Negative experience: The practitioners at this practice are wonderful- namely Nina Paroo. She took the time to listen to me, and was able to address some medical concerns that I have been dealing with for years. The reason for the 2 star review is the front desk staff. I’ve had countless scheduling issues with this office. I had had an appointment scheduled for over a month, and about a week before the appointment, I called to see if I could change the time. They let me know that my provider would not be in that day… however, nobody called to let me know that. While this was annoying, I realize that mistakes happen… so I told them it was no problem and I would reschedule the appointment. So I showed up to the office on the second time that I rescheduled… only for the front desk staff to tell me that they did not have me down for an appointment. While scheduling mistakes happen, two back to back mishaps and waiting almost a month to get in to see a provider without solid communication speaks about the front desks’ lack of attention to detail. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I feel cared for in a comprehensive way. I am not sure how to put this more succinctly. The whole-body health approach combined with the attention for my concerns are setting the bar for future of America's heartbeat. This is happening now at Holistique. I am so happy to be accepted as a new patient! The Ozone treatment worked as described. The staff are professional and friendly. The environment is calm and inviting.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous to partner with Dr Darvish to figure out what is really going on with my body, and doing it in one visit. -The alternative is 6 months of 15 minute sessions that are disjointed, rushed and you are only "allowed" to discuss the evidence/symptoms of illness, not the cause and how to mange that.

Positive experience: I had a wonderful experience overall. Emily and the staff were great. The only thing I would suggest is to double check the IV is in properly for the client. Mine was in too deep and so the fluid wasn’t coming through properly. And one of the staff happened to come by 10 min later mention something which made it better in the moment but still not fully resolved until I thought to call someone over. My main concern is that I’m not sure I would have known to ask that something was off because I hadn’t had that happen to me in I’ve before. So would be nice to have to some double triple checking by the staff administering the IVs.

Negative experience: I went to this medical center looking for a treatment for a skin issue. First, I also want to echo the friendly service from staff there. Dr. Darvish was friendly too but I also felt that she didn't take the time to read test results. She also told me that I had a parasite and also recommended her own drugs. Dr Darvish might be good at treating some health conditions but after my experience and after reading some other reviews with similar experience, I believe that she is not always honest with her patients. I rarely leave reviews but this time I felt I had to in order to help others, hopefully, be more cautious about going to this medical center for "holistique" skin/aging treatments. I ended up spending lots of money for a treatment that never did anything for my skin. I would NOT recommend Dr. Darvish for any skin/aging treatment.

Fantastic experience: When I travel to Washington State, I always make the Holistique Medical Center and IV Lounge in Bellevue my first scheduled stop. This place of goodness is well worth visiting to fulfill your personal wellness needs and goals. From the moment you enter the doors, you immediately gain a sense of self-awareness, self-worth, and self-care. While I would love to explore all the offerings this advanced sanctuary offers, I have only received health victories from the IV Lounge. The attention to care under this wellness tier is made especially meaningful by the care of Dr. Justin Newell. The manner in which he administers various services is knowledgeable and forthright which creates a path for authentic care to thrive. The special touch of caregivers is essential, and Dr. Newell exercises this gift with everyone he encounters and provides an exceptional healthcare experience that is memorable and worth revisiting.

