He was able to locate the source of me and my daughters challenges that we had gone to many practitioners to try to piece together. He was able to see the big picture and explain it well.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Jess and her staff. I’ve had a number of different types of plans set in place to help with my symptoms and they’ve always included IV’s. I don’t love getting poked but, Dana who administers the IV’s, has been such a huge help to ease my anxiety around it. She’s careful, intentional, and caters to my needs by providing ways to distract my brain when getting the IV put in. I’m a believer, and she will also pray over me which brings me such peace.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jeremy is amazing and I highly recommend his office. All of the staff members are so welcoming and make you feel right at home when you walk in! I originally saw him for neck and back pain that was making my work life miserable!! After my consultation he created an in depth plan to help me feel better! I had multiple sports injuries and concussions that made my back/neck/ shoulders, even pain into my hands feel so tense and locked up with no relief from anything. Just after a few adjustments I could sense relief!! After I completed the full plan I felt like I was living my normal life again and not in pain from just sitting in a chair at work! What a blessing to have found his office! The perineural injections always provided the most immediate pain relief, I don't know what I would have done without his care and treatment plan!! This office is not just a chiropractors office they have so many integrative modalities to make you feel your best!! I go back from my "maintenance" adjustment now but THANK YOU Dr J for all the care and intention you continually put into this office to make it a place for healing and integrative medicine! Fantastic experience: Ever since I was a child I often had severe neck pain that was triggered by stress. During yet another flare up years ago I decided to see Dr. Jeremy Payne. He was the first doctor to ask me what initially caused the first flare up and then he adjusted me. After thirty years of this issue it has truly never come back again and I feel like I have a new lease on life. Not only with being adjusted correctly but also addressing the root cause of our pain makes him not just a medical professional but also a healer. I recently was having back pain due to another stressful life event. I of course went in and had that fixed as well. I called yesterday with an injury from the day before and they were able to squeeze me in same day and provide some peace of mind saving me a trip to the ER.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Boise 6 years ago. I am 74 and have accumulated 74 years of issues. Bad back, bad knees, shoulder, hips. Having said that, I also have avoided surgeries, with the exception of a procedure for my back, which did nothing. A friend recommended Dr Jeremy Payne (not to be confused with pain) and I hesitated to try another doctor…..but made the call. I still love working out and enjoy the many outdoor activities. I took in the x-rays that I had and had a consultation with him. He said he would come up with a ‘plan’. He suggested Whartons stem cell for my back. I had my first injection the following week and it’s the first time in over 6 years that I had pain relief. It’s been a little over a month and will take a little longer, but I finally have some relief with not only my back, but knees and hip. The IV’s are fabulous. Fantastic experience: Long , but I hope you read this & get energized enough to search for help naturally. I have suffered with back , neck , shoulder ,feet issues for years . Always trying to get a super deep massage , rolfing , physical therapy. Always told “omg your muscles are hard as a rock , how can you manage . Neurologist said pinched nerves in L-4 L-5 beginning of neuropathy in leg & feet . Primary Dr wanted to send me to Hip surgeon for possible replacement. I have dabbled in holistic health since the early 90’s always trying to find a healthier way to heal what was ailing . One reason I’m ecstatic about moving to Idho is I found the Evolution Integrated Medicine office. I have had 6 sessions of these shots all over my back , legs head , feet etc. I feel so fantastic! I had already made many significant lifestyle changes and wanted to get some further assistance with my internal health. Dr. Jess is informative and experienced, but also calming and insightful and really helped me with my mindset around my infertility journey and also my body in general. I have had 4 knee surgeries for ACL repair, 2 scar tissue removals, and I had a lateral release done. Nothing seemed to relieve my pain. Fantastic experience: My 1 1/2 year old son and I have been patients at Evolution Chiropractic for over a year now and have had a truly amazing experience. I am currently pregnant and look so forward to my visits with Dr. Jessica each week to help with all of the pregnancy discomfort! I can’t imagine going through another pregnancy without their wonderful care and my son absolutely loves it there as well!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend evolution chiropractic! The doctors are fabulous, very personable caring and really desiring to help you to feel better. When I came in and I could not sleep on my left side. I had pressure point pain on my hip, knee & lower back. I am now heading into my fourth week and I can tell you I’m sleeping great no more pressure pain and lower back pain has really subsided. I can say that my energy level has increased. Nothing quickly happens overnight however, overtime your whole physical & mental health gets better and better. Thank you evolution chiropractic!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Jessica over two months ago, she has literally saved my life. From the first day we met, she has been Assertive, compassionate and understanding. I’ve been dealing with anxiety, depression and insomnia. I was holding all my stress in my neck and middle back. I was in so much physical and emotional pain.
