RAW Gym Warzone

Negative experience: I’ve been going for about 2 years & just can’t like this place anymore…! Dirty, Machine pads cracked, hand sanitizer always empty at the exit, NEVER staffed as website says & has just gotten to be a sloppy gym

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym for those who are really serious about their fitness. The staff is top notch and very knowledgeable. Gym is clean and has excellent equipment.

Fantastic experience: First time going into a gym with men. I’ve only gone to all women and it has been super clean, there is always enough machines to use and they play good music. The staff is helpful and attentive

Negative experience: Squeaky machines, filled with teenagers, every other machine is out of order. Planet fitness has better machines smh smh

Fantastic experience: It's a quiet and peaceful local gym. And I love that. Never too crowded and it has all the equipment you need for any body part you're trying to workout.

Negative experience: Purchased day pass and could not enter the gym at 8am due to doors being locked despite published staffed hours of 8am-8pm. Reached out to KW, a personal trainer that contracts with the facility days in advance to my scheduled visit to inquire about and purchase services, and while she read my message, she never responded. Very poor service and a waste of money. Will seek membership elsewhere..

Positive experience: Whatever your fitness goals are, this gym has everything you need. This place is a no frills, just serious business type of gym and I love it! I typically workout in the early morning hours.However, there was one day where I had to go in the evening. I took one star off my rating because on the evening that I went (after 9pm), the gym was filled with High School age kids who didn't represent the gym well. There were a couple guys in jeans and cowboy boots attempting to workout; a couple guys had their girlfriends following them around as they worked out; a few guys took off their shirts and strutted around; and of course most spent more time on their phones while sitting on the equipment. I hope the owners get a hold of this before it gets worse and sways people away.

Negative experience: They make canceling a membership a challenge. I am a victim of identity theft. They used my card to make payments for their gym membership among other things. I attempted to contact this establishment but could never get anyone on the phone. So I went down there and they get the owner on the phone for me to speak with. The owner was completely uncooperative. She told me point blank that I could not get a refund. She didn’t even give me a chance to explain my situation without getting defensive. I never even got the chance to tell her that I personally didn’t authorize those charges. The owner stated that they cannot cancel memberships and that the member has to do it. I have no idea what email was used to establish the account due to this being a stolen identity/fraud issue. I attempted to cancel with an email I’ve come to learn was created to impersonate me. So I hope to God that works. This type of treatment isn’t right. I feel that the owner should exercise patients and empathy with their customers. But I guess she doesn’t care since it’s not her in my situation.

Fantastic experience: Family owned gym thats 24 hours. Lovely staff & family oriented business! Been going here for a few years and i could never see myself leaving. Clean facilities, updated gym equipment with new pieces arriving frequently & great environment. Come check it out!

Fantastic experience: Staff is awesome, great gym. Has been rather busy due to new clientele, and sadly, that means more machines are breaking due to improper use. They work hard to fix their issues, however, and it is clear that they try their best.

Fantastic experience: Warzone is one of the BEST gyms in the state. The owner is an IFBB pro and the facilities are world class. As someone who has worked out in a number of states in a number of different gyms both military and civilian. Warzone is the BEST!

Positive experience: My new favorite gym. I’ve been searching for a while to have access to what this place offers. 24/7 secure access. Meal prep connections. Friendly staff. It’s proximity to a high school draws a certain crowd as expected, but it’s never too packed. Enjoying myself so far.

Fantastic experience: Been to this location a few times and the manager, never disappoints. He always offers great encouragement and helpful tips, and training sessions always feel so effective and so fun!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym as a college student being home only for a couple months since they offered a month to month option instead of a membership. This gym is the best gym I’ve been to! The environment is nice, it’s never as packed as other gyms, and the equipment is well kept and new. I’m not the most fit person, but it feels like a safe environment where I can work on myself. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: Now this is a top notch gym, unlike all the others around them. They have unique equipment that seems to get better results than other gyms I have been to. The owner Dawn, is really sweet and goes out of her way to ensure the place remains top notch. I am cancelling my other membership to Planet and coming here exclusively. Delgado Approved!!!

Fantastic experience: Updating my review for the new location...I've been a member for several months now and even though the gym is VERY well equipped you can clearly see the intent of making it better by replacing equipment with newer and better one. The staff has always been friendly and eager to help when I had had to approach them. Overall, this gym is not only an excellent place to train and get some time for yourself but a place where you can refill your motivation tank with the people that work and train there. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just joined and started going. I am somewhat of a hardcore lifter and I thoroughly enjoy the machine/equipment selection. Several pieces of hard to find equipment all in one place. I like the feel and vibe I get from walking in. Only minor gripe would be that I did not see any weight/plate stands. All the plates are scattered around various benches etc in the main free weight section, only a minor nuisance though. Great work on selecting equipment and attachments that cater to a wide range of lifting styles. I can already tell I’m going to love this place!!!

Negative experience: Had a few months of membership remaining on my yearly membership at old location before it shut down...have repeatedly contacted management over the year about when the new location would open & was promised they would send out an email blast to all their old faithful paying customers once the new location did in fact reopen...of course, that email notification was never received. Very very unprofessional on management’s part. Makes ZERO sense not to notify previous customers especially since most are owed X # of months on yearly memberships or they continued paying monthly dues once you guys shut the doors on old location. Shame on you guys! Previous customers need to be more vocal about how the management has treated them during this sloppy transition from one location to the next.

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely LOVED being a member of RAW for over 2 years. I am moving out of the area so have to find a new gym, but the bar that RAW has set is going to be hard to clear! The atmosphere, the staff, the other members, the equipment, facility....everything will be missed. I can't say enough how RAW helped me meet my goals, made it a place I wanted to be and proud to be a member of. If you live in the area, this is the place to work out no matter your fitness level or ability. Best gym I've ever belonged to and I will miss it terribly!