Negative experience: I've been their patient for over a year. On a good side, the Doctor is extremely through with tests. She prescribed lots of tests to exclude variety of diagnoses. She spends lots of time with patients as well. She communicates well and her manners are good. Bad side: everything else. My problem was not solved; it got actually worse under their care. Dr. Darvish solution was to reduce dose of my medication till my blood tests dropped to pre-treatment level, with expected results. I felt more and more pressed to buy and take a half-dozen supplements from their pharmacy. I was outright afraid of side effects, still Doc insisted on them. Tests become more and more ridiculous. Final drop was when Dr. prescribed a very expensive stool test... to screen for depression! "You have bad bacteria in your mouth, they go into your gut, you become low on dopamine and depressed. Here's $700 test for you!". I took it because I didn't want to conflict with a doc - and Dr. Darvish didn't even bother to check the results. After that I switched to a different doctor who actually made me feel better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Darvish is one of the most educated, intuitive, compassionate people I've ever known. I came to her in 1996 with unexplained debilitating symptoms (after seeing many other doctors, naturopaths as well as western medicine MDs) and she not only diagnosed the issues but put me on a treatment plan that I think may actually have saved my life. It's unfortunate and sad that there are current reviews on here from people who have never stepped foot in the clinic. Everyone at Holistique is committed to healing, caring for and enhancing the health and well-being of their patients. I went through alternative breast cancer treatment at Holistique and felt like I was surrounded by family. A warm shout out to the women at the front desk, who never fail to be helpful, welcoming and loving. If you are struggling with health issues that other doctors have either been stymied by or simply offered meds that addressed the symptoms but not the core issue, I strongly recommend that you consider any of the doctors at Holistique.

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure where the 1 star reviews are coming from because my experience at Holistique has always been nothing less than 5 stars. The staff are very friendly and personable, from the front end to the doctors to the techs to management. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in the door, and if I’m not helped right away, I’m always acknowledged as an indicator to know the staff will get to me as soon as they are finished up with the client they are currently working with. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and don’t pressure me to buy or use anything, but they do explain the benefits and the why thoroughly behind their recommendations. The management has always been just as kind as the rest of the staff and come out to check in and make sure you are having a good experience and that your appointments went well. I have nothing but good things to recommend about this place because you can tell the employees truly care about every person who walks through the door.

The nurse who administered my shot was swift and it was absolutely painless. The building was clean and inviting. I felt like a million bucks for weeks after. I would highly recommend coming here for any holistic medicine needs.

Negative experience: Doctors here taking advantage of vulnerable, very sick patients who don’t know any better, causing them to purchase 1000s of dollars worth of testing and supplements just because they can. Not to mention management bullying you when you have a complaint. Unprofessional and unethical.

Fantastic experience: Since becoming a patient at Holistique, I’ve had the privilege of working with both Dr. Marian and Dr. Darvish. I’ve also received treatments from Dr. Paroo and Dr. Newell. I have nothing but positive things to say about each doctor’s attention to detail, bedside manner, and vast knowledge of medicine. The nurses, Emily and Jenna, as well as support staff and the front desk staff, are extremely welcoming and make coming in for an appointment/treatment a task I enjoy. When it comes to atmosphere/experience, Holistique states that they’re, “rooted in the principles of integrity, excellence, service, love and unity.” These principles shine through in every interaction I have at the clinic. On top of this, the clinic emits a very positive and healing energetic vibe. The facility is extremely clean and accessible for everyone. Holistique deserves more than a five star rating.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Holistique for over a year now. The front staff are alway warm and inviting with a smile.(You can see their smiles in their eyes even with a mask!) The providers always make me feel important and take additional time. The providers I've seen care deeply about great care and my experiences here have been thorough and top quality. Great place nestled in the heart of Bellevue.

