Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT Care !I explained to the dr. How the injury happened. He did his assessment and on the first go round he fixed the problem. What impressed me the most is that He did what was needed to fix the problem at the moment and did not try to drag it out with prolonged treatment. I will be returning at least once a month for preventative measures by my own volition because of his Prompt and professional care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jim is great. Very relaxing environment. Everytime I go in- I feel so much better leaving. Offers a lot of different services. I’ve been doing the dry needling acupuncture and it’s great for muscle relief. As somebody who works out a lot I get a lot of muscles getting over tensed and he loosens them right up. The staff is very friendly as well and makes you feel very comfortable. Go check it out

The team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about your well-being. They really take the time to listen and tailor treatments to your specific needs, and I've noticed a huge improvement in my overall health since I started coming here. The office is clean, calming, and always runs on time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch care and a great overall experience!

Negative experience: I brought my son to see Dr. Jim. No evaluation was done. I work in the medical field and I’ve been to chiropractors myself, and no evaluation was done. When I spoke with Dr. Jim after, he said he touched the top of my sons head and that was the evaluation. He also said that he took my insurance and that the visit would be covered. I paid a 40 dollar co pay before the first visit—which my son said did feel good. Then when I called back the office to schedule a second appt, they said I owed 65 more dollars for the evaluation. How is 105.00 insurance covering the visit? I asked him to not charge my card, that my son would have to pay him since he is now an adult. He later told me that I was trying to get services for free. Really? My son was back on the heating pad and in pain a day later. My son has an extensive medical history— of which Dr. Jim asked him no questions about. Trust me when I say, he billed my insurance company for an evaluation that he did not do. It was also hard to get ahold of the office, since his staff wasn’t answering the phone. He did have a 1 star review on here about that same issue— staff not answering the phone during office hours. I hope Dr. Jim decides to do evaluations on his patients in the future, and is more honest about how much the insurance actually covers,

Fantastic experience: The miracle I needed - as a disabled veteran and the only-parent raising 2 elementary school-aged kids- neither scary surgeries nor being weighed down by pharmaceutical swag-bags were options and I needed back on my feet fast after cervical and thoracic nerve damage had me laid-up and unable to work and take care of myself nor kids. That said- Restore Wellness is amazing. Navy Vet Dr Jim- who is Dedicated to helping people by his own tried and true methods is really, REALLY! good at what he does ++ the bonus therapies and staff are great too. If nerve pain and neuropathy have you watching life from the sidelines while your laid up in agony, depressed, maybe even speaking with surgeons? -That’s where I was before finding Restore Wellness, and it wasn’t long before getting more than my mobility and strength back to keep up with my 2 kids and a pup on a board- I got my life back! Back from the pain caused by damaged nerves and the associated sensations of pins-and-needles without the risk of surgery (…and said goodbye to the pill cabinet!) with his micro-current acupuncture treatments and skill at restoring the body back to proper alignment and flow. Not your typical pop-in/lightweight clinic and you won’t be shot, or “adjusted” by their clinic rubber bullet guns (Ouch!). Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience! My mother wouldn’t stop raving about Dr Jim and the team. I was brought in for ailments I have due to a car accident. When first walking in the environment was calm and peaceful. The assistants were so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Jim made sure to take the time with me to be able to set the right course of action. They put me in several rooms with different treatment methods, even using a heat laser to help with my Bell’s Palsy. I made sure to book my next appointment because leaving I felt very relaxed and cared for. I highly recommend.

He and his staff have been helping me manage neuropathy in my feet through a variety of treatment regimens for over a year. They are friendly, compassionate and professional, and they tailor treatment to my needs. The neurologists I've consulted for my neuropathy have consistently told me there is nothing that can be done to treat it, and they are quick to offer pills to manage the symptoms. Fantastic experience: Back again! Dr. Jim is a Godsent to this disabled veteran. I'm on my 3rd round of VA funded treatment. I've always received what Dr Jim feels will give me the most relief, not what a bureaucrat felt I should get. I was tickled when Tammy remembered some of the activities I had planned during my absence from the clinic. The customer care far exceeds any other places I have been treated. Fantastic experience: Wow. Incredible doctor, staff, and facility! I travel, and Dr. Jim is the best chiropractor and acupuncturist, etc I have found! Amazing experiences. The office has the latest technologies (red light laser therapy, electro-acupuncture, decompression, cupping with electric cups, cryotherapy, etc), and Dr. Jim listens, explains, reads and analyzes your reports, researches your supplements, and you never feel rushed in his care. Fantastic experience: Outstanding service!!! I came into the office with immense back pain that made it very difficult to walk. I met with Dr. C, who explained my condition very well and talked through my unique recovery process. Him and the staff made me feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable despite my pain levels. After three initial treatments the pain diminished and with the relief I was able to walk a lot better. Now I see Dr. C twice a month for routine visits and I am very appreciative for his help!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Jim with shoulder and upper back tightness that caused numbness down my arm and fingers especially when I slept or sat at my computer. I had 4 visits of adjustments, decompression, acupuncture and finally a session of Gus Sha. A week later the numbness and stiffness is gone and it’s still gone after 4 weeks now. Amazing. Fantastic experience: Referred from my pain management doctor to Restore Wellness Center earlier this year. Dr. Jim has working on my lower lumbar and hips. The lower lumbar decompression tables are one of my favorites. This relieves much of my pain in that lower back and hip area. Make sure you try the decompression table.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain for quite awhile with no relief. I have seen orthopedic, back, and surgery physicians, had lumbar injections and taken pain meds, to no avail. A friend recommended Dr Jim and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and empathy. He has prepared a treatment plan which includes acupuncture and spinal decompression. I have had 8 sessions and although I am not yet completely pain free(which after years of pain is understandable) I do have less discomfort and a greater range of motion. I look forward to my sessions and walk out feeling better and walking tall! My quality of life has definitely improved .Dr Jim and Restore Wellness Center staff are amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to, and have recommended them to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr.Claeys for over a year now and I appreciate how he listens to my issues and gives me several options to relieve them. Every time I have trusted his opinion and come away feeling 75-80% immediately! That’s a pretty decent outcome in my opinion. Fantastic experience: Being retired military, the VA referred me to to DR. Jim for acupuncture treatment through the VA's Whole Health Program. After completing his medical assessment, he said I would benefit far greater if I were to include chiropractic care as well as part of my overall treatment plan. I agreed and have been receiving weekly treatments now for over four months. I have seen three other chiropractors for my same issue, and I can attest DR. Jim is by far the BEST. He and his staff are great and sincerely care for your well being. DR. Jim posseses exceptional knowledge in his profession and has a persona that you just cannot not like. I am very happy the Veteran's Administration steered me to Restore Wellness Center and highly recommend this Practice to all. Infact my wife has now begun treatment there as well.

Fantastic experience: Holy smokes, y'all. I have never had such an amazing chiropractic session in my life. Dr. Jim is absolutely amazing. I cannot express how pleased I am to finally find my go to chiropractor. I've been living in this area for three years now. I've been to numerous chiro offices and always left feeling a little better but vaguely unhappy with the session. Not so with Dr. Jim. He took his time, used multiple modalities such as stretching, vibratory tools, acupuncture, microcurrent, etc to loosen, stretch & adjust my entire body. I feel like a new human.
