Fantastic experience: Prime Health is the BEST!!! I’ve had an exceptional experience at Prime Health! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the office is always clean and professional. Each team member I’ve met with during my weekly visits has taken the time to thoroughly answer all my questions about my GLP-1 shots and Emsculpt treatments. Their encouragement and support have motivated me to keep pushing forward, and I’m thrilled to have already lost 36 pounds! Fantastic experience: I was a bit skeptical of the cost at first, but honestly it’s well worth it to feel as good as I do now. My legs feel even better than I would’ve thought and they look even better than before too. When I flex them, you can’t even budge it and I love it so much. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for awhile now and LOVE my results. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like family.

Negative experience: Not what I was expecting. Very sales oriented environment where you can just tell that stuff is going to be pushed on you. Sure enough, they try to sell you their supplements in a rather sly way (you are give a bag with the supplements as if they are free - then when you check out, they ring up the cost). But that aside, let's talk about the diet advice. I was told that I could have two protein drinks a day and at dinner I could have some lean meat. Look, I'm all about protein! It's great! But does anyone think this is really a healthy way to live? No wonder your patients are so constipated. Then I was told that I would get better results by not exercising. That was really the last straw for me. If I decide to pursue semaglutide again in the future, I'll go someplace else. I wish I had known that this was the type of advice they offered - it would have saved me an hour and $50.

I’ve now been visiting the Alpharetta location just little over a year.

Fantastic experience: It is an absolute pleasure working with this practice. All of the people are super friendly and professional, and their process is very patient friendly. Most of all, it is a huge relief to not have to deal with supply or coupon processing issues to get medication. And the results have been great. I have not noticed any difference in effectiveness getting off the name brand medicine and going onto the compounded version.

Fantastic experience: Prime Health Md literally saved my life. My A1C was high and I was at risk for diabetes. I was so unhealthy just taking a short walk made me short of breath. Now after losing 50 lbs and keeping t off for over a year, I feel like a different person. My A1C is in normal range and I’m able to walk, bike and play with my Grand children. They have been a God send for me.

Fantastic experience: I started with PrimeHealthMD a little over a month ago, in an attempt to not only lose weight but to understand how my body processes food at this stage in my life. The education I have received and the results I have seen have completely exceeded my expectations! From my first appointment with Diana, through all my following appointments with Julia and Dana, I have been listened to and counseled and supported, which is exactly what I need! The office is lovely and no matter how busy they may be the staff at the front makes you feel seen and well taken care of. Not only I am losing weight after having tried everything before without success but also I am amazed with their attention. Dana is always super responsive to any questions you have after the weekly session which really makes you feel supported in your weight loss journey. Fantastic experience: Since having Thyroid problems, I have been struggling to keep the weight off. For years I was on diets and excercise but I kept gaining weight no matter what. I can’t say it has been easy, but with the help of the program and wonderful support of the woman at Prime Health, I am now almost at my weight before having my Thyroid problems. And this in only 4 months. The staff is so encouraging and supportive. Everyone at the office knows your name and are rooting for you! You still have to put in the work, but their program works!

I started coming here 14 weeks ago to start a weight loss journey and from the day I arrived, all of the staff have been unbelievably encouraging, supportive, flexible and kind! The staff here make you feel loved and cared for in your personal life, they don’t just give you a menu and a shot and say goodbye. They are incredibly thorough with their discussions, lab work, etc. this isn’t a quick answer to weight loss and they give you all the tools you need to be successful. The best part is, if you don’t do as well one week, it is OK and they do not judge or criticize! They work to support you for the coming week! Could not recommend enough! Down 35 pounds!!

I received the best care the moment I walked in the office for the first time. My initial visit and exam were extremely thorough. Negative experience: My wife heard about this organization from a co-worker and scheduled an appointment after verifying they were part of our insurance. When she came home from the orientation appointment the depressed look on her face and then the explanation of how she felt like just a number at a Jenny Craig. Services that they explained would occur never did occurred like a EKG additionally they attempting to give her several B Vitamin shots before even seeing a Doctor for the first time as a new patient. After verifying that she placed me as an authorized person to talk with them, I called only to feel like they were humoring me and not wanting to actually verify the HIPPA authorization. But I will say prescience does win on this item. While I am sure this works for many that do not have actual medical issues like my wife the experience from the first visit is clearly not something I would want my wife or anyone with her conditions to face.

Negative experience: The staff is nice and all, but they are not very clear about what you have to pay. So many hidden fees and refusal to refund anything. There are many other clinics that offer Wegovy that do not charge what they do. Would not recommend this place unless you have money to burn.

Fantastic experience: Prime health is an amazing company. They have excellent services and all the NP’s are fantastic. They have 3 locations which makes it really convenient to reach your goals. Alpharetta location is one of my favorites although be advised the receptionist Kayla is unprofessional and rude. She could use a class or 2 regarding professionalism and customer service. All in all amazing service and an excellent way to kick off your New Year’s goal.