Negative experience: Firstly, Dr. Paroo is a smart, caring, intelligent provider and I appreciate the 2 visits I got to see her for. Unfortunately, the over-arching experience in my 3 months as a patient, has been one that has created more stress and less wellness than when I initiated care here. From the beginning I voiced concerns about their policy to keep a CC on file and auto charge it for any balances due after insurance processes the claim. I understand there is almost always patient responsibility with insurance these days. I want the chance to review the charges I am paying for first and also to authorize the transaction. In response to my concerns, I was told that I would be sent a billing statement after insurance processes my claim and that would be due within 30 days of receipt. So I agreed to keep my card on file. I paid my copay at the time of service for my first visit and also attempted to pay at the time of service on my second visit, however, the front desk was unsure how much to collect so they said I would get a bill after the claim was run (I would also like to note that I paid for 2 IVs out of pocket and supplements so I had demonstrated that I pay for services rendered, again this was not what I took issue with). When the front did not collect my copay, nothing was said about my card being auto charged with no notice to me and no authorization from me. When this claim went through, I was sent an invoice on my patient portal in the AM and the invoice stated I had 30 days to pay. Then later that same night I had a pending charge for the total of the invoice on the same day. This is in direct conflict to any verbiage I was given (written or otherwise) on their financial policy. When I voiced my concerns about this, I did get a call from the biller and then the owner, which I appreciated the effort, but they both seemed more interested in telling me why I was wrong and being condescending then in trying to find a resolution or have compassion or care for their negative patient experience. I understand copays are due and doctors need to be paid. My only issue was with the credit card being auto run with ZERO notice to me first. Unfortunately, this did not seem to matter to them and therefore I chose to discontinue my care due to their contradiction to their own written policies. If you choose care here, the doctors are proficient and the facilities are beautiful, just make sure you are either rich or anticipate to have money taken out of your accounts automatically with no notice. *update - I am not "an abusive patient." I find this response and accusation to my grievances (which were argued with) to be inaccurate. It is very unfortunate that an apology could not simply have been issued instead. Patient customer service is also important in these difficult times. Please note the following: Insurance co-payment is due on the date of service. We will send a statement informing you of the status of your account(s). Balances are due within 15 days of receiving your statement. A $20.00 re-billing fee will be added to any patient balance that is forwarded from a previous billing cycle; to avoid this, please, pay your balance immediately after receiving your statement. You may pay your balance by mail, phone, or our patient portal using a credit or debit card.

Negative experience: I started going to Holistique to simply establish ongoing preventative care for myself, as I didn't have a GP. I wanted to look into my hormone levels, as I felt they were off; but otherwise I felt healthy. About $1000 worth of diagnostic tests were performed (none of which included a hormone screen), and I was asked to come back in every 3-4 weeks for months. Every time I came in I was "diagnosed" via muscle testing (which is highly suspect) with something new and "prescribed" more and more supplements, which they sell in-house of course. I was up to nearly 20 pills a day and about $500/month in supplements, without ever having my hormones checked. I didn't feel any better on the supplements. The final straw for me was hearing a recommendation not to get a Covid booster and instead to take ivermectin to protect from Covid. No way.

Fantastic experience: I really can't speak more highly of Dr. Grushon. She's helped me immensely over the last 2 years. After a decade of chronic illness culminated in my being unable to function or work she's been an integral part of my recovery and healing. I look forward to continuing to recover and heal under her care.

Fantastic experience: When I first started going here I had back pain, neck pain, headaches and gut issues. My regular doctor did tests and found nothing wrong. Here they did lots of testing plus neural therapy, vitamins via IV, hyperbaric therapy, acupuncture, homeopathy and other treatments. All pain is gone. If you can’t find answers through the normal means Holistique can help you!

Negative experience: This clinic is the most awful place I have ever been to. They offered zero help and charged me for a medical procedure that could not be completed because their machine was broken so they did the testing and charged me but could not get the results because they needed to then send the machine out for repair and would not have had results for 6 weeks, I need help immediately not in 6 weeks. Refused to reimburse me. All they care about is money. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

Fantastic experience: The Holistique IV Lounge is a oasis in a very convenient location in Bellevue (with parking!) where I can get my regular tune up with some of the best, friendliest and knowledgeable doctors in the world. Dr. Darvish and Dr. Julieanne Murella are wonderful and take very good care of their patients. I've tried both the Jetsetter IV and the Brain Power IV and they both make me feel fantastic the next few days. Clearer minds, more energy, more bounce back especially with my frequent travels and time spent in front of a computer. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Darwish saved two of my friends' lives. When it comes to patients' health, this woman is somewhere between a Relentless Angel and a a Crazy Magician. She saved one friend from blood infection and failing lymphatic system, and the other friend is now in full remission from metastasized stage 4 breast cancer. With the oncology patient, Dr. Darwish was the only ... ONLY! point of coordinated care, while other providers did not communicate with one another, including the actual oncologist. Dr. Darwish, if you are reading this, please know how eternally grateful we are for you and how highly revered you are as a doctor. Thank you and may infinite blessings be upon you.

