Fantastic experience: Provider 2 is amazing she explains things and take time with you I felt better after my first one I diffently will refer this place and provider to others.

Negative experience: I was inclined to book with them given the positive reviews listed, but their business practices aren’t worth the trouble (and positive reviews may be due to a discount they offer at the time of payment for positive reviews). I had a medical procedure and ran into issues ahead of my second massage. I had to book a last minute appointment with my doctor over issues with an incision the same day that I had my second massage. These massages were part of my recovery plan and important to me, so I called Natural Wellness that morning - IN PAIN - and asked if I could please reschedule. The owner’s response showed zero empathy and zero interest in client wellbeing. I asked about my options to not lose my already paid session and the lady had our call running in circles by just saying, “you should really read your agreement. you signed it. I’m seeing it right here.” It wasn’t until I told her - “I’m literally in pain, can you please just tell me my options so I know what next steps to take” - that she said I should just give the session to someone else because they WOULD NOT rebook me, NO MATTER the circumstances. At this point, I asked if she’d take responsibility over treatment of my incision then, since her business practices meant that I’d have to lose my paid session. Of course she said NO, leaving me no option than to lose my money without receiving a service. In short, even though they claim to be a wellness center, they are not customer-centered AT ALL. Their clientele includes people who underwent medical procedures, but centering customer recovery and health is definitely not the basis of their business. As soon as I finished my 2-3 remaining paid sessions, I was out of there. Over not being flexible in rescheduling one $90 session - even as a one time courtesy - they lost over $600 in additional sessions with me. I took my money to a nearby professional licensed therapist to finish my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Mary at Natural Wellness! I first came in for the Mayan Massage which totally worked! And then I returned for the Lymphatic detox relaxation massage and it was wonderful! Mary is so thoughtful, nice and knowledgeable! I will definitely be returning ! I also tried the Detox tea and relaxation tea are yummy and have helped me relax and feel better physically!

Negative experience: Requested an appointment on a Saturday night for the next Sunday a week later but the system changed it to the next morning. My appointment for the wrong day got approved at 10pm at night after I was already asleep. Got considered a no show and charged the full amount and was given the option of $20 credit for a $100 service that was paid for due to their system when I tried to explain and see if I could still have the service I was pretty much told too bad. Why would I go to bed not knowing if I even got the appointment for less than 10 hours later the next day. And why would they approve the request at 10pm at night? Was planning to get multiple services due to being post op but they would rather steal your money for their system error than have continuing paying clients. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Took my deposit and were not willing to reschedule. My husband was running behind from a Dr appointment and I requested if they can please reschedule, I asked the lady on the phone to please check with the message therapist and manager and she came off a bit rude as well ans never called me back to attempt to try and reschedule and find a solution. Very unprofessional. Response to business comment: Yes, I was definitely rude to your unprofessional front desk person and I will be rude again due to the fact that you are keeping people's money and not willing to even push an appointment back or reschedule because at the end of the day you wouldnt be losing any money at all if we were going to pay for the full service once it was received. You people should understand the difference between canceling and requesting to move the appointment due to a personal matter that was out of our control. Your customer service is complete trash. Hope the $50 helps you keep your lights on! God knows how many others you have done this too.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first lymphatic massage with Mary and she was outstanding! Mary is very knowledgeable/highly capable and eager to answer any and all of my questions. 100% satisfied!!!

Fantastic experience: I went this morning for a lymphatic detox massage + holistic detox ! I had no idea it included cupping and it wasn’t until my sister told me they were cutie hearts that I even knew they had that little detail! My girl was super informative and sweet and I will be back soon!! I feel less bloated and she showed me before and after pictures and I loved being able to see my progress myself!

Negative experience: the only reason why I continued going here was because the convenience of the location to me, however I think the owner is very rude. She has such a mean attitude, & when you walk into her establishment she doesn’t acknowledge you at all. She makes you feel very uncomfortable and she’s just a very condescending woman. She only assisted once with my first massage but if she continued to help with my other massages I definitely would’ve stopped going sooner. I called this establishment because the day I had an appointment I found out I came in contact with someone who was Covid positive. I didn’t get an answer & I left a message letting them know my situation & I did not hear back. Yet these people still had the audacity to take my money from my card on file for this “no show” which I think is not okay considering I tested Covid positive as well & I didn’t go because I didn’t want to put them at risk. I called trying to talk about this charge that I feel like is very unreasonable CONSIDERING it was for her health as well as her staffs health & the owner answered my phone call & said this isn’t the time and hung up on me. I called again no response & I called the next day again still nothing. This is considered fraud & this establishment is definitely lacking BASIC HUMAN DECENCY.

Fantastic experience: Mari and Delia have helped me so much after my tummy tuck surgery. I had to get lymphatic drainage massages weekly because I was dealing with edema, inflammation, and seroma formation after surgery. With every session my symptoms got better and better. Their expertise at what they do gave me peace of mind about my healing process.

Negative experience: Everyone is very nice but you cannot relax on you massage because the therapist will talk to you and ask you all about your life durinf the massage.Also keep in mind that if you start with 1 therapist in the evening then you do a morning appoinment with a different therapist the second therapist will not care for you as you are not her patient from the beginning. Yes the massages are good but the therapist likes to talk about personal life and ask you about personal life instead of educating patient on how to get the benefit of the treatment. They are not very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Horrible the owner charged me as a no show before my appt time, show at 10:41am for a 1pm appt. She's a con artist. I found better, cleaner friendlier lymphatic massage in Redlands. The women she hires have little to knowledge on what to do. My friend told me not to go there but I went against my own gut feeling. Would give zero stars but it's impossible. Find another lymphatic massag location.

When I first started they were delicate and paid attention to all my areas that were extremely sore and swollen. They are very talkative and friendly so it makes the massage even better. The soothing music adds peace. I am liking this place very much. I have a few more sessions so we’ll see how snatched I end up looking.

I've been helped by Elizabeth and another staff member, cant remember her name but im very satisfied and happy overall . Im going back for another 3 session, for detox oh the tea they sell is very helpful with digestive system and it taste good.

Before I went, I could not stand straight, felt very tight and uncomfortable. After my first massage, yes first. I felt so much better. So comfortable, able to stand. Thank you Delia. The room she uses is so calming, relaxing. I can literally fall asleep.
