Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a product for 10 months without any luck. My understanding was the manufacturer had stopped making it! I ordered one bottle from holly hill health food because the last time I ordered it from Amazon a DIFFERENT company shipped me 6 bottles of a completely different product. So I received my order today from Holly Hill elated it was correct and had the product I’ve been searching for! I called the store and Each person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I placed my order over the phone and they are shipping it to me in Florida! I can’t be happier with their customer service which was top notch! The best part…I saved money as it’s less than what Amazon charged. I will be buying more from the awesome team at Holly Hill health foods!

Negative experience: This place is the most ridiculously high priced vitamin store ever! All sales are a fraud and prices are raised like crazy before putting the sale and a higher value is taken for every single item in that store. Do not go here for anything- look for the same item online and guaranteed your will find it much much cheaper.

Negative experience: A bit expensive
Hi R Butler. Thank you for leaving a review and informing us of your opinion. We are sorry to hear that you feel we are expensive. 47 brands are on an extra sale this month in honor of our 29th anniversary of being in business. We always pass thru any discounts that we get from the manufacturers which historically has made us one of least expensive around. In the age of Amazon where sellers are willing to make less than 10% margin online and don't have overhead of employees, it has been very difficult to always be the least expensive. But our staff of Nutritionists and veterans of the industry have knowledge to offer you won't find online or in the big chains. Please keep this in mind when making your decisions about total cost and value.

Fantastic experience: First time going into the store. I told the man at the front that I needed assistance. He got Dr. Phil who helps with nutrition and other things. Dr. Phil was very helpful and new what I needed for sleep, my fibromyalgia and also gave me a list of foods I can eat and what foods are bad. Negative experience: Couldn't find anything or anyone to answer anything
Hi Jami, We are sorry to hear that you had an unfavorable experience at our store. As a 28 year old family owned and operated business we like to think that we excel in customer service. Unfortunately we fell short this time assisting you. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance. We have 1-3 nutritionists on the floor on any day of the week. They are always willing to spend time with a customer (at no charge) until we feel we have done everything that we can. Sometimes that leads to other customers waiting for longer periods of time to be helped. But generally speaking we have the staff to help anyone looking for assistance when they visit our store. Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff. Bring your extra money cause you will spend $100 easily.
Thanks Connie. You are correct that a comprehensive protocol can add up quickly. But single remedies can be less than $10 (depending on the supplement). However, in many cases we are still more competitive than Amazon but with the added benefit of free face to face conversations with one of our Certified Nutritionists or a 20+ year experienced staff member.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. It is mostly supplements, but there is a small isle of food items, don't go anticipating a large bulk isle. There is also a pretty good selection of natural body products. Helpful people work there and always someone available.

Negative experience: I have been a long time loyal customer to this store. Even though I could find the same supplements online for a cheaper price I liked the concept of supporting local "mom/pop" stores. In the past I have called the store to see if they had a product in stock - and if they did I would ask them to hold it for me for two to three days until I could get to the store to get it. I always showed up when I said that I would and always brought the product(s) that I asked to have placed on hold. They usually would take my name and phone number and hold it for me - never with a problem - that was until today. Called to have them put a product on hold until tomorrow and the person with whom I spoke with said that they could not hold products without it being paid for first and that products were for paying customers in the store. Well guess what Holly Hills you just lost a good and loyal customer! I will no longer support them and will tell family and friends about this ordeal and encourage them to go elsewhere as this store no longer cares about their customers but only about making money!

Our policy is to hold products for customers up to three days; no upfront payment is required to place products on hold (unless it is an item we do not ordinarily carry, so is a special order). After three days, if the product is not purchased, it is returned to the shelves. There must've been a mis-understanding! We hope you'll change your mind about no longer being a customer. Fantastic experience: I was directed to this store by a Whole Foods employee for a special herb that WF didn't carry. I was fascinated by the array of amazing products they have! The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgable about everything in the store. I went out on a limb and ended up purchasing a couple products he recommended to me and I am not disappointed in the least! (And the prices were REALLY good! Not the usual high mark-ups like you'd expect from a smaller natural foods store.) I feel amazing, this is my go-to health store from now on!
