detox where you put your feet in a tub of water and Jen put an ionizer in the water and 30 mins later you can't see your feet due to all the toxins that come out! Its unbelievable.. I did it like 10 years ago and the water turned a lot worse than this time so I must be doing something better. Lol

Their facility is clean and well managed, staff was professional and knowledgeable (Im forgetting the name of the therapist that helped me… she was so wonderful though!). It was an all around pleasant experience. Lisa was beyond helpful even after my appointment as well, and shared her plethora of wisdom for dealing with Candida. Fantastic experience: Well, I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing I feel! In short, I have lived with chronic constipation most of my adult life which, of course, led to so many other things, fatigue and brain fog being some of the hardest to deal with. I cannot even express the gratitude I have for Lisa and her vast knowledge and a system that has finally helped me to be able to rid myself of medicines and supplements in order to just have a functioning GI system. It is a continued work in progress, and I have nothing but thankfulness for her. This is a game changer if you’re looking to improve your gut health since I’ve had years of bad diet and little water. Fantastic experience: It was my first time experiencing colon hydrotherapy and Lisa made it so fun and easy! This procedure was recommended to me to treat acne breakouts. Having tried everything else, I figured I would give this a shot. The vibe of her office is warm and welcoming, with the occasional poo joke here and there. (It’s what we came here to do, so we have to laugh!) I felt very safe and taken care of, she talked me through every single step. The procedure itself was only mildly uncomfortable, with amazing benefits. Lisa was right there to calm my nerves and provide light abdominal massage. Once completed, I felt like my brain fog immediately lifted, and I had an overall sense of feeling lighter. The environment is very relaxed and I was not rushed out the door when my appointment was over. I know that one session is not enough to treat my acne, so I will be going back again in a month. Fantastic experience: Who would have thought pooping would be such a wonderful vibe. I had an open colonic which was very beneficial to me. Diana took care of me. She was informative, helpful, and friendly. The facility's location is easy to find and there's a lot of accessible parking. The place is clean and your privacy is maintained. Lisa gave me some important information about the liver and smoothie receipes to help heal and nourish the liver. The receipes are so easy because Lisa is all about keeping things simple so people are more likely to use consistently. After the colonic, I continued to empty out. I had some mild nausea and hot flashes later and realized that my body was detoxing and flushing out toxins. The next day, I lost 2 pounds. Yes, I was full of poop. The days prior to the colonic, I had no red meat or dairy and took stool softeners. I think this made the colonic more successful. I have had a colonic before but it was a closed system and was harder on me. Since have both open and closed, I'm a fan of the open system. And I really like this place. You will to.

Fantastic experience: Since I've been seeing Lisa weekly for the last few months, I've noticed positive changes to my mood, focus, and energy. I don't suffer as much from depression or anxiety, patterns of attachment, I have more stable energy and focus throughout the day, and I quit drinking coffee with no headaches (the last time I tried to quit, I felt headaches for over a month.) Its one of the best if not the best investments I've made in my health ever. Lisa and Diana are both magnificent health practitioners for the mind, body, and soul. It can be tempting to think you only have to do one. I encourage you to consider it like a regular movement, a haircut, going to the gym, or getting a massage. Would you do any of those things once and expect any sort of lasting benefit? You have to at least get 2-3. I think once you get 3 you'll start to consciously realize, you'll feel incrementally better each time and want to go back for more. If you are really suffering from ailments of the gut or mood, I've heard getting around 6-12 in a matter of a month is optimal. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience . Needed to get a full cleanse from being constipated and also had swollen feet and legs . So the owner put me through a cleanse process that was so great I feel like a new person . I have never had this done, should have did this years ago . I feel so clean , fresh and revived. Good thing I paid for the package deal so I can go on a regular basis so I can get all the toxic stuff we breathe, drink and eat out of my system and feel good all the time now. You should give it a try, P.s she gave me celery juice . I drink it daily now . It's my Popeye juice instead of Spinach!

Fantastic experience: Lisa saved my life and is an angel. I’ve been chronically ill for years with GI issues. I’ve seen over 100 gastroenterologists and other western medicine specialists and ended up being dependent on laxatives and enemas—beyond miserable and even more sick. I was terrified of trying anything outside of traditional western medicine, thinking it was dangerous. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I’ve never met someone who is so caring, dedicated, and kind. Lisa immediately made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. I’m still on a journey towards better health, but for the first time in years, I have made progress. I wish I could give her more stars as 5 is not nearly enough. There are not enough words of thanks that I can say. If you’re on the fence or worried about trying colonics, don’t be. Fantastic experience: STELLAR HEALING EXPERIENCE I reached out to Lisa for my first round of colonics I’ve ever done before and she told me what to expect over the phone and put my worries at ease. Over the course of 6 visits I enjoyed a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere and watched in amazement as lifelong dietary habits changed over night, I felt lighter, brighter, sharper and even the dark circles beneath my eyes completely disappeared. Lisa’s center uses an array of outstanding equipment and her know how and ability to communicate throughout the process was instrumental. Lisa rocks and definitely knows her stuff. I can say for certain that I have turned a major corner with my health and look forward to returning soon.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience and I was made to feel very relaxed and at home. I was having severe stomach problems and after a couple treatments I felt like a new man. It’s something I never thought I would do but now I recommend everybody because my experience was amazing thank you so much Lisa:)