Positive experience: Well stocked gym. Never super busy in mornings. Trainers monopolize multiple machines at a time. This is a trainers gym, know what you’re doing because they critique.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym around. All the equipment is new, clean, and has never given me any problems. I think the best thing about raw gym though is the environment. The music is always good but the people that go here are serious fitness people. If you ever have any type of fitness question, there will always be someone around who has an answer and will happily talk to you. If you go here, it means you'll be surrounded by very motivated people and I cant explain how helpful that is. Great gym.

Positive experience: Safest gym I felt going to regardless of the time of day as a woman vs other non CrossFit gyms in the area like Planet Fitness/24 Hour Fitness. Past 8 months going here have been great. Always clean and open very early in the AM as we work out around 5am. Variety of trainers and training styles which is nice to see! My only true complaints are: #1 The gym retail space is not big enough. I wish they had a large turf area like Crunch Fitness/O Athletik. #2 They also really need a private studio area for personal training clients as the gym is just too small for their group personal training sessions. Lots of wasted space/dead space that could be converted to a better gym layout.

Negative experience: When cancel your membership make sure stay on the phone with them until they send you the confirmation email, if not they will forget, never send it and then still charge you the next month. Day 3, they still have not responded to my email, called back and refunded the erroneous charge. One star for decent equipment and another for an ok gym atmosphere. I’d rather put up with Fitness connection or pay more at Lifetime than go here. Both have better sign up and cancellation process.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, Not oversized, different crowds depending on the time of day so you can kind of pick your time you want to come. Owner is very friendly, welcoming, takes care of everyone and the equipment. And most importantly very clean.

Fantastic experience: I'm a plumber and we do work for RAW gym so I see the entire establishment. The cleanliness is phenomenal. There is more equipment than I have seen in any other gym. The owner is always there and obviously works out. Most importantly, there is tons of room between each piece of equipment. Great gym!

Fantastic experience: Moved to this gym when mine closed. It is perfect. Large array of different stations. As one trainer put it, “they have everything from the 80’s to today” to choose from.

Negative experience: My experience with this gym up until today was great. Very clean,friendly people. The owner I think with the blonde hair and British accent was very upset at me today for using a step master for a HIT session as I seen many others do the same. She approached up to my face while I was on the machine. Yelling and very angry saying i was using the machine in a matter at which she didn’t condone. She was so close to my face that her spit got into my eye. Very very disrespected you don’t treat a customer or get into anyones personal space ever. I totally understand she was up set. she could have said “ please do not use this machine this way” without being in my face or spit in my eye. I was very polite and apologized. Sadly after going home and thinking about what had happen. I decided to cancel my membership she canceled my member and I told her if there is any issues with the machine I was using I would replace it. I gave her my information. Other than this issues the gym and everyone else who works there is great and very friendly except for her.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal place to work out at. The gym stays clean, staff members are friendly and helpful, and members are fitness focused. There are plenty of cardio, weight lifting machines, and free weights. I recommend this gym to every one I personally know that are serious about their health.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms that I've worked in. It has all the needed equipment and you can get your workout done easily. The owner, Dawn, was nice enough to freeze my membership for 2 months because I was out of the country. When I got back to town, I wasn't able to do my workout at Raw due to my very busy schedule with school. I contacted Dawn and she was willing to cancel my membership with no fees. She expressed her feeling that she was very sad that I won't be a member anymore, but she understood my situation. I have nothing bad to say about this gym nor about the owner. I'd definitely go back to Raw once my busy schedule slows down.

Fantastic experience: Raw is a wonderful gym. Very clean and spacious. People are very friendly and the clientele is very fitness oriented. The trainers always greet me when I walk in and help me when I lose my key card. The machines are well kept and fixed up frequently. As a female I felt very comfortable here. The men were respectful and helpful with spotting to lift heavy. I have two trainers here, Hunter and Bryan. Both are wonderful. I have learned better form and I am happy with the wonderful transformation my body is making. I am stronger every day. For the review before mine, I don't know why this girl needs 10 lb plates. She must be very weak, I use more 45lbs there are plenty of these plates. Dawn, the owner is very helpful and friendly. She makes the place seem like a small home away from home. The facility is clean and the wifi has been boosted to be better. True, there is no cell reception out but I receive calls and texts no problem. You shouldn't be on your cell at the gym anyways. There are two smith machines and a great power squat and a glute ham machine to work your booty. Not many gyms still have the butt blast machine and donkey calf raise but raw has these machines. Really enjoy going here. Great prices. Great people.

Positive experience: Good gym & good vibe. I like the people here and the owner is super sweet, but I don't like that I never get cell reception and that the wifi never works. The music they play is alright, but I get a much better workout when I'm able to listen to my own music and loudly with my headphones. I can't though. :/ They also don't have very many 10lb plates. I always have to go searching for them, which is not ideal during prime hours. The facility is always clean and well maintained and there is a good selection of equipment. I love all of the old school weights. I would appreciate just one smith machine though, for days when I want to squat super heavy but don't have someone to spot me.

Fantastic experience: The pictures you see are the old location. The new location as shown on the map is very clean, spacious, and organized. This gym is everything you are looking for in a GYM not a fitness center. There isnt any classes, pools, hot tubs, or day cares "so dont bring your children" its just a simple gym with everything you are looking for. I love this place and the guys who run the facilty are really great guys. Highly recommend you at least check this place out.

Fantastic experience: Finally a gym that has all the new tech for training as well as the old school fee weights I grew up with. The gym is super clean and organized. The members and staff are friendly and easy to talk with. If your in need of a serious gym with a laid back feel this is the place. In a word .... Excellent !