Positive experience: I had a cranial dental Thermography scan done and paid an extra $90 to have a copy of the scan and thermography report expedited to me within 48 hours (they told me I'd receive it within a week if it wasn't expedited) so I'd receive it in time for my appointment with my oral surgeon . A week later I still had not received a copy of the thermography scan and report. I called to inquire when the report was coming and the phone person gave me much incorrect information and would not listen to what I said. Hence, only 3 stars. Everything else appears to be okay so far.

The entire experience feels like a trip to the spa rather than a scheduled medical appt. Fantastic experience: I’ve had plenty of doctors in my 62 years that I have liked and respected (and a few that I can say neither), but I didn’t find the doctor that I truly NEEDED until 2008 when my adult autistic son was gravely ill from Lyme and other co-infections. VERY thankfully, I found Dr. Nooshin Darvish. She nurtured his body to health (not “back” to health, because he had never been there before), successfully treating the Lyme and countless other chronic underlying conditions that no other doctor had even understood, let alone tested for and treated skillfully. Dr. Darvish has a gift for figuring out the most unusual and elusive health dilemmas, which pretty much sums up most folks on the autism spectrum. And then there’s me---hit with a critical health challenge later that same year, a condition that killed my sister the year before at age 40. So I became Dr. Darvish’s patient, then, and should have been scared to out of my wits, but Dr. Darvish’s positive, hopeful outlook calmed me and her exceptional ability to find the right treatments for the underlying causes ultimately spared me the same fate as my beloved sister. There are no words to sufficiently describe my gratitude to Dr. Darvish and to the entire Holistique staff, who are each exceptional and who have taken such great care of us for almost 10 years now.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been seeing Dr. D for going on four years. Her way of getting to the root of your problem is much different from an MD. MD's treat the symptoms while Dr. D treats the root of the problem. After polluting my body with lead, mercury and other toxins Dr. D recommended a regiment of treatment that got rid of all of it. We now feel younger by about 20 yrs. We take fewer but the proper suppliments. Even though you may find another ND who will charge less, I am of the opinion that you get what you pay for. You will not get the best for the cheapest price. If you want the best, see Dr. Darvish. She's worth every penny.

Over and over Dr. D has come to the rescue when we've had traditional medical, preventative travel, allergy and even anti-aging related concerns - Dr. D listens and gets to the true, root cause of any issue we've brought to her --- she honestly knows how to heal her patients from the inside out and her genuine care for her clients is beyond exceptional. Fantastic experience: So I went in after I got my wisdom teeth removed and my mouth and jaw were intensely swelled and I was in a lot of pain. I was on very strong prescribed pain killers but I was still in a lot of pain. My mom recommended the treatment so when I went in I was ready to try anything. The warm friendly feeling I got when I first walked in was an incredible accomplice to the fantastic treatment they had. I went through three different treatments, a detox, a hyperbaric chamber, and an IV. I left the office feeling strengthened and ready to heal! Most treatment take quite a while to kick in but the treatments here were showing their effects right away!! After the detox your body just feels cleansed and fresh ready to help you! I had tried medication from my local bartel drugs to reduce the swelling and I saw no effect, but after going to holistique within in hours I noticed the bruising and swelling of my face was already going down, and within the next 24 hours the pain and swelling was almost non-existent. This establishment is incredible they have a charismatic staff and terrific treatment and I would recommend it for anyone with any sort of treatment 11/10!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found this place! Dr. Marian is an amazing naturopath who truly cares about her patients. I've been to several naturopaths prior , but never felt like the doctors got to know me or wanted to spend time and energy to fix my "issues". Dr. Marian takes the time to ask the right questions and figure out what plan of action will work for you and your lifestyle. I also started seeing Dr. Rohde for acupuncture and couldn't speak highly enough of him. He's extremely knowledgeable in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. He is a great, down to earth doctor who genuinely wants to help. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. Always friendly, they pay attention, get to know you and are always helpful. My experience has always been very pleasant and seamless. I am so happy with the entire team I would recommend them for anyone.