Positive experience: After having my gallbladder removed, I had mild abdominal pain for 4 years. A CT scan showed nothing abnormal, except that I was quite backed up! After my first colonic, the pain already started to decrease. For the first time in 4 years, I'm optimistic I won't be uncomfortable for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: The space is very comfortable and homey. This was my first time having a colonic and Lisa was very friendly and helpful, also really great with communication (I live 4 hours away with difficult cell reception, she went out of her way to communicate with text). Afterwords I felt great, also motivated to keep my diet clean. This was a very positive experience and I will go to Colorado Colonics & Detox Center again!

Fantastic experience: From the first moment I stepped foot in the front door of CCDC, Lisa and Denise were so very helpful. I engaged in a 10 day detox program which included 10 consecutive hydro colonic sessions, one each day along with an ionic foot bath each day. Additionally I purchased the product called D-Live which supplemented the detox protocol which I refer to as ‘the ultimate reset’. I’m happy to report that I feel amazing! After day 4, I was able to meet with my personal trainer and conduct a normal weight lifting session, and on day eight I cycled a normal short trip of about 12 miles. Sleep was also enhanced. I highly recommend this protocol. I plan to do this detox annually. Lisa is amazing in her knowledge... she spends times explaining what to consider as you go through the process. I couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful.

Fantastic experience: It doesn’t really happen all that often. Meeting someone that is passionately dedicated to what they’ve discovered is their life's work. I sensed Lisa was very caring and integral from our first conversation when I was booking appointments, and then discovered her true level of commitment to the practice once I went. My time at CCDC was very positive and consistent. Lisa is very present and respectful and I felt very safe and supported during my first two colon hydrotherapy sessions. She also showed interest in understanding how my accident forced me to try and heal constipation. She shared her knowledge with several examples of how to approach the sessions, and how to massage the abdomen, and also shared with me how colon hydrotherapy had saved her life. She’s also very kind and has a good sense of humor, which made my sessions very easy and empowering. The spa space is very clean and hygienic, as well as elegant with an artistic relaxed flair. Now, when I book sessions, I know I really have good healing experiences to look forward to. I’ve invited my family and friends to have their first colon hydrotherapy sessions with Lisa, because I think they will leave feeling just as relieved and empowered as I do. Thank you Lisa. You make the otherwise long healing process feel much more acceptable and positive.

Fantastic experience: A Wonderful Practice in a Supportive Environment I cannot say enough about Lisa and her colonics practice. I started seeing Lisa after chronic abdominal pain and cramping that my doctors didn’t seem interested in exploring. They gave me the usual drill about their version of digestive health, which consists of Miralax and Senna—a horrible combination. Lisa has spent hours of extra time beyond my appointments to really figure out what has been going on with my body and more importantly, teaching me ways of listening to my own body so that my health is a long-term priority—not just a one shot fix-all. Her understanding of the body, its structure and its needs has made her my go-to for all kinds of unexplained or process-of-elimination diagnoses. She’s never too busy to answer my questions or explore any topic. Her colonics practice is fantastic and feels tailored to my needs. Different options for what’s going on. She helped me get out of a digestive rut and continues to help me keep things running smoothly. Her office is beyond sanitary and has lots of little comforts that make the process feel more relaxed. Fantastic experience: Just book an appointment, you won’t be disappointed. My boyfriend signed us up to get colonics done and I was less than thrilled because of my last experience. The first place I went was like a doctors office and felt cold and unwelcoming. I reluctantly went anyways to CCDC anyways and as soon as I walked through the door I felt peace. Andrew and Lisa were super welcoming and honestly made us feel like family. I felt very safe and comfortable. They are down to earth and extremely warm. I did the open system and had a great experience with only minor discomfort. Because they were running a little behind with the client before us they let my boyfriend and I try the foot detox while we waited. They answered all our questions and at the end even gave us tea. Fantastic experience: I found Colorado Colonics & Detox Center while looking for a local way to support/complement a juice cleanse that I planned for my girlfriend and I. As a veteran of cleanses, my plan included a series of closed system colonics. After speaking with Lisa on the phone, it became a no brainer to book with them. Lisa and Andrew blew away expectations, taking our experience to the next level. We had 3 consecutive days of ionic foot baths, colonics, and healing Tibetan bowl sound/vibration therapy -- The experience was thoughtfully catered to our needs, done with professionalism, and carried out with warmth, kindness, and extreme generosity. An A++ experience all around. We plan to be revisit and keep the center, Lisa, and Andrew's services as a valuable cog in our ongoing wellness. I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. On another note, Andrew was so kind to cook us some amazing homemade soup to help us break our food fast (it was PERFECT).
